I can't wait for you to meet Blondie (yes, it's one of those friends again with the nicknames ;)  ) and hear her story. What I love so much about this episode is going through her timeline, because it's filled with so many redirecting. I think sometimes we think there is only 1 path to get to the 1 destination we want, but Blondie just reminded me of how redirecting is truly what can bring some of the most fulfilling and rewarding moments of growth in our lives.I hope as you listen, you can look for some redirecting times in your own life, whether in the past, right now or yet to come, but whenever, I hope this inspires you to welcome them and whatever is on the other side of them.Blondie also talks a lot about how she is still finding purpose in her own life as a SAHM but also in how becoming a Mom has made her feel even more full, which seems to be the opposite if you ask "the world" about becoming a Mom.You are definitely in for a treat!****Mikel's pages:@thebackdropshop_utah@learnandearnwithkel Insta: @munchandminglepodcastE-mail: munchandminglepodcast@gmail.com

My dahlings, this is going to be a quintessential Divine Living episode. At the moment, I’m on a mission to create more space in my life for receiving the awareness and insights that I need. And that ability to receive, that’s one of the greatest feminine arts. What does it even mean to receive? I’d say it’s all about noticing and taking in the things that nourish your soul. Whether that’s receiving flowers or reading your favorite books, the feminine means creating the space for beauty. However, somewhere along the lines, women picked up the lies that they couldn't receive, or began to felt awkward and uncomfortable around it. Deeming it as greedy, unnecessary, or 'not for them'...That ends today! This episode is here to help you release the guilt around the feminine art of receiving: whether it's receiving more romance, play, passion, exciting new ideas, a compliment, flowers, support in your business or around the house... it's time to open up to what's meant for you and graciously accept it!So where is your next uplevel for receiving? Is it in your personal relationships, your work, your relationship with yourself? Let me know, I would love to hear your stories!Key points discussedLet prayer be the first thing we do today (01:00)Receiving from the realm of the feminine (05:31)How to create beauty all around you (11:05)Give yourself permission to invest in YOU (13:16)Break your routines from time to time (16:24)What are the areas where you could receive more? Elizabeth is the creator of Wild Soul Movement, host of the Truth Telling Podcast, an author, teacher and so much more.  In this conversation, we discuss sensual movement, the importance of embodiment, grieving, knowing ourselves and even dating. One reason I asked her to join me is that so many of us after a loss disconnect from our body. Elizabeth reminds us that at the beginning that might have been necessary for survival, but over time it’s important to find your way back to yourself and the way back is through embodiment.   “Everything You Have Ever Needed Has Always Been Inside of You” ~ Elizabeth DiAlto My hope for you after listening to this episode is to know that everything you have ever needed has always been inside of you. Historically women felt that they had very limited resources to care for and protect themselves. In many ways their experiences of partners were ‘pot luck’ in the quest to achieve safety and stability. Hopefully a woman’s partner could provide the safety, security, protection and certainty that she couldn’t provide for herself. What if he didn’t? This show is about how many of us may have struggled with understanding what it is to be ‘female’ in modern times, and how this is no longer an impediment to providing for ourselves as well as getting our needs met healthily. Why is it that we can still feel extremely vulnerable, and can still be let down when men aren’t providing our safety and survival for us? This show will be a very helpful listen to if you feel that being a woman create you as feeling vulnerable and unsafe in the world, and within relationships.
