VOV1 - Nhận lời mời của Tổng Bí thư BCHTW Đảng Cộng sản Trung Quốc, Chủ tịch nước CHND Trung Hoa Tập Cận Bình và Phu nhân, Tổng Bí thư BCHTW Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam, Chủ tịch nước CHXHCN Việt Nam Tô Lâm và Phu nhân cùng Đoàn đại biểu cấp cao đã thăm cấp Nhà nước đến Trung Quốc từ ngày 14 - 17/4/2026. Chuyến công tác lần này tới Trung Quốc của TBT, CTN Tô Lâm và Phu nhân cùng đoàn đại biểu cấp cao nước ta đánh dấu sự khởi đầu mới trong quan hệ hợp tác song phương giữa hai nước. Với Việt Nam là ngay sau Đại hội Đảng toàn quốc lần 14, đất nước ta bước vào một kỷ nguyên mới với mục tiêu tăng trưởng cao. Với Trung Quốc là năm đầu tiên triển khai quy hoạch 5 năm lần thứ 15. Chuyến thăm cho thấy, sự dẫn dắt chiến lược của lãnh đạo cao nhất của hai Đảng, hai nước, cũng như hai Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam và Đảng Cộn sản Trung Quốc trong việc dẫn dắt tổng thể quan hệ giữa hai nước Việt Nam và Trung Quốc, cả với trước mắt và lâu dài. Diễn ra sau 1 năm chuyến thăm cấp nhà nước tới Việt Nam của TBT, Chủ tịch Trung Quốc Tập Cận Bình, cho thấy sự coi trọng lẫn nhau, sự gắn bó lợi ích toàn diện và khăng khít giữa Việt Nam và Trung Quốc, cũng như là những cam kết chung giữa hai nước trong việc duy trì củng cố môi trường hòa bình ổn định và tạo những thuận lợi cho sự phát triển của hai nước láng giềng Việt Nam và Trung Quốc.Đảng, Nhà nước Trung Quốc đã dành nghi lễ đón tiếp trang trọng nhất đối với Tổng Bí thư, Chủ tịch nước Tô Lâm cùng phu nhân và Đoàn đại biểu cấp cao nước ta. VOV1 - Giá xăng dầu liên tục tăng đang phả "hơi nóng" lên thị trường tiêu dùng. Trong khi tiểu thương tại các chợ truyền thống rục rịch đẩy giá nhiều mặt hàng thiết yếu, các hệ thống bán lẻ hiện đại vẫn đang nỗ lực tối ưu chi phí, gồng mình giữ giá bình ổn để bảo vệ người tiêu dùng.Chợ truyền thống thiết lập mặt bằng giá mớiKhảo sát tại chợ Thị Nghè (phường Thạnh Mỹ Tây, TP.HCM), thuộc địa bàn quận Bình Thạnh cũ, lượng hàng hóa về chợ vẫn ổn định, nhưng mặt bằng giá đã bắt đầu nhích lên, rõ nét nhất ở nhóm thực phẩm tươi sống và rau xanh.Cụ thể, cá he tăng từ 120.000 đồng/kg lên 140.000 đồng/kg; cá bạc má loại lớn tăng từ 80.000 đồng/kg lên 90.000 - 100.000 đồng/kg. Các loại rau xanh cũng đồng loạt tăng thêm khoảng 5.000 đồng/kg.Anh Bình, tiểu thương buôn bán rau xanh tại chợ cho biết: Giá rau nào cũng tăng, từ rau muống, rau má, tần ô, mồng tơi, rau cần đến khổ qua... Mối lái nói, giá xăng tăng nên chi phí vận chuyển tăng, kéo theo giá rau tăng.Không chỉ thực phẩm tươi sống, rau xanh mà các dịch vụ ăn uống, giải khát chế biến sẵn như cà phê, bún, phở, hủ tiếu, bánh canh… cũng đã chịu tác động. Sinh viên Nguyễn Thị Như, đang ở trọ tại phường Thủ Dầu Một (trước đây là địa bàn thuộc tỉnh Bình Dương cũ) cho biết: Khu vực em sinh sống cũng có nhiều mặt hàng tăng giá. Ví dụ như bình nước lọc em uống trước đây 33.000 đồng/bình, giờ tăng lên 35.000 đồng. Người bán nói để bù chi phí vận chuyển tăng. Các món như bánh canh, hủ tiếu cũng tăng 3.000 đồng/tô do nguyên liệu chế biến đầu vào tăng; cà phê tại một số quán cũng tăng từ 3.000 đến 5.000 đồng/ly.Siêu thị nỗ lực bình ổn giáTrái ngược với đà tăng ở thị trường tự do, các hệ thống siêu thị lớn tại TP.HCM hiện vẫn giữ nguyên giá niêm yết các mặt hàng tiêu dùng thiết yếu.Dù vậy, các nhà bán lẻ hiện đại đang phải đối mặt với áp lực rất lớn từ nhiều nhà cung cấp yêu cầu tăng giá nhập đầu vào 5-20% do chi phí sản xuất và vận chuyển đội lên. Đối diện với thực tế này, mỗi hệ thống siêu thị đang triển khai các chiến lược ứng phó riêng.Ông Nguyễn Ngọc Thắng, Phó Tổng Giám đốc Saigon Co.op cho biết, nhờ lợi thế mạng lưới hơn 800 điểm bán trên toàn quốc, doanh nghiệp vẫn duy trì được nguồn cung ổn định và hạn chế tối đa biến động giá.Saigon Co.op ưu tiên khai thác nguồn hàng nội địa từ các vùng nguyên liệu lân cận để cắt giảm chi phí logistics. Nhờ chiến lược này, nhóm thực phẩm tươi sống như rau củ, thịt cá và trái cây đưa về siêu thị hằng ngày vẫn giữ được mức giá bình ổn hơn so với chợ truyền thống.Còn bà Nguyễn Thị Bích Vân, Giám đốc Truyền thông Central Retail Việt Nam chia sẻ, hệ thống đang cố gắng gồng gánh chi phí để giữ giá, nhưng giới hạn chịu đựng dự kiến chỉ kéo dài thêm khoảng ba tuần nữa, do nhiều nhà sản xuất thực phẩm đã chính thức gửi đề nghị tăng giá.Central Retail kiến nghị cơ quan quản lý xem xét kéo dài chính sách giảm thuế VAT 8%, giảm phí bảo vệ môi trường đối với xăng dầu và bổ sung các gói hỗ trợ đặc thù cho ngành bán lẻ. Về phần mình, doanh nghiệp đang tập trung tối ưu hóa khâu logistics nội bộ để tiết giảm chi phí: Chúng tôi tận dụng nguồn hàng tại kho bãi đã nhập về từ trước, đồng thời điều phối xe vận chuyển luôn đạt công suất đầy trên 85% nhằm tối ưu hiệu quả logistics. Nhờ đó, chúng tôi tạo được 'độ trễ' trong điều chỉnh giá, đủ sức chống đỡ áp lực hiện tại. Hệ thống đang có khoảng '3 tuần vàng' để duy trì mức giá tốt nhất phục vụ người tiêu dùng trong thời điểm này.Làn sóng tăng giá xăng dầu không dừng lại ở cước vận tải mà đã lan rộng, len lỏi vào chi phí nguyên, nhiên liệu của toàn bộ chuỗi cung ứng, từ đồng ruộng, trang trại, nhà máy chế biến cho đến tận tay người tiêu dùng.
