In this beautiful episode of The HEAL Podcast, I am honored to interview one of my personal healers, the remarkable Sara Eaglewoman, an Indigenous Medicine Woman and Intuitive Healer. Born with powerful gifts, Eaglewoman approaches her work with deep gratitude, recognizing it as both a blessing and a profound responsibility. Her divinely guided healing, teaching, and counsel are highly sought after, and she readily brings her gifts to the trenches of today's society. Whether helping people through a major life transformation, assisting those with illness to heal or transition, or counseling everyone from industry leaders to politicians, celebs, and athletes, she clears the obstacles inhibiting the soul's expansion. As a bridge to the multi-dimensional, Eaglewoman guides and aligns people to their healing, to their success, and/or to their next level of self-realization by changing the “outcome” to “become." Over the course of this episode, we delve into a number of fascinating subjects including how she came to know of and embrace her gifts, how to determine if a healer is pure or misaligned, what is a soul grid, and how to shift trauma triggers to create lasting change and true growth. We also explore the soul as a continuum, karma's role in shaping who we are, and Eaglewoman's take on plant medicine. Welcome to episode 45: From Earthschool to Bliss (and back again), with Allison Littlefeather Holaday, an indigenous medicine woman, galactic energy master and Earthschool survivor of 3 near-death experiences. In this episode, Allison non-challantly answers some of those age-old existential questions we all have: Why are we here? What's the purpose of suffering? What's on the other side of this life? Specifically, Allison speaks to the concept and her lived experience in the hardest dimension of all — Earthschool. She talks about suffering and chronic illness, how she's come to honor her call to be of service through her many gifts, and how she navigates this world as an open channel. Allison also shares what she saw and felt on the other side, during her near-death experiences, giving us insight into what lies beyond the veil and reminding us of the Mystery we are all here to surrender to. There is great magic and wisdom in this episode. Enjoy! More about Allison and her magic Allison's decades-long spiritual journey dramatically intensified after she experienced three near-death experiences in this lifetime, transformative spiritual ascensions which led to a deep and powerful awakening - revealing that she'd been a Medicine Woman and healer in many past lives. Recognizing on a very deep level the power that comes from energy and intention, Allison committed to channeling her spiritual strength toward the exploration of healing modalities and humbly offering her abilities in service to others. Allison has dedicated her life to sharing that power with others suffering from a variety of emotional wounds, physical discomfort, and spiritual pain. As Allison helps others, her gifts continue to expand exponentially. She is the grateful founder of Energy Release Therapy (ERT), a powerful channeled healing modality that allows her to “pull” trapped energy from people using an ancient technique and understanding gathered from centuries of wisdom.Allison is an intuitive master medicine woman healer with 18,000 years of wisdom to tap into each individual and heal whatever needs to be released. She is also a medium, master channeler, animal communicator/healer, reiki master, spiritual ascension teacher, public speaker, galactic energy master, and past life healer. Allison's core belief is that unconditional love is the truth of who and what we are meant to be. From helping clients break unhealthy habits, repair relationship bonds and experience new levels of personal healing satisfaction, to connecting with a better understanding of the needs of their loving animals, Allison's individualized treatment approach is specifically tailored to each client's needs. Time and again the incredible transcendent power of her treatments changes lives.

What is calling forth to be healed within you? In this episode, I had the honor to be in conversation with Asha Frost, a devoutly wise woman who is the bridge between worlds and people, as she is known as Nenaandawi Nagweyaab Kwe – Healing Rainbow Woman. She shares her rituals of journeying, dreams, and connection to Earth Medicine as a gateway to a beautiful spiritual healing and trauma recovery to help you connect to your power within. To let Spirit guide your recovery, and not feel the need to “fix” others, as Asha says “when you think you can fix, you are not seeing the wisdom and wisdom within them.” Be sure to listen to the entire episode, as Asha graces us with a LIVE card reading from her Sacred Medicine Oracle to bring safety to your experience, and help you reclaim + remember that “you are the medicine”! What if, through sheer will and resilience, you could defy the odds and turn your life around? My extraordinary guest, Reese Sabatini Blake, a respected Indigenous Medicine Woman, rehab physiologist, chronic pain manager, and trauma recovery psychologist, proves that this can be a reality. Reese's remarkable journey from being rendered immobile to walking again through her understanding of neuroplasticity is a testament to human strength. We also discuss her experience with underage sex work and human trafficking, and how BDSM and consensual non-monogamy helped her reclaim her autonomy and power. This episode also takes a deep dive into the complex world of LGBTQ+ identities and relationships. Reese candidly shares her experiences with gender transitioning, and the struggles she faced both within her romantic relationships and in securing her place within the LGBTQ+ community. We explore the nuances of gender and sexual identities, and how the binary of male and female often falls short in capturing the rich diversity of human experiences. From discussing the distinctions between 'pansexual' and 'bisexual', to exploring the profound impact of trauma on our lives, this conversation is a deep exploration of identity, healing, and resilience.Wrapping up this enlightening conversation, we examine the power of open dialogue in promoting understanding and fostering connections. We ponder on the potential of comment sections as platforms for raising awareness and providing answers, and how facing adversity can often lead to opportunities for growth and healing. As Reese shares her journey of changing her name and reclaiming her power, she imparts a message of hope and resilience for those who may be struggling. Asha Frost, a member of the Chippewas of unceded Nawash First Nation (present day Ontario, Canada) shares with Cyndera about her Oracle deck and recently released book, You are the Medicine: 13 Moons of Indigenous Wisdom, Ancestral Connection and Animal Spirit Guidance. When so much traditional knowledge, life and livelihood has been lost through colonization, where can we even begin to pick up the pieces? New hope is found in the great gift of Frost's Oracle, illustrated by Steph Littlebird. Steeped in Ojibway teachings, Asha has retrieved this wisdom from ancestors and from her own bones, to share with both indigenous and non-indigenous seekers. She instructs her audience on how to approach and use this medicine respectfully, with the true belief that these teachings can guide each of us back to our own unique medicine. How might the world transform if we are to walk in our own gifts, tailored from our own healed ancestors? While revealing traditional insights, Asha's work is also immensely inclusive for our modern world. Asha embraces two-spirit folks in her work and introduces guides that are non-binary in both her imagery, stories and language. A whole-hearted gift from a rainbow healer, podcast listeners will love Asha Frost and for the visionary work that lies within her words and Oracle. Mind Love • Modern Mindfulness to Think, Feel, and Live Well
We will learn: How to call upon your animal spirits. How legends and stories can connect us with our nature. Why we've lost the sacred and how to bring it back. We tend to think of medicine as pharmaceuticals. In reality, medicine has been practiced since prehistoric times and it was more like an art form of knowledge and skill. But what if we expand our view of medicine even further? What if we chose to see that everything is medicine? Everything in life is helping us to grow, evolve and expand in love. Everything is leading to our evolution. Our most difficult experiences are actually a gift. So today we're talking about how you can recognize the gift of these experiences and how to move into a different state of being. Our guest is Asha Frost. She is an Indigenous Medicine Woman and a member of the Chippewas of Nawash First Nation. She is the best-selling author of "You are the Medicine", and has guided thousands of people through profound and lasting transformation. I'm so excited to share in today's conversation with my friend Asha Frost. Asha is an Indigenous Medicine Woman and healer. Asha is the best-selling author of You Are The Medicine: 13 Moons of Indigenous Wisdom, Ancestral Connection, and Animal Spirit Guidance. She has also guided thousands of people through profound and lasting transformations. I have been a recipient of Asha's work on so many levels over the years. I have sat in circles and ceremonies to receive Asha's wisdom, healing, love, and transformation. Her work is very profound and I could not be more excited about this conversation as she weaves together how she got to where she is and the season of life she is in now. We talk about how as entrepreneurs we have had to channel a lot of our masculine energy - with creating, launching, marketing, and serving clients and the community for many years. It's a lot and not something we want to approach in the ways we each have done for several decades to date. We talk about how to create something that feels good to you and is overall sustainable - while having the impact you desire... We also dip into the idea of sacred reciprocity of giving AND also asking for and receiving what we need. What You'll Hear In This Episode: Indigenous medicine and how everyone can connect with their own medicine. The process of writing a book. The emotional seasons in life and how to process and move through them. How motherhood transformed Asha's desires in life. Navigating the feeling of directionlessness in certain seasons of life. Unwinding from societal expectations of the request for Indigenous People to educate others. Resisting the “go go go” mentality and creating something sustainable – a NEW way. Speaking out against capitalism and colonialism. The release of Asha's upcoming Sacred Medicine Oracle cards - order here Quotes from Asha: “I felt pressure to show up in ways that are not aligned with my ancestors.” “When you invite people into knowing better and doing better… the majority of people want to step up and meet that.” “Every season has equal importance.” “What if it could be easy?” “My biggest return on investment is investing my love and energy into relationships.” “I am entitled to take up space.” Take Dr. Laura's Free Quiz! — What's your Divine Feminine Sovereign Style? Welcome to episode 4 of season 2 of the witch-hunt podcast — You Are The Medicine: A Deep Healing Conversation with Indigenous Healer, Mentor, International Best Selling Author, and Ceremonial Speaker, Asha Frost. In this episode, Asha shares her own healing journey and how this was part of opening up to her own medicine. She shares her belief (and practice) that honors everyone as a teacher to her, and how her learning from the wisdom of others outside of her traditions helped her to trust her magic and strengthen her relationship with her own medicine. We talk about her “Letter to White Women” which she wrote as an invitation to white women to be mindful of their own grief and pain, an invitation to those interested in taking in Indigenous Medicine, to do so while concurrently taking in the WHOLE story of indigenous people. (You can find it here: https://ashafrost.com/dearwhitewoman/) Asha shares her wise reflections on what Ceremony is, the importance of the inner work in freeing the feminine dismantling of the colonial and patriarchal systems into which we were born. We talk about the magic of the turtle shell, the Sugar Moon teachings to come home to unconditional kindness or love. And so much more. Towards the end, Asha blesses us with deer medicine — a beautiful healing journey all listeners will benefit from. There is so much wisdom here — enjoy!xx Alex Have a question or comment about this episode or anything else? Meet Aysen Farag is an Indigenous Medicine Woman of Amazigh, Jieng, and Kuku-Bari heritage. She has worked as a traditional herbalist and ceremonial leader for the last eight years and has continued to support the roots of indigenous values, honor, and customs as a teacher of ethnobotany and indigenous rights through African narratives of understanding. She knows well the plight of indigenous peoples around the world, and the sense of urgency there is to use their gifts and knowledge to bring healing to the Earth and its human and non-human kin. She has been working diligently to revive her ancestors' old traditions and languages, fighting for land reclamation, and recovering sacred ceremonies that were lost due to colonialism. In addition, she offers support, healing, and mentorship to others wanting to deepen into their own ancestral traditions, whether directly known to them or not. Aysen's greatest dream is to redefine the narratives of African Indigenous and Diasporic people with the beauty, wisdom, and grace that they deserve. I'm joined by indigenous medicine woman Asha Frost. We explore the nuances of cultural trauma and how to heal that collectively. Asha comes with a unique and powerful sense of unconditional love. Her presence makes this work, amongst natives and non-natives, safe and powerful because she sees us all as relatives and, essentially, needing the same thing: connection to the self, land, and one another. This conversation reminds me how the body is always connected. It's the mind that forgets, becomes distracted, or even represses natural expressions due to constructs and concepts. We talk about the cultural trauma that indigenous peoples experienced and continue to experience and how, together, we can weave culture and create the capacity to hold the collective pain that our newfound, colonized countries were founded on and still hold so much of.Asha also reminds me of how profound it is to not attach to concepts about other people. She says "I'm here for unity" and that's how our work intersects. We're here to practice decolonizing our psyches and bodies so that we can see individuals without projected constructs that would divide us.For more information on Asha's work, please visit https://ashafrost.com/.
Today we are speaking with Soul Coach, Published Author and CEO, Lindsay Anderson. Lindsay is a self-development, spiritual junkie. She is a Gemini/Capricorn/Leo combo and 6/2 Emotional Mani Gen that claims a serious addiction to sushi and hallmark movies. Lindsay is a “retired” Social Worker who began pursuing her soul's purpose after having experienced rock-bottom when she lost her job, and her relationship, and her sense of self. She is a 3x published author who is committed to sharing her story and inspiring others to speak their truth. Lindsay has been gifted the name “Bridge Between Two Worlds Woman” from an Indigenous Medicine Woman and she weaves this into her soul purpose as she bridges the worlds of spirituality and humanity, of the magical and the mundane in all that she does. As a Soul Coach, Lindsay uses different tools to help you master your core and serve the collective; human design, gene keys, intuitive wisdom, energetics, and more. If you're a part of this girl's circle, you know you will be inspired to live fully and on purpose. In this episode we discuss: 1) Listening to your soul's calling, letting it speak, and allowing yourself to hear it. Learning to honour and respect your logical brain and listening to your soul's guidance can take you to places that your logical brain could never do on its own. It can all turn out better than you could have ever imagined. 2) The insight behind knowing and understanding your human design, and your gene keys to honour the calling you had even before you were born. 3) Living in constant anxiety and resistance to the way life is unfolding vs learning the lessons of surrender, trust, and healing. Also learning to embrace the masculine and feminine in all areas of life and work, instead of it being only one or the other. This path completely changed and transformed Lindsay's life.
