Last episode for the year, and wow what a year it's been. Reflecting on the business, health, and mindset highs and lows from this, I can say with complete conviction - 2023 was a GREAT year. So many hard and big learning curves for me but I am so proud of the things I have overcome, the lessons I have learnt, the people I have helped and the way I have shown up for the people in my life. Here's to growing as a person and a practitioner - because they are one and the same. What I used to think were my weakest links, are the best things about me - my empathy, my sensitivity and my desire to heal others.
