Fr. Perricone: Why Young Catholics are TRADITIONAL

Fr. Gerald Murray Perricone and John-Henry explore the crisis of belief surrounding the Eucharist and the surprising resurgence of Catholic tradition among young people. The conversation also examines the enduring appeal of the Traditional Latin Mass, not simply as a matter of preference, but as a source of beauty, transcendence, and sacred formation. Drawing on vivid analogies and decades of pastoral experience, Fr. Perricone explains why he believes today's youth are searching for authenticity in a culture of spiritual emptiness.HELP SUPPORT WORK LIKE THIS: https://give.lifesitenews.com/?utm_source=SOCIAL U.S. residents! Reverence Became Taboo' — Fr. Perricone Reveals How Everything Changed After Vatican II

He was ordained a half-century ago. He remembers when reverence was expected, when the tabernacle was central, when Catholics knew what they believed and why. Then came the changes, and everything flipped.Father Richard Perricone joins John-Henry Westen to chronicle the transformation that has left the Church unrecognizable. Reverence became taboo. The sacred became optional. The priesthood became confused. And the laity, trained for generations to trust their shepherds, were suddenly told that the faith they had received could be rewritten, reimagined, or simply abandoned.Perricone does not blame Vatican II alone. He blames what came after: the systematic dismantling of Catholic identity by men who saw tradition as an obstacle and ambiguity as a virtue. The loss of the Latin Mass. The sidelining of the tabernacle. The confusion over confession. The collapse of religious orders. The silence of bishops who should have spoken.HELP SUPPORT WORK LIKE THIS: https://give.lifesitenews.com/?utm_source=SOCIAL U.S. residents! ACLU asserts a “religious right” to abortion in Indiana; Trump adds SAVE Act to Pentagon reconciliation bill; Missionary David Brainerd had a heart to see Indians saved

It's Friday, June 12th, A.D. 2026. This is The Worldview in 5 Minutes heard on 140 radio stations and at www.TheWorldview.com.  I'm Adam McManus. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Adam McManus Hundreds of Nigerians freed from Boko Haram captivity after months Ready for some good news? Hundreds of Nigerians, who had been abducted by Boko Haram Muslim militants during a devastating March attack, have just been freed after months in captivity, reports International Christian Concern. It's one of the largest releases of hostages in the region in recent years.  Officials claim that the Nigerian army rescued 360 captives from a remote hideout in the Mandara Mountains of Borno State near the border with the country of Cameroon. However, local community leaders insist that local negotiations, rather than military action, secured their freedom. Pentagon on lock down over “air quality issue” On June 11th, the Pentagon was placed on lockdown after officials detected an “air quality issue” inside the building, reports NewsNation.com. Chief Pentagon spokesman Sean Parnell said the War Department activated standard safety procedures, including a “shelter-in-place order for affected areas. The Pentagon has sophisticated systems to ensure the safety of the building and its occupants. Those systems have detected an air quality issue necessitating precautionary measures until we determine its significance.” Trump adds SAVE Act to Pentagon reconciliation bill Despite the fact that the U.S. Senate has failed to make progress towards passing the much-needed Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act or SAVE America Act, which would secure our nation's elections, President Donald Trump is not throwing in the towel. In a post on Truth Social, he just announced a huge move to get the act passed by adding it directly to the upcoming $350 billion Pentagon reconciliation bill. This way, the legislation can clear the Senate with a simple majority, rather than the 60 votes needed under current rules. Referencing the SAVE Act, he wrote, “THE SAVE AMERICA ACT … will protect our Elections for Generations to come.  Our Warriors protect our most Sacred Rights, and Voting is at the top. Time to defend that Right for every American!” Yesterday, President Trump made these comments from the Oval Office. TRUMP: “All voters must show photo I.D.  So, you go to vote and show photo ID. Not complicated. But who could oppose it? … “All voters must show a little thing called proof of citizenship. No mail-in ballots except for illness, disability, military, or travel. So, we're being very progressive. We just don't want cheating. You see what's happening in California. They're rigging the election.” Urge your two U.S. Senator to pass the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act or SAVE Act by calling 202-224-3121. That's 202-224-3121. Suspicious newly registered homeless votes in LA Mayoral race In a suspicious turn of events to block Spencer Pratt's candidacy for Los Angeles mayor, thousands of homeless voters were registered to vote at Los Angeles  shelters — despite many not living there or the facilities not having any beds at all, reports the New York Post. As Spencer Pratt was eliminated by Nithya Raman in the mayor's race during additional counting of votes on June 8th, one drop-in center, St. Joseph Center in Venice, which had received $600,000 from Nithya Raman, had 185 registered voters at the address but offers absolutely no accommodations.  After the New York Post inquired about this suspicious activity, the photograph of Raman presenting a check to St. Joseph's was taken down from its website. The revelations have prompted U.S. Attorney Bill Essayli to say he will investigate the concerns uncovered by The New York Post and “follow the evidence” to see if the law has been broken.  A review of records shows 7,600 voters tied to homeless shelters and service providers. The largest concentration of homeless voters was at the Midnight Mission in Skid Row, where voting records show 1,160 registrations — but its website shows it only has beds for 9% of that number -- 84 men and 36 women. Something stinks in Denmark! Proverbs 17:23 says, "A wicked man takes a covert bribe from his bosom to pervert the ways of justice." ACLU asserts a “religious right” to abortion in Indiana The Thomas More Society is weighing in on a pending ACLU-inspired abortion case before the Indiana Supreme Court, urging the state's highest jurists not to recognize a so-called “right” to abortion under the guise of religious freedom, reports LifeSiteNews.com. Indiana law bans most surgical abortions. Sadly, chemical abortions persist due to mail-order Abortion Kill Pills, which the state legislature has so far been unable to quash. The ACLU suit claims that denying Indiana mothers abortions would violate Indiana's Religious Freedom Restoration Act, a 2015 law that says that government may not “substantially burden a person's exercise of religion.” Indiana Republican Attorney General Todd Rokita has appealed, and the Indiana Supreme Court agreed in April to take the case. Oral arguments are set to begin in September. Thomas Olp with the Thomas Moore Society, said, “This case is a Trojan Horse. The ACLU and its clients want to call this religious liberty, but it isn't—not under any historically honest understanding of the term. From Cicero to John Locke to the framers of Indiana's Constitution, the natural law tradition that gave us religious freedom has never treated the taking of innocent life as an exercise of religion.” Missionary David Brainerd had a heart to see Indians saved And finally, on June 12, 1744, David Brainerd was ordained by the Presbyterian Church to be a missionary to the New England Indians. He first went to an Indian village on the Housatonic River in Connecticut. Then, he studied the Algonquin languages in Stockbridge, Massachusetts. According to the Generations-published Taking the Americas for Jesus, Brainerd loved the Indians which is why he wanted them to hear the Good News of Jesus Christ. He said, “I taught that men are sinners. All sinners will be judged by God. Then, I told them that Christ could save them. Christ was a great Savior.  All who believe in Jesus will be saved.” Even living in a wigwam and missing many meals, Brainerd was undeterred.  Indian witch doctors tried to poison him. He asked, “Why can't your magic harm me?” Sometimes Indians trusted in Christ. But many did not want to leave their idols. In 1745, Brainerd went to an Indian tribe in New Jersey where 100 Indians converted to Christianity. 2 Corinthians 5:17 says, “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come. The old has gone, the new is here!” He died from tuberculosis on October 9, 1747, at the young age of 29.  Close And that's The Worldview on this Friday, June 12th, in the year of our Lord 2026. The greatest threat facing Christians is not war. It is not political upheaval. It is not even the collapse of Western civilization. The greatest threat, John-Henry Westen warns, is the Great Apostasy, the loss of faith spreading from within the Church herself.Drawing on the warnings of Pope St. John Paul II, Padre Pio, the seers of Fatima, and a host of saints and mystics, Westen argues that modern Catholics are living through a fulfillment of prophecy. Not the kind of prophecy that predicts earthquakes and wars—those have always been with us. The prophecy that should terrify every believer is the one that foretells shepherds becoming wolves, doctrine dissolving into ambiguity, and the faithful being told that sin is not sin and truth is not truth.Westen does not mince words: Pope Francis and Pope Leo have departed from historical Catholic teaching. The synodal path, the blessing of same-sex couples, the downgrading of abortion as a priority, the attack on the Latin Mass, all of it points to a Church that has turned against itself.HELP SUPPORT WORK LIKE THIS: https://give.lifesitenews.com/?utm_source=SOCIAL U.S. residents! It's Monday, June 8th, A.D. 2026. This is The Worldview in 5 Minutes heard on 140 radio stations and at www.TheWorldview.com.  I'm Adam McManus. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Adam McManus Russian pastor labeled “terrorist” for speaking against Ukraine war On May 28th, Russian authorities labeled 74-year-old Baptist pastor Yuri Sipko to be a terrorist, reports International Christian Concern. As the former head of the Union of Evangelical Baptist Christians in Russia, he has spoken out against the war in Ukraine on social media. As a result, Russia launched a criminal case against him in August 2023, claiming he was spreading false information about military actions. At the time, Sipko said,  “They are looking for me to put me in prison because I've spoken the truth that Russia waged war on Ukraine,  People are dying, and everything is being destroyed. It's criminal, and they should not be doing this.” During the investigation, Sipko's home was raided, but he managed to escape. In Matthew 5:10, Jesus said, “Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness' sake, for theirs is the kingdom of Heaven.” Iran's missiles failed to hit Saudi Arabia or Bahrain On June 2nd, U.S. forces successfully defeated multiple Iranian ballistic missiles and drones, and conducted self-defense strikes on Qeshm Island in the Strait of Hormuz in response to attempted attacks by Iran across the Middle East, reported the United States Central Command on X. Iran launched several ballistic missiles toward regional neighbors. However, all failed to hit their intended targets. Two Iranian missiles fired at Kuwait fell short or broke apart enroute, and three missiles launched at Bahrain were immediately intercepted by U.S. and Bahrain air defense forces. House resolution constrains Trump from military action against Iran In a vote of 215-208 on June 3rd, the U.S. House of Representatives passed a measure seeking to stop President Trump from taking further military action in Iran amid growing opposition to the war, reports the Associated Press. President Trump called the 215 representatives who passed the resolution "unpatriotic.” In a post on Truth Social, the president wrote: "In a meaningless vote, the House voted, 4 bad Republicans and all of the Dumocrats, to limit my War Powers, right in the middle of my final negotiations to end the War with the Islamic Republic of Iran. Who would do such an unpatriotic thing?" It is unclear how much legal force the House's measure will have. The White House described the move as an unconstitutional attempt to restrict presidential power. Four GOP Senators opposed Safeguard Voter Eligibility Act On June 4th, the U.S. Senate failed to pass the Safeguard Voter Eligibility Act which would require people to show documented proof of citizenship, reports Fox News. Republican Senators Susan Collins of Maine, Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, Thom Tillis of North Carolina and Mitch McConnell of Kentucky voted against the motion, signaling that the SAVE America Act does not have the votes to pass. Appearing on Fox News, Republican Senator Mike Lee of Utah said this. LEE: “Americans overwhelmingly support the need for voter I.D. They overwhelmingly support the need to verify citizenship from those registered to vote in this country. That's why the overwhelming majority, a super majority, of Republican voters, of Democrat voters nationwide want the S.A.V.E America Act passed. And even want it passed before the midterm elections. “That cuts across the board in people of both political parties. The only place where this is even remotely controversial is in the halls of Congress with Democrats. We've got to get this done to make our elections safe and secure again.” Indeed, according to Pew Research Center, 83% of Americans favor requiring all voters to show government-issued photo ID to vote, including 95% of Republicans and 71% of Democrats. Trump beautifies Washington, D.C. Ahead of America's 250th birthday, President Donald Trump made a promise. TRUMP: “We're going to get all the graffiti off the marble. We're going to fix the roads and the medians, which are falling down all over the street. Washington, D.C. will become a symbol of beauty, security, freedom, and strength.” Specifically speaking, for nearly two decades, the Columbus Fountain in front of Washington's Union Station was nonfunctional. Now, water is flowing again after 19 years. Plus, all of the obscene graffiti that President Joe Biden had tolerated was power washed away. The work was completed thanks to President Donald Trump's executive order on "Making the District of Columbia Safe and Beautiful." Appearing on CNN's State of the Union, Interior Secretary Doug Bergum said this. BERGUM: “The real scandal is not that we're fixing up monuments or making this capital beautiful again. The scandal should be, how in the world did we let our capital fall into such a disrepair? How did we fall into such a spot where celebrating American patriotism became partisan?” At a cabinet meeting, President Trump weighed in. TRUMP: “D.C. is looking beautiful, and the fountains are almost all open.” Most notably, the reflecting pool between the Washington Monument and Lincoln Memorial was in terrible disrepair.  After draining the pool and removing 12 truckloads of trash, they repaired the leaks in the pool's concrete slab and joints by applying a waterproof coating, and painted it “American flag” blue to improve the reflection.  After starting the filling process on June 4th, it was completely filled yesterday, June 7th. YouTuber announced abortion of Down syndrome baby And finally, YouTube influencer Jesse Ridgway, who has 4 million followers, is facing a massive backlash after he announced on X that he and his wife decided to abort their baby after the child was diagnosed with Down syndrome, reports LifeSiteNews.com. Horrifically, Ridgway stated that he and his wife researched Down syndrome and decided that it would be best for both the child and for his family if the baby was killed in the womb—and noted that over 90 percent of children diagnosed with Down syndrome are aborted. He said, “50% of babies with Down syndrome have heart defects. 75% will have hearing challenges. Over 50% will have vision problems. … Sadly, the list is long. … As for us, we made a difficult decision that we believe, in the long-run, will be beneficial for our family. Thankfully, we had a choice.” Incidentally, despite frequent health difficulties, nearly 99 percent of people with Down syndrome report being happy with their lives; 96 percent like how they look; and 97 percent like who they are.  Dr. Calum Miller, a United Kingdom doctor and ethicist, said, “I'm sorry you murdered your child because he/she didn't pass quality control.” He pointed out that Ridgway had previously celebrated the fact that his dog had managed to survive a complicated surgery and was now living without kidneys. Columnist Mollie Hemingway wrote, “Killing your baby because he wasn't perfect in your eyes is so sad and dark and, yes, evil. Even if we didn't know how wonderful people with Down syndrome are. I pray you find Jesus. Life is beautiful.” And podcaster Brittany Hughes bluntly put it: “There is no way of framing this that will gain my sympathy. No poetic waxing, no begging for understanding, no tearful excuses. My heart breaks for this precious baby who was killed for the crime of having an extra chromosome by the two people who should have protected him or her with their own lives.” Proverbs 31:8 says, “Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves.” Close And that's The Worldview on this Monday, June 8th, in the year of our Lord 2026. While he fought government overreach in the streets, his own daughter was caught in a system he believes is designed to sideline parents. Despite his objections, despite his concerns, medical professionals moved forward with a gender transition plan that shattered his relationship with his daughter—and his trust in every institution he once believed in.This is not a story about politics. It is a story about parental authority erased, medical ethics abandoned, and a government that no longer pretends to care what mothers and fathers think. Jeff recounts the phone calls, the treatment recommendations he was powerless to stop, and the moment he realized his daughter was being treated as a project of the state rather than a child of her parents. From COVID mandates to gender ideology to the collapse of conservative leadership willing to fight back, Jeff's story is a warning. Scripture warns of a Great Apostasy. Our Lady of Fatima promised that her Immaculate Heart would triumph, but not before a period of suffering, confusion, and persecution. Father James Altman joins John-Henry Westen to argue that the signs are all around us: a Church in crisis, a hierarchy lost in ambiguity, and a world preparing to welcome a false savior. The conversation spans Fatima's delayed consecration of Russia, the ignored request to consecrate France to the Sacred Heart, and the prophecies of saints like Hildegard, Padre Pio, and Archbishop Fulton Sheen. Sheen, in particular, foresaw that the laity would one day restore the Church while clergy and bishops abandoned their posts.Altman is blunt: this is not the time for complacency. The synodal church, the replacement of confession with "listening centers," the normalization of sin, the silence of cardinals, all of it points to a spiritual collapse foretold centuries ago. But prophecy is not meant to inspire fear. It is meant to prepare. The end is not the end of the world. It is the end of the world. And for those who remain faithful, the triumph of the Immaculate Heart is already certain. The question is whether Catholics will be ready when the Antichrist makes his entrance.HELP SUPPORT WORK LIKE THIS: https://give.lifesitenews.com/?utm_source=SOCIAL U.S. residents! It's Monday, June 1st, A.D. 2026. This is The Worldview in 5 Minutes heard on 140 radio stations and at www.TheWorldview.com.  I'm Adam McManus. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Adam McManus Egypt grants legal status to 191 church buildings The Egyptian government released an order the week of May 18th granting legal status to 191 church buildings that previously lacked official recognition, reports International Christian Concern. In total, 3,804 churches and related buildings have been approved since the creation of a committee to review churches in 2016, according to Christian Solidarity Worldwide.  Thousands of churches and associated buildings have been built in recent decades. Still, the northeast African country of Egypt maintains a system for approving Christian places of worship that is separate from — and more difficult than — that for Sunni Muslim places of worship. According to Open Doors, Egypt is the 42nd most oppressive country worldwide for Christians. Pope Leo meets with pro-abort, pro-sex perversion Chicago mayor On May 28th, Pope Leo XIV met in a private audience with radical Chicago Democratic mayor Brandon Johnson, during which they reportedly discussed ICE raids in the city, slavery reparations, and the Iran war, but not key moral issues such as abortion and the homosexual transgender agenda, both of which Mayor Johnson supports, reports LifeSiteNews.com. The mayor has a radically pro-abortion and pro-sexual perversion record, previously pledging to offer free Abortion Kill Pills and to prosecute pro-life sidewalk counselors. And, in 2024, the mayor commemorated “National Abortion Provider Appreciation Day.” At the time, Chicago Mayor Johnson said, “We commend the bravery and resilience of abortion providers and look forward to continuing to support their efforts to ensure that reproductive rights are upheld and respected. Together, we can resist attempts to roll back the progress we have made, ensuring Chicago remains a sanctuary for choice.” Notice, he failed to mention that the choice the mother makes is the choice to murder her innocent pre-born baby boy or baby girl. In God's conversation with the prophet Jeremiah, He said, "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart.” (Jeremiah 1:5) Supreme Court Justice Amy Barrett targeted in attempted swatting U.S. Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett was the target of an apparent “swatting” attempt after an unknown caller falsely reported gunfire at her Virginia residence, reports The Christian Post. On May 27th, Fairfax County police said that a caller contacted the department's nonemergency line claiming to have heard shots fired at Barrett's home. Officers quickly coordinated with Supreme Court Police assigned to the residence and determined the report was false. Texas Governor Abbott blasted Democrat James Talarico Appearing on Fox News Channel, Texas Republican Governor Greg Abbott blasted James Talarico, the Democrat Senatorial candidate, who will face off in the general election against Republican Ken Paxton for U.S. Senate this fall. Listen. ABBOTT: “Talarico himself said he has a record that he's going to run on. Let me tell you quickly about that record, about votes that he cast, not crazy things that he said. But he cast votes that support [Diversity, Equity and Inclusion] in our public schools, support defunding our law enforcement, supports boys in girls' sports, supports transition surgery for minors, supports a state income tax in the state of Texas, supports open border policies. “So, the votes he's cast set a record for how challenging he would be for any average Texan. You know, oftentimes you hear President Trump talk about a 90/10 issue, where 90% of the people are lined up on one side, 10% on the other side. Talarico's votes are on the 10% side.” How a small-town Arkansas man got God on America's money And finally, Matthew Rothert Sr., a Presbyterian furniture manufacturer and avid coin collector born in 1904, was at church in Chicago on June 21, 1953, when he believed the Holy Spirit impressed upon him the idea that the phrase "In God We Trust" should be featured on American banknotes as it did on coins, according to his daughter, Alice Rothert Nelson, reports The Christian Post. She said, "The collection plate was going around, and he felt God tell him that the coins had 'In God We Trust,' but it was the bills that went all around the world. And he believed he should get 'In God We Trust' on the bills of the paper money, and so that started the campaign." By way of background, "In God We Trust" was first engraved on U.S. coins during the Civil War, after Mark Richards Watkinson, a Baptist minister from Pennsylvania, petitioned then-Treasury Secretary Salmon Chase at the end of 1861 to promote "the recognition of the Almighty God in some form in our coins" amid the fading illusion of a short, relatively bloodless conflict. Pastor Watkinson told Chase, "You are probably a Christian. What if our Republic were now shattered beyond recognition? Would not the antiquaries, [those who study history], in succeeding centuries, rightly reason, from our part, we were a heathen nation?" He saw the increasingly brutal, intractable war as a divine chastening that could destroy the country. Expressing hope that honoring God in such a public way "would relieve us from the [disgrace] of heathenism." Watkinson noted, "This would place us openly under the divine protection we have personally claimed. From my heart, I have felt our national shame in disowning God." Salmon Chase and James Pollock, a Presbyterian minister then serving as director of the U.S. Mint, agreed with Watkinson, ultimately leading Congress to pass a law in April 1864 allowing "In God We Trust" on the one- and two-cent pieces. Pollock said, “We claim to be a Christian nation—why should we not vindicate our character by honoring the God of Nations. Our national coinage should do this. Its legends and devices should declare our trust in God—in Him who is "King of Kings and Lord of Lords." AUDIO FROM DIVINE HYMNS: “King of kings and Lord of lords. Glory Hallelujah. King of kings and Lord of lords. Glory Hallelujah.” Revelation 19:16 says, “On [Christ's] robe and on His thigh, He has this name written: 'King of kings and Lord of lords.'” The U.S. Congress passed another law in March 1865 to place the words on all gold and silver coins, which was the last act President Abraham Lincoln signed before his assassination. Nearly a century later, the motto gained renewed attention when the United States found itself embattled again during the global tensions of the Cold War. Seeing its simple declaration of faith as a necessary contrast to the atheist communism that animated the Soviet Union, Matthew Rothert followed Watkinson's example. He gave speeches, rallied support, and fired off many letters to officials, including President Dwight Eisenhower and Treasury Secretary George Humphrey, urging them to add the phrase to paper money. In a 1987 interview, Matthew Rothert, at the age of 83, said, "The Lord seemed to tell me to do this. He put the idea so strongly in my mind that I worked on it until I accomplished my goal. I realized the circulation of American coins was limited to the boundaries of the country, while U.S. paper money circulated worldwide. It looked like Americans were saying they trusted in God only a few cents' worth!" In an unusually swift and bipartisan action, the bill was on President Eisenhower's desk by July 11, 1955. Changing the master dies and printing plates at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing to include "In God We Trust" would typically have been too cost-prohibitive, but, providentially, they were already set to be replaced that year to accommodate a new printing process. It's Friday, May 22nd, A.D. 2026. This is The Worldview in 5 Minutes heard on 140 radio stations and at www.TheWorldview.com.  I'm Adam McManus. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Adam McManus Pakistani Muslim man abducts and marries 14-year-old Christian girl A married Pakistani Muslim, 41-year-old Arshad Habib, who already had three wives, abducted a 14-year-old Christian girl on May 12th. He forcibly converted her to Islam and married her, exploiting her epilepsy and mental health vulnerabilities to sexually abuse her, reports Morning Star News. The girl's father, Abbas Masih, a daily wage laborer and member of a local Brethren church in Lahore, the Pakistani capital, said his daughter, Nisha, disappeared on May 12th while working as a domestic helper at a Muslim household. Police showed the father documents claiming Nisha had converted to Islam on February 15 and married Habib three days later. According to Open Doors, Pakistan is the eighth most oppressive country worldwide for Christians.  Send a two-sentence letter of objection to Pakistani Ambassador Rizwan Sheikh, Pakistan Embassy, 3517 International Court NW, Washington, D.C. 20008. Jeff Bezos: We don't have a tax problem. We have a spending problem. Jeff Bezos, the founder of Amazon, gave CNBC co-anchor Andrew Sorkin a reality check on how ludicrous the Left's tax-the-rich scheme really is when measured up against the data during the May 20th edition of Squawk Box, reports NewsBusters.org. Sorkin tried cornering Bezos on the bevy of headlines in the media excoriating billionaires, decrying their wealth accumulation, and vilifying them for supposedly not paying their fair share in taxes. Bezos was not fazed. BEZOS: “I think what's going on is that it's kind of a tale of two economies. So, you have a bunch of people in this country who are doing really well. But you also have a bunch of people in this country who are struggling -- rent, groceries.  “A nurse in Queens, who makes $75,000 a year, pays more than $12,000 a year in taxes. Does that really make sense? How about we start by having the nurse in Queens not pay taxes at all.  “The bottom half of income earners in this country pay only 3% of the taxes. The top 1% of taxpayers pay 40% of all the tax revenue. We don't have a revenue problem in this country. We actually have a spending problem.” Jeff Bezos gave an example of how spending more money is not necessarily an iron-clad guarantee of fixing a problem. BEZOS: “The New York City school system: They spend $44,000 per student. That's 30% more per student than other big cities like Chicago, L.A., and Boston. And it's three times more than Miami and Houston. By the way, New York City doesn't get better outcomes.  “If we ran Amazon the way New York City runs their school system, your packages would take six weeks to arrive, we'd have to charge you a $100 delivery fee, and then, when the package did finally arrive, it'd have the wrong item in it anyway.” Homosexual former Congressman Barney Frank died Former Democratic Congressman Barney Frank of Massachusetts, a self-avowed homosexual, died May 19th at the age of 86 after entering hospice care at his home in Maine last month due to congestive heart failure, reports The Western Journal. According to The New York Times, he came out of the sexual perversion closet publicly in an interview with The Boston Globe in the spring of 1987, saying, "If you ask the direct question: 'Are you gay?' the answer is: 'Yes. So what?' " He was the first open homosexual in Congress and the first one to be faux married in July 2012. Frank met his faux “husband,” Jim Ready, 30 years his junior, at a homosexual political fundraiser in Maine.   Appearing on NBC's Meet the Press in March 2015, Congressman Frank was asked this question by Chuck Todd. TODD:  “You're trying to answer this conundrum. Gay rights were once reviled publicly and Congress was revered. Now, those attitudes have flipped. How did that happen?” FRANK: “Our reality, as gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender people, beat the prejudice. The essential mechanism is there, that we stopped hiding. And it turned out we weren't what the stereotype was.  “There was a point when the notion that I could get married to Jim [Ready] while I was still in Congress, would have been the most bizarre possibility. And by the time I got married, someone said, ‘Well, was it controversial that you get married while you were still in Congress?' And the answer was, ‘Yes, it was. A lot of my colleagues were mad that they didn't get invited.'” TODD: (laughs) In an attempt to deflect from the importance of legislating morality on social issues, like homosexual faux marriage and abortion, Congressman Frank said, “The issue is not that morals be applied to public policy. It's that conservatives bring public policy to spheres of our lives where it should not enter.” But Proverbs 29:2 says, “When the righteous thrive, the people rejoice; when the wicked rule, the people groan.” Barney Frank retired from Congress in 2013 and went on to serve as a political commentator, writer, and public figure. Colorado teacher prohibited 7th grader from reading pro-life poem in class And finally, a Colorado teacher at Drake Middle School refused to allow a seventh-grade student to present her pro-life poem in class because it was deemed “offensive,” reports LifeSiteNews.com. GIRL: “My teacher assigned an assignment in class to write a slam poem about a conflict in the world that we are passionate about. I chose life. I chose this topic because it's important to me and my family. In my poem, I met all of the criteria. I got reputable resources. And I included everything that I needed in my poem.” The opening of the 13-year-old's poem said, “A life is a life, no matter how small. Seventy-three million people have been killed in one year when they are completely innocent humans. They never get to see the light of day before they are cast away.  They did nothing wrong except exist and were dismissed. People say women need health care but never think how unfair. They kill baby for simply being there! The Word of God says [in Psalm 139:13], ‘You knit me together in my mother's womb.'  How come we never listen to this and try to send them to the tomb?” The teacher reportedly tried to kick the girl out of class during other students' presentations which slammed the Second Amendment and championed sexual perversion.  The girl's mother said her own mother became pregnant at age 14 and chose life, resulting in strong pro-life convictions in her own family. Diogo explores whether a nation can remain culturally Catholic while becoming increasingly shaped by secular values. Using Portugal as a case study, he contrasts declining religious practice with signs of renewal found in families, converts, pilgrims, and growing devotion to Fatima and traditional expressions of the faith. Rather than promising national revival, the Fatima message is presented as pointing toward a faithful remnant preserving belief through difficult times. The discussion argues that modern confusion cannot be solved by institutions alone, but through prayer, family life, and spiritual discipline.HELP SUPPORT WORK LIKE THIS: https://give.lifesitenews.com/?utm_source=SOCIAL U.S. residents! Questions are also raised about the 2013 conclave and allegations involving the so-called “Saint Gallen group” and improper electioneering. If Benedict's resignation or the conclave were invalid, the implications for the pontificate of Pope Francis and subsequent Vatican appointments could be enormous. They called him the greatest communicator of the Gospel in American history. But Fulton Sheen was also a fierce enforcer of Catholic tradition, and the stories are only now coming out.He demanded the tabernacle remain central in every church. Not off to the side. Not in a chapel. Front and center. Because the Eucharist is not an ornament, it is the source and summit of the faith, and Sheen would not allow it to be hidden. He banned cassock-free priests from his diocese. No modernist dress. No blending in with the world. If you were a priest, you dressed like one, publicly, unashamedly, and with reverence for the office you held. And when seminarians began embracing the creeping liberalism of the 1960s and 70s, Sheen did not dialogue with them. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Adam McManus Three North Korean prisoners to receive human rights award Three Korean missionaries detained for more than a decade in North Korea will receive the Graciela Fernandez Meijide Human Rights Award in August in absentia, reports International Christian Concern. The three men — missionary Choi Chun-gil, age 70, missionary Kim Jong-Uk, age 62, and Pastor Kim Kuk-gi, age 72— were helping North Korean defectors and underground churches in Northeast China before North Korean agents arrested them and took them to jails inside North Korea.  North Korea sentenced the three men to life in a North Korean labor camp. The South Korean government has repeatedly called for the missionaries' release. Analysts estimate that more than 30,000 Christians are currently suffering in these camps where they are overworked, starved, and tortured. Not surprisingly, North Korea denies the existence of such camps. According to Open Doors, North Korea is the most oppressive country worldwide for Christians. Vatican: Homosexual couples are not guilty of sin The new Vatican synod report published May 5th has just dropped a bombshell, reports LifeSiteNews.com. It said, “Sin, at its root, does not consist in the same-sex couple relationship.” Instead, the document suggests sin is merely a lack of faith in God. Homosexual relationships are presented by the Vatican through glowing testimonies. The document takes specific aim at Courage, a Catholic group established for the support of those with homosexual attraction who wish to live chastely and in accord with Catholic Church teaching.  And the report openly questions whether such unions could be considered analogous to marriage.  It asks whether homosexual “relationships” can be thought of as equal “to heterosexual conjugal union,” despite “the evident impossibility of procreation.” This is not a fringe document. It comes from a synodal study group operating with Vatican approval. But Leviticus 18:22 could not be more clear. “Do not have sexual relations with a man as one does with a woman; that is detestable.” US launches strikes on two Iranian targets On May 7th,  U.S. Central Command confirmed military action within the Strait of Hormuz, saying American forces intercepted “unprovoked Iranian attacks” and struck back amid claims by Tehran that the Trump administration had violated a fragile ceasefire, reports NewsNation.com. According to Fox News, U.S. officials said Qeshm Port in the Strait of Hormuz and the port city of Bandar Abbas were struck. Plus, Iran's Bandar Kargan naval checkpoint in Minab was also hit. CENTCOM officials said Iran launched missiles, drones, and small boats on three U.S. guided-missile destroyers in the Strait of Hormuz headed to the Gulf of Oman. In response, U.S. forces “eliminated inbound threats and targeted Iranian military facilities responsible for attacking.” Secretary of State Marco Rubio said this. RUBIO:  “As President Trump has said, and the facts clearly bear out, the United States of America holds all the cards. There is no scenario here in which, if they decide to join a ladder of escalation, they wind up getting the last say. “But our preference is for these Straits [of Hormuz] to be opened to the way they're supposed to be open, back to the way it was. Anyone can use it. No mines in the water. Nobody paying tolls. That's what we have to get back to, and that's the goal here.” Mark Hamill of “Star Wars” posted image of dead President Trump Mark Hamill, the actor best known for playing Luke Skywalker in the original “Star Wars” trilogy of the 1970s and '80s, posted an image on May 6th that got the White House's attention, reports The Western Journal. The image, posted to Hamill's account on the social media platform BlueSky, showed President Donald Trump lying in a grave, hands folded, with a headstone that read “Donald J. Trump, 1946-2024.” Hamill wrote, “If only he should live long enough to witness his inevitable devastating loss in the midterms, be held accountable for his unprecedented corruption, impeached, convicted & humiliated for his countless crimes. Long enough to realize he'll be disgraced in the history books, forevermore.” Meanwhile, on the social media platform X, the official White House Rapid Response account, called Hamill “one sick individual.” Then, the White House linked Hamill-style rhetoric to other disturbing events, saying, “These Radical Left lunatics just can't help themselves. This kind of rhetoric is exactly what has inspired three assassination attempts in two years against our President.” Texas Governor pressures waterpark to cancel Muslim-only event A planned celebration of a Muslim-only day at the Epic Waters waterpark in Grand Prairie, Texas has been canceled after backlash over religious discrimination, reports Fox4News. The Epic Waters waterpark had planned to hold a private event throughout the park on June 1st to celebrate Eid al-Adha, the feast of sacrifice and the second of two main festivals in Islam. It honors the willingness of Abraham to sacrifice his son Isaac as an act of obedience to God's command. When The Worldview first reported the story of the Muslim-only, waterpark-wide event, Cathy Blake of Fate, Texas emailed the Epic Waters leadership. She wrote, “I see you are hosting a Muslim celebration and closing the park to non-Muslims, which is religious discrimination. But, since you probably don't see it that way, and are wanting to be inclusive, I'm wondering what day the park will be available for only Jews or only Christians as those two religions are two of the most practiced religions in America, alongside Islam. Please let me know the date so I can plan my summer accordingly.” When Texas Republican Governor Greg Abbott heard about the event, he sent a letter to the City of Grand Prairie in which he threatened to pull $530,000 in public safety grants if the city held the event. The letter states that the event was being advertised as "Muslim Only" before changing its advertisements to state only a requirement of a modest dress code would be enforced. Governor Abbott wrote, "The event purports to be public-facing and discriminatory at the same time: All Muslims—but only Muslims—may attend. An event at a city-owned pool that was publicly and indiscriminately advertised as ‘Whites only' would surely violate the Constitution.” On May 6, officials with the City of Grand Prairie wrote, "After further review and in the best interest of the City of Grand Prairie, the June 1st event at Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark has been canceled." The organizer, Dr. Aminah Knight, noted that 600 people attended the event last year and she was “deeply disappointed.” American Bible Society celebrates its 210th anniversary And finally, on May 8th, 1816, the American Bible Society organized in New York to distribute the Bible worldwide. In 1816, there was a significant demand for Bibles in the United States following the American Revolutionary War.  The importation of Bibles from England had ceased, leading to a shortage as the nation sought to foster religious revival. Since then, it has distributed hundreds of millions of Bibles in thousands of languages worldwide. The first President of the American Bible Society was Elias Boudinot, who had been President of the Continental Congress from 1782 to 1783. John Jay, the first Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court, was named the Bible Society president in 1821. And Francis Scott Key, the writer of the United States' national anthem, served as a Vice President from 1817 until his death in 1843. Today, people around the world are longing for the hope and truth found only in Scripture. Consider making a one-time donation today to empower believers with God's Word in their own language. Every $2 you give provides another Bible. The website is www.AmericanBible.org. 2 Timothy 3:16-17 says, “All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.” Close And that's The Worldview on this Friday, May 8th, in the year of our Lord 2026, my 60th birthday. Follow us on X or subscribe for free by Spotify, Amazon Music, or by iTunes or email to our unique Christian newscast at www.TheWorldview.com. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Jonathan Clark German authorities upset with Christian YouTubers Officials in Germany are investigating two Christian YouTubers for criticizing Islam. The two young men, Niko and Tino, run a YouTube channel called Eternal Life. They published a video titled “Islam is no peace” in 2024.  The Hamburg Public Prosecutor's Office is now investigating both of them for allegedly violating Article 166 of the German Criminal Code. Violations are punishable by up to three years in prison.    Tino told Apollo News last month, “I don't understand what they're trying to investigate. … People shouldn't have to be afraid to express their opinions and profess their faith in Jesus Christ.”  Israel created Special Envoy to Christians over lost credibility The government of Israel created a position of Special Envoy to the Christian World last month. Israel's ties with Christians churches have deteriorated after several recent incidents. In one case, Israeli soldiers destroyed a statue of Jesus in southern Lebanon. In another, Israeli police prevented services at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre on Palm Sunday during the Iran war.  Israel also wants to build ties with young Christian leaders and influencers. The Foreign Ministry plans to bring thousands of these leaders to the country by the end of this year.   Vivek Ramaswamy won Ohio GOP primary for governor In the United States, Ohio and Indiana held primary elections on Tuesday.  Tech billionaire Vivek Ramaswamy won the Republican primary for governor of Ohio. RAMASWAMY: “We have an historic opportunity to lead Ohio to be the top state in the country, to raise a young family, to give our kids a world class education, and to be the state where we revive this quaint idea that we call the American dream. “And tonight that is very personal to me. My parents came halfway around the world to Cincinnati, Ohio, half a century ago, with nothing to their name. I went to public schools through eighth grade because private schools were not on the table for us. I went to St. X for high school. “My dad worked for a five-figure salary for most of his career at the G.E. plant right off I-75 in Evendale. My mom worked at the V.A. taking care of nursing home patients as well. “And now, after having founded thankfully successful businesses, in a position to call myself the Republican nominee for governor in the very state where I was born and raised. That is the American Dream that makes American exceptionalism possible. I know that American dream exists because I have lived it in this state.” Vivek Ramaswamy will face Democrat Amy Acton in November to replace current Republican Governor Mike DeWine. In Indiana, President Donald Trump endorsed seven challengers to state senators who opposed his redistricting plan. A majority of those Trump-backed candidates won their primaries.   Illinois dropped pro-abortion amendment from ballot Officials in Illinois recently dropped a pro-abortion amendment from this year's ballot measures. The amendment would have enshrined the murder of unborn babies as a right in the state's constitution. The Chicago Tribune described the development as a “rare pro-life victory” in the pro-abortion state. Despite this, LifeSiteNews notes, “Illinois is the leading national hub providing abortions for women who live in states where abortion is banned.” Americans fear running out of money more than dying Americans are more afraid of running out of money than they are of dying. That's according to a new study by Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America. The survey found that 67% of Americans say they worry more about running out of money than death. That's up 10 percentage points from 2022.  Not surprisingly, a recent Gallup poll found that the top financial concern of American families is the high cost of living.  In Matthew 6:33-34, Jesus said “But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. Therefore, do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.” CNN founder Ted Turner has died Ted Turner, the founder of CNN, died yesterday at the age of 87. The Ohio-born businessman revolutionized television news. At CNN, he started the first 24-hour cable news channel. The network wrote yesterday, “Turner was also an internationally known yachtsman; a philanthropist who founded the United Nations Foundation; an activist who sought the worldwide elimination of nuclear weapons; and a conservationist who became one of the foremost landowners in the United States.” Turner was married and divorced three times. He endorsed Democrat Hillary Clinton in the 2016 U.S. presidential election. He was also known for making derogatory remarks about Christians and pro-lifers.  In a July 1989 Los Angeles Times article, Ted Turner called pro-lifers “bozos” and laughably claimed that pro-lifers believe that “sex was sinful.”  He also said, “A total population of 250-300 million people, a 95% decline from present levels, would be ideal.” More GenZers claim to be Christians and read their Bibles And finally, Dr. George Barna released new research on the spirituality of Gen Z, the youngest adult generation in America. The report found that more members of the generation are claiming to be Christians. That figure is up five percentage points over the past four years. Similarly, weekly Bible reading is up 10 percentage points.  However, Gen Z also has the lowest biblical worldview level of any American generation.  Dr. Barna said, “Our research indicates that many young adults are seeking an authentic Christian experience, initially through religious practices, such as attending church services. Many of them are attempting to evaluate what Christianity has to offer without understanding the biblical principles that promote and support those religious practices.” Romans 12:2 says, “Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.” Close And that's The Worldview on this Thursday, May 7th, in the year of our Lord 2026. Follow us on X or subscribe for free by Spotify, Amazon Music, or by iTunes or email to our unique Christian newscast at www.TheWorldview.com.  Plus, you can get the Generations app through Google Play or The App Store. Tensions rise as the Society of Saint Pius X prepares for new episcopal consecrations, with reports of possible disciplinary action from the Vatican. The debate centers on whether consecrating auxiliary bishops without territorial authority constitutes schism or remains within canonical bounds. Critics point to a double standard, contrasting scrutiny of the SSPX with episcopal decisions in China. The situation is framed as a major test of authority, tradition, and interpretation of the Second Vatican Council.HELP SUPPORT WORK LIKE THIS: https://give.lifesitenews.com/?utm_source=SOCIAL U.S. residents! Professor William Thomas doesn't hold back as he lays out the stark choice facing Catholics: following a "diabolical" Synodal church that is built on the errors of Modernism, or staying faithful to the authentic Magisterium of the Catholic Church. A former classmate of Pope Leo XIV, Thomas brings a wealth of theological insights into the unfolding crisis that is causing doctrinal confusion across the world. The solution? The discussion centers on the distinction between munus (office) and ministerium (ministry), and how that difference could affect the legitimacy of later papal claims. The conversation explores broader theological questions about papal authority, heresy, and continuity in Church leadership. She quoted Leviticus. Now she faces prison. Finnish MP Päivi Räsänen did not incite violence. She did not threaten anyone. She simply stated what Christians have believed for two thousand years: that certain behaviors are sinful according to Scripture. For this, she has been prosecuted, threatened, and targeted—and now watches as Canada races down the same road with Bill C-9.This is not about one law in one country. It is about a global redefinition of "harm" that criminalizes the very act of holding traditional religious beliefs. Räsänen's case reveals the new logic: offense is violence. Disagreement is hate. And the state now decides which doctrines are permissible and which are punishable. The bombs and death threats she has received are not anomalies. They are the logical outcome of a culture that treats Christian teaching as a criminal act. Meanwhile, pedophiles receive lighter sentences than pastors who quote the Bible. The inversion is not accidental. It is the architecture of a post-Christian legal system.HELP SUPPORT WORK LIKE THIS: https://give.lifesitenews.com/?utm_source=SOCIAL U.S. residents! It's Friday, April 24th, A.D. 2026. This is The Worldview in 5 Minutes heard on 140 radio stations and at www.TheWorldview.com.  I'm Adam McManus. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Adam McManus Ugandan evangelist stabbed to death by Muslims Suspected Muslim extremists, posing as taxi drivers on April 9th, killed a Christian evangelist in central Uganda, Africa shortly after he preached at a Gospel event, reports Morning Star News. They beat and stabbed Alfred Kitenga at about 9:30 p.m. along the Northern Bypass in the Wakiso District, after he and his wife, Anna Grace, were returning home from preaching in Kampala, the Ugandan capital. One local church leader said, “This is a painful loss for the body of Christ.” In John 15:19, Jesus said, "If you were of the world, the world would love you as its own; but because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you." Iran says first Strait of Hormuz toll revenues banked Hamidreza Hajibabaei, the deputy speaker of Iran's parliament, claimed that Iran, not the United States, was now making demands after the first revenues for newly implemented tolls on shipping through the Strait of Hormuz were deposited into Iran's central bank, reports MSN. During a public gathering in the western city of Kuhdasht, ABC News reported that he said, "We have control over this Strait. If the United States continues on its current course, no vessels will pass through the Strait of Hormuz. We are not engaged in negotiations -- rather, we are making demands." The Strait of Hormuz, which serves as a vital waterway for trade along the Persian Gulf, is responsible for an estimated 20% of the world's oil supply traveling through. The blockade has led to soaring gas prices in the United States as the price of oil surpassed $100 per barrel multiple times. Trump orders U.S. Navy to shoot and kill any boat placing mines On Thursday, President Donald Trump ordered the U.S. military to “shoot and kill” any boat caught putting mines in the Strait of Hormuz, as his administration ramps up mine-clearing efforts in the critical waterway, reports TheHill.com. He added, “Additionally, our mine ‘sweepers' are clearing the Strait right now. I am hereby ordering that activity to continue, but at a tripled-up level!” Trump retrieves 10-year-old child from Cuba in transgender drama The Trump administration took the unusual step this week of sending a government plane to Cuba to return a 10-year-old boy from Utah who is at the center of a complicated and contentious custody fight involving the child's gender identity, reports NBC News. The boy's 42-year-old father, Mr. Ethington, who is pretending to be a woman himself, is accused of taking his son to Cuba without the permission from the biological mother, with whom he has shared custody. Federal and state authorities sought the return of the boy after a family member expressed concern that Mr. Ethington went to Havana, Cuba to get gender transition surgery for the boy. Mr. Ethington was arrested along with his 32-year-old partner, Blue, and charged in the U.S. with international parental kidnapping. The couple traveled with the boy to Canada, ostensibly for a camping trip in late March with Blue's 3-year-old child. However, the two adults deviously turned off their phones, after telling the older child's mother they'd arrived in Canada. Then, they flew from Vancouver to Mexico and then to Cuba on April 1. Navy secretary fired after feud over Trump's ‘Golden Fleet' with Pentagon leaders Secretary of the Navy John Phelan was fired on April 22nd after months of feuding with his Pentagon bosses, particularly over his handling of President Trump's “Golden Fleet” shipbuilding initiative, reports the New York Post. Tensions among Phelan, War Secretary Pete Hegseth and Deputy War Secretary Stephen Feinberg had been simmering for months. According to one GOP source, Phelan's leadership style was “incongruent” with Hegseth and Feinberg. The source said, “The administration really wanted to accelerate the shipbuilding program because of the president's agenda … and the secretary seemed incapable of accomplishing those goals, and he wasn't well-liked. When you combine incompetence with arrogance, it usually doesn't end well.” Deputy War Secretary Feinberg had been gradually diverting responsibility for the major project away from Phelan, the New York Times reported.  Hung Cao, the Naval undersecretary, is now set to replace him. Virginia voters gave 10 of 11 Congressional seats to Democrats On Tuesday, the Virginia Democrat officials successfully convinced voters to narrowly approve a constitutionally questionable redistricting push to give 10 out of the 11 U.S. congressional seats to the Democrats, a change that one judge ruled to be unconstitutional, reports ABC News. The Democrats had previously held 6 Congressional seats in Virginia. Florida's possible redistricting could help ensure more GOP seats In light of the Virginia election, the red state of Florida is now in the spotlight, reports JustTheNews. In the Sunshine State, Republican Governor Ron DeSantis is spearheading an effort to redraw their state's congressional districts before the midterm elections. That would help to ensure the Republicans could retain their majority in the House, and can fully implement President Trump's agenda. Another medical emergency uncovered at Colorado Planned Parenthood Yet another medical emergency was spotted this month at a Colorado Planned Parenthood abortion mill with a checkered history on patient safety, reports LifeSiteNews.com. Operation Rescue reported that an ambulance was spotted on April 10 arriving at the Fort Collins Planned Parenthood. The EMS radio dispatch revealed that a 19-year-old woman came in a day after her abortion complaining of chest pains. The EMS' use of the code “Charlie Medical” indicated fears that the situation was potentially life-threatening. Abortion mills across the country are regularly flagged for harming mothers through botched abortions, unsanitary tools and environments, and lack of regulatory protections such as requirements for staff to secure admitting privileges at nearby hospitals in the event of complications. The birth of the “In God We Trust” motto And finally, on April 22nd,1864, the motto "In God We Trust," which was conceived during the American Civil War, first appeared on American coinage. By a joint resolution of Congress, it was adopted as our national motto in 1956, replacing the previous one: “Out of many, one.” In 1814, Francis Scott Key wrote the Star Spangled Banner, including this seldom heard fourth verse, which references the importance of trusting God as a nation. Listen. “O thus be it ever when freemen shall stand Between their lov'd home and the war's desolation! Blest with vict'ry and peace may the Heav'n rescued land Praise the Power that hath made and preserv'd us a nation! Then conquer we must, when our cause it is just, And this be our motto - "In God is our trust," And the star-spangled banner in triumph shall wave O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave” (applause and cheers) Psalm 33:12 says, "Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD, the people He chose for His inheritance." (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Adam McManus Russia strikes Ukrainian Baptist church killing pastor at prayer meeting Russia struck a Baptist church in the southeastern Ukrainian city of Zaporizhzhia during a prayer meeting, killing at least one person, a minister, and injuring at least eight others, reports The Christian Post. The Embassy of Ukraine in the U.S. gave the casualty figures in a public statement issued while rescue workers were still on the scene, identifying the targeted building as The House of the Gospel Church, which had served the community for years, according to the Baptist Press. The embassy called the strike a deliberate attack on people of faith who had gathered peacefully to pray. Promoters of a documentary series entitled “A Faith Under Siege” on Russia's persecution of Christians, identified the man killed as Ruslan Utyuzh, a minister at the bombed church. Utyuzh is survived by his wife and two children. Psalm 116:15 says, “Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of His saints.” Despite the attack, the congregation held services as normal the following morning with a large turnout, and 200 people came forward to be baptized. Iran reverses course on reopening Strait of Hormuz President Donald Trump said Iran "can't blackmail us" after the country announced they were reimposing restrictions on the Strait of Hormuz on Saturday morning, reports Fox News. He added, "We have very good conversations going on. It's working out very well. They got a little cute, as they have been doing for 47 years, and nobody ever took them on. We took them on. They have no Navy. They have no Air Force. They have no leaders. They have no nothing. …  It is regime change." Despite Iran wanting to close the strait again, Trump said in the Oval Office that negotiations are "going actually along very well." Trump also cited how oil tankers are now coming to U.S. ports to fuel up, including in Texas and Louisiana. President Trump said, "We're taking a tough stand. They've killed a lot of people. A lot of our people have been killed. A lot of your fellow soldiers have been killed over the years by Iran.” He cited how he ordered the strike that killed Qasem Soleimani, the commander of Iran's elite Quds Force, in January 2020. Trump described Soleimani as the "father of the roadside bomb." He explained, "When you see soldiers with no legs, with no arms or face that's been smashed, that was Soleimani, it was Iran that did that. So we have a much different view on it than other presidents. They've gotten away with murder for 47 years. They're not getting away with it anymore." While Iran wants to keep enriched uranium, Trump won't allow that Iran had sought an agreement allowing them to “down-blend” their enriched uranium. According to Axios, “A top priority for the Trump administration is ensuring Iran can't access the stockpile of nearly 4,400 pounds of enriched uranium buried in its underground nuclear facilities, in particular the 992 pounds enriched to 60% purity.” The Center for Arms Control and Non-Proliferation noted that most commercial nuclear power plants use 3 to 5 percent enriched uranium compared to 90 percent enriched uranium for nuclear weapons. Before the outbreak of the war, U.S. special envoy Steve Witkoff told Fox News that in March, Iranian negotiators boasted to him that they had enough enriched uranium to build 11 nuclear weapons. He explained that the Iranian negotiators apparently said “they had the inalienable right to enrich all their nuclear fuel that they possessed. We, of course, responded that the president feels we have the inalienable right to stop you dead in your tracks.” The Wall Street Journal reported that the U.S. blockade of the Strait of Hormuz initiated last Monday was costing Iran up to $435 million a day, including $276 million in lost exports. The blockade, coupled with weeks of air strikes from the U.S. and Israel, which devastated Iran's steel and petrochemical facilities, has the country's economy on the brink of collapse. Homosexual “dads” mock their surrogate-born baby for crying “mama” A homosexual male couple has triggered outrage across the internet after posting a video of themselves mocking their surrogate-born baby for crying “mama,” reports LifeSiteNews.com. Country music singer and songwriter Shane McAnally, a homosexual, posted the video of his faux “husband” Michael Baum lying on a couch, playfully bouncing the baby on his stomach as he asks, “Who do you want, Dada or Pop?” BAUM: “Who do you want Dada or Pop?” BABY: “Mama, ma.” BAUM: “Do you want Dada or Pop?” BABY: (fusses) BAUM: “Who do you want? Dada or Pop?” BABY: “Mom.” BAUM: ”Nope. Do you want dada? You want pop? BABY: “Mom.” BAUM: “No way, Jose. There is no mama.” BABY: (starts crying) BAUM: “So sorry. You have Dada and Pop.” McANALLY: “Two choices.” BABY: (cries more) BAUM: “No Mama.” Oddly enough, they posted that video on line. Officials with Surrogacy Concern, an organization that seeks to end the evils of surrogacy, wondered, “Who films their child crying and uploads it to the internet? And who subjects a child to their pathetic vanity like this? Babies need their birth mothers.” And children's rights activist Chris Elston, better known as “Billboard Chris,” wrote, “These men laugh as the baby cries and says ‘ma ma ma.' They think it's funny because ‘there is no mama,' This baby was designed to never have a mother so that two men could satisfy their selfish desires. It's impossible for a normal person to watch this without instinctual disgust.” In Matthew 19:4-5, Jesus asked, ““Haven't you read, that at the beginning the Creator ‘made them male and female,' and said, ‘For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh'?” Anniversary of death of Martin Luther's aid who translated Bible And finally, on April 20, 1558, Johannes Bugenhagen, the prominent Lutheran reformer and pastor who helped Martin Luther translate the Bible, died. He said, ““The church is not a place but a people, gathered by the Word of God and sustained by faith.” Bugenhagen also explained that “True worship is not found in outward ceremonies, but in a heart that trusts in God's grace.” The Lutheran reformer introduced the Protestant Reformation in the Duchy of Pomerania and Denmark in the 16th century.  After the death of Luther in 1546, Bugenhagen kindly took care of Luther's widow, Katharina von Bora, and Luther's children. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Adam McManus Maunday Thursday Massacre: Muslims killed 43 Christians in Congo On April 2nd, the Islamic Allied Democratic Forces killed dozens of Christians in Mambasa Territory located in the Democratic Republic of Congo, reports International Christian Concern. The attack in the African nation occurred on Maundy Thursday, a day during Holy Week when Christians remember the Last Supper. A religious freedom advocate, who wanted to remain anonymous for safety purposes, said, “The initial death toll of 43 may rise further; some victims were burned inside their homes, and others are still in the bush. The attackers surprised the population in their sleep. The victims were killed by gunfire, and several were beheaded with machetes. The images are unbearable.” In Revelation 6:9-10, “When [Jesus] opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain because of the Word of God and the testimony they had maintained. They called out in a loud voice, ‘How long, Sovereign Lord, holy and true, until You judge the inhabitants of the Earth and avenge our blood?'” White House envoy to Netanyahu: Stop bombing Lebanon Iran's new Supreme Leader issued a chilling message after Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was scolded by U.S. President Donald Trump for nearly jeopardizing the shaky ceasefire. On Wednesday, Prime Minister Netanyahu held a phone call between President Trump and White House envoy Steve Witkoff, according to Axios. Witkoff reportedly told Netanyahu to “calm down” the strikes in Lebanon and open peace negotiations. Amid Trump's two-week ceasefire with Iran, Israel has continued to bombard urban population centers in Lebanon, including Beirut, killing and injuring civilians. Trump's request came as the United States prepares to meet with Iranian leaders in Pakistan to negotiate an end to the war. Iran claims Lebanon was part of the ceasefire deal with the U.S. and is now threatening to abandon peace talks and keep the Strait of Hormuz closed unless Israel stops attacking its proxy, Hezbollah, in the region. However, U.S. and Israeli diplomats deny that the ceasefire with the Iranian Islamic regime applies to Netanyahu's ground offensive against Lebanon. New evidence reveals deep pro-abortion bias at Biden's DOJ A nearly 60-page report from the Trump Department of Justice contains “evidence of collusion and unethical behavior” between the Biden-era DOJ and pro-abortion entities, including the National Abortion Federation, reports LifeSiteNews.com. According to MS Now, formerly known as MSNBC, the draft says, “Upon assuming office, the Biden DOJ shattered the public's trust by weaponizing the [Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act of 1994] to advance a pro-abortion agenda, and the DOJ's Civil Rights Division was at the forefront of this weaponization.” Randall Terry, founder of Operation Rescue, who has seen the evidence on which the report was based, spoke to LifeSiteNews after the leak of the document. Terry told LifeSite that he and Terrisa Bukovinac, founder of Progressive Anti-Abortion Uprising, were granted access to the unredacted records on March 4, 2026. Bukovinac and Terry met with Trump's DOJ officials in Washington, D.C., because the documents reference Terry by name and Bukovinac's organization. Terry said the report contains clear evidence of unethical coordination between Biden lead prosecutor Sanjay Patel and pro-abortion groups, including the National Abortion Federation. At the same time, 70 attacks on pro-life pregnancy centers went largely uninvestigated and unprosecuted in the months after Roe v. Wade was overturned. The Department of Justice documents include: an email in which Sanjay Patel was helping National Abortion Federation obtain a significant financial grant, Patel allegedly suggested ways to increase prison time for pro-lifers engaged in peaceful activities, to create fear among pro-life activists. During a March 20th press briefing hosted by Aid to the Church in Need as, Archbishop Kaigama praised Trump for being the first world leader to “clearly and unequivocally” declare that Nigerian Christians are being persecuted, reports EWTN. The archbishop emphasized, however, that Trump's remarks and his administration's December bombing in Nigeria have only emboldened Islamist terror groups, such as Boko Haram, to carry out more attacks on Christians. He called on the 47th president to share intelligence with and provide weapons to the Nigerian government to help them put an end to the persecution for good. Kaigama said, “I was glad when I heard Donald Trump say, ‘We are going to go to Nigeria; we are going to put an end to Boko Haram. At Christmas, we received a gift — a bomb that fell on Nigerian soil — and, truth be told, I could not say whether it did any good. “That incident, coupled with Donald Trump's words, has greatly inflamed the passions of the Islamists in that territory. The number of attacks, the number of kidnappings carried out by Boko Haram and other groups, has been rising ever since.” Islamic persecution of Christians in Nigeria tied to sharia law Persecution of Christians in Nigeria began to spike after 1999, when 12 northern states adopted Sharia law. The rise of the terrorist group Boko Haram in 2009 marked a dramatic escalation in the attacks. Famously, the group kidnapped hundreds of schoolgirls in 2014; 87 of them are still listed as “missing.” From 2009 to 2022, over 50,000 Christians were killed in the country. A 2024 report found that more than 8,000 Nigerian Christians were killed and thousands more were abducted in 2023 alone, making it the bloodiest year on record for Islamic attacks against Christians in the country. They have to be dealt with.'  And then this man deals with them, and then all of a sudden, you complaining about him now. It doesn't really make sense. It's a lack of consistency.” BILL CLINTON: “I am formally announcing my intention to cut off all trade and investment with Iran.” GEORGE W. BUSH: “Our second goal is to prevent regimes that sponsored terror from threatening America or our friends and allies.  Iran aggressively pursues these weapons and exports terror while an unelected few repress the Iranian people's hope for freedom.” BARACK OBAMA: “I strongly believe that our national security interest now depends upon preventing Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon.” JOE BIDEN: “Well, I can say to you, Iran will never get a nuclear weapon on my watch, as they say.” DONALD TRUMP:  “As President of the United States, I would never allow the world's number one state sponsor of terror to obtain a nuclear weapon. I said that for a long time, and I didn't.” 3,500 U.S. Troops arrive in Middle East as Iran war strikes intensify More than 3,500 U.S. troops, including the U.S.S. Tripoli with about 2,500 Marines, arrived in the Middle East, officials announced Saturday, as strikes in the Iran war intensified, reports CBS News. It's the most updated of the amphibious warships, known as a "big deck," which allows more room for F-35 Stealth Fighter Jets, Ospreys and other aircraft. The ship had previously been based in Japan when the order to deploy to the Middle East came almost two weeks ago. Corey Lewandowski out at Department of Homeland Security Corey Lewandowski, a special government employee who served as a top adviser to former Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, no longer has a role with the DHS, reports NewsNation.com. Last week, Democrats on the House Oversight Committee called for an investigation, saying that almost immediately after entering the agency, Lewandowski “exercised outsized influence over DHS far beyond what a special government employee is authorized to do.” Lewandowski was the campaign manager for President Trump in 2016. Plus, according to the September 2021 report of conservative media outlet American Greatness, he had an extramarital affair with the married South Dakota governor Kristi Noem, for whom he had long been a political advisor. Exodus 20:14 says, “You shall not commit adultery.” War Secretary Pete Hegseth reforms Chaplain Corps War Secretary Pete Hegseth says his latest reforms will allow the Chaplain Corps to fulfill its mission of being the spiritual backbone of America's military, reports The Western Journal. HEGSETH: “In previous administrations, our Chaplain Corps was infected by political correctness and secular humanism. The core functions of the Chaplain Corps were changed and watered down until they were viewed by many as nothing more than therapists. Faith and virtue were traded for self-help and self-care. “The crucible of combat tests more than the body. It tests conviction, character and spirit. The military's Chaplain Corps serves as spiritual and moral backbone of our nation's armed forces. Chaplains help forge spiritual readiness across the force, and that matters because in combat, in crisis, and in loss, a war fighter needs more than a coping mechanism. “They need truth, ‘big T' truth. They need conviction. They need a shepherd. Spiritual health is equally important to a service member's physical and emotional health.” According to a War Department news release, the number of faith codes used in the service has been winnowed down to 31. In 2017, the Pentagon issued a list of 221 groups that qualified as a religious group. Oddly enough, the list included witches and atheists, according to Stars and Stripes. Hegseth said, “It was impractical and unusable, and many codes were never used at all.” He noted that 82% of service members, who identify as being religious, used six of the codes. The War Secretary added that the chaplains will display their religious insignia on their uniforms instead of their ranks. He said, “A chaplain is first and foremost a chaplain, and an officer second. This change is a visual representation of that fact.” Christian stewardess gave her life for passengers on sinking ship And finally, on March 30th, 1899, the steamship Stella, carrying 147 passengers and 43 crew. struck some rocks in a fog while sailing to Guernsey, the second largest island in the Channel Islands in the English Channel. Mary Rogers, a cheerful, kind, and hard-working stewardess, supervised the escape of a large number of women and relinquished her own life vest to the last of them and gave up her place in the lifeboat. Four lifeboats were successfully launched and one capsized. Raising her hands to Heaven, Mary Rogers yelled, “Lord, have me!” as the ship sank beneath her within eight minutes. John 15:13 says, “Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one's life for one's friends.” Or, in this case, absolute strangers. Jason Jones is here to remind you what happens when you believe them.In this unflinching conversation, Jones dismantles the machinery of selective outrage that drives the West toward another war. The same media champions "human rights" while ignoring atrocities committed by U.S. allies. The same politicians who claim to protect women arm the very regimes they condemn. It's Friday, March 27th, A.D. 2026. This is The Worldview in 5 Minutes heard on 140 radio stations and at www.TheWorldview.com. I'm Adam McManus. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Adam McManus Finnish lawmaker convicted over speaking truth about homosexuality In a narrow 3–2 decision, the Finnish Supreme Court has found parliamentarian Päivi Räsänen guilty of so-called “hate speech” for simply affirming a Biblical understanding of marriage and sexual ethics in a 20-year-old church pamphlet, reports LifeSiteNews.com. Räsänen has been criminally convicted for publishing the 2004 pamphlet for her church, alongside Lutheran Bishop Juhana Pohjola. The conviction is for “making and keeping available to the public a text that insults a group.” She said, “I am shocked and profoundly disappointed that the court has failed to recognize my basic human right to freedom of expression. I stand by the teachings of my Christian faith, and will continue to defend my [right] and every person's right to share their convictions in the public square.” The Finish Supreme Court has imposed criminal fines of several thousand Euros and ruled that the impugned statements must be “removed from public access and destroyed.”   Päivi Räsänen has served as a member of the Finnish Parliament since 1995, and was Minister of the Interior from 2011-2015. She is a medical doctor, mother of five children, and has twelve grandchildren. In a related development, the Finish Supreme Court unanimously acquitted Räsänen for her 2019 Bible verse tweet. Canada's House criminalizes quoting Bible Religious expression is under attack in Canada as well. The majority of Canadian Members of Parliament voted to pass a leftist bill that will criminalize the quotation of Bible verses on homosexual behavior and gender, reports LifeSiteNews.com. Early Wednesday evening, in a 186–137 vote, they passed Bill C-9, which is misnamed the “Combatting Hate Act.” Members of Parliament from the Conservative Party, New Democratic Party, and the Green Party voted against the bill in a rare form of unity among the usually opposing parties. The bill now heads to Canada's rubber-stamp Senate for review. David Cooke with the Campaign Life Coalition said, “With the passage of Bill C-9 in the [Canadian] House, Christians and pro-life advocates will almost certainly face an entirely new level of hostility, as the door swings open to actual persecution under a cloak of supposed legality.” The 186 foolish Members of the Canadian Parliament who voted to criminalize citing Bible verses about sexual perversion would no doubt object to my citation of Leviticus 18:22. It says, “Do not have sexual relations with a man as one does with a woman; that is detestable.” Trump postpones strikes on Iranian energy plants until April 6 On Thursday, President Donald Trump announced on Truth Social that the United States will extend the pause on strikes on Iranian energy plants by an additional 10 days, at the request of the Iranian government, reports CBS News.   On Monday, the president announced a five-day pause on strikes on Iran's energy infrastructure in order to negotiate with Iran. The president said he's extending that pause to the evening of April 7 local time in Tehran.  Trump to sign order to pay TSA agents President Donald Trump plans to sign an order that will pay Transportation Security Administration agents, who have not received a check since the Department of Homeland Security entered a partial shutdown in mid-February, reports The Epoch Times. In a March 26th Truth Social post, he wrote, “I am going to sign an Order instructing the Secretary of Homeland Security, Markwayne Mullin, to immediately pay our TSA Agents in order to address this Emergency Situation, and to quickly stop the Democrat Chaos at the Airports.” More than 3,120 TSA agents, who have not been paid in weeks, called in sick on Wednesday, which prompted long lines to continue at airports across the country. Pennsylvania Democrats have egg on their faces And finally, Pennsylvania House Democrats withdrew consideration of a resolution honoring March as "National Women's Month" after a Republican lawmaker filed an amendment to include the physiological definition of "woman" in the text, report Fox News. What was expected to be a quick, symbolic vote turned into a brief but telling floor moment.  Listen how the Republicans forced the question into the open and Democrats opted to shelve the resolution rather than define what a "woman" is in legislation — leading to an eruption of laughter on the House floor. Democratic House Speaker Joanna McClinton was bringing a rapid-fire succession of bills up for consideration late in Tuesday's session when she asked the clerk to introduce House Resolution 390. McCLINTON: “The Chair recognizes the Majority Leader who calls up House Resolution on page eight of today's House calendar. The clerk will read a summary of the resolution.” CLERK: “A resolution recognizing the month of March 2026, as Women's History Month in Pennsylvania, introduced by Representative Carol Hill-Evans.” McCLINTON: “[Republican] Representative [Aaron] Bernstine offers A02716. Will the House agree to the amendment? On that question, the Chair recognizes the gentleman from Lawrence, maker of the amendment. Representative Bernstein.” BERNSTINE: “Thank you, Madam Speaker. Madam Speaker, this amendment is very straightforward and clear. It defines what a woman actually is, because we do know what that is. Thank you.” What happened next was stunning!  During 30 seconds of silence, Democrats quietly considered the fact that they had been painted into a corner. If they defined what a woman was in order for the proposed Women's History Month to be considered, they would alienate their leftist base which has swallowed the woke transgender agenda -- hook, line and sinker. Put bluntly, Democrats believe that a man, pretending to be a woman, is a woman! There was movement at the dais. So, this is what House Majority Leader Joanna McClinton declared. McCLINTON: “The resolution is temporarily over.” (Republicans laugh out loud on the Pennsylvania House floor) You can hear the Republicans laughing out loud at the utter foolishness of the hypocritical Democrats who want to look like they are championing women but oddly cannot even agree with the biological definition of what a woman is. McClinton immediately turned to the clerk to read the next piece of legislation. In an interview Wednesday, GOP Rep. Bernstine defended his amendment as a common sense measure, saying that defining a woman as having XX chromosomes should not be controversial. The Republican said, "They pulled [the Women's History Month] because they were scared to define what a woman actually is." Jason Gottesman, spokesman for the House Republican Caucus, further told Fox News that "if Democrats want to celebrate what they refuse to define, it is clear they do not take this issue seriously." In Matthew 19:4, Jesus asked, “Haven't you read, that at the beginning the Creator ‘made them male and female?'” Close And that's The Worldview on this Friday, March 27th, in the year of our Lord 2026. Follow us on X or subscribe for free by Spotify, Amazon Music, or by iTunes or email to our unique Christian newscast at www.TheWorldview.com.  Plus, you can get the Generations app through Google Play or The App Store. Later came visions of Jesus, vivid and undeniable, culminating in a moment inside a Catholic church where she received what she could no longer deny: Christ is God.Her conversion cost her family, her community, and everything she once knew. But what she found was worth the price. Kingsley now reflects on what it means to evangelize Muslims—not through argument alone, but through the witness of a life transformed. Exorcists do not fight alone. When demons are confronted, they react not just to the priest's authority, but to specific saints invoked against them. And one name above others makes hell tremble: St. Joseph.Charles Fraune joins John-Henry Westen to expose a dimension of spiritual warfare most Catholics never see. The communion of saints is not a metaphor. It is an active military alliance. Exorcists strategically invoke saints who serve as "spiritual nemeses" to particular demons, figures whose holiness directly confronts the evil present. St. Joseph, Terror of Demons, has been known to strike the ground and torment evil spirits merely by his invocation. Relics provoke violent reactions. Heaven intervenes in earthly battles in real time. This is not sensationalism. It is the Church's own theology of authority made visible. Demons are afraid, not of us, but of Christ in us. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Adam McManus Communist Cuban officials detain 16-year-old protestor Protests in Morón, Cuba, erupted the night of March 13 and lasted through the next day in response to a week of blackouts and shortages of medical and food supplies, reports International Christian Concern. Protestors ransacked and set fire to the Cuban Communist Party's headquarters. Among those arrested on March 16 were Evangelical Pastor Elier Ávila and his son, Jonathan. Though the pastor is now free, his 16-year-old son is still behind bars. While his son was accused of participating in the vandalism, some suggest that Cuban officials painted many of the law-abiding protestors of criminal mischief. Anna Stangl, the Director of Advocacy for Christian Solidarity Worldwide, said, “The detention of a 16-year-old child, with a serious medical condition, simply because he attempted to exercise his freedom of expression, is unconscionable.   “Despite the gravity of the situation on the island–with rampant hunger, scarcity of medicine, outbreaks of disease, and the failure of the power grid, the answer of President Miguel Canel, and the Cuban Communist Party, is to round up and imprison those who dare to call for change.”  Please send a 2-3 sentence letter to Ambassador Lianys Rivera urging Cuba to release Pastor Elier Ávila's son, Jonathan. Invite your children to send a letter as well. The address at the Cuban Embassy is 2630 16th Street NW, Washington, DC 20009. Trump's snappy rely to Japanese reporter During a meeting with Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi on Thursday, U.S. President Donald Trump was bold in his response to a provocative question from a Japanese reporter, according to Real Clear Politics. Listen. REPORTER: “Japan and U.S. are very good friends. But one question: Why didn't you tell U.S. allies in Europe and Asia, like Japan, about the war before attacking Iran? So, we are very confused about, we Japanese citizens.” TRUMP: “One thing, you don't want to signal too much, you know? When we go in, we went in very hard, and we didn't tell anybody about it because we wanted surprise. Who knows better about surprise than Japan? Okay? Why didn't you tell me about Pearl Harbor? (laughter) Okay? Right? “No, you believe in surprise, I think much more so than us. We had to surprise them, and we did. And because of that surprise, we knocked out, in the first two days, we probably knocked out 50 percent of what we and much more than we anticipated doing. So, if I go and tell everybody about it, there's no longer a surprise, right?” Joseph Duggar arrested for sexually abusing a minor Joseph Duggar, from the reality TV show "19 Kids and Counting," was arrested Wednesday on allegations of sexually abusing a minor during a family vacation in Panama City Beach, Florida, reports NewsNation.com. The married 31-year-old former reality star, who has three children of his own, was charged with lewd and lascivious conduct with a minor and molestation of a victim less than 12 years old. His arrest occurred years after his 38-year-old brother, Josh Duggar,  was convicted of child pornography charges. Officials say the victim identified Joseph Duggar as the abuser, saying he repeatedly asked her to sit on his lap. She said these incidents would allegedly progress into Joseph Duggar covering her with a blanket and touching her inappropriately. The victim reportedly stated that Joseph Duggar apologized for his actions, and the incidents stopped. Officials say the victim's father confronted him on Tuesday, and Joseph confessed his sins to both the father and detectives in Tonitown, Arkansas. In Matthew 18:6, Jesus said, “But whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to stumble, it would be better for him to have a great millstone fastened around his neck and to be drowned in the depth of the sea.” Late-term abortionist, who died, had no regrets Susan Robinson, one of America's most infamous late-term abortionists, died earlier this month, less than a year after being diagnosed with cancer, according to an Instagram post made by her fellow abortionist Shelly Sella. She wrote, “Susan was my friend and colleague in third trimester abortion …, both in Wichita and Albuquerque. Susan was drawn to abortion … by her sense of justice, which never wavered. … Together, we helped create a model of abortion.” LifeSiteNews.com reports that Shelly Sella emphasized that Susan Robinson had “no regrets” and that she was “very pleased about the whole business” before she died. Jonathon Van Maren wrote, “Reading the news about Robinson, my mind was immediately drawn to two videos I had seen her in. The first was After Tiller, a 2013 documentary featuring four late-term abortionists, which I reviewed over a decade ago. It struck me that two of the featured abortionists – Susan Robinson and Leroy Carhart – are now dead, while Warren Hern and Shelly Sella are retired.” The second was the video footage published by David Daleiden of the Center for Medical Progress in his bombshell undercover investigation exposing the abortion industry and the trafficking of baby body parts. At one point, the late Susan Robinson tells Daleiden, “The fetus is a tough little object, and taking it apart … is very difficult,” Robinson tells Daleiden at one point. “I mean, taking it apart on day one is very difficult.” Later: “You go in there, and you go, ‘Am I getting the uterus, or the fetus? Oh good, fetus. [Robinson made a stabbing sound] What have I got? Nothing. Let's try again.'” Van Maren concludes, “Translated: It is hard work to dismember and crush a baby. This was Robinson's sense of justice.” Micah 6:8 says, “[God] has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.” Actor Chuck Norris hospitalized And finally, Chuck Norris, the 86-year-old actor and martial arts icon, has been hospitalized in Hawaii following a medical emergency, reports NewsNation.com. The incident occurred on Wednesday on the island of Kauai, though the nature of the emergency has not been disclosed. The hospitalization appeared to be sudden. As recently as Wednesday of this week, Norris was on the phone with a friend while training on the island, cracking jokes, and showing no signs of distress. Norris had been actively training in Kauai in the days before the emergency. A black belt in karate, taekwondo, tang soo do and Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Norris posted a video on his birthday, March 10, showing him sparring with a trainer. NORRIS: "I don't age. I level up." The caption read, “I'm 86 today! Nothing like some playful action on a sunny day to make you feel young. I'm grateful for another year, good health, and the chance to keep doing what I love.” Though largely retired from acting in recent years, Norris has remained active on screen. He had a cameo in “Hawaii Five-0” in 2020 and a lead role in the 2024 sci-fi action film “Agent Recon.” Close And that's The Worldview on this Friday, March 20th, in the year of our Lord 2026. Follow us on X or subscribe for free by Spotify, Amazon Music, or by iTunes or email to our unique Christian newscast at www.TheWorldview.com.  Plus, you can get the Generations app through Google Play or The App Store. "Christ is King" has become a cultural slogan, tweeted, posted, and paraded without cost. But the phrase meant something very different when Catholics died crying it under communist bullets. It is a doctrine. And it is the reason LifeSiteNews exists.Modern conservative politics, even when fighting abortion or protecting children, operates within a secular framework that already rejects Christ's rule. That framework cannot produce lasting justice or peace. It can only manage decline. The wars, the moral chaos, the euthanasia, the marginalization of faith, these are not bugs in the system. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Jonathan Clark and Timothy Reed Swedish Christian family guilty of “religious extremism” for going to church The European Court of Human Rights refused to hear an appeal of a Swedish Christian family in a case involving parental rights and religious freedom. Back in 2022, officials in Sweden separated Daniel and Bianca Samson from their two eldest daughters. The state found no evidence of abuse but accused the family of “religious extremism” for simply attending church three times a week. Morales Sancho, Legal Counsel for Alliance Defending Freedom International, stated, “The element of religious discrimination is also unmistakable in this case. The state labeled the family as religious extremists solely because of their active practice of their Christian faith.” Psalm 14:4 asks, “Have all the workers of iniquity no knowledge, who eat up My people as they eat bread, and do not call on the LORD?” Swedish population embraces sexual perversion Sadly, people in Sweden are the most likely to view homosexuality as morally acceptable in a recent Pew Research survey. The study surveyed 30,000 people across 25 countries. People in European countries were also among the most likely to be morally accepting of homosexuality, abortion, and divorce.   Christianity's decline in England People in Britain are worried about the decline of Christianity in the nation. A study by Whitestone Insight found that 52% of Brits believe that drifting from their Christian roots is bad for future generations. Fifty-eight percent also said that Christianity plays a beneficial role in public life.  This comes as Christian identification has declined. Only 44% of adults in Britain identified as Christian last year, down from 54% in 2018. Carrie Prejean, who objected to Zionism, was fired by Trump's religious liberty commissionIn the United States, a member of the U.S. President's Religious Liberty Commission, Carrie Prejean Boller, was removed from her position after she registered opposition to Zionism last month.  A recent convert to Catholicism, Boller challenged the tenets of Zionism, claiming they were incompatible with her faith. She also sent a letter to President Donald Trump after her removal, explaining her misgivings. She appeared on the podcast of LifeSiteNews.com editor John-Henry Western. BOLLER: “I know there's three Catholics that are thinking about running for president in 2028 so I don't think now is the time to really dismiss Catholics, fire Catholics, remove Catholics, simply because I'm standing up for my Catholic faith. “So, I'm hopeful that he's going to make the right decision. Otherwise, this religious liberty commission should be completely shut down. If I don't have my religious freedom on a Religious Freedom Commission, it's not a religious freedom commission.” Christian workplaces thrive Employees in Christian-led workplaces report high levels of engagement in their work according to a new report.  The State of the Christian Workplace 2026 report released new data on 40,000 employees in over 400 Christian organizations in the U.S. Sixty-one percent of employees in Christian-led workplaces reported being engaged in their work. These engagement levels are nearly twice that of the U.S. workforce overall.  Jay Bransford, President & CEO of Best Christian Workplaces, noted, “Engaged employees bring energy, enthusiasm, commitment, and passion that directly fuel Kingdom impact.” Colossians 3:23-24 says, “Whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ.” U.S. federal workforce shrunk by 10.3% Pew Research reports that the U.S. federal workforce shrank by 10.3 percent in 2025.  Nearly 350,000 people quit, retired, were laid off, or otherwise left the federal government last year. That's an 80 percent increase compared to 2024. Agencies with the most job cuts included the U.S. Agency for International Development, the National Endowments for the Arts and the Humanities, and the Education Department. 18-year-old rescues brother from axe-wielding man And finally, an 18-year-old is thanking God after protecting his brother from an ax-wielding man in Florida over the weekend.  Fox News reports Leodan Pino and his 16-year-old brother were closing up a car wash in Ocala. That's when the suspect approached while yelling and threatening.  Pino told the man he had to leave. The man refused and pulled out an ax.  Thankfully, Pino is a military recruit and trained in mixed martial arts. He proceeded to execute a take down and subdued the suspect until police arrived.  Listen to his comments afterward.  PINO: “I'm very thankful that God gave me the opportunity and gave me the strength to be able to control that situation. Very thankful that I was the one closing with my brother and no one else was. Because I'm not too sure if any of my co-workers would have done the same thing as I would have.” Close And that's The Worldview on this Wednesday, March 18th, in the year of our Lord 2026. Follow us on X or subscribe for free by Spotify, Amazon Music, or by iTunes or email to our unique Christian newscast at www.TheWorldview.com.  Plus, you can get the Generations app through Google Play or The App Store. Jesus said the end would be like the days of Noah, and Michael Hichborn of the Lepanto Institute joins to unpack what that actually means. Before the Flood, humanity was not primitive. They lived centuries, shared one language, and accumulated knowledge rapidly. Hichborn argues the evidence points to an advanced pre-Flood civilization, sophisticated in technology, utterly corrupt in morals. They ate, they drank, they built, they married. And then the waters came. The parallel to our own age is not a metaphor. Rapid technological explosion. Moral collapse. Sexual confusion. Violence normalized. A civilization that knows how to build but has forgotten how to worship. The same pattern is playing out on a global scale. The conversation turns to the Church itself, a crisis within, leaders failing, the faithful adrift. The days of Noah are here. The question is whether we will be found faithful when the flood comes.HELP SUPPORT WORK LIKE THIS: https://give.lifesitenews.com/?utm_source=SOCIAL U.S. residents! Mother Miriam joins John-Henry Westen to discuss the Society of Saint Pius X's plan to consecrate new bishops in order to preserve traditional Catholic teaching and the Latin Mass. She argues the decision is not rebellion but a necessary step to ensure continuity as current SSPX bishops age and the society serves thousands of faithful worldwide. The conversation defends Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre, suggesting his warnings about doctrinal drift have been vindicated. It also contrasts scrutiny of traditional Catholics with what they see as Vatican tolerance of doctrinal compromise on issues like China relations, ecumenism, and Marian theology.HELP SUPPORT WORK LIKE THIS: https://give.lifesitenews.com/?utm_source=SOCIAL U.S. residents! It's Monday, March 9th, A.D. 2026. This is The Worldview in 5 Minutes heard on 140 radio stations and at www.TheWorldview.com. I'm Adam McManus. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Adam McManus Russian forces destroyed 450 Ukrainian Baptist churches According to a report published earlier this year by Mission Eurasia, a parachurch ministry dedicated to equipping churches in and around Ukraine, Russian forces have damaged or destroyed at least 737 religious buildings since the start of the full-scale invasion in 2022. Of the 737 buildings affected, about 450 were Baptist churches. Baptists, while the largest Evangelical population in Ukraine, represent only 1 percent to 2 percent of the overall population, revealing that Russian forces are deliberately targeting Baptists in their violent campaign across Ukraine. In 1 John 3:13, Jesus said, “Do not be surprised, my brothers and sisters, if the world hates you.” Hegseth says US has ‘iron-clad will' in Iran war War Secretary Pete Hegseth told reporters on Thursday the United States will continue its attacks on Iran for as long as necessary, saying “We are in it to win it!”, reports NewsNation. Listen. HEGSETH: “Iran is hoping that we cannot sustain this, which is a really bad miscalculation. There's no shortage of American will here. “We remember and honor our fallen those six that we will soon Welcome at Dover, who gave everything for their country in this mission. We remember them, but we remember them by rededicating ourselves even more fervently to this mission. “Our commitment to our mission objectives only increases as our advantages continue to increase. We've got no shortage of munitions. Our stockpiles of defensive and offensive weapons allow us to sustain this campaign as long as we need to.” Secretary Hegseth contrasted the focused mission in Iran with other previously politically correct wars. HEGSETH: “The dumb, politically correct wars of the past were the opposite of what we're doing here. They had vague objectives with restrictive, minimalist rules of engagement. No more. Our authorities, through the President and myself, are maxed out. Our will is iron clad. We are built for this fight, and we are in it to win it.” Rep. Donalds holds Governor Walz accountable for Somali fraud On March 4th, Republican Congressman Byron Donalds of Florida asked Democratic Minnesota Governor Tim Walz some tough questions about allegations of fraud tied to the Somali community in Minnesota during a House Oversight Committee hearing, reports ZeroHedge.com. DONALDS: “Was your office notified of these fraud allegations?” WALZ: “Not me.” DONALDS: “Specifically, we have it under sworn testimony in the Oversight Committee that your former chief of staff was notified directly by these various commissioners about the fraud in Minnesota.” WALZ: “Could be correct.” DONALDS: “So, are you saying that your chief of staff didn't notify you?” WALZ: “I'm saying I don't recall whether he did at that time or not, but we took action. So, I'm assuming, when we put our budgets together, based on that, we put a package together for that legislative session.” DONALDS: “Let's talk about budgets, Governor Walz. Feeding Our Future went from $307,000 in 2018 to $199 million in 2021. Are you aware of this increase in budgetary costs from Feeding Our Future?” WALZ: “Not specifically, but I know it increased during the pandemic.” DONALDS: “The Housing Stabilization Services went from $27 million in 2021 to $105 million in 2024. Are you aware of this increase, Governor Walz?” WALZ: “Not specifically, but I know it increased.” DONALDS: “Autism Centers went from $24 million in 2019 to $342 million in 2024. Are you aware of that?” WALZ: “Not specifically again. But yes, we know the budget increased.” DONALDS: “Integrated Community Supports went from $4.6 million in 2021 to $170 million in 2024. Are you aware of that?” WALZ: “Again, not specifically on the numbers, but it's the budget.” DONALDS: “Governor Walz, you have to submit a budget to your legislature every single year, like every governor has to do. If you're not aware of these increases, what was your office doing?” WALZ: “Everyone is balanced. My budget is about $72 billion. It involves 23 agencies.” DONALDS: “Florida's budget is $115 billion, sir. But what were you doing if you're seeing program increases like this amid allegations of fraud in your state?” Shockingly, $9 billion of taxpayer money was stolen in Minnesota which had been intended for marginalized communities. Planned Parenthood offers Botox injections to supplement abortion income There's a new wrinkle in Planned Parenthood's ever-changing post-Dobbs business plan: The abortion giant has begun offering Botox treatments as a much-needed additional source of income, reports LifeSiteNews.com. Planned Parenthood is in desperate need of new revenue streams after President Donald Trump's One Big Beautiful Bill blocked it from receiving federal Medicaid reimbursements.    As a result, Planned Parenthood Mar Monte — the group's largest affiliate spanning Northern California and Nevada — has been forced to scramble to plug an estimated $100 million revenue gap, according to a report by The Wall Street Journal.   What is unsaid in the Wall Street Journal puff piece is that Planned Parenthood in Northern California and Nevada needs to generate money in new ways in order to subsidize aborting preborn children. Missouri's Personhood bill protects babies from conception Speaking of abortion, Missouri Republican State Senator Mike Moon introduced a resolution which would recognize the personhood of each child in the womb. The bill defines the term "person," under the Missouri state constitution, as including every human being with a unique DNA code regardless of age, including every in utero human child at every stage of biological development from the moment of conception until birth.  Whether you live in Missouri or not, call State Senator Moon's office at 573-751-1480 to thank him for sponsoring the Personhood resolution. Legendary pop star Neil Sedaka died And finally, Neil Sedaka, the Juilliard-trained pop music icon who sold millions of records worldwide and wrote or co-wrote over 1,000 songs, died on February 27th at the age of 86.  According to Parade, Neil Sedaka's most popular songs include chart-toppers like  "Oh! Carol," a 1959 song about his high school sweetheart, Carole King, who is 84 today. “Darling, there will never be another. Cause I love you so. Don't ever leave me. Say you'll never go. I will love you, for my sweetheart No matter what you do. Oh Carol, so in love with you.” “Breakin' Up is Hard to Do” “Comma-comma down, Dooby-doo, down-down Breakin' up is hard to do. Don't take your love away from me. Don't you leave my heart in misery. If you go, then I'll be blue Cause breakin' up is hard to do.” and "Laughter in the Rain." “Strolling along country roads with my baby It starts to rain, it begins to pour. Without an umbrella, we're soaked to the skin. I feel a shiver run up my spine. I feel the warmth of her hand in mine. “Ooh, I hear laughter in the rain, Walking hand in hand with the one I love. Ooh, how I love the rainy days And the happy way I feel inside” In the days following Sedaka's death, streams of his songs jumped by at least 500 percent. For example, there were 514,000 streams of “Laughter in the Rain.” In his 1982 autobiography, Laughter in the Rain, Sedaka remembered himself as “a Jewish mama's boy” – a resounding understatement that did not reflect how completely Eleanor dominated his life until his mid-20s, reports The Guardian. During his first wave of success, between 1958 and 1963, he handed over five-figure royalty checks, which she cashed and kept, allowing him a $1,000 monthly stipend. Later, when Sedaka discovered that his mother, who had appointed herself his manager, had spent most of his money, he fired her and she attempted suicide. Neil married his wife, Leba, in 1962 with whom he had a son and daughter.  The fact that their marriage lasted six decades is rare in the entertainment industry. Matthew 19:6 says, “Therefore, what God has joined together, let no one separate.” During the pandemic, Sedaka played 150 mini-concerts on his Facebook page from his home. The end times are not announced by earthquakes or wars alone. The greatest sign, Fr. James Altman warns, is the apostasy unfolding inside the Church itself.Joining John-Henry Westen, Fr. Altman draws on the warnings of Our Lady's apparitions, Quito, La Salette, Garabandal, and the testimony of exorcists like Fr. Gabriel Amorth, who witnessed Padre Pio's anguish over the loss of faith spreading through the Church's own leadership. The crisis is not external. It is internal. And it has now reached the papacy.Fr. Altman does not mince words: what Francis began, Leo continues, a deliberate "new religion" clothed in Catholic language, advancing modernism as Pope St. Pius X foretold. The promotion of Cardinal Fernández, the attack on Marian titles, the doctrinal ambiguity, the moral compromise—all of it points to a schism not yet formalized but already real: a rupture between the conciliar church and the Catholic faith. The call is not to despair but to persevere. To grow stronger daily. To remain faithful even as the crisis deepens, trusting that God will act, and that the Mother who warned us will not abandon her children.HELP SUPPORT WORK LIKE THIS: https://give.lifesitenews.com/?utm_source=SOCIAL U.S. residents! (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Adam McManus Iran's new Ayatollah vows to 'shed Trump's blood'  An Iranian ayatollah called for the "shedding" of President Donald Trump's blood in a chilling revenge statement broadcast on Iranian state television on Thursday, reports The Express. Ayatollah Javadi Amoli - one of Iran's most senior Islamic clerics - declared that the nation was "on the verge of a great test" and urged "the shedding of Zionist blood, the shedding of Trump's blood" on state television. Exiled Iranian Prince commends Trump for bombing Iran By contrast, in an interview on CBS' 60 Minutes, Prince Reza Pahlavi, the eldest son of the deposed last Shah of Iran, a leader of the opposition to the Iranian Islamic Republic, commended President Donald Trump for bombing the Iranian military sites. PAHLAVI: “My message to President Trump is that I'm here to echo and join millions of my compatriots inside and outside of Iran to thank him for having the courage to do what is not easy, but intervene. He will go down in the annals of Iranian history as the most celebrated foreign leader that changed the ball game and changed the world as a result.” Pahlavi, who has lived in exile 47 years, is the most prominent figure in the opposition to the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran. (Watch 60 Minutes Overtime for more of the interview) Former homosexual acquitted for describing Christian conversion In what is viewed as an important international victory for freedom of speech and religion, Matthew Grech, a singer and former X-Factor contestant who has been prosecuted in Maltese courts for three long years for having spoken out publicly about leaving homosexuality, was acquitted Thursday morning, reports LifeSiteNews.com. He was joyous outside the courthouse. GRECH: “I'm standing with my friends and colleagues here at the Maltese courts, and I want to tell you guys that we won. The court has decided in our favor and has pronounced me and the co-accused as innocent. “It is a big day. I'm very thankful that the Maltese courts decided for freedom of speech. The Maltese courts decided for freedom of religion and has announced that I had every right to share my Christian views around sexuality and gender, and to mention organizations that are helping Christians to live consistently with their belief system.” Matthew Grech cited 1 Corinthians 6:9-11. “The Bible says in the book of Corinthians some of you were homosexuals, adulterers, you name it, but you were washed, sanctified, justified in the name of Lord Jesus. This is the good news. This is the Gospel. It offers hope, change and transformation.” Trump fires DHS Secretary Kristi Noem TRUMP: “You're fired!” On Thursday, after a painful couple of days of testimony before Congress, Kristi Noem, the Secretary of Homeland Security, was fired by President Donald Trump, reports ABC News. In addition to the expected attacks from Democratic Senators on DHS, Republican Senator John Kennedy of Louisiana asked Secretary Noem pointed questions about whether President Trump signed off on her decision to authorize $220 million on Homeland Security ads which prominently featured her. Listen. NOEM: “I have a policy in place that I review contracts. My deputy chiefs have the ability to review anything under $5 million. Above that, I evaluate and look at.” KENNEDY: “Okay, and you do that, I understand, to try to curb waste and abuse of taxpayer money. Is that right?” NOEM: “Yes, sir. In fact, it's been extremely effective.” KENNEDY: “How do you square that concern for waste, which I share, with the fact that you have spent $220 million running television advertisements that feature you prominently?” NOEM: “Sir, the president tasked me with getting the message out to the country, and to other countries where we were seeing the invasion come from, with putting commercials out that told them that if they were in this country illegally, that they needed to leave, or we would detain them and remove them, and they'd not get the chance to come back to America the right way. That has been extremely effective.” (crosstalk) KENNEDY:  “The president asked you to run these advertisements. Is that right?” NOEM: “We had that conversation, yes, before I was put in this position and sworn in and confirmed, and since then as well.” KENNEDY: “Okay. You're testifying that President Trump approved this ahead of time. Is that my understanding?” NOEM: “We had conversations about making sure that we were telling people across …” KENNEDY: “No, ma'am, I'm asking you, sorry to interrupt, but the President approved ahead of time you spending $220 million running TV ads across the country in which you are featured prominently?” NOWEM: “Yes, sir, we went through the legal processes. worked with [Office of Management and Budget].” KENNEDY: “Did the president know you were going to do this? NOEM: “Yes.” KENNEDY: “He did?” NOEM: “Yes.” KENNEDY: “Okay.” In response, President Trump told Reuters, “I never knew anything about it.” RedState.com speculates that the exchange between GOP Senator Kennedy and Kristi Noem was her undoing. Shortly after his comments to Reuters, Trump posted to Truth Social that Noem would be replaced. The president said he was "pleased to announce that the Highly Respected United States Senator from the Great State of Oklahoma, Markwayne Mullin, will become the United States Secretary of Homeland Security, effective March 31, 2026." This marks the first Cabinet secretary Trump has fired in his second term. Anniversary of Christian martyrdom of 22-year-old Perpetua And finally, the church remembers the martyrdom of Perpetua, a 22-year-old Christian noblewoman in Carthage, North Africa on March 7th A.D. 203. She was executed alongside Felicity, a pregnant slave woman imprisoned with her, to cruelly celebrate the birthday of Caesar Geta, the son of emperor Septimius Severus.  Simply because they were Christians, they were flogged, attacked by hungry leopards, and finally beheaded. Listen to this excerpt from a 30-minute animated video in The Torchlighter Series. PRISON CARETAKER: “As prison caretaker doing duty in the stench-filled underground cells, I've gotten a glimpse of many a prisoner's own faith or lack of it. MAN: "Please no. I don't want to die." PRISON CARETAKER: "I don't judge them. I too would fear the mauling beasts and death. But what I saw today in a young woman and her companions, such courage I have never seen before.” Joshua 1:9 says, “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” You can get the animated Perpetua Story DVD through a special link in our transcript today at www.TheWorldview.com. Nearly 30 anti-popes have risen across two millennia of Church history. In times of deepest confusion, even saints found themselves on opposing sides. St. Catherine of Siena confronted cardinals backing a false pope. St. Vincent Ferrer supported the wrong claimant during the Western Schism. St. Bernard of Clairvaux rallied kings against a rival. None remained silent.Dr. Ed Mazza joins to walk through these battles from his book Saints Versus Anti-Popes, drawing the line from medieval crises to the present. The question now is not whether a pope can be a bad man, history is full of them. The question is whether a pope can formally teach heresy while exercising his authority. No saint or major theologian ever taught that. The discussion moves through Marian apparitions at Akita, the warnings of Malachi Martin, and the possibility of apostasy "at the top." But the conclusion is not despair. The Church has survived anti-popes, schisms, and centuries of confusion. She will survive this. Enders had appeared on a Catholic commentary program and posted on social media about Zionism, distinguishing it from anti-Semitism, articulating the Church's teaching on the Old Covenant, and affirming that the Church is the New Israel. For this, he lost his job, his income, and his health insurance. His second child is due any day. This is about what happens when young, orthodox Catholics, raised in the faith, committed to tradition, raising families, discover that speaking the Church's own language can get them exiled from her institutions. Dr. Peter argues that the 12-year pontificate of Pope Francis marked a significant rupture from prior magisterial consistency, particularly on Communion for the divorced and remarried, the death penalty revision, and pastoral approaches to LGBT issues. While affirming the limits of papal infallibility as defined at Vatican I, he insists that even the ordinary papal magisterium must remain coherent with settled doctrine. The Francis era is described as an “engineering stress test” of the papacy raising urgent theological questions about ambiguity, authority, and the boundaries of error. Fr. Isaac pulls no punches in this unflinching interview on the spiritual mechanics of sin and the path to real freedom. With arresting clarity, he exposes what too often goes unnamed: mortal sin is not merely weakness, it is a deliberate act of telling God, "Get out. I don't want You." He warns against treating confession as a revolving door while continuing the same behavior without amendment, and he dismantles the culture of blame that externalizes sin onto the devil, trauma, or society. "Stop blaming the devil for what you're choosing," he insists, calling men especially to accountability, discipline, and decisive action. The message is urgent, pastoral, and uncompromising: God's mercy is real, but it is not sentimental. U.S. funds United Nations, Dept of Ed, and Nat'l Institutes of Health The Trump administration is still funding the United Nations.  President Donald Trump approved another $3 billion dollars to the international organization in early February, according to Reuters.  The U.S. has averaged $2.5 billion dollars of funding each year for the United Nations, over the last twenty years.  America joined the United Nations back in 1945, and is its largest donor.  And, despite vowing to close down the U.S. Department of Education during his campaign, the president has signed a government funding bill that will jack up the Education Department budget 2025 levels by $217 million for a total of $79 billion. That's $12 billion more than the administration's original request. Plus, the National Institutes of Health gets another increase of $415 million over Fiscal Year 2025. In total, $48.7 billion of taxpayer money will keep this bureaucracy alive and flourishing. Republican states take action to cut property taxes Several Republican-majority states are working to reduce and eliminate property taxes for citizens. North Dakota, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, and Texas have made progress. Plus, Tennesseans will consider a ballot measure this November to eliminate the property tax. Several states are also working to trim or fully end state income taxes, with nine states having zero income tax in 2026.  One-third of young women call themselves homosexual or transgender The Gallup polling organization released new numbers on Americans identifying with a list of sexual perversions.   Now, 9% of U.S. adults call themselves sexually perverted, up from 7% in 2023, and 3.5% in 2012. The increase has occurred with the younger generation primarily. Now, almost a quarter of 20-somethings and roughly one-third of young women call themselves homosexual or transgender. Also, 10% of the 30 to 49-year-olds claim these perverse identities. Transgender murderers kill at 10 times rate of general population As The Worldview reported on February 12, the mass murderer held responsible for perpetrating Canada's worst school shooting in recent history was a man pretending to be a woman, reports LifeSiteNews.com. Jesse Van Rootselaar killed his mother and seven others, and wounded 27, before killing himself in the massacre in a remote town in British Columbia. Another man pretending to be a woman, Robert Westman, was the perpetrator at the Annunciation Catholic School shooting last August. At least five other mass-casualty shootings are attributed to men and women attempting to change their gender. That includes the Aberdeen, Maryland Rite Aid shooting, the STEM School killings in Denver, Colorado, the Club Q massacre in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and the Covenant School massacre in Nashville, Tennessee. Also, the Iowa Perry High School perpetrator appeared to be pushing the transgender agenda. A recent study from National Review found that transgender suspects participate in mass shootings at a rate of 10 times that of the rest of the population. Alabama's Governor signs Child Predator Death Penalty Act Alabama Republican Governor Kay Ivey signed the Child Predator Death Penalty Act into law late last week, reports WVTM13.  This law assigns the death penalty to crimes of first-degree rape, first-degree sodomy, and first-degree sexual assault of victims under age 12. Biblical law assigns a serious penalty to those who kidnap or seize people against their will. Exodus 21:16 says, “Now one who kidnaps someone, whether he sells him or he is found in his possession, shall certainly be put to death.” Kansas governor vetoes law to keep boys out of girls spaces Kansas Democratic Governor Laura Kelly  vetoed a bill passed by the Kansas legislature that would have kept biological males out of women's bathrooms.  The bill would have prosecuted any men, pretending to be women, who trespass in women's spaces, on repeated offenses. Hopefully, the state legislature will override the veto, given that the Republican Party holds a two-thirds majority in both houses.   So far, 20 states have passed laws that ban men from invading women's spaces. Proverbs 17:13 reminds us, “Whoever rewards evil for good, evil shall not depart from his house.” Puerto Rico affirms value of human life from conception Puerto Rico Governor Jenniffer González-Colón  signed a bill that affirms the humanity and dignity of an unborn child, from the moment of conception.   Governor González-Colón said the bill “classifies as first-degree murder the intentional and knowing killing of a pregnant woman, resulting in the death of the unborn child at any stage of gestation within the mother's womb.” This was passed mainly for purposes of homicide and criminal law. While this personhood law does not automatically ban abortion outright in Puerto Rico, pro-lifers are hopeful it will pave the way for future legal protections of unborn babies. 47% of Americans think visitors from other planets have visited Earth  (theme from the movie E.T.) Interest in extraterrestrials and UFOs is at an all-time high in the United States. A “Yougov” survey found 47% of Americans believe extraterrestrials have visited the Earth. Former President Barack Obama says ET's probably exist. But he clarified on Instagram that, “I saw no evidence during my presidency that extraterrestrials have made contact with us.” Pokemon card sells for $16 million And finally, a trading card has netted the highest private sale amount in history.  A Pokeman card took in over $16 million over the weekend. That beats the last world record sale of a 1952 Mickey Mantle baseball card, which sold for $12.6 million in 2022. There were only 41 of this particular Pokemon card produced in 1998. That compares to 75 billion Pokemon cards printed in 2025. Pokeman is a game wherein the players play-act the harnessing of the power wielded by demons or monsters. Extra print stories United States military strikes ISIS in Syria The US military conducted strikes on more than 30 ISIS targets in Syria since the beginning of February.  According to US Central Command, or CENTCOM, the attacks "struck ISIS infrastructure and weapons storage targets with precision munitions delivered by fixed-wing, rotary-wing, and unmanned aircraft." CENTCOM Commander Brad Cooper said, “Striking these targets demonstrates our continued focus and resolve for preventing an ISIS resurgence in Syria. Operating in coordination with coalition and partner forces to ensure the enduring defeat of ISIS makes America, the region and the world safer."  More than 50 ISIS terrorists have reportedly been killed in the past couple of months by the United States military. Tensions remain high between the US and the Middle East, with all eyes on potential military action in Iran.  US House passes SAVE Act The U.S. House of Representatives passed the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act requiring those who vote in American elections to provide proof of citizenship. The bill passed 218-213, with every House Republican voting in favor of the measure. Texas Democrat Henry Cuellar also crossed the aisle to vote for the law. The law is touted by Republicans as a simple way to secure American elections and to eliminate cheating and foreign influence. Americans also overwhelmingly favor the requirement of a photo ID to cast a vote. However, the bill faces a hard road in the Senate, with Republicans holding only 53 seats, but needing 60 votes to pass the SAVE Act. Psalm 67:4 says, “O let the nations be glad and sing for joy: for thou shalt judge the people righteously, and govern the nations upon Earth.”

Newly released Epstein files reveal a $30 million donation to Harvard's Program for Evolutionary Dynamics, prompting scrutiny over how evolution is used as more than just science. The discussion frames Darwinism as a philosophical weapon, one that replaces God with randomness and erodes moral responsibility, aligning with elite interests that benefit from a godless worldview. Scientific challenges to neo-Darwinism are explored, from frauds like Piltdown Man to modern critiques of genetic information and irreducible complexity. The episode warns that dissenting voices in academia are suppressed to maintain the illusion of consensus.HELP SUPPORT WORK LIKE THIS: https://give.lifesitenews.com/?utm_source=SOCIAL U.S. residents! John-Henry Westen interviews Anthony Abbate from Avoiding Babylon to explore the cultural flashpoints capturing young people's attention today: race, feminism, and the Jewish question. Abbate warns that while concerns about mass immigration and identity may be valid, they risk becoming toxic without Christian charity and a religious foundation. On feminism, he critiques both secular disillusionment and exploitative “red pill” responses, arguing instead for a Catholic vision rooted in spiritual fatherhood and the family. The conversation turns to Catholic–Jewish relations after October 7, encouraging theological clarity without slipping into hatred or conspiracy. Abbate emphasizes that only a Christ-centered identity can navigate these issues without losing one's soul.HELP SUPPORT WORK LIKE THIS: https://give.lifesitenews.com/?utm_source=SOCIAL U.S. residents!
