Heye Daun joins MSE to discuss Osino Resources' recently-announced increased mineral resource of over 3M AuOz for its Twin Hills Gold Project in the Erongo Region of Namibia. The mineral resource was estimated from approximately 212,184m of diamond core and reverse circulation drilling. Drill collars were generally spaced at 35m x 35m on surface and inclined at 60°, resulting in an effective data spacing of 35m laterally and 30m on section lines. A specific area of the Twin Hills Central resource, measuring 100m along strike and 50m across strike, was drilled at a closer spacing of 12.5m x 12.5m. This drilling was done as an orientation study to investigate the short-range variability of the deposit and possible implications on future grade control drilling configurations. In addition, the drilling provided insight into requirements for upgrading Indicated mineral resources to Measured. Heye Daun, Osino's President & CEO commented: “We are very pleased with the results of this updated mineral resource model which is going from strength to strength. We managed to add significant higher-grade ounces and converted almost all the previously classified Inferred resources to Indicated or Measured status. At an elevated cut-off grade of 0.9 g/t we now have more than 2moz at 1.46 g/t in the Measured & Indicated category and even at a lower cut-off of 0.3 g/t the average grade of the Measured & Indicated portion of the mineral resource increased to 1.08g/t. This has been achieved through a combination of more discrete resource modelling but also the addition of higher-grade material which was drilled over the last few months. Most of the resource growth came from Twin Hills West, but two new emerging zones of mineralization at Clouds West and Twin Hills North also contributed additional resource ounces. The quest to create a more diverse, inclusive and accepting organization is an ongoing process that requires attention and effort daily. DEI work is also the kind of thing that requires emotional stamina, the ability to hold space while others grow around us, and also the ability to compassionately, realistically challenge our own biases in order to truly create safe environments where people can thrive and give their best at work. But all too often, the people tasked with providing psychological safety for others  struggle to separate themselves from the mission at hand, and can lead to burnout if DEI practitioners and leaders aren't careful.    In order to facilitate  equity and inclusion work at a capacity that draws from our best selves, we have to remember to take pauses as well. Which is why we've decided here on Team Inclusion in Progress that as organizations in the northern hemisphere go into summer mode, that we will also center our own psychological safety - by taking a month off to rest, recharge our batteries, and reflect. Whether you find yourself still heading out to work but with kids now heading to childcare or you are at home and busy coordinating summer sports, camps, and such, how we start our days matter! Even when it comes to the new and "not normal" routine of summer. That's why in this episode, I am sharing my current menu for fast and easy breakfast ideas. I am telling you the exact dietitian-mom approved menu we are working off of each week so that you can take it and copy it for your own use, or so that you can hear what I am doing as some inspiration to get you started with when coming up with your own weekly rotation of breakfast ideas. So reheat that cup of coffee and make sure that you come up with a menu for your morning rotation as summer gets started. You can swap in and out new ideas at any point as you see tweaks are needed, ingredients are out, or plans change. The main point here is to start your day with one less thing to think about, since summer brings enough added coordination of kiddos already!
