Greg Ellis is currently the head football coach at Southwestern Assemblies of God University in Waxahachie, Texas. Ellis is a graduate of the University of North Carolina, where he starred as a three-time First-Team All-ACC and was selected 8th overall in the first round of the 1998 NFL Draft by the Dallas Cowboys. Ellis played eleven seasons with the Cowboys from 1998-2008 and then finished up his final season in 2009 with the Oakland Raiders. In 2007, he had 12 5 sacks, was selected to the NFC Pro Bowl roster and was named NFL Comeback Player of the Year. He is third on the Cowboys all-time sack leader list.
