IndyCar Toronto Winner Colton Herta dominated on his way to the win leading 81 of 85 laps. Herta won the chaotic Honda Indy Toronto on Sunday for his first victory in more than two years, starting from the pole and maintaining control throughout. There were several crashes in the race but the worst came at the end causing a red flag. The 24-year-old American completed the first weekend sweep in IndyCar history, posting the fastest times in both practices, qualifying and the warmup Sunday before winning the race for his eighth career victory. As the NTT INDYCAR SERIES gets set for a Fourth of July battle in the Honda Indy 200 at Mid-Ohio, Pit Pass Indy host Bruce Martin gets fans ready for the fireworks on this week's episode.  This will be the last race before a lengthy four-weekend break because INDYCAR's television partner, NBC, will televise the Summer Olympics from Tokyo. Combine that with the cancellation of the July 11 Honda Indy Toronto because of Canada's ongoing battle with COVID-19, and this year's NTT INDYCAR SERIES championship will consist of 16 races instead of 17.
