If you're listening to this podcast, there's a big chance you've been a psychic or psychic medium. And out of this population, I'm sure you've been to a psychic/medium and they communicated a message or two that felt, "Huh?" or, "Not.. really?" Maybe even messages that felt flat out wrong. If you have, don't freak out. If this reader had ill intentions, I'm sorry you dealt with that. But, you are alive and safe. If this reader made a mistake or two, you're still okay. This episode lays out some mistakes, obstacles and blocks that can create mistakes in a reading—from the practitioner's perspective, and also the client's perspective. I share this because 1) I have made a few of these mistakes 2) I've experienced these first hand as a client 3) It's important to be compassionate towards yourself, if you're a practitioner or client. On this podcast and in my practice, I always want to keep it real. I believe it's paramount to share our journey as practitioners and how we seek to improve ourselves daily!BOOK A PRIVATE READING BOOK SOULPATH SESSIONSBOOK A DISCOVERY CALL FOR MENTORSHIP EMAIL HELLO@THEMODERNMEDIUM FOR REIKI HEALING INQUIRIES

HELLO!! Any horror fans?? Anyone who feels like they're more of a witchy, dark goddess vibes?? Here's Emmy. Emmy C-G (she/they) is the host of The Violet Vulture podcast. She is a multi-passionate, multidisciplinary storyteller. They're a death doula and witch. And a self-avowed, all-around too-much person. They're all about storytelling for self-exploration and liberation, alternative wellness for the misfits and morbidly inclined among us, and honoring our shadows. One of the many reasons I love Emmy is because they are a PRIME example of a practitioner who explores darker themes and shadow, while serving Higher Consciousness and good intentions. In this episode we discuss:Finding empowerment in horror as someone who experiences chronic illness Stepping into a multi-faceted life purpose The importance of being “shadow forward”The difference between working with dark energy for good intentions vs. dark energy for manipulation Ethical practices as a practitioner Horror tropes that inspired / feel / have felt parallel to her life path Comparing archetypes to the wellness industry CONNECT WITH EMMY ON IG HEREEXPLORE WAYS TO WORK WITH EMMY HERE----FOLLOW ME ON INSTAGRAM HERE EXPLORE WAYS TO WORK WITH ME HEREBOOK A 1:1 SPIRITUAL MENTORSHIP DISCOVERY CALL HEREBOOK A DISCOVERY CALL HEREBOOK A PRIVATE READING HERE

As a young girl, Deanna heard the voices of her guide and other spirits but ignored them due to fear and her Christian upbringing. Later in life, as she encountered some major challenges and uncertainty, she took a risk and decided to open her heart and mind to the world of spirit for answers. After connecting with her spirit guide and other light beings, she learned her true identity and now works to help people remember theirs. Deanna currently collaborates with the angels to teach people how to reawaken their dormant psychic gifts and remember who they really are. Please add anything special that is coming up for you! Whether that be a new/existing product, service, episode, launch, event, etc! Have you ever walked into a room and known there was a conflict going on? Or have you noticed the way you feel when you hold a newborn baby? You can just feel and sense the positive or negative energy. In this episode of Wellness Wisdom, Bill Barney, an Intuitive Practitioner of Energy Medicine with "All Things Possible", explains how we are vibrational energy. The higher the vibration, the more light we experience, the lower the vibration the more darkness we experience. When our body holds onto negative emotions and unforgiveness, it may block the flow of energy. The energy block may appear as PTSD, anxiety, anger, pain, and other physical or mental problems. When negative energy "lands in our body" it impacts our bodies performance and can cause dis-ease. Bill shares part of his 5-step process for releasing hard feelings and experiencing the light of forgiveness. You can read more about this in his recently released book "Shine the Light Within; 5 Steps to Lighten your Soul through Forgiveness."
The science of Feng Shui provides the tools to create balance and harmony; helping us to move forward with ease, inspiration and to experience more joy in our lives. This week on Lighten Up, Bridget Saraka joins Bonnie Wirth for an enlightening conversation to discuss how Feng Shui and the circulation of life-force energy can influence and enhance your business, feed your purpose and support you in creating a lifestyle that honors your Soul.

This week's episode features my dear teacher, intuition coach and mentor, Judee Gee. We're talking about dealing with social scorn and the fallout of spiritual awakening, trusting ourselves, and integrity as a professional intuitive. Juicy stuff! From 1988 to 2000 she taught her intuition development program in several regions throughout France and also published Intuition: Awakening Your Inner Guide, during that period. She is the past President (1998–2001) of the International Breathwork Foundation and a founding member (2000) of the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance, where she currently serves on the Board of Directors. Since 2001, from her base in the South of France (Ecole ETRE), Judee has been co-directing an intensive three-year personal development program as well as a two-year professional level transpersonal therapist training. She also trains apprentice group facilitators in the art of group orchestration and ethical leadership. Judee regularly leads seminars on the themes of intuition development, tantra, integrative breathwork and team cohesion, and facilitates individual sessions as a transpersonal therapist.
