Keep distractions away from the bedroom. “The only tablets that should be in the bedroom are those you have to swallow with water.” Use stress as a source of adrenaline rush to get you going. In fact, cortisol, the biggest stress hormone, is at its most from 4AM to 9AM because that’s what gets us out of the bed. Heart Rate Variability is when beat per beat, the rate changes.
