On this week's episode, Brad and Eric pick-up their calculators and go over all the new Warhammer 40K and Age of Sigmar Battleforce boxes to figure out if they are worth their value or are better left on the shelf. I could end the episode description there but I'm gonna yap a bit more because the manager in Brad likes thick chunks of text. US stocks ended Wednesday's session higher, notching a new record and seemingly shrugging off the first government shutdown in nearly seven years. Treasuries rallied after private payrolls data reinforced bets that the Federal Reserve will lower interest rates later this month. We spoke to John Pantekidis, Managing Partner at TwinFocus.Plus - Asian equities gained at the open after global stocks rallied to a new all-time high, shrugging off the first US government shutdown in nearly seven years. Stocks in Japan, South Korea and Australia all rose with gains in chips and technology stocks the most notable. We spoke to Ritesh Ganeriwal, Head of Investment & Advisory at Syfe. Stigall can't stop laughing at the latest thing online making Democrats so mad. President Trump continues to troll Democrats mercilessliy despite their protests. US Senator Tommy Tuberville of Alabama joins the show to respond to the Senate vote last night effectively "shutting down" nonessential government services. He also offers his legendary football background in analyzing Secretary of War Pete Hegseth's epic speech to military brass on fitness standards, etc. Col. William Dunn (ret) author of "Gunfighters Rule!" weighs in with more specific perspective as a Marine when it comes to fitness standards and basic training. Plus, EV tax credits as well as California mandates for EV trucks have been scrapped as President Trump authorizes more spending on the development of coal mining. And Ohio becomes one of the latest states to welcome the embrace of utility companies taking control of your thermostat. Stocks continue to rocket past any economic concerns and tap new all-time highs. Kevin Hincks notes Tuesday's CPI as being weaker under the surface, though investors didn't seem to care. You know how we all have that one friend who cannot send a text without adding “what do you think?” That is the same friend who triple checks their outfit in the mirror, then in the reflection of the toaster, then again in the car window. On the other hand, there are people who seem to move through life like they were born with a built-in cheerleading squad in their head. It makes you wonder. Why do some of us crave validation like it is our daily vitamin, while others can go years without hearing a single “you are doing great” and still thrive? Maybe it is because you were loved really well growing up, so you learned your worth early and now enjoy compliments as a sweet extra. Or maybe you were not loved enough and every like, every “I am proud of you,” feels like filling a gap you have been carrying since childhood. Stacey Norman shared her story of having extremely supportive parents. Her father, specifically, made he feel as though she could do everything perfectly. While J Sbu didn't share a personal story, he did share words of advice for those struggling with a need for validation.

When a CEO gets caught cheating on the kiss cam at a Coldplay concert, the world does what it always does: shame him or shrug it off. But Jesus doesn't do either. In this episode, Russ unpacks why grace doesn't play by the rules of religion—and why that makes people panic. From public scandal to personal heartbreak, this is a raw look at what happens when faith gets buried under moral scorekeeping, and why the church so often trades Jesus for a system it can control. If you've ever felt stuck between condemnation and compromise, this conversation will remind you of the gospel we forgot—one that sets you free. ______________________________________________________________________Helping You Learn To Live Loved...Become a Lark Supporter: https://larksite.com/donateWeb: https://larksite.comLarkcast: https://larksite.com/larkcastBook: Reclaim (Available on Amazon) https://larksite.com/reclaimInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/lark_social/

President Trump abruptly cut off a reporter during a Cabinet meeting when asked about a new Justice Department and FBI memo on Epstein, calling questions about "this creep" a "desecration" of the ongoing Texas flood response. His dismissive tone—“Are people still talking about this guy?”—and his characterization of Epstein-related attention as a waste of time drew widespread criticism, with many viewing it as inappropriate and insensitive, particularly in light of serious child‑sex trafficking allegationThe backlash was immediate and widespread, cutting across political lines. Influencers, commentators, and longtime supporters alike criticized the President's tone, accusing him of minimizing a subject that demands accountability, not dismissal. Many saw his reaction as a disturbing attempt to shut down public inquiry into Epstein's enablers and associates. The timing of his comment—coming amid renewed scrutiny from the DOJ memo and public demands for transparency—only fueled the outrage. What was intended as a brush-off quickly turned into a flashpoint, reigniting questions about who is still being protected and why the Epstein story refuses to die.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Trump defends Bondi in face of growing criticism over Jeffrey Epstein files | AP News

While European stocks had a subdued start yesterday, broader US indices managed to kick off the second half of 2025 firmly in the green, shrugging off concerns on the looming tariff ‘decision day' on 9 July. However, big tech mega caps dragged down the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq. Talk of the day was the Senate's passing of the ‘Big, beautiful (tax) bill' as President Trump calls it, and a flurry of manufacturing activity reports from around the globe, which showed that this part of the economy keeps on facing challenges. Shrug off the cloak of secrecy and awkwardness around death with palliative care nurse Pippa White. I've been wanting to bring a death convo to the airwaves for ages, because there's a huge imbalance between light/dark, above/below, waxing/waning, growth/decay, possessing/relinquishing energies in our culture (and I'm the first person to perpetuate it). Shout out to everyone who sent frank and thoughtful questions for Pippa to answer – you'll hear them towards the end of the ep.Pippa White is a palliative care nurse and death care advocate and educator in the Anthroposophical tradition. The CHGO Bulls crew discuss freshly sourced rumors that the Chicago Bulls will not keep Coby White and Josh Giddey, but only one of them. Matt Moore of Hardwood Paroxysm reported in his Substack that multiple Eastern Conference personnel figures believe the Bulls are “unlikely to retain both Josh Giddey and Coby White.” Assuming the Bulls sign Giddey to a long term contract in a few weeks, what does that mean for White? Will the Bulls shop him this summer, or perhaps keep him until the 2026 in-season trade deadline? What will Arturas Karnisovas seek in return if he does decide to move on from Coby? Peck, Big Dave and Will Gottlieb break down all the possibilities. Plus, the guys debate whether “The Shrug” is the most iconic Bulls moment - or even the most iconic NBA moment - on the Anniversary of Michael Jordan going bananas from downtown in the 1992 NBA Finals.

Save your knees and shoulders from the little discomfort doing usual activities or some swelling and inflammation. If you aren't sure whether you need physical therapy, you should get a referral, just need a massage or to lay off for a few days, this is your episode. I'm no stranger to physical therapy, but I am a foreigner in seeking support for any issues I've got. Mine have all come from some acute trauma or injury. I knew it and the answer was obvious, maybe for you too — to save your knees and shoulders without surgery! My Guest: Dr. David Middaugh is a specialist physical therapist who helps people avoid unnecessary surgery while getting back to being healthy, active, and mobile. He coaches people online and has a clinic where people are treated in person. His contrarian treatment approaches are focused on addressing the root cause of problems like arthritis and tendon tears so that people have the most control over their health. Questions We Answer in This Episode: [00:10:58] What makes you different from other physical therapists? [00:14:12] Is it actually possible to heal osteoarthritis without surgery? [00:20:28] What is unique about how you help people with knee pain? [00:37:30] What about people with shoulder pain? What is Manual Physical Therapy? Knees What to work on? Glutes. If you have weakness in the glutes, that's when the quads get over dominant. The Science: Quads have been overused causing knee arthritis or meniscus tear. What to do? Do your exercises primarily with your glutes. Your hamstrings and quads will still work – they just need to work secondary. Can you figure out how to make your glutes contract apart from your thigh muscles? It's more gaining mental control over your muscles. Stop walking. Turn on your glutes first. Shoulders What to work on? Upper traps (trapezius). If you have weak traps, there is more stress and tension holding the weight of the arm, shoulders and maybe chest.. The Science: Rotator Cuff tears are one of the biggest problems because of weak upper traps. What to do? Shrug every time you reach up to use your traps. This preserves your ball and socket joint. If you don't shrug, the socket faces outwards and compresses tissues.
