Some losses are filled with enough terrible calls, huge negative impact plays, or a horrible singular mistake by one of our guys that gets us all up in arms, arguing, debating, and just generally pissed off. Well…this loss to the Rams brought none of that. In other words…there was zero Rizz. Of course, that was apparently a huge part of the gameplan on Sunday as it played out, ie play keep away from Stafford and McVeigh's offense/play ball control and keep it boring. At least for a half, we succeeded greatly in that effort by shutting them out and holding them to less than half of our own time of possession, but…we ended up with only SIX points to show for it. In the end, we couldn't bore them to death; and the Saints play on the field may have done just that to their own fans. So, in this ep, we ask: Is the Rizz now gone or is this just a slip up? Even if we get back to winning, Rizzz's HC audition starts looking good again, does it even matter? We debate whether, in this HC search, the Saints must hire from outside the building no matter what? And if so, who fits that bill? Who out there that's available would we be ok with? Today's guest is Tracy Pleschourt, the Founder of Self-Made U and the co-host of the Tracy & Gracie Becoming Podcast is a certified life coach who helps men and women learn HOW TO THINK to achieve their goals and overcome the obstacles in their life. Just a few years ago, Tracy was a successful advertising executive. Stifled by the rigorous, time-consuming demands of the corporate world, she traded in my 20 years of advertising to pursue her real passion: personal and professional coaching. As a result, she became a student of her own work. She was able to stop her fear-based thinking and self-sabotaging behavior. She was able to create a business she loves while teaching others to do the same. In our conversation, we discuss: How our thoughts are the foundation for everything from our emotions to actions, behaviors, and habits, but unfortunately, we are not taught how to think. Tracy provides us with a framework to shift from fear-based thinking to more self-empowerment, compassion, and creativity The neuroscience behind the difference between our primitive and prodigy brain How to uncover unconscious thoughts and beliefs that are influencing our behaviors and responses and keeping us stuck Why everything we want is attached to the way we want to feel and this all starts with a decision Resources: Gratisfied Healthified Online Magazine Instagram: @gratisfied @healthified Empower Bar Baking Mix NEW Gratisfied Bars! ⭐️ Get your free Human Design Chart https://www.miranda-mitchell.com/free-human-design-chart-video ⭐️ In this podcast episode, Miranda brings us an intimate conversation with a special guest, Jennifer Howell, founder of the Art of Elysium and EB Studios. In this episode, Jennifer shares with us the transformative power of art and her journey in founding a charity that has grown to enrich the lives of children, elders, the homeless, veterans, prisoners, and refugees through creative expression. We'll learn about the profound influence of her friend Stephen, whose battle with leukemia led her to take the first step in bringing joy to children in hospitals, and how her own near-death experience as a child subconsciously directed her life's mission. We'll explore not just the evolution of The Art of Elysium, but also Jennifer's own spiritual beliefs in a creator, the impact of societal expectations on creativity, and the deep belief in the reincarnation of our lives. Jennifer will share personal stories of challenges and the loneliness of pursuing a path less traveled, her decision to commit to an authentic life, and the ways she finds inspiration to continue her work despite adversity. As we discuss the barriers to creativity and the importance of tapping into our innate need to create, Jennifer also emphasizes the unique role that artists play as channels to the divine, especially in times of historical unrest. Join us as Miranda and Jennifer reflect on the importance of forming a solid inner support circle, and the value of art as a healing force that not only nurtures the spirit but also connects us all. So tune in, open your hearts, and get ready to be moved by the remarkable story of how one woman's vision is healing the world, one creative act at a time. Jennifer's Bio Jennifer is a compassionate individual whose journey took an emotional detour shortly after she graduated film school. With dreams of writing and directing in Los Angeles, her life was momentarily paused when she received heart-wrenching news. Her high school friend, Stephen, was battling leukemia and had relapsed. Prompted by a call from Tara Williamson, her best friend since childhood and Stephen's girlfriend at the time, Jennifer made the tough decision to leave LA and return home to be by Stephen's side. During this trying period, Jennifer, who had just begun to follow her passion for film, showed her true character. Faced with the gravity of Stephen's illness, she turned to humor as a form of solace, using laughter to bring a sense of normalcy to a dire situation. Her attempts to lighten the atmosphere reflected her desire to support her friends in the most challenging of times. This experience, no doubt, has had a profound impact on Jennifer, shaping her not only as an artist but as a person of great empathy and resilience. Acknowledging those feelings and bringing them to the light is the first step to being able to heal and find clarity and opportunities for what you are experiencing.[11:00] When you are operating from your prodigy brain, you are more likely to be able to look through the lens or find the perspective around gifts and opportunities. Quotes: [10:13] “Teaching the people at the workshop how to really feel them (feelings), because coach Tracy, you taught me that anything in the dark can't heal. So when we try to fight those feelings or pretend we don't have them or ignore them, they're in the dark when we go “hello there fear, or anxiety, or whatever you are,” it comes to the light and that's the first step in being able to heal.” - Lesa Koski[12:52] “I think when you find yourself swimming in judgment, you have to decide to prioritize your well-being over societal opinions and stigma. You have to challenge the stigma by refusing to internalize those judgements. You have to be able to separate the fact from the fiction of how society views divorce, like leveraging empathy for yourself.” - Tracy Pleschourt[15:42] “If loneliness is getting in the way of you being able to get through your day, then therapy is definitely the path that you want to pursue. If it's just something that you're starting to recognize, but you're still able to get through your day, you're still able to manage your day, then coaching is probably the right path for you to take.” - Tracy Pleschourt Guest Bio: Tracy Pleschourt, the Founder of Self-Made U helps men and women create Self-Made wealth and wellness through life coaching. Whilst the referee stole the headlines at Sunday's clash at Dean Court, debate has been raging amongst *some* sections of Cherries fans about the disjointed nature of the clash against Nottingham Forest and whether it was a terrific tactic from Nuno's Espirito to stifle buoyant Bournemouth, or whether it was simply a cynical case of anti-football being deployed by the Tricky Trees. Bournemouth rightly went down to ten-men with Billing's departure, and truth be told, it could have been worse, with Kluivert walking a tight-rope - but a stop-start game at Dean Court was not aided by some of the most docile officiating we have seen this season. On today's edition of the Locked On FLORIDA Panthers Podcast, Armando Velez(@Mandoman12) brings in Nick Fairbanks(@Prudentia0) to the show to discuss the Panthers 2-1 loss against the Los Angeles Kings from Crypto.com Arena. The Panthers were the team who were consistently getting passes disrupted in the neutral zone and on breakouts while the Kings executed theirs. The Panthers juggled the lines once again early after the Cats gave up a 1-0 lead 1:20 into the contest. What does that mean for Florida's pursuit of Patrick Kane? Does Maurice stick with these lines going into Friday? The team lost Josh Mahura in this game after a collision on the boards early in the game. After attempting to give it a go in the second, Mahura went down the tunnel again and did not return. With Paul Maurice discussing the possibility of Aaron Ekblad and Brandon Montour returning at the end of their California road trip, does Mahura's injury make it a guarantee now for at least one of them to come back? The Cats have a quick turnaround as they made the quick trip to Orange County to face the Anaheim Ducks Friday Night. We discuss this and more on today's edition of the Locked On FLORIDA Panthers Podcast: Your Team, Every Day. Follow & Subscribe on all Podcast platforms…

1998 was a strange year... Universities were fully populated and operational on Fourth of July weekend, radio shows called their listeners and not the other way around, and we were supposed to feel bad for a protagonist who committed vehicular manslaughter and got away with it because they have bad dreams about the incident or something. We're talking, of course, about I Still Know What You Did Last Summer; a turd in blanket that bakes in the steamy Bahama heat. Dave debates a dead body disregard! Multiverse wiener semantics! Stifled boners! Meat stuffed roadside condoms, and much, much more on this week's episode of The Worst Movie Ever Made! www.theworstmovieevermade.com email us, you cowards.

When it comes to alcohol in Tennessee, whiskey is king. But craft beer is slowly starting to become part of the state's identity, and in Chattanooga, the brewing scene is finally coming into its own. In his first piece for Good Beer Hunting, writer Drew Pitt, a Chattanooga transplant by way of Los Angeles, explores the history, legacy, and challenges beer has faced in the city and gives us a glimpse towards the future. Drew's piece, titled “Rebirth and Reinvention — As Chattanooga Grows and Changes, Local Beer Follows Along,” started as an idea for our Gas Station Week series, but eventually transformed into an insider's look at a new and exciting brewing scene in southern Tennessee. We talk about how Tennessee isn't exactly positioning itself as a welcoming state for people, especially the queer community, but why he believes Chattanooga can act as a beacon of acceptance, using beer as a conduit for connection. Bars and breweries have often been historically safe spaces for people oppressed by intolerance, and Drew hopes his home continues to innovate and include everyone who crosses into the state.
