(Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Jonathan Clark Muslims in Congo killed 26 Christians at funeral Islamic extremists killed 26 Christians who were attending a funeral last Monday in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. These attacks continued for two more days. Rev. Mbula Samaki told Open Doors, “The casualty as of now stands at more than 70 Christians killed, at least 100 kidnapped, 16 houses, eight motorbikes and two vehicles burnt. It is horrible.” Islamic extremists are continuing to target churches in the Christian-majority country to displace Christian communities. Please pray for our persecuted brothers and sisters in Christ in Congo. The central African nation is ranked 35th on the Open Doors World Watch List of the most difficult countries to be a Christian. Canadian court affirms Christian soldier who refused COVID shot In Canada, a federal labor board ruled in favor of a Christian military member who refused a COVID-19 shot on religious grounds. Canada's Department of National Defense denied Marvin Castillo a religious exemption from the COVID shot. He was subsequently fired from his job in 2021. In a landmark decision, Canada's Public Sector Labor Relations and Employment Board ruled against the Department of National Defense. The decision stated, “[Castillo] was entitled to an exemption because he has a sincere religious belief that he should not receive the vaccine.” Castillo referenced 1 Corinthians 6:19 to defend the decision he made about what to put into his body. The verse says, “Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own?” Trump targets another Venezuelan narco-terrorist boat The United States military targeted another drug boat from Venezuela on Monday. The strike killed three people on board the vessel. On Truth Social, President Donald Trump wrote, “The Strike occurred while these confirmed narco-terrorists from Venezuela were in International Waters transporting illegal narcotics headed to the U.S. (A DEADLY WEAPON POISONING AMERICANS!) These extremely violent drug trafficking cartels POSE A THREAT to U.S. National Security, Foreign Policy, and vital U.S. Interests.” The United States carried out a similar strike on a boat carrying drugs from Venezuela two weeks ago. Court greenlights Trump defunding Planned Parenthood Last Thursday, a federal appeals court ruled that the Trump administration can defund Planned Parenthood. The case involves a provision in the One Big Beautiful Bill Act which barred Medicaid funds from going to abortion mills. A district court blocked the provision back in July. The latest ruling overturns that preliminary injunction. Troy Newman, President of Operation Rescue, commented, “Planned Parenthood is quickly running out of friends in high and dark places, and we praise God for it. Over 40 Planned Parenthoods have already closed – we expect that number to grow over the coming weeks, and we'll celebrate every one.” Gen Z men support Trump; Gen Z women supported Kamala NBC News released a new poll on U.S. adults ages 18 to 29. The survey found Gen Z men who voted for President Trump said having children was the most important indicator of success. Being married was also a top indictor. Meanwhile, Gen Z women who voted for Kamala Harris listed being married and having children near the bottom of their indicators of success. Instead, career fulfillment and having plenty of money were the most important. Young men who backed Harris and young women who backed President Trump similarly prioritized money and career over children and family. Kirk's killer: “I had the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk and I'm going to take it.” Officials in Utah charged Tyler Robinson with aggravated murder yesterday. The 22-year-old is accused of assassinating conservative activist Charlie Kirk while he was speaking with students at Utah Valley University last Wednesday. Authorities said Robinson left DNA on the trigger of the rifle used to fire the deadly shot. He also left a note for his transgender partner hidden under a keyboard that said, “I had the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk and I'm going to take it.” Utah County Attorney Jeff Gray announced the charges. He said, “The murder of Charlie Kirk is an American tragedy.” After listing the charges against Robinson, Gray added this.f GRAY: “I am filing a notice of intent to seek the death penalty.” Waves of people returned to church after Charlie Kirk's assassination And finally, Faithwire reports waves of people returned to church over the weekend after the death of Charlie Kirk. Kirk was an outspoken Christian. He told Deseret News earlier this year that his goal was to point people “toward ultimate purposes and toward getting back to the church, getting back to faith.” Hundreds of people posted about their return to church over the weekend after being inspired by Kirk's faith. Listen to the testimony of one young mother of three about the decision that she and her husband made. YOUNG MOTHER: “After the events of the last week, Devin and I had a lot of talking about the type of life that we want for ourselves and how we want our boys to be. We talked about Charlie Kirk. We talked about a man of God who was not afraid to stand in his convictions in anything. “We are raising three boys that will one day be men, and we want those boys to be as strong in their convictions as Charlie Kirk was. And we realized we had been doing a great disservice by not taking them to church and introducing them to faith up until this point. It is because of Charlie Kirk that we went to church today.” Isaiah 55:6-7 says, “Seek the LORD while He may be found. Call upon Him while He is near. Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts. Let him return to the LORD, and He will have mercy on him. Let them turn to our God, for He will abundantly pardon.” Close And that's The Worldview on this Wednesday, September 17th, in the year of our Lord 2025. It's Monday, September 15th, A.D. 2025. This is The Worldview in 5 Minutes heard on 140 radio stations and at www.TheWorldview.com. I'm Adam McManus. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Adam McManus Syrian Christians facing “accelerated cultural erasure” Radical Muslim jihadis and other extremist groups have carried out brutal mass killings and other human rights violations against Syria's religious minorities, prompting calls from religious freedom advocates for the United States to take action, reports The Christian Post. Dr. Morhaf Ibrahim, president of the Alawites Association of the United States, says the attacks against Syria's Christian, Alawite and Druze communities are not just random acts of violence. "It's a deliberate campaign of terror," Ibrahim declared during a Wednesday press conference AAUS hosted on Capitol Hill to discuss the atrocities committed against Syrian ethno-religious minorities. Since the fall of the Bashar al-Assad regime in December 2024, Syria's religious minorities are facing a rapid increase in violence from foreign jihadis, Assad loyalists and militias unleashed by Syrian President Ahmed al-Sharaa. After the Islamic alliance Hayat Tahrir al-Sham, which is made up of former Islamic State and Al Qaeda fighters, ousted President Bashar al-Assad, religious freedom advocates have feared for the safety of Christians and other minority groups. Sam Brownback, the former United States Ambassador-at-Large for International Religious Freedom, talked about what he thinks needs to happen now. BROWNBACK: “I just know that right now is a critical moment to get the structure of Syrian government correct, where it needs to provide safety for everybody. It needs to be decentralized. “The minority groups need to be able to defend themselves, and you'll be able to have equal citizenship. It's important right now to get the structure, or you will have genocide in the future. It will go poorly.” The Christian back story in Syria is demonstrable, Of the 325 bishops who took part in the First Council of Nicaea in A.D. 325, twenty were from Syria. Suspected assassin of Charlie Kirk in custody The man suspected of murdering conservative influencer Charlie Kirk is now in custody, and has been identified as 22-year-old Utah resident Tyler Robinson, reported LifeSiteNews.com. As police circulated images of the suspected shooter on Thursday, Robinson's father became convinced the killer was his son and confronted him, reports CNN. He asked, “Tyler, is this you? This looks like you.” His son acknowledged that it was him, and when his father urged him to turn himself in, Tyler suggested that he would rather kill himself. But after his father convinced him to talk with a youth pastor, Tyler agreed to be taken into custody around 11:00pm Thursday night. His arrest was first announced by President Donald Trump Friday morning on Fox and Friends. TRUMP: “I think with a high degree of certainty, we have him in custody.” LAWRENCE JONES: “This is going to be a federal case, and there's many of us believe that Charlie was targeted because of his political ideology.” TRUMP: “Yeah.” JONES: “What's going to happen to this guy?” TRUMP: “Well, I hope he's going to be found guilty, I would imagine. And I hope he gets the death penalty. What he did, Charlie Kirk was the finest person. He didn't deserve this.” Genesis 9:6 says, “Whoever sheds the blood of man, by man shall his blood be shed, for God made man in His own image.” Robinson's hatred of Charlie Kirk A family member of Robinson's told investigators that the suspected shooter “had become more political in recent years,” and in particular had lashed out at Charlie Kirk at a recent family dinner, reports CNN. But, ironically enough, several years ago, in high school, Robinson – like his family – was politically conservative, and supported President Donald Trump ahead of the 2020 election. Robinson attended Utah State University for one semester in 2021. He was a pre-engineering major at the university but took a leave of absence after his first semester. Robinson then enrolled at Dixie Technical College in St. George. He is currently a third-year student in the electrical apprenticeship program, and obtained an apprentice electrician license in 2022. He drifted away from the Mormonism of his parents and became deeply connected to an on-line gaming community. Kirk's alleged assassin lived with transgender partner In a related development, the New York Post reports that Charlie Kirk's alleged assassin, Tyler Robinson, lived with his transgender partner. That individual, who has yet to be publicly identified by the authorities, is now fully cooperating with the FBI. According to public records, Lance Twiggs, age 22, resided at the same address where Robinson lived. A relative of Twiggs confirmed to The Post Saturday that “yes, they were roommates.” Twiggs is a male pretending to be female. They shared an apartment in Saint George, Utah which is approximately four hours away from Utah Valley University in Orem, where Robinson allegedly shot Kirk. Twiggs said he "had no idea" Robinson was allegedly planning to assassinate the Turning Point USA founder. The person is not currently accused of any criminal activity in connection with the assassination. The FBI had text messages and other communications between Robinson and his partner that helped FBI agents zero in on Robinson. Officials said the FBI took evidence from their apartment, including computers, which has been sent to Quantico for review. Kirk was compassionate as he dialogued with a transgender student Charlie Kirk was known for respectfully disagreeing with liberal college students on a wide range of issues, political and religious, including with this 19-year-old woman pretending to be a man. Listen to both Kirk's commitment to the truth and compassion in a conversation which Turning Point posted in May. STUDENT: “I just want to say I'm a transgender male. What age should kids be able to get things, like, hormone therapy? Because I don't know what's true, what's not." KIRK: “Tell me. Are you comfortable telling me your story?” STUDENT: “I've known that since, like, third grade, and I'm currently 19, almost 20. I have known basically since then. I didn't start going by, like, a different name until seventh and eighth grade, I just don't know, like, with the med…, like, the whole medical stuff, like, what's true, what's not, what's helpful. Because I've heard so many different opinions.” KIRK: “First of all, thank you so much for that.” STUDENT: “Of course.” KIRK: “And so I'm gonna have an opinion that very few people will ever tell you, which is, I want you to be very cautious putting drugs into your system in the pursuit of changing your body. I, instead, encourage you to work on what's going on in your brain first. I think what you need first and foremost is just a diagnosis, just someone that is going to listen to what you've gone through, listen to what else is going on. “My prayer for you, and again, very few people will say this, I actually want to see you be comfortable in how you were born." STUDENT: “Yeah.” KIRK: “I know that you might not feel that way, but I think that is something that you can achieve. I think that with the right team and the right people, you don't have to wage war on your body. You can learn to love your body.” People have posted fascinating comments online. One said, “This is what the Left calls hate! His response was pure compassion!” Another said, “He was such a kind and caring man and they murdered him for it.” A third person said, “Charlie … gave caring and respectful advice. Not at all the hateful monster the Left makes him out to be.” And another said, Charlie “WAS on his way to becoming the youngest president ever elected in America. Bill Clinton was 46 in November '92. Charlie Kirk was gonna break that record. This loss will be felt for years!” Indeed, the Turning Point canopied tent proclaimed, “Prove me wrong.” Clearly, since the Left couldn't prove Charlie Kirk wrong, they killed him. Erika Kirk to assassin: “You have no idea what you just have unleashed!” On Friday, from the headquarters of Turning Point USA in Phoenix, Arizona, Erika Kirk, the widow of Charlie, addressed the nation for 17-minutes, just two days after she witnessed her husband assassinated in front of her at Utah Valley University. Listen. ERIKA KIRK: “I want to thank the first responders who struggled heroically, heroically, to save Charles' life, and the police who acted bravely to make sure that there were no other victims on that terrible afternoon. “I want to thank President Trump and his incredible family for the same. Mr. President, my husband loved you, and he knew that you loved him too. He did. Your friendship was amazing.” Erika Kirk had a specific message for those responsible for taking her husband's life. ERIKA KIRK: “The evildoers responsible for my husband's assassination have no idea what they have done. They killed Charlie because he preached a message of patriotism, faith, and of God's merciful love. “They should all know this. If you thought that my husband's mission was powerful before, you have no idea what you just have unleashed across this entire country. You have no idea the fire that you have ignited within this wife. The cries of this widow will echo around the world like a battle cry.” Send a letter of condolence to Erika Kirk, c/o Turning Point USA, 4940 East Beverly Road, Phoenix, Arizona 85044. Plus, you can make a donation to Erika and her two children as well as a donation to Turning Point to continue the fight for a Biblical worldview and American exceptionalism. Ray Comfort: Charlie Kirk was so courageous And finally, in a CBN podcast, Evangelist Ray Comfort shared his thoughts on the assassination of Christian Charlie Kirk, reports FaithWire.com. COMFORT: “He was so courageous to touch issues that most of us would be afraid to touch, and he did it with such eloquence. I've never heard anyone with a grasp of the English language like he had, and the guy was absolutely brilliant. “And so, I'm very, very sorry that we've lost a general, but I'm optimistic that God's going to raise up soldiers to continue the work and be even more effective.” Deuteronomy 31:6 says, “Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the LORD your God who goes with you. It's Monday, September 8th, A.D. 2025. This is The Worldview in 5 Minutes heard on 140 radio stations and at www.TheWorldview.com. I'm Adam McManus. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Adam McManus Russian pastor sent to prison labor camp for sermon On September 3, Russian Pastor Nikolay Romanyuk, age 63, was found guilty of making “Public calls to implement activities directed against the security of the Russian Federation,” reports International Christian Concern. Despite the Russian pastor's age and poor health conditions, the court sentenced him to four years in a prison labor camp. In a statement before the court, Pastor Romanyuk said, “Yes, I gave a sermon in which I touched on military, albeit forced, murder. I do not retract what I said. I set forth my personal view and attitude towards the taking of a human life. This is my personal attitude as a clergyman.” Pastor Romanyuk gave his now-criminal sermon a week after Russia partially mobilized its forces against Ukraine in September 2022 at the Holy Trinity Pentecostal Church in a suburb of Moscow, Russia. From the pulpit, Romanyuk preached, “It was written in our [church] doctrine that we are pacifists and cannot participate in this. It is our right to profess this on the basis of Holy Scripture.” Svetlana Zhukova, Pastor Romanyuk's daughter, wrote on social media, “Imagine, Dad was convicted for his opinion, his position. There is no crime. Not a single person suffered from his actions. The state did not suffer at all.” Acts 5:29 says, “We must obey God rather than men.” Ted Cruz torches Tim Kaine for describing God-given rights as 'very, very troubling' Here in America, on September 3rd, the U.S. Foreign Relations Committee addressed the nomination of Riley Barnes to be Assistant Secretary of State for Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor. In response to Barnes' introductory statement before the committee, Democratic Senator Tim Kaine of Virginia objected to Barnes who underscored Secretary of State Marco Rubio's assertion that our rights come from God, not government, reports The Christian Post. Listen. KAINE: “This is a quote from Secretary Rubio, our rights come from God, our Creator, not from our laws, not from our governments. I find that very, very troubling. … “The notion that our rights do not come from our laws or our government should make people very, very nervous, because people of any religious tradition, or none, are entitled to the equal protection of the laws under the 14th Amendment. It shouldn't matter what their religious background is, what they think about God or the Creator, what their church affiliation is.” Republican Senator Ted Cruz of Texas, another member of the U.S. Foreign Relations Committee, took issue with Senator Kaine. CRUZ: “Senator Kaine said, in this hearing, that he found it a radical and dangerous notion that you would say, ‘Our rights came from God and not from government.' I just walked into the hearing as he was saying that and I almost fell out of my chair, because that ‘radical and dangerous notion,' in his words, is literally the founding principle upon which the United States of America was created. “And if you do not believe me, then you can believe perhaps the most prominent Virginian to ever serve, Thomas Jefferson, who wrote, in the Declaration of Independence, ‘We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, and that they are endowed by their Creator,' -- not by government, not by the Democratic National Committee, but by God, -- ‘with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.' “I have to say, it is stunning to me that the principle that God has given us natural rights is now deemed by Democrats some radical and dangerous notion. Mr. Jefferson was right when he wrote those words. Government exists to protect those rights.” Christian foster parents sue Massachusetts for requiring them to support ‘gender transitions' A pair of Christian foster families in Massachusetts is suing the state for barring them from fostering more children based on their refusal to affirm gender confusion among kids in their care, reports LifeSiteNews.com. Alliance Defending Freedom is representing Nick and Audrey Jones, who have cared for seven small children since 2023; and Greg and Marianelly Schrock, who have cared for 28 children since 2019. Despite both couples effectively providing needed, loving homes without incident, the Massachusetts Department of Children & Families decided they can no longer continue to do so unless they're willing to affirm the gender confusion of future kids placed with them, including support for so-called “gender transitioning” and the use of biologically inaccurate pronouns. Their attorneys said, what Massachusetts is doing “is a violation of foster parents' religious freedom under the First Amendment as well as a reckless rejection of needed homes for orphaned or abandoned children.” Matthew 18:6 says, “If anyone causes one of these little ones—those who believe in Me—to stumble, it would be better for them to have a large millstone hung around their neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea.” Jimmy Stewart's World War II heroism and his father's promise to pray And finally, do you recognize this voice? “Mary, I know what I'm gonna do tomorrow and the next day and next year, and the year after that. I'm shaking the dust of this crummy little town off my feet, and I'm gonna see the world: Italy, Greece, the Parthenon, the Colosseum. Then, I'm coming back here and go to college and see what they know. And then I'm gonna build things. I'm gonna build airfields, I'm gonna build skyscrapers a hundred stories high. I'm going to build bridges a mile long.” If you guessed Jimmy Stewart, you're right. He is the actor who famously portrayed George Bailey in the Christmas film “It's A Wonderful Life.” You'll be glad to know that Hollywood is now producing a movie about Stewart's life entitled “Jimmy” starring K.J. Apa, reports FaithWire.com. After earning five Oscars, Stewart felt somewhat of a “hollowness.” At that time in the early 1940s, the world's instability was coming to a head, with war clouds on the horizon. Stewart made a stunning decision. He had been a private pilot, but he decided to enlist in the Army Air Corps. He said, “I want to be something more than just a Tinseltown hero. I wanted to serve my country, serve my fellow Americans.” Stewart became a squadron commander — a job that involved leading thousands of men in bombing runs during the war. His father, Alexander, who will be portrayed by Neil McDonough, wrote a letter which he slipped into Jimmy's uniform pocket before he went and that included a copy of Psalm 91, a Scripture which underscores the Lord's comfort and presence. His dad wrote, “I will be praying for you the whole time you're away that God will be with you. You'll make it home safely.” Jimmy Stewart kept that letter with him in his uniform on every mission that he went on. Providentially, the actor did make it back home, though he suffered from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder after seeing hundreds of his men shot down and killed. By the time Stewart left the battlefield, he was far from the Hollywood leading man he was before fighting on the frontlines. An old friend named Frank Capra, a Hollywood director who also served in World War II, told Stewart he had the “perfect role” for him. It was “It's A Wonderful Life.” God used that film to re-energize Stewart's career. Alexander Stewart, his father, embodied the verse found in Malachi 4:6. “[God] will turn the hearts of the fathers to their children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers.” Close And that's The Worldview on this Monday, September 8th, in the year of our Lord 2025. This time the prosecutor is taking the case to Finland's Supreme Court. Afghanistan earthquake claims 800 lives In God's providence, Afghanistan has been hit by a third major earthquake since the Taliban took over, reports Reuters. Russia's Putin, India's Modi and China's Jinping met in summit The new Axis power base was further solidified yesterday in a meeting which took place in Tianjin, China, with the presidents of China, India, and Russia — Presidents Xi Jinping, Narendra Modi, and Vladimir Putin. This was Modi's first visit to China in seven years. Modi expressed his desire to Putin that the two nations deepen cooperation “in all sectors.” The meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization boasts “the world's largest regional organization” including nations with a combined economic output of nearly $30 trillion. That's just over the United States' annual Gross Domestic Product. Russia's Putin called the alliance the beginnings of a “new system” of security in Eurasia. The Shanghai Cooperation Organization consists of the communist, Hindu, and Islamic states of Russia, Belarus, China, India, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan. Chinese Navy boasts more warships than America The BBC reports that the Chinese Navy has exceeded America's Navy in number of warships -- 234 to 219. However, the Chinese are still behind the United States in overall tonnage and aircraft carriers. Importantly, the Chinese shipyards have upwards of 200 times the ship-building capacity of America at this point. The nation's abortion rate is 17.9 per 1,000 women. Out of 50 countries, that's the fifth lowest birth rate in Europe. Only Malta, Spain, Lithuania, and Italy have lower birth rates. Deuteronomy 7:12 and 14a makes a promise to a nation. “Because you listen to these judgments, and keep and do them. …You shall be blessed above all peoples; there shall not be a male or female barren among you or among your livestock.” Not so much for Scotland. Vice President JD Vance defends prayer U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance defended prayer as a proper response to the recent massacre at the Minneapolis, Minnesota Catholic School. His X post explained that, “We pray because our hearts are broken. We pray because we know God listens. We pray because we know that God works in mysterious ways, and can inspire us to further action.” Vance was responding to Jen Psaki, Joe Biden's previous press secretary, who skeptically asserted that “Prayer is not freaking enough. Prayers does [sic] not end school shootings. Prayers do not make parents feel safe sending their kids to school. Prayer does not bring these kids back.” In addition to Vice President Vance, CNN's conservative commentator Scott Jennings defended prayer as well. Listen. JENNINGS: “I think it's wrong, frankly, to vilify or attack people of faith. I think ‘thoughts and prayers' are the most solid on days of tragedy for people who live their faith every day. And I think on a day like today, particularly in a church community, there are probably people praying harder for comfort today than they have ever prayed in their life. “And I heard others on the Left today go down this line of attack against people of faith, sort of denigrating the idea that they might want to pray today.” Proverbs 28:9 reminds us that “If one turns away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer is an abomination.” And Proverbs 15:29 says, “The LORD is far from the wicked, but He hears the prayer of the righteous.” Chip and Joanna Gaines roll out “LGBTQ roller skating show” The reality show pop-star couple and known-to- be professing Christians, Chip Gaines and his wife, Joanna, are under fire again. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Adam McManus California school district prohibits prayer before board meeting A California school district is fighting a legal battle to defend opening prayer, arguing it's perfectly permissible to open meetings by invoking God, reports Faithwire.com. Joel Oster, an attorney for Advocates For Faith & Freedom, told CBN News that Chino Valley Unified School District has taken decisive legal action to challenge what it believes to be an outdated injunction from the Ninth Circuit Court preventing the school board from opening with prayer. The Christian legal rights attorney explained himself. OSTER: “It's not a violation of the First Amendment. It's not an unconstitutional establishment of religion to just simply allow a deliberative body to open up its sessions with prayer.” Remember the truth of Ephesians 6:12. “For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.” D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser flips: Grateful Trump lowered crime After previously criticizing President Donald Trump's federal takeover of Washington, D.C., Mayor Muriel Bowser has since changed her stance, praising the federal operation for the reduction in homicides, carjackings, and gun crimes, reports One America News. On Wednesday, Bowser gave an update on the result of the federal takeover, revealing that violent crime is down by 45% since the operation began in comparison to crime statistics within the same period last year. The nation's capital has seen a 38% decrease in homicides, an 87% decrease in carjackings, and a 62% decrease in robberies. Attorney General Pam Bondi revealed on Thursday that there have been 1,283 arrests and the seizure of 135 illegal guns as a result of the operation. In order to help drop the homicide rate even further, President Trump made this announcement. TRUMP: “If somebody kills somebody in the capital, Washington, DC, we're going to be seeking the death penalty. And that's a very strong preventative we have no choice in DC and Washington. States are going to have to make their own decision. But if somebody kills somebody, it's the death penalty.” Genesis 9:6 says, “Whoever sheds the blood of man, by man shall his blood be shed, for God made man in His own image." Trump fired CDC Director On Thursday, the White House said President Donald Trump has fired Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Director Susan Monarez after she refused to resign, reports CNBC. Hours later, NBC News reported the White House had tapped Jim O'Neill, deputy secretary of the Health and Human Services department, to serve as acting director of the CDC. O'Neill was sworn in as deputy secretary in June, and is a key aide to HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. The temporary appointment suggests that Kennedy could have a clearer path to make changes to U.S. immunization policy, particularly after Monarez had refused some of his requests. The permanent replacement for Monarez will have to be confirmed, though, by the Senate. Homosexual CDC official, who called pregnant women pregnant “people,” resigned Plus, Dr. Demetre Daskalakis, a homosexual man married to his alleged husband, Michael Macneal, resigned at the CDC in part because he had been upset by Kennedy's decision to remove COVID-19 vaccines from immunization schedules for healthy children and pregnant women, reports The Epoch Times. And, like many on the left, Daskalakis insisted on calling pregnant women “pregnant people.” White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt made this comment. LEAVITT: “I understand there were a few other individuals who resigned after the firing of Ms. Monarez. One of those individuals wrote in his departure statement that he identifies pregnant women as ‘pregnant people.' So, that's not someone who we want in this administration anyway. So, if people are not aligned with the President's vision and the Secretary's vision to make our country healthy again, then we will gladly show them the door.” Kirk Cameron warns America about Taylor Swift Christian actor Kirk Cameron recently sounded the alarm over Taylor Swift's cultural influence, reports The Christian Post. CAMERON: “This billionaire pop star in heels is crowned ‘the voice of a generation.' What do you get when a billionaire pop star releases an album with provocative artwork, lyrics that mock God, glorify rebellion and celebrate explicit sin? “You get the most powerful sermon that America's youth will hear this year. Her songs are not just music. This is discipleship!” Cracker Barrel has funded sexually perverse lifestyles for a decade Despite the fact that Cracker Barrel has been shamed into keeping its own nostalgic logo, the controversy extends beyond the logo and remodels. According to Fox Business, the rebranding saga began on May 16, 2024, when Julie Masino, the new president as of 2023, unveiled a “strategic transformation plan” to investors, emphasizing “refining” and “evolving the brand across all touchpoints.” Investor Sardar Biglari, a prominent shareholder, issued four warnings, including a 120-page slide deck and a seven-page letter to shareholders, labeling the rebrand “obvious folly” and warning of “shareholder value destruction.” He argued, “Cracker Barrel is not in dire need of a transformation; it's in dire need of a turnaround,” and criticized the board as “flawed” and “responsible for the current malaise.” Despite these warnings, Masino and the board pressed forward with a $700 million remodel at Cracker Barrel, ignoring Biglari's concerns and dismissing him as an “activist investor” with an “ultimate agenda.” However, from a Christian standpoint, the most objectionable aspect of Cracker Barrel is its apparent longstanding push of sexual perversion. Listen to what conservative activist Robby Starbuck said at the beginning of a 15-minute statement. STARBUCK: “We investigated Cracker Barrel, and what I'm about to show you is a company infested with left-wing activists who are more interested in safe spaces, pronouns, and virtue signaling than they are in their customers. “I think the best way to start is by telling you what you've been funding if you've gone to Cracker Barrel in recent years. So, let's start with Nashville [homosexual] Pride. Yes, Cracker Barrel is a proud sponsor of Nashville Pride, and had been part of it for over a decade, along with participating for multiple years in Evansville, Indiana's third River City Pride event. “They even made LGBTQ+ rocking chairs for these pride events. The same pride rocking chair that they put front and center in their Tennessee corporate office and at their 2019 managers conference for the Cracker Barrel managers. “And for a food service company, you might be thinking their focus should be good food and good service, but their own website says, ‘This year, Cracker Barrel's focus was to be a part of the [Homosexual/Transgender] Pride experience.' And they're very proud of their pro-trans rocking chairs. Let me tell you, they call it, ‘Bringing the front porch to Pride.' It's Monday, August 11th, A.D. 2025. This is The Worldview in 5 Minutes heard on 140 radio stations and at www.TheWorldview.com. I'm Adam McManus. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Adam McManus CA pastor warns if anti-parent bill passes they need to leave state Pastor Jack Hibbs, Founder of Calvary Chapel Chino Hills, sounded the alarm last week about a dangerous anti-parent bill in California. HIBBS: “[Democratic California Governor] Gavin Newsom and his buddies up there have crafted Assembly Bill 495. This bill 100% strips parents of their parental rights. It allows an individual to obtain this new form that comes with the bill. They can download it. They can get it mailed to them. They can go pick it up. They fill it out. “They can name a child, let's say Suzie Q. So, John goes to a school in California and says, ‘I have this form, and I am asking for Suzie Q to be put into my custody. I want to take her out of school.' “The bill does not require a background check for this man. Requires no identification, no driver's license, no nothing. There's no requirement in the bill for the school to call you to ask you if it's okay if John takes your daughter out of school. “It is literally being called by opponents of it -- I'm one of them -- the California Legislature Trafficking Bill. It is unbelievable. Go to realimpact.us. Read about it. “Four or five reprobates have written it. We're going to let you know who they are, and we're going to campaign against them.” Supporters of the controversial bill see it as a necessary response to President Donald Trump's crackdown on illegal immigration. In a so-called “fact sheet” about the proposal, Democratic Assemblywoman Celeste Rodriguez argued that the bill enables the kids of illegals to be cared for if their parents are detained or deported. However, conservatives and Christians believe the law could be used in nefarious ways, allowing non-related adults to a child to gain legal authority over the child with a single affidavit that does not require parental consent, reports Faithwire.com. The California Senate is about to vote on it. That's why Pastor Hibbs urged the thousands in his congregation to travel the 400 miles north to California's capitol on Tuesday, August 19th to speak out against it. HIBBS: “I need all of you to take August 19th off. I'm going to ask all of you to drive, bus, fly. I don't care how you get there, but I want you to meet me at the Capitol steps in Sacramento because our elected leaders are right now trying to get a bill passed that's the unthinkable. “We're looking for a minimum of 5,000 people to be there that day. Let your voice be heard. The last time we gathered up there, it was the largest gathering in 27 years in our state capitol.” Gina Gleason, director of the Real Impact ministry at Calvary Chapel Chino Hills, said, “[Democrats] have a supermajority and Republicans are in the minority. So usually the Democrats get pretty much everything that they want unless we, as the church, as conservatives, stand up and speak up, and that's what we're trying to do with this bill. If we make enough noise, if we get enough attention, they will back off.” Pastor Hibbs said that the problem is too few Christians vote. HIBBS: “This is the California government, ladies and gentlemen, that somebody's voted them in. I think we did, maybe, by not voting. ‘Nah, I just sit that out. I'm going to get involved in that kind of stuff.' And … here we are. “Because whenever there's an evil, evil always fills a void, a vacancy. Jesus said that a man void of the Holy Spirit, the demons go search out and bring seven more demons worse than himself, inhabits the man because there was a vacancy. “Because good people don't vote in California, we've got idiots running this state, perverts.” Pastor Hibbs issued a dramatic warning. HIBBS: “If this bill passes, I'm going to ask you to leave the state of California. You're going to need to pack up, and you're going to have to get out. You got to get out. You got to run with your kids. You got to go. I would not subject my child to one second in this public school system with this new law, AB 495. “Your child's safety is number one in your life. I never thought the day would ever come when I would encourage you to leave. “As you can tell, I'm angry, and I'll die on this hill. This is the end of California. If this bill passes, your children are now subject and vulnerable to state-sanctioned kidnapping or trafficking.” Pray for the demise of AB 495. If you live in California, tell your legislator you oppose AB 495 and attend the Tuesday, August 19th rally in Sacramento. Proverbs 21:15 says, “When justice is done, it is a joy to the righteous, but terror to evildoers.” Trump to meet with Putin in Alaska after issuing ‘very severe' tariff threat President Donald Trump announced that he will meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin on American soil this Friday to discuss an end to the war in Ukraine, reports One America News. On Truth Social, President Trump wrote, “The highly anticipated meeting between myself, as President of the United States of America, and President Vladimir Putin, of Russia, will take place Friday, August 15, 2025, in the Great State of Alaska. Further details to follow.” The upcoming talks between the two world leaders follow after President Trump gave Putin a 10-12 day deadline to secure a ceasefire in Ukraine, or potentially face “very severe tariffs” and sanctions. Man avoids prison after viciously assaulting two elderly pro-lifers in Baltimore And finally, Patrick Brice, who was found guilty earlier this year of savagely beating two elderly pro-life activists in a May 2023 attack outside a Baltimore Planned Parenthood abortion mill, was only sentenced to home detention and probation last Thursday, but notably will not be required to spend a day behind bars, reports LifeSiteNews.com. On August 7, Baltimore City Circuit Judge Yvette Bryant sentenced Brice to just one year of home detention and three years of probation for brutally attacking pro-life sidewalk counselors Mark Crosby and Dick Schaefer, who were 73 and 80 respectively at the time. Schafer and Crosby were simply praying and offering alternatives to women who were coming to kill their babies, when a Planned Parenthood “deathscort” -- a staff member or volunteer who "escorts" women past pro-lifers -- attacked them. In broad daylight, Brice, who was 28, assaulted Schafer from behind, throwing him into a planter and window. When Crosby ran to his aid, Brice hit him in the face, knocking him to the ground, sending him crashing onto the brick sidewalk, and then Brice kicked him in the head. Tragically, Crosby suffered a fractured plate bone in his right cheek and had to have his eye orbit replaced with metal. His right eye was blinded, and he suffered a concussion. Video of the attack, which we have linked in our transcript today, released by Baltimore Police clearly shows the extreme violence of Brice's attack on Crosby and Schaefer. In February, a jury convicted Brice on two counts of second-degree assault and reckless endangerment for attacking the pro-life activists, but did not reach a verdict on the more serious charge of first-degree assault. Shockingly, in a June bench trial, Judge Bryant acquitted Brice of the first-degree assault charges on the absurd grounds that Crosby had “provoked” the defendant. The elderly pro-lifer told Daily Wire, “Baltimore is criminal-friendly. It's not victim-friendly at all, especially if you're a senior. Judges do not like pro-lifers. They don't like us saving babies, I don't know why.” Brice also yanked off Crosby's crucifix and chain which he was wearing around his neck. Crosby said that despite the pain he endured from the attack, “My shedding blood in front of Planned Parenthood for Jesus and the babies” has actually been “a gift to me.” The “millions of babies murdered” at Planned Parenthood over the years “have shed rivers of blood.” Isaiah 59:7 describes the abortionists and the Planned Parenthood “deathscorts,” like Patrick Brice, quite well. “Their feet rush into sin; they are swift to shed innocent blood. They pursue evil schemes; acts of violence mark their ways.” The prosecution had asked Judge Bryant for a 10-year prison sentence, urging the judge to send a message that attacking two peaceful elderly men in broad daylight for their religious or political views will not be tolerated. But Judge Bryant, who shockingly did not allow Crosby to show his wounded eye to the jury during the trial, opted to give Brice a “slap on the wrist.” Send a polite, 2-3 sentence letter to Judge Yvette Bryant objecting to her decision to acquit Patrick Brice of the first-degree assault charge and her refusal to give him any prison time at all for his violent attack on two peaceful, elderly men. Address it to: Judge Yvette Bryant, Cummings Courthouse, Chambers 252, 111 N. Calvert Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21202. I hope you are one of 50 Worldview listeners to send her a letter. In light of her miscarriage of justice, she needs to hear from us. Send me an email to let me know you sent it: Adam@TheWorldview.com.
