In this episode I am channeling from the Akashic Records on the essence of Christmas. The origins of Christmas can be found in Christianity, where we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ as well as in a pagan festival that celebrates the return of the sun. What do both have in common? What are the themes that we are honouring and celebrating when we come together at Christmas? What was the importance and message of messiahs like Jesus Christ and Mary Magdalene? I hope this channeling brings you joy and hope. Happy holidays to you and your family.LINKS Circle of Light Healing - experience the most advanced healing container Gift Voucher - give someone the gift of healing and magic from the Akasha, can be used for any of my services 2023 Gratitude and Closing Ceremony - my podcast episode where we close this year #spiritualpodcast #christmas #christianity #akashicrecords #akasha #akashicrecordreadings #akashicrecordreader #jesus #jesusbirth

Sobriety gets a really bad wrap. If you're in your 20s and you decide to take a night off drinking, you almost always have to offer up some sort of excuse. "I'm taking it easy tonight" is never met with open arms. But despite this, more and more people are becoming sober curious. In fact young people these days are drinking less than they did 20 years ago. So what's it really like to go sober when everyone else isn't? Alex first dropped into my orbit about 12 months ago when I worked with her in a one off session, as her coach, during her second pregnancy. Naturally I followed her journey through pregnancy and into motherhood with baby number two, and so beautifully we have landed side by side in the same coaching program with my beloved coach Ellie Swift.I've wanted to have Alex on the show for months now but saw the space to honour her energy and that I knew she would have so much to share on this side of birth number two. And of course, what divine timing. Alex is a sensual wealth coach who guides women to connect to their sensuality and unlock limitless exponentiality. Originally from Chicago and an entrepreneur at heart, she left her 'on-paper perfect' corporate fashion merchandising career and moved to Australia in 2018.Fast forward to 2022 – together with her husband & their two daughters on her hip – Alex has built a million dollar soulful product business in under 3 years. Alex has also coached hundreds of entrepreneurs across the globe to build ecommerce businesses, which led her to explore how the mind, body & spirit interact in business and the creation of wealth.Unraveling the connection between her sensuality, motherhood, and wealth has by far been the biggest needle mover in her own business and most importantly, in the lives of her clients. Her mission is to guide women and mothers everywhere to tap into their sensuality & alchemise the abundant lives of their dreams. In today's episode we cover… + What each of Alex's first trimester experiences were like, and how she prepared the second time around. Including how she lent fully into being held and supported as priority. + What each of Alex's birth experiences looked like, and why she chose a new care provider at 40 weeks pregnant.+ How she is feeling as she comes out of the fourth trimester, and where her focus and intention is and how this clarity is serving her to feel embodied at this time+ What Alex learned about herself through the sacred container of birth and how that has more deeply informed her work in the world and her commitment to helping women remember their power+ Why Alex believes we can have it all and how understanding our sacral chakra energy underpins our ability to do this+ Why separating the ‘having' from the ‘doing' is essential for living an embodied and abundant life Plus LOADS more. This conversation was such a joy to experience, and I know that you will feel that through every moment. In this week's episode I speak with Dani of @mydarlinghart. Dani is the kind of human that I watch in awe, knowing that what she has navigated must have broken her in ways most of us will never understand and yet, she manages to shine in the reality of her life and all that she has been through. Dani is a 34-year-old wife and mama, who resides in Newcastle NSW. She has two beautiful daughters; Bonnie Hart in the stars and Inka James, who was born earthside this past Valentine's Day. Dani has poured her heart into a social media space, where she vulnerably shares her journey navigating infertility, baby loss, grief, and motherhood. She has recently found purpose in her pain, starting a volunteer role in Red Nose Australia's new Footprints program. She is passionate about sharing awareness and information (on safer pregnancy programs, safe sleep and bereavement care) and hopes that in the future, no parent will ever have to suffer the heartache of pregnancy or infant loss.In this episode we talk about … + Dani's story of conception and pregnancy with each of her girls + Placental abruption and how that lead to the loss of her first daughter Bonnie Hart + How she navigated that time and when she knew she was ready to begin IVF again+ What pregnancy after loss was like and how Dani was able to move into this next pregnancy at all+ How history repeated itself in the way of another placental abruption, and how she feared the worst+ What her birth was like with Inka James + How motherhood has been since welcoming her beautiful Inka James into her arms+ What she is focusing on now and how we can support other parents navigating the unfathomable loss of an infantDani mentions her work with Red Nose Australia's new Footprints Program and as mentioned on the episode, I want to make mention to this in case you are called to offer support in Bonnie's honour. Finally, you can make a difference and help fund world-leading research and support families impacted by death of a baby or child by making a donation to Red Nose. It's been the longest time since I've recorded a solo episode, and it's so fun to be back here sharing with you in this way. When it comes to conceiving, many of my clients are focused on what they need to add to their lives to get the result they most desire. Supplements, self care practices etc, but often the key is in letting go. What is it that you most need to let go of in order to move closer to what you desire? In this episode I'm sharing the 5 things I regularly support my conception clients to stop doing, so that you can start to make a shift today. The key to moving through all of these is through self care practices. A ritual, a practice of devotion to keep you plugged into your inner wisdom and inner guidance. It's been a big few years, and now more than ever I am seeing fried nervous systems that have been running on auto pilot since 2020.This is your invitation to join me next week across 3 days (21st ,22nd ,23rd June), as I teach you how to regulate your nervous system and create inward connection, all in micro-pockets of time.Stress free conception, pregnancy and motherhood are absolutely in reach.I'll walk you through one micro-lesson each day to help you create an internal shift in just 10 short minutes. I have loved and followed the journey of YCL for years now, but only recently discovered the founder and creative director, Fabienne, on social media. I quickly learned she is a fellow Taurus, I can just pick them! But I also learned that Fabienne's journey to motherhood was a complicated one.I got in touch right away, and I couldn't be happier to be sharing her story with you today. From not wanting to be a mother, to discovering her nurturing side and knowing motherhood would be part of her path, then discovering that conception would be a little different for her and her partner. Fabienne shares with openness and vulnerability, and I know that her story will bring validation to those on their conception path. Fabienne is the creative director and founder of YCL Jewels. She began working in aged care as a nurse when she was 15 and went on to study a Bachelor of Nursing at ACU in Brisbane after Highschool. In 2013 she left her stable career & university degree (just two subjects short of graduating) to pursue her love for jewellery making full time. Fabienne is entirely self-taught in jewellery design and has no formal training in jewellery making or business. Fabienne has dedicated herself to building a beautiful and intentional brand with YCL now exporting to over 100 countries globally, with main international export countries including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand, & Germany. At the time of recording, Fab is 36 weeks pregnant. In this episode we talk about… How Fab didn't want to be a mother, and what changed thatHow her pregnancy has been, and why the night be we recorded she was thrown offHow Fab's plans for birth have changed at this point, and how she is working through thatHer journey with IVF, including egg collection, hormones, embryo's, failed transfers and eventually pregnancy - and everything in betweenHow she plans to spend her postpartum period And so much more. Back in episode 48 I spoke with Braydan when she shared her heartbreaking story of loss at 11 weeks pregnant while on holiday with her family. In this episode we fill in the gaps in the story, and Braydan shares that at the time of recording she is 30 weeks pregnant with their little miracle babe. Pregnancy after loss is like nothing else, it's such a mish-mash of emotions, and truly requires a day by day approach, which Braydan echo's so beautifully throughout this episode. If you are looking for a story of hope and commitment, and a light at the end of the conception tunnel, this episode will be it. Braydan is self aware, raw, generous in what she shares and a vision for those of us who are still on this journey. In this episode we spoke about… Preparing to try and conceive again after lossBraydan and Ryan's conception journey after loss back in 2019 How Expand Align Conceive supported her to navigate conception againTesting and the decision to explore fertility treatmentLockdown and the impact on trying to conceiveSupport, and unsupportive commentsHow the news of conception surprised them after two years since their lossNavigating the first trimester after lossHow she has supported herself throughout pregnancyBraydan's plans for birth and postpartumAnd so much more. What I love about Connie's approach is how anchored it is in our feminine essence, how calm my nervous system feels, and the gentleness in moving through all of the ups and downs of the process. In this episode we cover… + What the gorgeous Taurus energy is calling her to right now, and how she's anchoring into self care+ A high level look at Connie's approach to manifestation and how it differs from what we have been taught, and how many of us approach the practice+ What happens when fear gets a hold of our manifestation practice and how to come back to alignment+ The role of self kindness and self care in manifestation+ How our fears can bring us closer to our manifestation+ What to do when the manifestation is taking longer to appear than we would like ie Extended conception+ The energetic difference in calling in a baby, vs other manifestations, and the mindset shifts that may support you with that + Where to start with this practice, or how to change course now Plus so much more. There is so much gold to be taken from this episode, I recommend listening with a pen and paper to take notes! Natalie Rolland is a mother and wife based on the Gold Coast, and owner of Altered Sense. I discovered Nat online when she was about halfway through her pregnancy, and quickly learned that she had a challenging experience to get to that point. I always find it so refreshing when I see women share their truth with such kindness, vulnerability and strength. In this episode Nat and I discuss her experience of fairly straight forward conception x3, followed by three miscarriages, back to back. She talks about her mindset at that time, and how much she was pushing for answers when her Doctor wasn't offering much. Nat and her husband came back with a DQAlpha match, and with the help of Dr Kee Ong (the same Fertility Doctor that has been supporting us) she went onto an immune protocol, and into a medicated IUI cycle. In this episode we talk about that experience, Nat's less than favourable pregnancy symptoms, and how that affected her view of pregnancy, and her incredible birth story. I was recently speaking about my deepening understanding of the South and North Nodes in our personal astrology chart on Instagram, and it opened up an incredible conversation. These two parts of our chart have so much to reveal to us about our lessons and direction on earth. I have heard of them referred to as ‘our karma and our dharma'. As I have been going deeper into my own North and South Nodes, and what I am learning about myself through them, I naturally wanted to speak with someone on the topic who has a deeper understanding of what they are here to teach us. I knew Tiffany was the person to help us with this! Tiffany Victoria is an Astrologer, Cosmic Channel & Conscious mother of 4. She specializes in Cosmic Timing, Vibrational Mastery and assisting with Soul Awakening, and in this week's episode we unpack parenting and life in this new earth.
