Victoria: Hey everyone, it's Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business, welcoming you back to episode198 of the Journeypreneur Podcast. This is your source for channeled holistic stress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur. The title of this podcast episode is Love Yourself and Make Mistakes.   So in this podcast episode, I have the honor and pleasure of getting to introduce you to my new friend Melissa Monty from mind love.com And the mind love podcast. Welcome to the podcast goddess. Melissa: I'm so excited to be here. I'm already pumped up from our previous conversation, so I'm excited. Yeah. Oh   Victoria: My gosh. So that was amazing. So everyone like if you have not yet checked her out on my love calm you can find my podcast with her whenever she's whenever it's posted. But I'm so grateful to have been a guest on the mind love podcast and I wanted to return the love because Melissa is pretty awesome. And I wanted to share her with all of you. So with that being said, Melissa, I know you're amazing. And you have like a pretty good understanding and I'm pretty cool too. But for all my listeners, this may very well be the first time that they're getting to hear about you and what you do in the world. Could you please in your own words, introduce yourself what what you do but especially what are the three things that you're known for? Could you tell us? Melissa: Yeah, well, what I've been known for has evolved as I've evolved, but what the thing that has been the the recurring thing the through line through all of it is mindset shifts. So every ever since I was a young child, I have for some reason felt the urge the enthusiasm to help people look at things a different way I before I ever knew what self development was like when I was in grade school. I remember just kind of seeing people struggle with their problems and realizing I could see it from a different point of view and I would facilitate a mindset shift. I did not realize that that I was doing until way later on in life when I started having to do it for myself, because isn't it so much easier to show to be the reflection for someone else's mindset shift than to put it forth at ourselves? Yeah, a lot of my healing and my growth came to figure out how to apply that to myself as well. The other things I'm known for now are my marketing background.    Even though I am a mostly in the world of mindset coaching. Marketing is just the way my grew a million downloads just the first year and it's also how I help other people launch their businesses and give them ideas for how to grow from nothing. So marketing is still there and finding purpose. And so finding purpose can be either that entrepreneur journey of like, what can I figure out? How can I figure out how to get paid for doing what I love. And for some people it can also be just that finding the meaning and every day maybe they are sticking with their corporate job and it means what it means to them, but they need to find that purpose in another way. So the finding purpose, marketing and mindset shifts are my three top things I love. - Let's talk about it! - Thanks for stopping by! While you're here, let me ask you a question: Do you ever feel like you're having a hard time sustaining the level of energy you need in order to keep up with the demands of your business? Or do you find yourself struggling to stay consistent with your self care - like meditation, movement, and nutrition - because you're so busy and distracted at work? Searching for safe spaces to celebrate your wins and work through your sh*t as an energy sensitive entrepreneur? Could you tell us in your own words what it is that you do but especially what are the three things you're known for? Tarek: Love it! How You See Yourself is Key - Journeypreneur Podcast Ep. 195

Hey everyone, it's Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business, welcoming you back to episode 195 of the Journeypreneur Podcast. This is your source for channeled holistic stress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur. So the title of this podcast episode is How You See Yourself Is Key. So in this podcast episode, I'm really grateful for the realizations that I've been having lately. And I'm going to share an excerpt, another one for my 45 Lives Facebook Lives series. And the topic today in particular is how you see yourself is key. How you see yourself is key. I've been receiving some deep coaching lately and this has been helping me take my life and business to the next level. And I'm so excited to relay what I'm realizing to you in today's episode. How you see yourself is key. Let's get to it. Everyone, it said Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business, you can find me at natural intuition dot com, where I help visionary entrepreneurs who are purpose driven business owners make their visions manifest. It's my goal to make sure that they create stress free business lifestyles. And how we do it is through implementing strategic meditation systems. Studies have shown that businesses that implement meditation systems have increased their profits on average around five hundred 20 percent. And I love seeing how the impact of meditation and taking strategic time to replenish during the day is really powerful for the business owners that I work with.   And so this is day 15 of 45 lives. And by the way, if you are watching live, put hash tag Leive, it's an honor and a pleasure to get to be journeying with you. Right. Let me see here. Who am I going to share this with? I'm going to actually tag the rocket fuel group, so I'm sharing that there. Thank you. And I'm also going to share it in my Entrepreneur Master Manifestoes Facebook group. But I want to thank you for those of you who have been journeying live with me during this time, because it takes energy to be coming on here live every day for 45, five days straight. And it's really empowering to know the impact that it's had on some of you seeing the insights and all the inspiration that it gives you to stay on your journey as well. So that energizes me. So, again, if you're watching live, put hashtag live. So I know to include you in the conversation that we're having today, as well as if you're watching on replay, put the hash tag replay so that I know to love you up as well. And thank you for being my journey partner. So I want to talk today in particular about. How your self-image is the key, like what you tell yourself, this is my greatest takeaway from today's Work Day and today was a very full workday. I went today was one of those days because I'm traveling and I'm going for a retreat over this weekend, like up in the Berkshires of western Massachusetts.   So excited to get to go. And I will I worked from 9:00 a.m. till now, which is apparently eight thirty five. So it's going to be a nine to nine this. Is a 12 hour work day today in particular, so that I can go out and travel and it wasn't like solid, I always have at least 30 minutes break between different appointments throughout the day. But I met with my team, met with all of my group clients, did an incredible podcast interview of Vince. You screen what the heck you inspired me for the title of this forty five live, by the way, and let a meditation class mean a lot. I cooked. I ate things. It's been a full day. It's been great and it's a pleasure to get to put a punctuation point like a lovely little period at the end of the day with you here on Facebook Live, everybody. So your self-image is the key. It's everything. And it's I realized this from multiple levels throughout the day for one in the coaching that I received from one torero, Tarini Catchwords Dotcom, incredible, incredible strategist. We really connected deeply to who's my ideal prospect by diving into how they see themselves and how there's a gap between how they see themselves and who they really are. Right in my service bridge, that gap that was so powerful to clarify today.   Thank you, Wanda. Oh, my God. Is it Kelly who got it? Thanks for tuning in. So, by the way, if you're watching live hash tag live, so I would include you in the conversation. And if you're watching on the replay, put hashtag replays. So I know. Love you up and thank you for joining with me. And so that was the first part of today's greatest gift being the way that you see yourself as key for one is I entered into that in how I can serve more people and communicating the value of our flagship program as a company. And that was so powerful. And then in the VIP circle, we were talking about the difference of how we see ourselves between basically being the workaholic worker bee versus the queen or king bee in the hive. How are you telling yourself the story of who you are and what you do in the work that you do? Are you the worker bee or are you the queen? And do you know the difference of their different functions? Both are absolutely sacred. Both are absolutely sacred. But there is a tremendous difference in the role as well as self perception and energy expenditure between the two. Right. How To Communicate Your Value - Journeypreneur Podcast Ep. 194

Hey everyone, it's Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business, welcoming you back to episode 194 of the Journeypreneur Podcast. This is your source for channeled holistic stress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur. So the title of this podcast episode is How To Communicate Your Value. So in this podcast episode, I'm going to be sharing another excerpt from my 45 lives off of Facebook. And this one's a bit more tactical. So get your notepad and your pen ready, because we are going to be covering exactly how to communicate your value. Are you ready? Here we go. Everyone, it's Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business, welcoming you back to day 14 of 45 lives. And I am so excited to get to share with you my insight from my work today as an energy and business coach. Know, I just right now am coming hot off of a presentation that I gave for this wonderful I shared it on my page a little bit before the two women's networking organizations won in Spain, one based in Spain and one based in New Jersey, and the two of them coming together for today's Zoome, where I was the presenter on talking about getting paid to meditate. And as an energy and business coach, I help people get paid to meditate. I help them really leverage their expertise through practicing strategic meditation. And I really am excited about what I do.   What I want you to know that it has taken a very frickin long time to be able to communicate my value. By the way, if you're watching live put hashtag lives so I know to include you in this conversation to make it more of a two way experience. And if you were watching on the replay, put hashtag replay. So I know I love you up and thank you for being my journey partner on this forty five life's journey. So with that I wanted to share how did I come to being able to communicate my value? Because when I came into the car, no one knew what the hell to expect other than oh, going to meditate. All in, all out of the 90 minutes that I was on, we meditated for about three. I was watching the clock. We meditate for about three minutes, but they were riveted. They almost didn't want me to lead the meditation because what I was preaching on, if you want to call it that, is speaking on same difference. What I was talking about was so powerful that they're taking notes and Khumba and then the chat and all of the like. There was so much energy going back and forth because I have discovered and I have fought tooth and nail to be able to communicate my value. And so I wanted to share that is my greatest takeaway from today's Work Day to inspire you is how can you start to communicate your value? And I want to celebrate.   Tom Shipley. Whose mantra changed my life. Whose mantra completely changed my life. And it is one of the biggest things that helped me to learn how to convey my value to others rather than think, oh, she's just a Reiki master or, you know, meditation is not that serious. Oh, look at that. I am I must be dehydrated from speaking all these hours. Excuse me. Let me have some water. Oh. Tom Shibly is a mantra that changed my life. Shout out to Tom, I'm going to tell I will take him below in the comments. Well, let me say it like, oh, let me see, Tom. Tom Shibly tagged Thank You, Brother, changed my life with this mantra that you say over and over and over and over again, it has helped me to be able to convey my value to other people. And it is this. What is the problem? What's the problem? What's the problem? The exactly how to convey value is through articulating with clarity and with energy what is the problem that I solve? What is the problem that you solve? Now, I'm a huge fan of Simon Sinek and I love him. He smells great when you hug him. I know. And so what's great about his message is he says, start with why write him. Analyzing Apple is like a profound explosive growth example of a brand and a company and a legacy like, my goodness, they start with why they don't lead with the, you know, the features and all the programs and stuff like that.   Instead, they talk about why for this, for the revolutionaries, for the crazies and all of that kinds of stuff, that language. And I'm a huge, huge fan of him. And it's still I was still experiencing issues conveying the value of what it is I do write. I had all of this jargon in my head because I'm highly trained as a Reiki master and energy practitioner. I have all this jargon that when I start talking, people are like, well, I have no idea what you're saying and I don't know why I should care vs. articulating the problem that I solve that 100 percent buy in once I was able to convert. And the problem that I solve is the fact that companies don't see meditation as part of their profit loss statement. They don't see that. Studies have shown that meditation, when done strategically in business, has actually been shown statistically to increase profits by five hundred and twenty percent. That's five point to X, right? We did the numbers during my presentation. It's like if someone who was only working with ten clients could go to working with 50 to or someone who was making fifty thousand dollars a year could go to two hundred and fifty thousand dollars just by implementing strategic meditation that conveys the value of meditating like the monetary value. - Let's talk about it! - Thanks for stopping by! While you're here, let me ask you a question: Do you ever feel like you're having a hard time sustaining the level of energy you need in order to keep up with the demands of your business? Victoria: Hey everyone, it's Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business, welcoming you back to episode193 of the Journeypreneur Podcast. This is your source for channeled holistic stress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur. The title of this podcast episode is Making Your Sales and Marketing Pop. So I get to have my friend John Golden from sales pub. Welcome to the podcast.   John: Thank you. Thank you. I bought an introduction in the past. Well, I hope I live up to this to this billing.   Victoria: I'm sure of it. So what I love about your personality, John, is that you are so positive and you have a really great CRM that also backs up our entrepreneurs being able to serve more people. So with that in mind, could you tell us like this, this could be you know, the very first time that someone is getting you here you learn about what you do in the world. And so with that in mind, if you could tell us in your own words, what it is you do, and especially what are the three things that you're known for?   John: Yeah. So what I do today is I'm today I'm the Chief Marketing Strategy Officer with Pipeliner CRM and I'm also the the editor in chief or executive editor of sales pop online sales. I do the podcast that I was delighted to have sensei Victoria on and yeah and so to be honest, I'm known for, for business strategy for marketing for sales. I was fortunate earlier in my career. I ran. I was CEO of a couple of companies. One was international sales training, consultancy how Thwaites been selling the Neil Rackham book. So, that gave me a great background and grounding it also I was fortunate to work for a parent company that owned all of these businesses, but they allowed you this this this is an entrepreneur's dream in some ways, right? They allowed you to run the business as your own. But But you did but you had their backing, you know, so but but you have to deliver, right? And so that was a great grounding.  And after that, then I started my own management consulting business. And one of my larger customers was Nicholas Kim, who had started Pipeliner CRM. He moved over from Austria to this state. We started collaborating it was going great and he then he asked me, come on, come partner with me. And that's kind of where I ended up today. I've worked at I've worked at startup companies. I worked in Silicon Valley during the.com. I'm originally Irish and that's where I ended up. I came to Silicon Valley in the mid 90s. I moved over there. And you know, that was a bit of a wild introduction, I have to say to to the States because that was as we know, that was a bubble. And so over the years, I think, yeah, I like to look I like to look at myself as having a lot of experience in different areas. And that I think, is the essence of if you're going to start or run your own business, you need to have at least a good foundation in each of those in, in business strategy in general, in sales and in marketing, and you don't have to be you don't have to be a super expert at all of them. But you do need some kind of grounding in those   Victoria: 100% So like, what I found is that a lot of people who so we've been in the game for a while like I'm entering year 12 Right. - Let's talk about it! - Thanks for stopping by! While you're here, let me ask you a question: Do you ever feel like you're having a hard time sustaining the level of energy you need in order to keep up with the demands of your business? Victoria: Hey everyone, it's Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business, welcoming you back to episode 192 of the Journeypreneur Podcast. This is your source for channeled holistic stress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur. The title of this podcast episode is Case Study Interview with Ginny Baro.  I had to hit record, the juices flowing Doctor Ginny Baro and I are celebrating how fabulous her productivity her work life is right now sit like this isn't a celebration of a view goddess because you how you are transmuting and shifting so much since we started working together and I want to let people know that their this is possible like to give them the vision of what's possible so as we could you just for those who may not know you could you give a little bit on who you are and what you do goddess.   Ginny: So hello everyone. My name is Dr. Ginny Baro, I am an international transformational speaker, and leadership coach, Career Strategist. And number one best selling author. I am super excited that Victoria was in my latest book healing leadership, which was published in 2021. And I've been with the tribe now for two years. This is my second full year. And we were celebrating before we started to record that yesterday, I went on a hike by myself for the first time as an adult. I love hiking is one of my favorite activities. But one of my fears was hiking alone, because I didn't feel safe. And I picked the place that was had other hikers and they'll say for me, and I was sharing that while I was done with my first hike because I did a second hike in the afternoon. I stopped as I was walking in the gardens, I stopped at a beautiful bench with a little canopy on top and I put my feet up, I had this small journal that I brought with me, I was jotting down some thoughts. And I began to download a blog on the 10 steps and the 10 strategies that I use to climb the labyrinth trail, the Mohonk Mountain House in New Paltz, new New York. And then I took otter from my app, my phone and I began to speak the article after I had the 10 points. And the the shift that has happened for me is that I had to work and be spiritual and be connected and be centered separately. And now what I've learned to do over the past couple of years is to integrate the two and the productivity. The flow is absolutely amazing. Because there is no effort. You are constantly being present, listening to your intuition. And your work is coming from that place.   Victoria: 100% So so beautifully said so beautifully bragged and so beautifully downloaded. And as this as a side note for anyone watching, if you think like oh, she like she downloaded in her app, like I said, No.   Ginny: That's funny. It's funny because I'm an ex programmer. We're talking technology language, but we don't mean downloading your app on your phone   Victoria: Well that's the thing like when people hear like I downloaded, they're going to go to the technological leg. Ginny: Yeah.  Victoria: And you and I both like we're techies at heart, we're tech goddesses of you especially because that's your doctrine, you're You're an incredible. But when you say download, what do you mean?   Ginny: What I mean by that is, when you are in flow, when you are connected to nature to your mindful, you're in the moment, and you open up the floodgates to your intuition to literally take over. What happens is when you sit down, the ideas, just pour in, as if you're literally being told what to write. But the who's telling you is yourself. So it's you tapping into your intuition and the wisdom that lies within based on whatever inspired you at the moment and you learn to just let a flow instead of questioning, holding it back, editing yourself. You literally let a flow and it pours out of you. And that's how my book came out to I was putting together the fearless leaders challenge for this past July in July of 2021. And actually 2020 and I put together 30 topics that I wanted to cover during a five day challenge Hello. And obviously, it wasn't for the challenge. It was for the chapters in my new book. And allowing it to flow is what I've learned with the Korea, allowing to trust my intuition and honing it. Because it's one thing to know yes, I'm intuitive, your intuitive, we're all intuitive. That's never a question. The question is, are you listening to it. And so together with Victoria and the tribe, what we do is we exercise, learning how to tap into that intuition, so that it isn't happenstance. It's intentional, and is loving and courageous, and generous. And it is with ourselves. And so that's how it all begins. And that's what we learn. When we do the work together. It's, I say work but quite frankly, is so much fun. It's work because that's what we are calling it. We call it the inner work. But it's truly is our own evolution as as people and as leaders in our lives and in our businesses. Victoria: Hey everyone, it's Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business, welcoming you back to episode191 of the Journeypreneur Podcast. This is your source for channeled holistic stress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur. The title of this podcast episode is Humanly Possible. I am so grateful that I get to share this amazing woman with you. I had the honor and pleasure of being interviewed on her podcast humanly possible future of work conversations on iTunes and all the things Angela Howard you can find her at Angela are howard.com and she's an incredible culture strategist. She really brings a new level of consciousness and humanity into the workplace and into teen cooperation. Angela, welcome to the podcast.   Angela: To be here is something of experience. Thank you for having me.   Victoria: Yeah, my pleasure. Oh my gosh. So this like this may be the very first time that someone is getting to see you here you learn about you. And we know like we know we're both awesome. Like we have some strong resonance already. But we want to like bring everyone up to speed on your awesomeness. And with that being said, if you could, in your own words, what it like if you could say what it is that you do, but especially what are the three things that you're known for? Could you tell us?    Angela: Absolutely. So what I do is I help organizations, leaders, people who own an organization or run an organization, create more human centric workplaces and I do that with my psychology, my workplace psychology background, so I focus more on mindset behavior change. The below the surface stuff, right that the above the surface stuff. So really, that manifests itself into workplace culture advisory strategy, help with organizations working with leaders to help coach them through how to build an organization or Conscious organization. And then also just working on mindset shifts. Batching your words with your actions.   Victoria: I love that and I love how you put that to that mindset. Shifts are matching your words with your actions, and I've feel a feel that I feel really super resonant with that because there are also toxic words that can steal energy from our actions. So raising that awareness I think is really powerful work that you do. Yay. Hey everyone, it's Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business, welcoming you back to episode 190 of the Journeypreneur Podcast. This is your source for channeled holistic stress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur.   The title of this podcast episode is Your Self Care is a Business Expense.   So I am so excited to get to share this 45 lives excerpt in particular right off of my Facebook life series, because this is a huge passion of mine. The topic of today's podcast episode and the excerpt is: Your self care is a business expense. So buckle up, buttercup, because in this, that's where I get really, really passionate because this is one of the biggest things driving.    What I do in the world today is advocating for your self care as a business expense. Here we go. Everyone, Cynthia, Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business, you can find me at natural intuition dot com, where I help conscious entrepreneurs like you get and stay grounded and clear in mind, body and business.   And I help visionaries make their visions manifest. And today is day 13 of 45 Lives and always, always giving thanks to Wanda Tarini for challenging me to share 45 lives in a row. This is something else.   And today, in each of these, I'm sharing what is my greatest gift, my main takeaway from the workday. And I am doing it in the middle of the day so that I can catch myself when I'm fresh as well as enjoy the rest of my days. Oh my goodness.    So I know to love you up and thank you for being on this journey with me. And so I wanted to because I'm very inspired at the moment. Share in today's 45 live about how your self care is your wealth. In fact, your self care is a business expense if you are a solo or especially. Hey, Brian. Hey, brother, how's it going? This is so passionate about this.   I was just talking to Julia, by the way. She was interviewing me on her podcast. She's the fastness. She's amazing. I just shared our story. Myard on my page somewhere underneath here. So if you want to go check that out. But she's who inspired me to do my forty five love today. And by the way, I have like a timer going in the background of ten minutes because I'm trying to work on   Getting better to the point. So anyway, self care, I believe I am a firm believer in this and I am ready to go to bat for I'm ready to fight. Let's talk about this self care as a business expense. If you are a solopreneur and all the wellness stuff like yoga and meditation and all this kind and nutrition, OK, and all of these therapies to maintain you at the highest levels of health in all ways, many solo partners I've found, many entrepreneurs I've found find that it is not a necessity.   That it is actually something that you do is kind of like entertainment or in your free time. On your own time. Right. This is your source for channeled holistic stress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur.   The title of this podcast episode is Strength to Change Your Mind.   So in this excerpt from my 45 live series that I'm going to share, we're going to be talking about the strength to change your mind. It takes a lot of energy to be able to make up your mind, but it also takes even more energy to change your mind. So let's dive into this topic of the strength to change your mind. Hello. Hello, my Facebook fans and everyone watching or listening in to this extensive Victoria Whitfield, your journey partner in business, you can find me at natural intuition dot com. And this is number 11 of forty five, live hashtag. Forty five, live shout out to Wando, to her, to Renie at AECO files and catch for challenging me to go live for forty five days and share whatever wisdom and insights come through. So this is, it's been interesting trying to fit in the time, being able to get in there and set aside time to go live. And I have like an endless amount of stuff to talk about. So that's like that's not the problem is actually just finding the time to keep coming on live. And today in particular, I wanted to share about finding the courage to change your mind.   Now, for me personally, I know in the work that I do in anything that I do, actually, I'm someone who really values integrity. When I say I'm going to do something, I'm going to do something. In fact, if someone asks me to do something, most of the time I will start to do the thing that I've been asked to do as the person is asking me, like I'd rather at least get something started of what's been asked of me at the moment, of asking, then waiting for something else to to pop up like I or some later time to be able to do a thing. Even if I would just put something on the calendar at the moment of asking if I can't actually execute on the thing. And that for me is for one, because I'm an energy worker and I love getting energy moving. And so for me, integrity is really important. And I like energy to be flowing. I don't like being on my plate. I just have plenty already. And so if you're anything like me, you like to see things move and move faster or move as soon as possible.   Yes. Yes. And so with that. For me, I've had many experiences where I will agree to something that is above my capacity because, you know, I'm open to accepting challenges or I always want to strive for more, et cetera, or maybe I just have issues with boundaries, all of the above. Right. The correct answer is all of the above. If this was a multiple choice question. So anyway, what that ends up looking like is that I have had multiple experiences of running myself into the ground, trying to keep a promise that I made or trying to make good on something that I agreed to, even if it's not in my best interests or even more so even if it actually could harm me because I said I, I would do it. Even if it's not good for me, I will stick to what I said because my word is extremely important. My word is my bond. My word is something that I feel is my value. I've had that experience many times of running myself into the ground or really painting myself into a corner or digging my own digging my own digital and kind of a situation because I didn't really. See, the whole picture, you know, maybe things changed over the course of the situation and. This has happened many, many times over the life of my business over the last 11 years. This has happened many times and I've been burned many times by people who have been stolen from. I've been given tons of promises that people didn't make good on.   And so there's this thing that is a pattern in me that wants to make sure I'm not the one that's going to do that to somebody else, that I'm reliable. Like I want if I want to feel safe being inside Victoria by being reliable and not being an unreliable person, because I have experienced that professionally as well as personally before. And those scars, they are still smart. And so this kind of came up today and yesterday in conversations today with a private client, as well as yesterday with a colleague of mine where they're in situations with. Well, yesterday, my colleague was in the situation with one of his team members that the team member contracted to do all this stuff and just isn't showing up at the level that they sold him on. Right. And this can happen quite a bit. I've had this happen to me as well, where I'll contract with someone and I believe in them. I have my superpower and my kryptonite is that when people make me a promise, I tend to believe them. Like I take that at face value, mainly because I don't I don't make promises lightly. Like if I give guarantees or assurances, it's because I am totally confident and totally committed to ensuring that whatever I just said is going to happen. - Let's talk about it! - Thanks for stopping by! While you're here, let me ask you a question: Do you ever feel like you're having a hard time sustaining the level of energy you need in order to keep up with the demands of your business? And I'm ready to get it. Victoria: I love it. I love it. So everyone, I got to be on chips, podcasts as well sharing my story as a success story of business. And so it's wonderful to get to have him over here and really share his hat. What's been going on in his world? So with that being said, Chip, this may be the very first time that someone is getting to see you here you know about you. So with that being said, Could you like, share what it is that you do? But especially what are the three things that you're known for? Could you tell us?  Chip: Ooh, so myself, Chip Baker, before generation, educator, teacher, former coach, have been blessed and fortunate to be raised by some great people, as well as be around some awesome folks to learn from in my career, and so been truly blessed. About five years ago, I started the YouTube channel and podcast, Chip Baker- The Success Chronicles. And it's been a really neat journey, really grown, truly far surpassed anything I ever thought it would be, and so on. It's been a true blessing. grateful for that. And so I'm looking at the three things that I think that I'm known for, one would be inspiration, I strive to inspire. I know that I feel that I'm blessed to be a blessing. And so I try to operate in that manner and the day to day basis. The second thing is motivation. Just like the quote says, you know, you people want motivation. You gotta have it every day, just like bailing Zig Ziglar. Right. So I think it's important to have motivation. And then the third thing is just positivity. And, you know, I like to tell people that my blood type is positive. Right? I try to stay away, I try to stay away from the people with the blood type O negative. So those are the three things that I hope that I am known for: inspiration, motivation and positivity. - Let's talk about it! - Thanks for stopping by! I'll use your language. So she came on for some abundance mindset energy clearing so that she can make a shift but I really wanted to bring her back on not only as like an update of what's happened since but also more to give you like a bigger view of what it's been happening for Andrea in working with me. It's so good to be here. Thanks. Victoria: Thank you so much for agreeing to be on the podcast. So this may be the very first time that someone is getting to see you hear you or learn more about you. And with that being said, in your own words, could you share with us exactly what it is you do? What especially what are the three things that you're known for? Could you tell us? Maribeth: I could. So I'm known for is i am really helpful during animal transitions. And for me that is the before, the during and the after. And in fact I am rewriting a book I published, a bestseller, five years ago that you wrote the foreword to Victoria, and adding a lot more information for people so that you can you can find peace. The book is called "Peace In Passing" so, finding peace in what is sometimes one of the hardest things we go through. So that's what I'm known for as transitions. And also I'm family-oriented in the way that I see the animals that we have a connection with as being part of our family. So, mostly I work with folks who have animals in the house, but we've also done horses and rescues, potential adoptees, animals that are going home from their foster home to their their forever home, things like that. And so that's number two. And the last thing I'm known for is humor. Because if you don't have a sense of humor in life, you really don't have anything. - Let's talk about it! - Thanks for stopping by! This is your source for channeled holistic stress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur. The title of this podcast episode is Clarity Is Queen. So in this podcast episode, I'll be sharing another excerpt from my 45 live series. And this is so near and dear to my heart because I'm going to share with you an experience I had with my own Dad. And I call this excerpt, "clarity is queen." And when I say clarity is queen, I don't want to say that we're not talking about the guys here. This is not just for the ladies. Right. So clarity is queen, right? If you're listening from your feminine or if you're listening from your masculine, you can also say "Clarity is King." I'm speaking from my feminine self right now, so I'm naming it Clarity Is Queen. But listen up. I'm excited for you to hear this story. Hey everyone, Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business. Today is day 11 of forty five lives. You can find me at naturalintuition.com. I am just now getting back into bed for the night after a lovely birthday dinner with my amazing father, the Reverend Dr. Lon Calvin Whitfield. And it was wonderful getting to sit down and really, just one thing I love about my dad is he is a wonderful deep thinker. What I love about my dad is he's an incredible deep thinker and he is a masculine, mature, masculine man. I'll make this a brief live, not only because it's a non-work day, but also because I want to go to bed. It's almost midnight right now and tomorrow's a workday. So I wanted to share with you my greatest gift from today, in particular as I am learning and receiving more of myself. So my greatest takeaway is that clarity is queen, or we could say clarity is king because that has a ring to it. However, I am female, I was female and I also am feminine-identifying personally, although I am a queer individual. And so with that. A lot about today focused around clarity and being able to communicate well. My day started off with moderating a room for my dear friend Andrew Mellen and having clarity around this is how we're going to run the room, and this is how you communicate. And this is the time that we started and this is the time that we're ending, and we kept resetting the room and getting to communicate clearly. That caused the room to end on time and with excellent energy. And everyone felt great and everyone got served beautifully because we had that clarity. And it came from coming from a mature, respectful of self, and all, standpoint, and I like to think of that as being, as holding your regal stance or being in your queen or being in your king, depending on how you self identify in terms of gender. So with that in mind I continued into later this day with the first person who taught me how to be in Queen, and that was actually my father, because he is such a wonderful stately person to be around. He's what most people would call "old fashioned." So he's the type where if a lady is walking up, you hold the door for her, or you walk as a man towards the side of the street and you always make sure the woman is on the inside so that she's protected. You always pulled the chair out for her kind of a thing. He always sits facing the door in any room to make sure that he can watch and protect and see what's going on. He's that kind of guy. And I loved being with my dad today because being in his presence reminds me of my worthiness and my role in being queen. He's taught me from a very young age to how to be, how to wait when you get to the dining table for the king to pull your chair out because you're queen. I love it. So the title of this podcast episode is Quest For The Golden Shoes. In this podcast episode, I am sharing another excerpt from my 45 live series off of Facebook. And this is a little bit different. I'm bringing you into a really deep healing experience I had that was actually a bit of an adventure and I call it the "quest for the golden shoes." Here we go. Hello everyone, Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner business, you could find me at naturalintuition.com, where I help conscious entrepreneurs create a stress free business. So this is day 10 of forty five lives - shout out to Wanda Toro Turini who challenged me to go live for 45 days straight and to share my journey to share teachings and to just put more love out there as I'm transitioning to greater visibility this year. And this is a non-work day, but what I wanted to share some insights that I got now that I'm back home while I'm grounding in my floor bed shikibuton imported from Japan. Super grateful for it. But yeah, I was just on the phone, the Facebook audio phone, talking to my Reiki brother Rasheed about how I can't sleep well on normal beds. We were both comparing notes about how and by the way, I hope you don't mind me taking off my makeup on camera. Go-go gadget eye makeup removal realness, with just a little bit a liner and - what is it called - mascara, today to top it off. Doesn't that look interesting? One eye gone. One different eye? A real eye and false advertising? Haha. Yeah, but we were just talking about how we can't sleep on normal beds. I need one hundred percent cotton and natural, nature-made materials, not manmade materials. Otherwise I wake up super congested, achy, bloated. And this is Rasheed and I - shout out to you my Reiki brother Rasheed Thompson. Amazing, powerful, energetic practitioner, incredible, incredible energy. You want to get a Reiki session, see Rasheed. Holy cow. Right. You will literally feel like you've been hit by a bolt of lightning. But anyway, we were talking about what it means to be an empath and being energetically sensitive. And if so, if you're like us, you can't just eat any kind of food. You can't just hang out with any kind of person. You can't just sleep on any kind of bed or wear any kind of clothes or drink any kind of water. The more empathically sensitive you are, the more you got to be more mindful or I put it on me, the more I've become increasingly energetically sensitive as I've worked on grounding and clearing, in detoxifying my energy. The more I've become aware that I have to take care and give myself special supplementation, like the fact that my bed is one hundred percent cotton, even down to the mattress and the mattress is only three inches thick. Right. And I sleep on the floor. All of that is to support my unique energy because I'm I'm an energy worker that and I'm an empath. - Let's talk about it! - Thanks for stopping by! While you're here, let me ask you a question: Do you ever feel like you're having a hard time sustaining the level of energy you need in order to keep up with the demands of your business? This woman is an incredibly juicy goddess who is a fabulous cooking blogger. She is so fanciful and wonderful and creative and brilliant. Her name is Isabel Veguilla and you can find her at CoquiCookingAcademy.com - showing her Boricua pride! Goddess, welcome to the podcast. Isabel: Thank you so much, Victoria. Victoria: This has been a long time coming. I'm so happy to get to have you on the podcast because I know over the years you've shared about your experiences with cultivating your business and coming to the retreats and healing your body and all of the fun discoveries that we've had along the way, like, over the last four years. Four years? Isabel: Four years. Victoria: So for four years we've been journeying together, and what does that mean? That means we have been seeing each other on a weekly basis for four years and going on not one, but five live retreats for all four years. So at 20 retreats, you know a thing or two about working with me. Isabel: Oh yes. I have all the notes and folders of all the information that I just keep going back to over and over again. Victoria: Amazing. You know, I don't even know where to start. So I'm just going to ask you questions because, you know, we talk about everything. We'll see how it goes. I mean, I may even need to have you back on the podcast for a second course. But what you said you do in your own words, Goddess, could you tell us? I mean, I know you're incredible. I've had the inside front row seat view on how awesome you are. At the same time, this may be the very first time that someone's seeing you or hearing about what you do in the world. Is there any way that you could tell us in your own words what it is you do? And you can also include, if you like, you can talk about the business, but you can also talk about the fact that you don't just have a business right here. You're also employed. It's entirely up to you. What could you tell us what it is you do? And especially what are the three things that you are known for? Isabel: Well, I'll start with the three things since we already know that I'm known for being a huge Disney animation fan. So Disney in particular, all things Disney, the parks, the movies, the merchandise, the experiences, everything about Disney food, I can go on and on. And I just love Disney. So I'm also known as a world traveler. I love going to new places and discovering the culture and especially the food. And that leads me to the third thing I'm known for is being a chef and a foodie in general. And then the only other thing I want to mention is that by day I'm a project manager and in I.T. and all other times I'm an artist, a writer, an adventurer. Pretty much, yes. Victoria: A real world traveler is a food world traveler. There's a special kind of awesome getting to travel, tasting the world and going to theme parks. Like, I think about your photo shoot in Japan. Absolutely. Isabel: Yes. Victoria: Incredible. Incredible. And I'm curious. So you live a really juicya life, but like, this is something well, did this kind of happen like by chance? I'm curious. Like, what was the moment where you decided to start living more of that laptop lifestyle, of creating creative projects in the business, like what happened that inspired you to to get going on this path? Is there a story there? Isabel: Oh, yes. And since the everything from writing and animation, it's called the "Inciting Incident." Victoria: Ooo that sounds exciting! I've never heard of that term before. - Let's talk about it! - Thanks for stopping by! Victoria: My pleasure truly. Oh my goodness. And I feel like talking to you about this topic and about what you do couldn't have come at a better time. So with with that being said, though, we're familiar with each other's work, but this may be the very first time that someone is getting to see you here. So if you could, in your own words, please describe what it is you do, and especially what are the three things that you're known for? Could you tell us? Jamie: Yeah, of course. So as Victoria said, I am the owner and lead strategist at Growing Your Team. At Grow Your Team, small business owners hire us to guide them through the process of learning how to hire the right team members for their business. This is employees and contractors. The businesses we typically work with ranged from the solopreneur who's looking to form that first long term relationship with a team member or hire their first employee all the way up to businesses that average about 10 employees. And at that stage they understand the hiring process, but they're looking for ways to do it better. They want to get out of what seems like that hiring and firing cycle. They want to make sure they're getting the right people as they're adding new positions and scaling their businesses. - Let's talk about it! - Thanks for stopping by! The video filters I've been using on these forty five lives doing something weird. It was trying to give me like green eyes or whatever. I don't have green eyes, I have gorgeous brown eyes, I'm brown eyed girl. And so today you can see me. No filter, no makeup, all gorgeous. And I am coming to you from a different location where I'm at The Hilton Garden Inn. At The Hilton Garden Inn I cover the TV, by the way, I don't like TV energy in bedrooms, so I cover that. And I'm here for my birthday. For those of you who have been asking, like, what do you do for your birthday? I am taking two days at the 24/7 spa that we have here called King Spa in New Jersey. I am staying overnight here at The Hilton Garden Inn and so yay, happy birthday to me! And in if you are watching this live put hashtag live so that I know who's journeying with me. So for today's forty five live, and every day of these forty five lives - shout out to Wanda Turini for challenging me to do these - I share my greatest gifts. Today in particular I would have to say is gratitude and abundance on my birthday, like this being my birthday at the current filming of this video. This is my thirty fifth birthday. Thirty five in numerology is the number 8, and talk of the number eight has been coming up today in particular. And so I'm, I am receiving that as a really profound and powerful gift. By the way, what I am wearing is like a 360-degree skirt, floor length, that I'm wearing underneath the caftan because I dress like this. Normally you would think, oh, this woman is dressed up as if it were her birthday. Actually, no. My tribe will tell you I like dress like year round. It's just one of those, like one or two days out of the year that it looks normal or special or something like that. It's my birthday, and on Halloween, where I look normal. - Let's talk about it! - Thanks for stopping by! Thank you. You are a frickin goddess; and OKRs, this has to do with objectives and key results. So this has to do with goal setting and goal planning. This is your source for channeled holistic stress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur. So in this podcast episode, I have the honor and pleasure of introducing you to a new fabulous friend of mine, Sarah Sparks. You can find her at SarahSparks.Love online. She is a brilliant coach and intuitive channel. She's your spiritual director. Goddess, welcome to the podcast. Sarah: Hello, love. I'm so honored to be here and I love your energy.  Victoria: Oh yeah. Oh my God. It's so fabulous. The feeling is mutual. There's so much love between us and I'm so grateful for it, sister. Sarah: I know. And we don't even know each other and I love when I have gotten to the point - and I'll share more about creating my own spark - but when we can feel the love between one another and instant appreciation, it shares more about who we are as individuals and how much we love ourselves. Because then we can feel that too with any man. Victoria: One hundred percent. And I love how that is something that is like you carry with you because it's who you are rather than it being dependent upon circumstance or situational structure is love everywhere because it in the way. So Sarah, sister, this may be the very first time that someone is getting to see you, hear and learn about what you do in the world. So I was wondering if you could, in your own words, share with us what it is you do, especially what are the three things that you're known for? Could you tell us? Sarah: Yeah, for sure. I serve women, and they usually come to me asking, they have the question around, "who am I? What is my purpose? Why am I here? I know I'm meant for more, but I really don't know what that is." And Spirit has given me the opportunity to channel. Souls calling my soul, literally. I know I came here to teach people how to lead with their souls, all while listening to their divine guidance. I myself denied all that for for many years, so I learned what not to do. So I teach people don't, do what I did. Do what I do now, though. You know? Is that clear? I mean, I know that we speak well, but I mean, I'm trying to make it so it's not quite so woo. Victoria: But I love that we speak woo and stay in that. Well, you don't have to necessarily translate. You can go as woo as you like. I'll be your translator, sister. So could you like. When you when you first got into this, was there something that really ignited that spark for you to want to share this healing work with the women that you do like? Did something happen that caused you to have the epiphany of like, "all right. That's what I'm here for. That's why I have all this sensitivity." Like, is there a story that you could tell us? Sarah: My husband. I heard my husband when he gave me a hard time after I had moved from Iowa to Florida to start my life with him. And we weren't husband and wife yet. And he gave me a hard time that because I was having a difficult time finding a job, he's like, "it's because you have no principles to stand on." And although that may sound like very harsh, that's just how he is. He's direct and to the point. And I love it because I used to live in a world of people who are like, "everything's great. I don't know what you're talking about." And I'm like, "oh, my God, just tell me the truth for the love of Pete." And so that's how he is. It's just straight in. And so I was like and I don't usually receive the straight and very well. It takes a little bit. I make it a little defensive. So I was like, "screw you, buddy. I have principles to stand on." And he's like, "well, if you did, you'd have a job." And I was like, "well, maybe I'm supposed to have a job." So we are going to a spiritual gathering. It was a small group and we were all discussing these concepts of unity, like the unity movement. And there were these different words that we all put into a basket... - Let's talk about it! - Thanks for stopping by! While you're here, let me ask you a question: Do you ever feel like you're having a hard time sustaining the level of energy you need in order to keep up with the demands of your business? So in your own words, my dear, could you share with us what it is that you do, but especially what are the three things that you're known for? Vince: That's interesting. All right, so every day I get to work with amazing entrepreneurs, there are so many stories. Every day I take recordings and I mark them. I write them down on my iPad. I go back and I listen to stuff because I'm like, first of all, I'm amazed what comes out of other people's mouths. And look, we're in a covid world. We're still in a covid world as we're recording this. So we're all doing a lot of Zoom's. I probably meet either a group or individually on a daily basis with at the probably at least 30 to 35 entrepreneurs. Now, some of those are in group and some, say five or six, of those are going to be one on ones. And it's amazing the challenges that they're up against. You know, I've been doing this for, well, you mentioned Clickfunnels, now for five and a half years. I am one of the coaches, and we have a lot of great coaches. There's no doubt about it. We all have our genius moments and we all have the things that we're searching for and that we're improving on on a daily basis because this is for empowering entrepreneurs, for empowering people to show up fully. - Let's talk about it! - Thanks for stopping by! Don't give up, do not lose your glow as you grow in life in business. And so in this podcast episode, we're taking another excerpt from my 45 live series off of Facebook. And I'm going to be sharing some of my insights on how to ask so that it is given. How to ask, so that it is given especially repeatedly and on a consistent basis. You ready for this? Let's talk about it. Hello, everyone, Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business, and you could find that naturalintuition.com, this is what my gosh, what is this day? Five of four, day six. I completely lost count already. Well, it's in the description. Whatever it is, is either five or six. But let's go. Forty five lives - shout out to Wanda Toro Turini, who challenged me to share forty five lives straight once a day, even with my schedule popping off, my integrator being like, "yeah. Looks like you got a lot going on today, Victoria." Yeah. Yeah. So and I'm grateful for it. And for me in these forty five lives, I'm going to be sharing also my greatest gifts. This is something that we do in my business and with my clients and my team. We call it "greatest gifts." As in, what's your greatest take-away or what is the biggest thing that you are receiving from our meeting, or from our time together today? And for me in these forty five lives and be sharing what are my greatest gifts from the work day. And today was another workday. Yeah, very full and full of action, action packed. I'm super grateful for it. And like I'm literally looking back over the course of all the appointments that I had today and I'm like, wow, I am celebrating how many people I got to interact with and just connect with today. By the way, if you are watching live put hashtag live so I know that you're with me on this journey. And if you're watching on the replay, put hashtag replay so I can love you up, send you emojis and all kinds of hugs and things in the Internets, and so I know who's with me on this journey because I'm so grateful for all. I'm looking at my calendar now and thinking about my main takeaway from today in particular is how to ask so that it is given systematically, in a structured and repeatable way, and today was the prime example of it. Every single appointment, every single meeting, everything reflected the power of knowing how to ask so that it can be given. I want to share that. I used to believe that it was give and it is given. Right. That awesome book, The Go Giver, right? Or The Giving Tree are all about being someone who gives for some reason. I used to believe that that would elicit a giving response. - Let's talk about it! - Thanks for stopping by! While you're here, let me ask you a question: Do you ever feel like you're having a hard time sustaining the level of energy you need in order to keep up with the demands of your business? And what we're diving into is the idea of being a human being versus being a human doing. This blew my mind and I am so excited to get to share it with you. Let's get to it. Hello. Hello. All my Facebook friends. It's Victoria Whitfield here. Your journey partner in business. You can find me at naturalintuition.com. And this is day five of forty five lives. And I just want to give a special shout out and I think I'll tag her one, send one to a special shout out to Wanda Turini to really thank you for challenge me to do these forty five go lives. I've never really done this on my personal Facebook page, so it's been interesting getting to share that with you and hearing everyone's stories, just connecting and reconnecting with people who I haven't talked to forever. But anyway, I want to get to what my greatest gift from today was. And I think the best way that I could sum it up in particular is what Cow taught me today about being a human being instead of a human doing. And we've been talking about this over the last few lives, about working smarter versus working harder. And that is like a constant source of intrigue and interest for me, a constant source of research as well. Because what I do is I help purpose driven entrepreneurs create a stress free business and lifestyle so that they could get out there and stay in the game serving people and making massive impact rather than working themselves to death or into those multiple burnouts trying to pursue their purpose and passion. It doesn't have to be that way. You can actually enjoy the journey, you can enjoy the journey to rapid financial ascension, massive impact I've seen over and over and over again. - Let's talk about it! - Thanks for stopping by! Victoria: Hey everyone, it's Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business, welcoming you back to episode 173 of the Journeypreneur Podcast. This is your source for channeled holistic stress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur. So in this podcast episode, I'm literally like, I'm about to jump out of my skin with excitement. I have got Pamela Bardhi, the next SharkTank shark, I believe. I see it. I receive it for your sister! She is an incredible real estate mogul and she is a business launch mentor. You can find her at PamelaBardhi.com. Welcome to the podcast. Pamela: Thank you so much for having me here today. I am so honored Sensei. Victoria, seriously, this is such an honor and I'm just pumped to be here with your tribe and just love, love the energy Victoria: One hundred percent! This is so good. So here's the thing. We are vibing. We know each other are awesome, but this may be the very first time that someone is getting to see you here about you or learn about what it is you do in the world. So if you could, in your own words, tell us, what are the three things that you are known for? Could you take it away? Pamela: Absolutely. So real estate, entrepreneurship and DJ'ing weirdly enough. Victoria: Oh, my gosh. Do you have an IG or is there any way that we could follow you or something? Pamela: My social media is like a time vault of like when I was in college. So anyone who knows me from college knows about that world, the nuts times - actually, I meant to say "energy", but deejaying came out first because it is a form of energy. But yes, that's that's my third thing. I used to throw it down in college. For real. Victoria: Yes. I thought I felt something coming out. Like, it's funny because I actually used to be a front woman of a heavy metal band myself, and so yeah. So that was also back in the college days that I wish, like, you know, they're buried in like seeds somewhere that we put out, but. Oh my goodness. So. Right, OK, so like give us a little bit more of your backstory. How did you get into real estate and business and all of that? What inspired you to really get on this journey? Pamela: Absolutely. So I'll just give you my life story and in a nutshell, because it's all so related to each other. So I came to the United States when I was five years old, from Albania to Italy to the US, and my parents won the visa lottery to come here. Didn't know English, nothing, like just prepped with zero. We didn't have any family here. My parents were pretty much the first of our family to come to the US. So that being said, they came here and my dad had to work really weird jobs because he couldn't speak English. It was like manual labor. So he started one of his basically four jobs, if you will, was working at the back of a restaurant. He eventually worked his way up as he started learning better and better English. So he he built up a mentorship with this gentleman and he told him. So there's two ways that you build wealth in the US. One is owning your own business. The other one is owning real estate. He's like, I'm going to give you a down payment for you to go out and buy your own restaurant. - Let's talk about it! - Thanks for stopping by! While you're here, let me ask you a question: Do you ever feel like you're having a hard time sustaining the level of energy you need in order to keep up with the demands of your business? This is your source for channeled holistic stress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur. And so in this podcast episode, I have the honor and pleasure of sharing with you a dear friend of mine, Luc Cardinal, from nucointernational.com. He is a conscious leadership coach and just an incredible, soulful man. Luc, welcome to the podcast. Luc: Thank you so much. Thank you, Victoria. Thank you. It's an honor to be here, too. Victoria: Oh, my goodness. And so I'm so happy that we get to share our energy with everyone. And we know and love one another. Absolutely. And this may be the very first time someone is getting to learn about you or hear about you and your work in the world. So if you could tell us in your own words, my dear, what it is you do, especially what are the three things that you're known for, could you tell us? Luc: OK? Yeah, I think I can I won't take a lot of time until a very long story. I'm 63 years old now, but I can go back all the way to being eight years old. Because I printed in my memory an event then and it's the following, I was seeing friends fighting with one another and I'm from Quebec, I'm a Francophone. So this is happening in the north part of Montreal, Quebec and Quebec, being a province on the right side of Canada, sort of an island of French speaking people and a notion of English speaking people just set the context a little bit. So it's 1966, and I remember it's 1966 because I see France fighting as I was saying, and I hear a voice in my head saying, oh my God, I mean 1966 and they're fighting like cavemen that can be, there has to be more and for some reason. When that happened, I told myself, print this memory. Don't forget this. Remember, remember this. It's very important you remember this. So I sort of imprinted that. And that's been a constant in my life. A lot of instances where I kind of connected with something and consciously wanted to make sure that I would not forget that. And but then I forgot about it and let it came back later, of course. And I think I must have been like 12 years old. So that's like four years later. And my sister, there's something going on in the family that I don't remember exactly what, but there's a lot of chaos and tension. And my sister is not happy with me because I'm insisting that we saw this thing in our family. And she said, are you you're such a cover that, say, in French, which means the one that pokes at the abscess, you know, when you have an abscess. Yeah, right? Yeah. Yeah. But somehow I had this energy to do that and then I forgot about that. And, you know, life took its course and I lived the American dream and I had a nice job and a nice family, and I had kids and a house, and I was really getting ready for the chalet and then that crashed and all the toys, you know, and then it all fell apart. And this is when I remembered somehow after a lot of work on myself and a lot of digging and a lot of wondering, a lot of doubt and a lot of questioning, it's sort of I had to go back to something more solid than circumstances out there that I was sort of clinging to in terms of security, image performance, doing what needs to be done and so on. So sort of an internal kind of journey and the result of it all today, it's two, three years old because I've been sort of working, quote unquote, on myself ever since, has been to reconnect to that vision somehow. - Let's talk about it! So in this podcast episode, I get to share with you someone that I love and have loved for years, someone that whenever she speaks, I grab a pen and a pen and don't talk to me because I need to be writing and get all of these golden nuggets. She's a golden nugget drop and wish you only had a sense that you could find her at actionincubator.com. What she specializes in is making sure that coaches are making it rain. Right. So going in there and getting out there and serving in a big way. That is. Welcome to the podcast. Cat: Thank you. I feel that I receive it. And thank you so much for having me. I appreciate it. And of course, reciprocate everything that you have just said about me. Victoria: So I love it. I love it. And I love you. And I know we love each other. Right. So we're good. We're straight. We go way back and we-- Cat: That's right. We go way back to like, oh my God, can you believe we were doing that? Victoria: Oh, back to the days when we used to dream “wouldn't it be nice if” and it's been an honor to grow our businesses side by side, sister. I'm so proud. So proud. And this may be the very first time that someone is getting to see you here. You learn about what you do. So if you could, in your own words, share with us exactly what it is you do, especially what are the three things that you're known for? Could you tell us? Cat: So I am can say this thing for sure is one that I'm known for. And it's basically that I work with experts and influencers who want to multiply their six figures over and over and over again to get past the seven figures. So what that means is they want to leverage a repeatable and consistent process to be able to hit those big revenue numbers. How I do it is by doing organic high ticket sales specifically so that you can see that you are already connected to your next big client and how you can consistently fill your pipeline with leads that are ready to buy from you now. So my angle or the second thing that I'm going for is I am anti “bro marketing.” That means I don't like “bro marketing” people. Actually, I do like some of the marketers. They just need to not do that. I've met a lot of them and basically it's a shake you down, leaving you less than, gimmicks, right, that nobody appreciates feeling or doing to others. And instead my clients want to really step into their own unique voice and power so that they can not only attract their ideal clients, but sell to them in the way that feels empowering for both sides of the conversation. And the third thing I'm known for is, other than being crazily hilarious, as you all will witness soon, is that I am a mom of three. So I have now three kids under seven years old. So seven, five and two. Yes. Just give me a moment. ::breathes:: - Let's talk about it! This is your source for channeled holistic stress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur. So the title of this podcast episode is Sharing Your Story vs. Boundaries. So in this podcast episode, let's keep going on our 45 Lives journey. This is another excerpt from my 45 live series off of Facebook. And what we're talking about today is sharing your story versus establishing powerful boundaries. Let's get into it, shall we? Everyone, Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner business, you can find me at naturalintuition.com, where I help purpose driven entrepreneurs create a stress free business and lifestyle. Right. So this is day four of forty five; live shout out to Wanda Toro Turini, who challenged me to go live and share for 45 days straight. And hey, I'm coaching with her to work on visibility, so I might as well listen to her. Yes. So I decided I'm going to go live for forty five days to share my greatest gifts and which is basically my best take away from the workday. And I'm on a non-work day. Again, it's Sunday, by the way. If you're watching live, put hashtag live. So I know your journey with me. If you are watching on the replay, put hashtag replay. So I know you're journeying with me and I want to love up and figure out who is journeying with me. It's so interesting to know who's with me on this experience. And so from today, there wasn't too much work related to my business celebrating that. Yes. So proud. And I'm also celebrating. Holy crap, my energy is great. My energy is feeling so much better because the ionizer and just better air quality. Oh, so happy to climb out of whatever level of exhaustion this must have been. Maybe a seasonal affective disorder, who knows. Whatever. But I am so happy and grateful now that I'm taking excellent care of my air and now have more access to my energy. Super good celebrating that. I'm also celebrating then although it is a non-work day, right. It's a day off for me. Celebrating that today was super productive. I got food cooked for the week, tidied up the house raid and all of that, but also did some really fabulous networking on clubhouse. So if you are not on clubhouse, send me a PM. Let me know. Either I or I know a whole bunch of people who have clubhouse invites, but I highly recommend it. It's for iPhone only those so you can go and get one online or an iPad or something if you want to happen. But really powerful high level networking and amazing conversations. And I had the pleasure of getting too moderate for a dinner. Love and friend of mine, Andrew Mellen, this morning, Sunday morning. He did a wonderful de cluttering your mind and space conversation. He's an incredible, powerful, essentialist professional organizer and he's just wonderful to get to support him and hold positive space for him as well as protect boundaries. But it was interesting hearing him work the room and we had like over eighty three people in the room or something like that. And how good Andrew is. Andrew, I love you, dear. I love you so much for this. How good he is at training people to keep their communication clean, and especially in the coaching and personal growth, the personal transformational fields, it can get kind of mixed up with therapy. And in therapy, you just sit there and say all of the things that you don't get to say or I've been through therapy before and it is so nice that the person is just there to listen. I'm like, all right, well, what do you want to say? And you just, but you can go, and dump, and it's great and clears the energy. It's so fabulous. I highly recommend therapy. Two thumbs up. But at the same time, coaching is not therapy. So what I love about Andrew, is he's so clear around keeping your communication just neat and tidy and especially around story. And what I also celebrate is to celebrate the shit out of you, Andrew, I love you, but what I also celebrate about him as he is not Marie Kondo. He's like, "I don't want you to have a relationship with your stuff. It is an inanimate object." YES! - Let's talk about it! This is your source for channeled holistic stress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur. So the title of this podcast episode is Healing Fatigue And Exhaustion. So in this podcast episode, we are taking another excerpt from my 45 live series, and we are talking today about healing, fatigue and exhaustion. Let's get to it. Hello, hello, all my Facebook fam! Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, you can find me at naturalintuition.com, your journey partner in business and this is my forty five live. It's day three of forty five and I've been here on my off day. It's a Saturday and I just wanted to pop in for some insight and connecting with you around healing fatigue and exhaustion, especially as an entrepreneur, business owner, CEO. So like. A good friend of mine, Stacey Martino, has this expression called The Pumpkin Hour, and this is one of those ways that we can communicate first with ourselves and then as well as our partners, our team, our clients, everyone like what our boundaries are and states is freaking awesome. I love you, Stacey and Paul. Go check them out at relationshipdevelopment.org -- I've been through, like a few of their programs and learning about the pumpkin, our super important for me as someone who's like a passionate business owner, someone who's purpose driven, like my business purpose driven. So that means I'm here like in service to others. And I believe that's part of my life's purpose, is my business. I don't just, like, go to work. Right. I I'm in my life's purpose every day when I'm working. By the way, if I want to know who's journeying with me for these forty five days, so go ahead and hit hashtag live if you're watching live or put hashtag replay if you're watching replays. So I know to love you up and I can see who's journeying with me. But this concept of the pumpkin hours is really powerful because it's come for me, it's in alignment with, again, one of those five principles that we've been talking about from day to day. And it's around being kind. Just for today, I will be kind and as like a summary, if you're just catching up on the journey or you're just entering and you're like, oh, my God, Victoria, what are you talking about? Reiki principles. It is just for today. I will not be angry just for today. I will not worry just for today. I will be honest just for today. I will be kind and just for today, I will be grateful. And by the way, that's the abridged version. And so I take those five Reiki principles and I apply them to my business life style and day to day as well as that for my clients. And it's really had beautiful results just having those values to help guide our decision making process. And so with that, I've received a lot of coaching and from Stacy has been one of the people I received awesome, awesome coaching from a husband, wife team. They're amazing. And this idea of the pumpkin hour has really helped me to be more kind to myself first rather than, as you know, I was sharing in another live, rather than seeing myself like as a machine and working myself into the hospital like I have in the past, and how my family has a history of doing so as well. And my clients have and their families as well, like we all share the similar kind of achiever thing. And so I want to lead with this concept of the pumpkin hour, because that's the hour of the day that you turn into a pumpkin essentially is what that is. - Let's talk about it! Melanie: Thank you so much, Victoria. I am so excited to be here. That's here. This is my favorite introduction ever. Cosmic vagus nerve goddess! And that's the best introduction I've ever had. Victoria: Yes! Oh, my God. The more that I learn about you, the world. Oh, my God. It's one brain orgasm after another. And I had to share your work. So I know you're amazing. And, you know, I'm amazing. We know each other. Absolutely. Yeah. And so with that, though, this may be the very first time that someone is getting to hear about you, see, you write or learn about all of the awesome stuff that you do in the world. So if you could, in your own words, please tell us exactly what it is you do and especially what are the three things that you're known for. Could you tell us as well? Melanie: So in conventional terms, I'm a physical therapist and I've done that for about twenty five years and I was an athletic trainer before that. So I've had I've about thirty years of experience of my hands on people's bodies. And I, I suppose the deep truth of it is that I help people line up on a cosmic scale. But my clinical expertise is in treating the vagus nerve as a pinched nerve. And so the vagus nerve compression is and I I've branded myself around that and being a stress management expert for many, many years. So that's usually the entry point where people find me. I am also known for how we embody our businesses, how our businesses live in our bodies and stress and like relationships live very prescriptively in our bodies and our bodies. Our businesses are an expression of ourselves. And so I help people align that still rooted in the vagus nerve. But bringing out a little further with that and the thing that I am increasingly known for and that I would really love to be to lead with in the long run is how are the cosmos is coded into us, because the only role we ever follow is as above so below, and that there's really a whole science to this that has been really lost in our modern age. Victoria: This is endlessly fascinating for me too, I love it. Melanie: It's really well, I know I could talk about it all day long, and I think that the lack of a cohesive cosmology is really fundamentally the reason for all of the ills of our time, that we have no way to connect the different dots of our lives and to have things make sense across all dimensions. And that includes the scientific dimension and the spiritual dimension, like we treat them all as mutually exclusive, as disparate pieces. And they are not. And this is you know, I feel like this is kind of the theory of everything at some level. This is just this is the what I for me, when working with individuals about this, the only words I have for it because it blows me away all the time, is that it's like speaking to your body in its original language. Victoria: Hmm. Hey, show me how to do that, please. I need to know. Unpack that a little bit more for sure. Melanie: Well, all right, so we'll do this backwards from how I usually do podcasts. We'll start with the cosmology and work down to the vagus nerve. So anatomy or. Well, mythology, among many things was a mode of communicating scientific information. So, for example, the numbers of the Earth's processional cycle are in the Egyptian myth of ISIS and Osiris. - Let's talk about it! Dana: Thank you for having me. Victoria, I'm so excited to chat with you, as usual, and to meet your journey partners audience. Hello, fans! Victoria: At last, at last. Oh, this is so good. So here's the thing. We know each other very well, right? I know you're freaking awesome and you know the same about me, but this may be the very first time that someone is getting to see you here about you or in the work that you do. So if you could, in your own words, please share with us what exactly it is you do, but especially what are the three things that you're known for? Could you tell us? Dana: That's fine. So I help passionate women business owners lean into their leadership potential to achieve the next level of business and life. Yes, it's so much fun. Who knew? Like leadership and spirituality. But what I do and how I do that is by a very unique combination of combining personal energy management practices, reiki, meditation, self pleasure, time blocking, your personal energy management practices, combined with your more traditional strategic planning and organizational management skills as well as business owners. We need both. When we are building a business and running a business, we are building ourselves and learning how to run ourselves more efficiently. So those two combining pieces help my clients to have more clarity as they are pursuing their goals, but also the confidence that they need to go for them. That's where we can get stuff right. So I'll tell you, you had asked what are the three things that I am known for? So, one, I am known as being a mother goddess. It's not typical in your business. Right. But I bring with me to my business, my joy and my passion. And one my number one passion is being a mother, bringing these amazing children into the world, getting to watch them grow and be a part of their growth is such a blessing because I work in leadership. I mean, rearing children is all about leadership. Right. And we often know we can encounter people in the business world who sometimes need a mama. They need some mother love. Right? Or just redirection or called back in to a central place. I love it. I love mothering my children and one mother and others children. And I love being that nurturing presence for my clients as well. So I'm a Mother Goddess, call me when you need. I am known for spiritual leadership and spiritual leadership. If you want to look that up, you've got a lot of Christian based church. Your congregational program thrived on building spiritual leaders, but I like to focus on what spiritual leadership means in your business. - Let's talk about it! So in this podcast episode, I get the pleasure of interviewing and sharing with you a friend of mine, Julia Hickman, from thepetitefastinista.com and she is an amazing lifestyle and fitness coach and I'm so excited to get to share her story and her work with you. Welcome to the podcast, Julia. Julia: No, Victoria, I'm so excited to be here and chat with you today. Let's do it. Victoria: So this may be the very first time that someone is getting to see you here. You learn about what you do in the world. So if you could, in your own words, could you share with us what exactly it is that you do, but especially what are the three things that you're known for? Could you tell us? Julia: Absolutely. So I am an online lifestyle and fitness coach and I work with busy female professionals and entrepreneurs, and I help them make fitness and healthy living something that improves rather than consumes their lives. So what that really means is I help them. I help them, like, shatter the belief that they need to be in the gym working out for hours and hours and hours, or they need to be eating lettuce and like, perfect little portioned out pieces of grilled chicken every day so that basically they don't need to give up all the things that they love and they don't need to give up all the time that they have, whether they have children or they have busy careers or businesses, they can still fit it in. And I help them. I help them squeeze it into their busy lifestyles and the three things that I'm known for. So I would say it depends what you're asking, but if you're asking my clients, they would tell you that I am known for my quick and efficient workouts and my sweet but no nonsense attitude when it comes to just getting it done. Like there's no such things. Oh, I don't have time. McWorld Do you have ten minutes. We all can find ten minutes to do a quick workout. So that is number one. Probably if you ask my clients and if you asked my friends or my, my family members, they would probably tell you that I'm known for my discipline. I'm a runner. I run marathons. So I have that discipline of just getting up even on tough days, even on cold days, getting out there to get in my runs and sticking to a plan. Even if things don't go exactly the way I wanted them to, I still do the best that I can. And number three, I was having some trouble thinking of a third thing. Hey everyone, it's Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business, welcoming you back to episode 165 of the Journeypreneur Podcast. This is your source for channeled holistic stress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur. So the title of this podcast episode is Working Hard vs. Being Authentic. So in this podcast episode, we are continuing our journey with 45 lives, all of my insights and greatest gifts from the work day. And today in particular, we're going to be talking about working hard versus being authentic. Here we go. Hello, hello, all my Facebook fans, that's Victoria Whitfield here from NaturalIntuition.com, and this is day two of my forty five live. Thanks to you, Wanda Turini, sharing insights and just dropping love and getting to know each other better. By the way, if you are watching this on the live put hash tag live so I know to love up on you and so I can see you. And if you are watching this on the replay, put hashtag replay. So I love you up there to Facebook is a two way conversation and that's why I love this platform. It's amazing. And so it's Friday, TGIF, super happy about it. And by the way, like, I'm I love really enjoying being casual all day on Fridays. And so I'm in my warm, fuzzy hoodie. Thanks, Russell Brunson. I don't know how many of these, like, hoodies and shirts, coozies and bags and gosh, the watch and all the like. When you're a part of the click funnels fan, they just keep sending you gifts, read the books. Oh my gosh. Thanks, Ross and Brent and Sara and Vince and Nico and everybody. Oh, my gosh. Thank you for your all your love and support for the years. It's amazing. But I want to begin with celebrations because that's something that I do throughout the day in my life and business to keep me grounded. So what am I celebrating? What am I grateful for? Well, for one, I am celebrating that it's Friday. I have half days on Fridays. So like I work for the first half of the day and then I'm free as a bird. So celebrating that in an ideal world and the ideal world is coming pretty fast. I'm probably going to make every day, a half day. So I only work in the morning and then I can just la la la for the rest of the day is super grateful for that. What else am I celebrating. Celebrating when for a really great massage, I didn't really feel like I was in my body in New Jersey until my weekly massage today. So celebrating that and receiving weekly massage is also celebrating covid negative test after traveling in Florida. So for those of you who were wondering, having seen the video that I shared with experience down there, oh, my God, are you going to die, Victoria? The answer's no. By the way, if you're watching live, put hashtag live. So I know to love you up. If you're watching on the replay, put hashtag replay. So I know to love you up that way. Otherwise I don't know who's journeying with me. It's good to see you again. Right. Oh my gosh. We had an amazing clubhouse so celebrating that as well. Coming fresh off of clubhouse just now. That was such a lovely roundtable discussion. I'm also celebrating an amazing, amazing, fabulous meeting with my transitional integrator. - Let's talk about it! Hey everyone, it's Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business, welcoming you back to episode 164 of the Journeypreneur Podcast. This is your source for channeled holistic stress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur. So the title of this podcast episode is 45 Days of Gratitude. In this podcast episode, I'm going to share with you a little bit of something I've been doing recently called 45 Lives. I've been going live on Facebook sharing all of the incredible downloads and insights and I've been receiving in my day to day work day as an energy coach. Right. And healer for entrepreneurs. And so I want to share with you in the next few podcast episodes my 45 lives. And so here goes. Enjoy. Hello, hello, all my Facebook friends. So since I'm Victoria Whitfield here from NaturalIntuition.com, and this is day one of forty five live shout out to you, Wanda Turini, for welcoming me into this as an idea. You know, for me personally, I have to admit I have a lot of resistance to this. Like I want to begin on that note because, holy moly, am I already doing a lot of content generation like I if y'all have worked with me or in my entrepreneur master manifestoes Facebook group for any amount of time or have been on my email list, etc., you know, I have no problem coming off camera, but to do it for 40 to five days straight, I literally had to take like half an hour, like thinking ha.   And I've had this open for half an hour thinking, what do I actually want to do for forty five days. Like what of in addition to the podcast, in addition to the the clubhouse rooms, in addition to the launches, the live streams, the interviews that I'm doing, in addition to the newsletters, do all of the Instagram posts on Instagram like not letting me post video for some reason, but what am I going to do and talk about for forty five days in addition to this and then wham, my spirit guides hit me with it. Forty five days of gratitude. Forty five days of gratitude, especially at the end of my workday. Or even if it's just like sixty seconds of gratitude at minimum, 60 seconds of gratitude for the next forty five days. And that is what will be my commitment, even though I'm bring in the, the resistance with me because I'm very visible, I'm used to being very visible and excited to get to. Hmm. Go past the edge of my comfort zone because one is already armed for good day. Fifteen or something if you aren't following her. By the way, Wanda Toro Turini Rocket fuel for business. Incredible, incredible work that she does. But the so she's already much farther along on this. Why am I so resistant. It's interesting. So I'm going to sink into forty five days gratitude and this will be my first one.   By the way, if you're coming along with me on the journey you can put hashtag live or hashtag replay as you are watching, just so I know, like who's watching and when. And like it helps me to ground to know who's with me. It's kind of like going for a walk in a forest and then wanting to know who are you walking with, who else is in the forest with you. So that's why all I ask is you put hashtag live or hashtag replay below, so I know whose journey with me. So by the way, this says Enjoy the journey, so I'll drink to that. This is water. So what am I celebrating, huh? Well, for one, I'm celebrating, first and foremost that this is my birth month and I'm so excited for March. I love March because it was the month that I was born in. And years ago I implemented celebrating all month rather than just celebrating on the day or the neighboring weekend. It's like, OK, I've gone through another transit around the sun. I'm so intrigued, like to not just, you know, park this into one day and said, let it be a month. So it's one thing that I'm celebrating. And it's interesting that this March this month in particular, my transit around the sun, I'm receiving more support than ever. - Let's talk about it! So in today's podcast episode, I have the honor and pleasure of getting to introduce you to a good friend of mine, Brian Rassi. He is a business funding frickin angel, like he helps you find the money that you need to make big shift happen. You can find him at enstigate.com. Brian, welcome to the podcast, brother. Brian: Oh, my goodness. Victoria, I'm ready to roll. Thank you for having me. For you and the audience. I'm excited to be here. Victoria: It's such a pleasure to get to have you. Yeah. Thanks for being here. So let me be the very first time that someone is getting to see you or hear of you and what you do in the world. So if you could, in your own words, share with us what exactly it is that you do and especially what are the three things that you're known for? Could you tell us? Brian: Yes, we helped conscious entrepreneurs and business owners access the line with their right end result, access more capital and ultimately create a proprietary custom business solution for them. So we literally do it all from start to finish to craft the solution that they need to get to the next level. Victoria: This is so powerful because, you know, and I'm a visionary entrepreneur, I attract a lot of visionary entrepreneurs and we have big visions of what has got to happen. But we can have this experience of getting cash strapped or thinking that, you know, if it is to be, it's up to me. It's only dependent upon my own bank account or my own ability to generate the funding to back up that vision. And it's a real tragedy that so many people and so many businesses fail because of a lack of funding. Would you agree? Brian: Oh, absolutely. I think people are trained either subconsciously or unconsciously to plan their dream business or their vision off their current bank account. And that's very limited. That's a very limiting way to create anything. And so what we try to do is try to victory, help them, give them the framework and get them the ideas to dream and possibilities and get out of that limitation and actually create the dream business. And a funny thing happens when you get aligned with that end result. The money just has a funny way of showing up at the right time, in the right way, with the right people to get you where you want to go. So it first starts with you got to have the vision. - Let's talk about it! You can go find that on Amazon right now and order up her book as well as she does resilience work. She works with organizations to shift their culture, to create compassionate workplaces for individuals and for teams. Michelle, Goddess, welcome to the podcast. Michelle: Thank you so much for having me. I must say it's a pleasure to be here with you. I love your energy and what you're up to. Victoria: Thank you! Oh, the feeling is mutual. So this may be the very first time someone is getting to hear about you and what you do in the world or see you and learn more. So I was wondering if you could share with us in your own words exactly what it is you do, and especially what are the three things that you're known for. Could you tell us? Michelle: Yeah, for sure. I think if you were to ask those around me what I'm known for, they would probably say I'm an author of the book that you mentioned, which is rooted in my TED talk. I gave a TED talk about growing up with my mom who had bipolar disorder. So that's the second thing. And the third would be that I am a new entrepreneur. I'm fairly new in the space and after leaving the corporate world behind. So it's a very exciting time. So they would say she's a new entrepreneur and wants to change the world. So, yeah, I'm sure you'll hear I feel quite pleased to change the world. Victoria: We need all that now more than ever. And so that makes me curious, though. So take me into it. Like, what inspired you to become an entrepreneur and to really commit to this purpose, sharing your gifts in your in a business of your own? Like what? Is there a story there? Michelle: For sure. I mean, you know, I I'm so grateful. I'm so grateful that I am so clear as to why I'm on this planet. And I can't say that I knew that even five years ago. I'm deeply connected to the work I do. So I grew up with a mother who had bipolar disorder. I cared for her for a very large period of my my life, even up until I was an adult. So I saw what it looks like to suffer. Right. And I felt what her suffering felt like. And then so that was my first perspective about mental health. Right. I dealt with seasonal depression periodically as an adult. But then last I think it was two years ago, I was diagnosed with depression myself for the first time. And so I know what that feels like. And then I also was in a workplace where we were trying to create compassion at work. But yet I had a boss who was not compassionate. And as soon as I felt that, I stopped and said, "I can get angry or I can say to myself, I need to be the change that I want to see in the world and I need to be the one creating more compassion and understanding." So those those are the three lenses that I have on mental health. And when I felt that lack of compassion was the fire, at that point, the fire was lit in my belly to be the change. And so, I mean, that was really it. If you would ask me a few years ago, what are you going to do? What are you going to be when you grow up? I would have said I'm going to retire into the sunset of my corporate job, and that's it. But there was a bigger plan for me - in just giving my TED talk, writing my memoir and getting really connected to this work. And honestly, it's the power of storytelling. When I tell my story, it opens the door. It creates an access for other people to not feel so alone and isolated. So if I could go first and tell my story, and it opens up something for someone else that brings me all the joy and fulfillment that I could ever ask for. Victoria: You know, storytelling is one of the oldest forms of human gathering technologies, like being able to gather people and organize. It's been around: oratory, right? And so that connection and sharing how, through sharing the experience of what you've been through, it's almost as if vicariously a person receives that same learning by encountering the story with you. It's a really powerful, powerful technique. -Let's talk about it! And so in this podcast episode, I get to introduce you to a goddess friend of mine who I've met locally here through Believe Inspire Grow women's networking organization which we absolutely love and support. And her name is Jennifer Bronsnick. She's a licensed clinical social worker and hostess of The Anxiety-Proof Her Podcast, which, I thank you for having me on, Goddess! You are amazing. Jennifer: Thank YOU. Absolutely. Victoria: And her website is JenniferBronsnick.com. Welcome to the podcast, Goddess! Jennifer: And thank you for spelling out my name because I, so many times people just leave out that first "N" in "Bronsnick". So I really, really appreciate you making an effort to do that. Victoria: Absolutely. And I believe in connecting good people. So I want to make sure everyone has like, all the information. Jennifer: Yeah, totally. Yeah. Victoria: So we know each other and we know each other's vision, values. Absolutely. But this may be the very first time that someone is getting to see you, hear of you or encounter elsewhere in the world. So, yeah, if you could, in your own words, could you tell us what exactly is it that you do in your business, and what are the three things that you're known for? Jennifer: Yeah, so I think the core of what I do is to empower and inspire women to love themselves so that they take care of themselves. And they begin to recognize that if they're anxious, if they're depressed because I work with mental health, that those feelings can be powerful messengers. And so it's really this in my work, I see it as awakening women to their power, to their own resilience, to their innate healing abilities and really owning themselves and taking control over the aspects of their lives that they do have control over, because we always have something that we can shift or shake up in our lives. And sometimes it's just finding the courage. And so I am like your BFF, therapist to coach, motivational person, caretaker, because sometimes we just we need someone to be like, "I got you," like "I'm with you here." And so that's really what I do for women, teens, families. Sometimes parents need some handholding if their child is struggling all around. Really anxiety is my my core treatment, the main thing that I'm working with. Victoria: We need you now more than ever. Holy moly, holy moly, I know at the current recording of this podcast episode during this, it's the beginning of 2021. And I can only imagine the demand for your work just has gone straight through the roof. Jennifer: Yeah, for sure. Because people it's almost like now they have permission to reach out. It's like "of course I'm struggling" like, "of course, like, we're all struggling and so now I'm ready to pick up the phone. Now I'm ready to say, 'you know what? I don't want to feel like this anymore.'" Where before maybe it was like, "oh, we'll get better. Some things will change and I'll start to find my energy again or find my spark." And now it's like, "why am I doing this alone?" I go, "why don't I just hire someone to help me? Why don't I invest in myself?" Victoria: And so I'm definitely seeing that, and it's so amazing. And that gets me also curious because, like, what inspired you in the first place to do this? Like, I don't know if it happened in kindergarten when they were like, "so what do you want to be when you grow up?" And you raised your hand, right, with your kiddie shoes on and said, "I want to do social work" - like, what? No. So was it something that happened to inspire you to, like, really to this is your line of work? Jennifer: Yeah. So it's really a dance unfolding. So I didn't mention. So one of the tools I use is called Human Design, and that's based in astrology. And ever since I was a kid, I was obsessed with the moon. Like, I was always like, "wow, like the moon is," you know, "I'm seeing the same moon as someone else I know a couple hours away. And we're all connected with, like, the same energy." So I for a long time wanted to be astrologer. Ok, and then my godmother, Dr. Johnson, is a clinical psychologist. And so I grew up in her home with her family. I volunteered in her office so she would run these groups for kids. And I would volunteer there. And I just saw what she was doing. I saw how she was supporting people and she had her own business and other therapists underneath her. And I was like, that's what I want to do, like I want to be a therapist. -Let's talk about it! Recipe for Clearing Conversations - Journeypreneur Podcast Ep. 160

Hey everyone, it’s Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business, welcoming you back to episode 160 of the Journeypreneur Podcast. This is your source for channeled holistic stress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur. So the title of this podcast episode is Recipe for Clearing Conversations. And let's get started on this. So I had the experience of getting to support one of my clients through a really difficult issue that came up in the office. He is this, you know, incredible, incredible doctor and solo practitioner, and he comes into the office and, you know, has his own things going on, right, because doctors and practitioners are humans, too. And immediately, his office manager shoves a phone in to his face without telling him what's going on, and is like "oh, talk to this person." And he felt personally attacked and overwhelmed, a little overloaded - he had just arrived in the office and didn't know who was on the phone or what doctor or what patient or anything like that. And so it really set him off, like, a lot of things have been going on lately, it's really difficult for doctors. Now, so he's on the phone with me, processing his emotions. And thank the goddess, thank everything, thank the angels, thank God that he was able to come on the phone and talk to me first, before basically firing this person. He was saying "she's good, and it's so hard to find good help, you know," and "I like that she's strong willed, and, but at the same time I don't feel safe in my own office" all of this like kind of stuff. Maybe this has happened to you? You're a leader, you're an expert, and you have a team working for you that's supposed to be protecting your energy. But for whatever reason they may have dropped the ball or maybe you're in a relationship, and for whatever reason somebody, maybe yourself, maybe the other person, you know, kind of dropped the ball or things aren't going well and it's really caused that air, the energy between the two of you to get thick. Or this happened for two or more of you, to feel kind of frustrated; you can cut the tension with a knife. He ended up immediately sending her home. It was at the beginning of the day, so he said "I can't even sit in the same room as her, so I sent her home to consider whether or not she wants to keep working here," because he felt so unprotected. And as an expert, right, as someone who is out there serving the people in a big way with with your divine gift, yes, you need your energy to feel safe. Right? That's, that's a big part of the Divine work that the company does is making sure that the number one person in the practice or in the company, or the speaker etc. or whoever is owner is protected. There's a very real thing, a very real thing out there called "founders fatigue" and "entrepreneurial depression" - right? For someone who is highly creative, highly intuitive, visionary, highly talented, right, and you're sharing, you're putting yourself out there, you're putting yourself out on a limb, you hire people to protect your energy, right? Or you're expecting, to some extent, right, if that's the agreement that you have that the people around you are going to, like, love, honor, protect and make sure that they're watching. But not everyone's perfect, right? Especially - this is no coincidence - it happened on a full moon, which is when emotional energy is at its highest. We can get agitated. You know, I have a good friend of mine. I've known her since childhood. And she is a nurse. She's an RN, and she says "oh my gosh every Full Moon is when all the drunks come in and all the broken bones come" and her mom has been a nurse for 30-40 years now, and she's like "Yep, that's what I've always seen" so, right? So the energy during full moons is always really crazy and agitating, right? People are already agitated. So here he is walking into his office on a full moon and already he and the team - all of us as human beings on planet earth - are already a little bit agitated when it's a full moon. And then on top of that. This is Mercury Retrograde. So not only is it a full moon, like emotions are already high, but it's, depending on who's talking, it's the worst time of year. Could be the worst time of year for travel, technology, communication and commerce, right, because that's what astrologically Mercury governs, and we see all kinds of strange things happen as Mercury Retrograde rolls through. It's between three and four times a year, and gosh for almost, it's almost two months long, so about a month and a half - it's a really long time to be in this this energy of Mercury in what is called "retrograde." And if you don't know what Mercury Retrograde is and you're like "Victoria is spouting jargon." Let me put it to you this way. It appears that the planet Mercury is going backwards in the sky, but it's actually going forwards. It's an optical illusion astronomically, and astrologically. It is an optical illusion. So that's why it's called a "retrograde." -Let's talk about it! DIY Versus COI Mindset - Journeypreneur Podcast Ep. 159

Hey everyone, it’s Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business, welcoming you back to episode 159 of the Journeypreneur Podcast. This is your source for channeled holistic stress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur. So the title of this podcast episode is DIY Versus COI Mindset. Okay, so I was inspired to speak on the podcast about this episode, because I was in a mastermind, a wonderful, high level mastermind with one of my clients, the amazing Wanda Turini over at ecofiles.com - she's an incredible, incredible entrepreneur shout outs to you Wanda! And one of the questions that she asked us was, "what do you feel is keeping you from taking the actions necessary to reach your next level? What is the next step that you're supposed to take, but you're not, or you're you're resistant to?" And for me, I was the one who was in the hot seat. And whenever I'm in the hot seat, I tend to offer whatever I can, from my own perspective, and sometimes my own perspective is like, kind of really out of the box. And I don't know why no one expected me to say this. But for me, my next level I know is around visibility, and multiplying visibility and multiplying myself. And the vision that I have around executing on that next level looks like my hands on the keyboard, and I'm taking my hands away. So my hands are on the keyboard in the vision of like, looks like my laptop, right? My MacBook or whatever it is. And then I take my hands away, and there is this distinct sensation of grief, grief. And so that is what I shared with the group. And now these are all like, very high achieving, you know, incredible business owners who, like, you know, are very tactical and technical minded. And I said to the group "well, the one thing that's keeping me back is processing my grief around not doing it all." Yeah, and so that kind of threw everyone for a loop where they were a bit surprised. LOL! But it took the conversation in a different direction. That was it, rather than being tactical it ended up being more emotional and spiritual, which I mean, if I'm gonna enter the chat, this is going to come with me. And I'm so happy that we got to have such a powerful conversation around that but I wanted to bring this conversation, let it spill over into the into the Journeypreneur Podcast here for you because this is all about identity. And I know we've talked about this many times before, but just coming back to that conversation at the mastermind, it was just like, deep. And then also the conversations I'm having on clubhouse as well are the same. By the way, come find me on clubhouse let's do a room, shall we? Yeah! But the these conversations that we're having around identity, and emotion and how all of that is the fuel behind our productivity habits and behavioral patterns - it's huge. It's huge, and happening in high level masterminds. And just like I was saying before, you know, the future of coaching is spiritual. I'm seeing it all over! I'm telling you, right now, quite literally, two people that I'm networking with, who are incredibly successful entrepreneurs, right. Really powerful, influential leaders. When we really get to talking about it, it all comes down to emotion and identity. And so there's this emotion and identity within me. I'll put it on me as usual. I'll put it on me. There's this emotion and identity within me of the DIY Victoria - the do it yourself, right? If you want it done right, you got it. Do It Yourself Victoria: that hands on the keyboard, right? I'm stirring the pot, I'm building the thing, it's hands on, I'm taking a hands-on approach, and maintaining a hands-on relationship with whatever it is, the thing that I am creating, or the project that I'm involved in. So there's more, there's more that extends out of that kind of an identity of the DIY identity: I, in order for me to trust that something is getting done, or is getting done right, then I have to have my hands on it. Underlining the word TRUST in that sentence. Let's underline that word trust. Because the DIY identity is a trust paradigm or a distrust paradigm. So how in the world can I ensure that everything is a okay and is all right, and then I'm safe in the world? How do I trust that I'm being provided for? That the needle is being moved forward? Well, I did it myself! Right? I saw it firsthand. Seeing is believing, right, I had my hands in it. And that made me feel safe. Because I was able to do the thing or be involved in the doing of the thing. -Let's talk about it! Victoria: Hey everyone, it’s Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business, welcoming you back to episode 158 of the Journeypreneur Podcast. This is your source for channeled holistic stress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur. So in this podcast episode, I get to introduce you to my current coach. Holy moly, it's Jared McDonald! You can find him at JaredMcDonaldReboot.com. Jared, welcome to the podcast. Jared: Thank you, thank you, thank you. I'm so glad to be here. Victoria: It's so good to have you! So I know your work is amazing and I'm so grateful for it, and this may be the very first time that someone is getting to see you, hear about you and what you do in the world. But could you please, in your own words, share what it is exactly that you do? What are the three things that you're known for? Tell us. Jared: Yeah, so I guess in the same same breath, what we're known for and what we do is we help people reboot their metabolism so they can lose all the weight that they want. They can optimize their health, get there. And we work primarily with entrepreneurs and business owners so they can get their mental clarity, their energy. They can really get their their health and their business to match. Right. Which so many entrepreneurs don't have that. And then they can do it long term. So it's not about just losing weight and getting healthy like a short term thing. It's about doing it long term and really sustainably for people to become the best version of themselves years down the road. So that's really what we do. Victoria: I love it, I love it, it's so good. And so, that makes me curious, though, Jared, like, what inspired you to start doing this in particular? No one in kindergarten is like "I want to be like a metabolism reboot specialist" like or maybe your kids are now, but LOL. But could you tell us, like, what what happened that inspired you to really start your business and share your gifts in this way, doing permanent weight loss for entrepreneurs? Like what happened that inspired you in the first place to start doing this? Jared: Yeah, I mean, my own story happened, of course, that's always, always the case with health, I feel. My wife ended up actually getting sick and just after we got married and I ended up losing a bunch of weight because we were trying to help her and then just kind of started coaching with a nutritionalist. I was actually a business coach. I was a business coach for like doctors and practitioners and that kind of thing, and had just a nutrition gig on the side and decided a few years ago to go full time because I had gained freedom over my health and learned how to, like, eat treats and keep weight off and not gain it back. And so I said, hey, I want to empower someone to give them that freedom too, specifically business owners, because they're busy, they're stressed. They don't have a lot of time to spend in the gym or whatever, and they don't have time to not see results. And so I said we've got something that can help them. And so we decided to go full time with the health and weight loss. Victoria: So good. This is so good. So could you tell me bit, like, a little bit more, like when when your wife got sick, like, how did you really start to see things coming for you that inspired you? Like, I'm curious, like a little bit more of your origin story. You could take your time, like, break it down. Jared: Yeah. Yeah. So I'm Type 1 diabetic and have been since I was four. My dad's a doctor, just family practice medical director at a hospital. So I've always been in that world and been health conscious. But I was a terrible eater. My friends called me the Snack King. If anybody was hearing this or watching this, you know, knows me. I was the kid who is like, and the guy in college who was like, eating two or three candy bars in one sitting. So I was an addict. I went to - I ended up going to 12-step programs and all sorts of stuff. Right? So when I, we got married and I was always active playing sports, but I was overweight. I was fifty pounds overweight. I was, this was like "maybe I'm broader shouldered. I got big bones" or whatever. But I just really, I was overweight. So my wife got sick and we went on a health tour and we started working with a doctor who started like, we worked - we lived in Utah at the time. We worked with doctors in California, remotely like Massachusetts, like all sorts of places to try to help her. -Let's talk about it! Victoria: Hey everyone, it’s Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business, welcoming you back to episode 157 of the Journeypreneur Podcast. This is your source for channeled holistic stress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur. So today I have the honor and pleasure of sharing a wonderful goddess friend of mine who I've met locally here in New Jersey and through all of our networking magic that we do with women entrepreneurs. And her name is Chitra. You can find her on Instagram at @Fit_Warrior_Chitra. And I want you to connect with her because she has an amazing story and I'm so happy to get to share it with you. Welcome to the podcast goddess. Chitra: Thank you. Thank you so much for having me. I'm so excited to be here. Victoria: Oh my gosh. So we love each other. We know each other are awesome, awesome goddesses. But this may be the very first time that someone is getting to see you, to encounter what you do. So if you could please describe to us what exactly in your own words do you do and what are the three things that you're known for especially, can you tell us? Chitra: Ok, thank you so much for having me. It's such an honor to be here. I love you. I love your energy and everything about you. So it's it's a pleasure to be here. I am a weight loss and body transformation coach. And I have a Fit Warrior Method that I use to work with my clients. And it is basically a combination of fitness, nutrition and mindset. I help you learn how to move your body right. Move it efficiently so that you are not only losing weight, but you are toning and tightening as you do that, and as well as with the nutrition. It's the same thing; we try to work on your nutrition to make it effective or fat loss. And of course, my Warrior Mindset - without the mindset, we can't get anywhere. So, you know, I teach everybody how to build that warrior mindset so that they can stay on their fitness journey and crush all their goals. Victoria: So fabulous. I love it, I love it. I, look, you know, I know so many women who've been in your program and they all, once they get to talking about you, they're like Rocky! They start their fighter energy up! It so fun and so inspiring to see the impact that you leave in the world around you. Chitra: I love what I do. And it's - we all have that inner warrior inside of us that needs to be brought out. Men, too. Victoria: So that actually makes me curious, like what happened to inspire you to start your your program? You're in this warrior work that you do with people around weight loss. Like, was there some point that you had an epiphany of like, "aha, I have got to start the fit warrior life"? Could you tell us what happened? Chitra: Yeah, that's a great question. And you know, you already know this, but your viewers may not. But, six years ago I lost 80 pounds and it was an incredible transformation, not just for my body, but my entire mindset shifted. And I had always, always struggled with weight my entire life. So it was something that I had tried different diets. I would lose the weight. I would gain it back. I would lose the weight. I would gain it back. It was very frustrating. I always say I've been in that deep, dark maze of confusion where you don't know what to do, but you're trying to figure it out. And it can be very frustrating when you see the results, but they only last temporarily. And then before you know it, you've gained it all back and then some. So when I lost the weight finally in 2014, I knew there was something different about that program. And I knew that combining the fitness, the nutrition and the mindset together is what gave me that lasting change. So really that was the moment when I was like, "if I can get out of that roller coaster and go into cruise control, I need to show everybody how to do this. I have to, like, I owe it to everyone. I have to pay it forward." And that's where my coach was working with me at the time, kind of pushed me a little bit to take on this journey. And I was like, well, I never thought I'd be a fitness coach. There's no way. But then, you know, as we talked about it more and more, the vision started to become clearer and made more sense. And I'm so glad I took that leap and I got all my certifications. I'm a certified personal trainer. I have my corrective exercise specialization, and it is so fun. Victoria, I love your energy! Lol! And of course, my nutrition coaching. So I try to keep up all of my certifications because that's important to me. And every two years I have to renew them just for me to learn and keep up with what's going on in science and health, my clients. So that was really the moment. I think when I found a way out, I knew I'd show it to the others. -Let's talk about it! And so in this podcast episode, I have a badass delicious, fabulous goddess to get to share with you: my friend, Stacy. She's an influential, inFLOWential leadership mentor for visionary CEOs. You can find her at StacyRaske.com - Welcome to the podcast, goddess. Stacy: Oh, thank you so much. That was such an amazing intro. I was like, wow, I was sold right on the intro to something amazing. I'm like, I want to listen to this podcast! This is phenomenal. I know I've got to because, I've listened to some of the episodes, but I had no idea, why, there were so many. I was like, oh! I need to binge! Victoria: Oh, bring on the binge, bring it on. I mean, it's interesting. I talk to a lot of people about how I podcast - and we were actually riffing on this before I went live - how I like, I have a structure for it. And for some seasoned vets of podcasting, they're like, you do everything wrong... and I love it! Stacy: So I don't think it's wrong at all. I think it's you doing you in your amazing way, and I think it's perfect. Victoria: Yay! Thank you. Stacy: You're so welcome. Victoria: So I think you're right. And you know what? You are right, and you are amazing. You - the work that you do is fabulous. I love, honor and respect you goddess for all the transformational work you do. And I know that there's like a mutual feeling and understanding. But at the same time, this may be the very first time someone is seeing you or hearing about who you are and what you do in the world. So if you could please tell us in your own words what exactly it is, what you do, and especially what are the three things that you're known for? Stacy: Juicy stuff. Yes. Thank you, Victoria. Yeah, I'm Stacy Raske, best selling author, speaker, Iraq war veteran, badass biker chick. I even wore my Harley Davidson shirt today! And most importantly, leadership, mentor and soulful success coach for visionary founders and CEOs, helping them shatter the invisible ceiling to become the revolutionary leaders they're called to be, elevating their legacy of impact while enjoying the ride. Victoria: Oh, my God. I just I have to I have to say - thank you for your service, by the way. Keep rocking it. Stacy: But I like - you are so, you're so welcome. I know at some point I have to do one of these interviews, like on my motorcycle or get somebody, I wanted to put the rev of the engine in the intro to my podcast. So at some point we might get that added in, maybe next year, because we just want to launch now, and do the refresh and the revamped later. Well the three things that I'm known for, it's really interesting. The powerful feedback that I get the most is how vulnerability is my superpower, that my willingness to be so emotive and be willing to access, how I can go right from badass biker chick to like full on vulnerability, and with such ease and grace, everyone's like, "wow," because it allows them to give themselves permission to do the same. And it's just such a phenomenal thing and it's a superpower we all have access to when we're willing to give ourselves permission. And that is that key thing to what I call that inFLOWential leadership, which is that next level, right? I talk about Alphas. I talk about the influential alpha, which breaks out of the paradigm of the quintessential kind of the negative associations that we have with the alpha, the type A, the ballbuster, the control freak, the, you know, all of the negative things, and really elevate to the highest level of alpha, which is really being the leader that our business, our brand, our message, our mission needs us to be because we've got it - it starts with us. And if we're called to impact the world, if we're called to create a legacy, if we're called to lead a revolution in the world, we've got to be that leader and the influential alpha, which is really this, I would say. I lovingly say I hope Alpha's shift from intimidating to influential, because that's what we're doing, is being able to balance the masculine energy with the feminine energy. And that's what it's all about. -Let's talk about it! The Future of Coaching - Journeypreneur Podcast Ep. 155

Hey everyone, it’s Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business, welcoming you back to episode 155 of the Journeypreneur Podcast. This is your source for channeled holistic stress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur. So the title of this podcast episode is simple yet profound, it is this: The Future of Coaching. So, if you tuned into the podcast yesterday I had some things to say, some feels, and, you know, some criticisms around the coaching industry in my last podcast episode that was Episode 154, if you want to search for it. And that was on the dark side of coaching, but I wanted to continue our conversation today, in particular around where, as a visionary, I see the coaching industry going. And as I say this to you, I am standing in my wonderful office at home with all of the rainbows coming through, because I have my crystals in the window that, like, refract light and cause all these rainbows to, like, cascade all over the room, and I am fondling roses as I'm recording, so with that - and of course the candle burning - so you know me: I like spiritual, colorful, natural things I'm just naturally drawn to them. I can't really help it, right? I just so happened to be an energy healer, I just so happened to be a highly creative individual, so these types of things, like, things that are natural, things that lift my spirit, support my energy, I'm drawn to them. And when I am around others, they tend to be drawn out. And so I mentioned in the last podcast episode this will be the 11th year I've been receiving coaching, and I've seen this interesting kind of evolution emerging in the different group coaching programs, as well as one on one coaching packages I've experienced over this last decade, and they're showing me the future of coaching that I keep seeing. And I keep hearing it from my spirit guides as well, is that the future of coaching is spiritual. The future of coaching I feel head to toe, and I'm getting chills as I say this to you, is that the future of coaching is spiritual. More and more, there are emerging conversations around mindset. Mindfulness, self leadership, spiritual leadership, healing leaders, right, healing ourselves. Having responsible and ethical businesses. Right, giving back, pursuing our life's purpose. This is something inherent to the human experience to desire for the higher way, right, there is a certain level of growth and expansion that we can have of "Okay, I'm going to grow myself on a physical level" right, "I'm going to expand my health." And I'm going to improve myself there and you know I go for coaching and I received the transformation it's awesome; I've received improved health, awesome. Where's the next frontier? Okay, well how about my business? So I want to grow my business, right, grow my bank account, grow my impact in the world so I'm going to go for coaching for that. Received my transformation. It's awesome. Yes, made more money, got more clients, expanded the team, etc. Beautiful. What's the next frontier? Okay so I got good health, good business, well, how about my emotions? So I go for, you know, personal development or maybe therapy or, you know, coach with a psychotherapist turned life coach and all that types of stuff to work on my mindset and my emotions, etc. and improve my relationships, and have transformation. I'm finding new levels of self love more than ever before. It's absolutely amazing, the transformation. Yes! Beautiful. Where's the next frontier? Okay, I my body is doing good. My business is doing good. I'm in a good headspace. Where's the next frontier? Spirit. Like, you know what, I, I want to work on my purpose here on Earth. I want to. There's certain things that money can't buy that I'm looking to receive my next level transformation around. There's something about giving back to my community that speaks to me on a spiritual level. That is what I want to see: something speaks to me when I see other people transform and they heal, or they reconnect to their power in an infinite sense, in a spiritual sense - in one that transcends just this technique and doing this thing well or this decision and making the right decision. There's a higher purpose or a higher calling on my life and my beliefs. I've gone through so much transformation, right, that my beliefs have expanded to include that there's some sort of a conscious universe around me that is wise enough to meet me where I'm at. When I say this is my goal, that it rearranges itself for my best interest right now, and that my best interest when I'm doing that from my elevated state is actually the best interests of all those involved. That all of the universe is connected in this expansion, and I'm excited by that. The future of coaching is spiritual. -Let's talk about it! Hey everyone, it’s Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business, welcoming you back to episode 154 of the Journeypreneur Podcast. This is your source for channeled holistic stress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur. So the title of this podcast episode is simple yet profound, it is this: The Dark Side of Coaching. And right now as I hit record on this podcast to you it is 11:11 on the clock. So, this is a very auspicious time for us to talk about this subject. And as I was meditating before recording, my spirit guides kept saying over and over and over again the word "addiction addiction", "entrepreneur addiction", "addiction addiction", over and over, and let's talk about this. Because, gosh, I was just on the phone with one of my private clients, and we were discussing about the different needs that we have as creatives who have a background in like, the service industry, the holistic industry, the entertainment industries, as opposed to someone who has a background in corporate, right, and those kinds of industries, as far as their main stay before coming to entrepreneurialism. And I know for me, as someone who is highly creative, visionary, artistic, right; I am a musician and all those types of things - there is something about my addictive personality that fuels my creative genius. I have to understand that; I have to accept and come to terms with it - I'm this is a lifelong journey of understanding that my addictive personality is what fuels my creative genius. So that's another reason why for me personally, you know, my time in corporate was only a couple years. I couldn't stay for like a long period of time because it was too structured; it kind of drove me nuts. Yes, I got out of there! Right? I was working at a medical billing coding practice, and grew from $75,000 a month to over $750,000 a month in just under two years and I was like, "you know what that's enough corporate, gotta go." And I did right by them, I grew there, grew them to 10X, and then bounced. But as a creative, I have this addictive personality, you know, and I'll - let's just put this all on me, you know how we roll when it's just you and I, on these podcast episodes. But I can't just do something half way, right? I gotta - I don't know if you're listening with kids in the car, but - I can't just do it, half-assed I gotta do it whole-assed! Like if I'm going to be lazy, I'm going to be a complete waste of time, I'm going to dissolve into the ground, lazy, I am going to, like, fall asleep on the toilet type lazy, but I'm not going to do things, half, I'm going to go big or go home. Right. I have an addictive personality. When I start the bag of popcorn, right, that Trader Joe's at Olive Oil popcorn omg, right - that's a thing of the past for me, thank the goddess, but - like when I start one of those big bags you know I gotta finish it. I'm a finisher. I tend to to finish what I started. I have high follow through, but I at the same time I'm creative, I have a bunch of ideas rolling around in my head, and we've talked about this in previous podcast episodes, that I do, I have an addictive personality. I have a history of addiction, right, by the grace of personal powerful decisions as well as the grace of spirit I released alcohol. Release drugs. Right. And also released, and now I'm in the process of releasing stress eating, right, and addictions to food. But that doesn't mean that my addictive personality stops there, it jumps over to workaholism, right, like adding more adding more to my plate, right: our task-a-holism. Right. And I am saying this, and we've discussed this many times in the podcast, but I want us to talk, especially to shine light on that. -Let's talk about it! And so this podcast episode, I have an incredible goddess to get to introduce you to. She's going to share her story and she's such a light and the love. It's Natalia Edelmann from NataliaEdelmann.com. She is a fabulous life and business strategist and certified wellness coach for women entrepreneurs. Right? Those go getter goddess's - she's their support system. She's a number one best selling author and founder of the Wellness for Wealth Academy. Welcome! Welcome to the podcast, Goddess. Natalia: Thank you so much, Sensei Victoria, I'm so excited to be here. Victoria: Oh, my gosh! So I know you are awesome. You know I'm awesome. We got that. We got that. And so here's the thing. This may be the very first time that someone might be encountering you, seeing you or hearing you speak. And I would love for you in your own words to share with us. Could you what exactly do you do, but especially what are the three things that you're known for in your business? Natalia: I can definitely do this for you all. And I'm I'm really excited because I would say the three things that I am best known for are my positive candor. So my positive attitude, straight talk, my vision and strategy. So the idea is that I help you create and bring to life from your purpose the strategies that we put behind it to take your passion to profits and create that home-based online business that you will soon be able to travel live that laptop lifestyle with. And, of course, wellness because wellness is at the heart of everything we do, wellness is a state of being, it's an active process of making choices towards a happier, healthier and more fulfilling life. And we don't realize the power that we have, the choices that we have. And I'm here to help you take those and make the, like, be courageous, make those choices so that you can make the choice to take a chance and forever change your life. Now, I came from wealth management. I was in wealth management for 11 years, and I took an MBA and a CPA throughout that. So I just love being able to help people crystallize their vision and really create a simple strategy to help them get to their destination without the overwhelm, without the stress, and then helping you reach that peak state of being, so that everything around you, you know, all areas of your life just fall into place. And so you are this unstoppable being, this unstoppable power of nature, who's ready to make an impact in this world and just all take the world by storm! Victoria:  I just get goosebumps just talking about it. It's amazing. I love it! Oh, my goodness. This is such a joy. And what I love, as you're describing that, is I could see that sister that you're supporting just blossoming. Blossoming. I just get goosebumps, as you were describing her to like, going from "Well, I could" or like "I don't" or "I'm not exactly sure where to go" to being like "I'm here and I'm in my calling." Right? And "I'm wealthy and I'm joyful and I'm well" - right? And being that force of nature. That force for good. Gorgeous. Natalia: Yes. Thank you. Victoria: And so that makes me curious, though. So you mentioned a little bit of, like, your former careers and study. And so how did you get here? Like, what happened? What's the story behind your epiphany of, "you know what, I'm going to be a life and business strategist; I'm going to be like a certified wellness coach"? What happened to inspire you to be on this path, on your journey? Natalia: Well, I'll tell you, Sensei Victoria, that I, much like a lot of women that I meet, I didn't always know what I wanted to do. Like, I used to hate having that question asked to me. So where do you want to be in the next five to ten years? -Let's talk about it!Feel like you’ve got a Money Block stopping or slowing your business growth? Need help clearing that block, so that you can get your next-level abundance breakthrough?  Take the assessment at http://www.victoriawhitfield.com/quiz to find out, and apply for a Breakthrough Call with me!

Victoria: Hey everyone, it’s Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business, welcoming you back to episode 152 of the Journeypreneur Podcast. This is your source for channeled holistic stress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur. So, in this podcast episode, you're in for a special treat, because I have here Jessica Silvershein of YourAssistantIsHere.com, and she is my and many other people's amazing, fabulous virtual executive assistant. Jessica, you have saved my booty, and I want to thank you for coming on the podcast. Welcome! Jessica: Thank you. Thank you. So excited to be here. Victoria: Yeah! And so, I know you're awesome and you know my business on the inside. So, you're very aware of what's going on over here. But here's the thing. This may be the very first time that someone might be hearing about you or seeing you and what you do. And so, if you could, in your own words, tell us what it is you do exactly and especially what are the three things that you're known for? Jessica: So, I run my own virtual assistant business called Your Assistant Is Here and I work with busy entrepreneurs to help them get their time back so they can focus more on building their business and building their revenues, or simply getting their free time back so they can focus on themselves. Because as entrepreneurs, we're not only the CEO, CFO, our own accountant, our social media manager, we do everything, and especially right now the working moms who are working and doing virtual education as well for their children. So, I'm here to help them learn how to delegate and really prioritize what is most important to them in their business and what are the things that they can actually delegate so they can get their free time back and focus elsewhere, because nobody wants to be working until 11, 12 o'clock at night. We all have better things to do. And the three things that I love to work on and that I'm known for are my follow up systems. So, we live in this amazing virtual world now where you can go to multiple networking events in a week and meet hundreds of new people, but you may not have the time to follow up with all of them. So Your Assistant Is Here takes care of that for you. And what we do is we follow up with everybody that you are meeting at these virtual networking events so you're able to make connections with them. So, it's not only building your business, but it's also building your referral network. You never know where your next client or referral is going to come from. And these virtual networking events are so important to get your name out there, to have a brand presence. And then most of all, see how you can work with other entrepreneurs as well. And we work on a multitude of platforms for that from LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. My personal favorite is LinkedIn. I think there's so many opportunities there for entrepreneurs to connect and engage with one another. And it's such an amazing platform for you to really showcase who you are as a professional and really to brag about all your accomplishments or your client's accomplishments as well. I'm also all about organization and optimization. So, we organize everything for our clients from their inboxes to their Google Drive and really make it something that they're able to use on a day to day basis. Often, I see clients where their inbox has over a thousand emails, there's no folders, there's no labels. So, we go in and we create an organization system. So, all of their emails from their account in our one place, all their expenses are in one place, and then each client has their own folder as well. That way you're always able to find things and you're not budgeting in your inbox. Where's this email from Sensei Victoria that I can't find? We fix that problem. We'll also go into clients’ google drive and fix those because often times it's just a jumble of files and again, they can't find anything. So, we really optimized for them. So instead of spending five minutes looking for an Excel spreadsheet, we already know where the Excel spreadsheet is because it's in a folder, have a place, it's all about finding a home for everything. And then one other thing I love to work on with my clients is getting exposure for their business through organic PR. And I work with a few different media outlets where we're getting our clients featured on web publications like BuzzFeed, and so it just gives a lot of accreditation to these small businesses when they get featured and often times also brings in new clients and referrals for them as well. Victoria: This is so fabulous, like you are here to save the day, and I love it, I love it, I love it! I love the love hearing all of the fabulous things that you do, because I know that firsthand. And it's definitely given me so much more a sense of ease, like, being a member of a women's organization, and we're meeting on Zoom all the time. All the time. And to be able to have you have you on my team so I could pass the ball to say, hey, can you follow up with all these lovely people? And I can go off and do the other stuff that, like my energy is spent on not just going out there and sending messages. You're fabulous. Just so wonderful. -Let's talk about it! Confident Energy No Matter What - Interview with Gracieuse Charles - Journeypreneur Podcast Ep. 151

Victoria: Hey everyone, it’s Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business, welcoming you back to episode 151 of the Journeypreneur Podcast. This is your source for channeled holistic stress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur. And so in this podcast episode, I have a longtime friend and goddess. Oh my goodness. And she's been clearing and energizing my energy. I get to introduce her to you all today. Her name is Gracieuse Charles. She's an incredible coach, a powerful energy healer, and she's going to be sharing more about her story. Goddess, it's an honor to have you welcome to the show. Gracieuse: It's an honor to be here, Victoria. Victoria: Oh, so good. So good to see you. And so you and I both love each other. You and I both know that each one of us is absolutely fabulous. And this may be the very first time that somebody is getting introduced to you or getting to meet you. So if you could tell us in your own words what it is you do, but especially what are the three things that you're known for. Could you tell us, Goddess? Gracieuse: Oh, my gosh, yes, well, the first thing that I'm known for is my energy. When I walk into a room, if you're facing this way, you'll turn around because you can feel me. This has been since I was young. I didn't understand what it was, my energy showing up in a room. And the second one is the love that I have so much love to give, I just, it just pours out of me all the time. You can hear it from my voice, hear it from my words. And lastly, people just love my smile. That would be it. Great. I'm simple. I like to keep this simple. It just brings me joy of, you know, from the simplicity of things. So, yes, my energy, my love and my smile. Yeah, so what I do, actually, is I love people, I really do. And I want to see everyone, I want to have everyone doing the best they can when they can as much as they can. So the energy comes into play, the love comes into play and the smile comes into play. So I think it's a great combination to help those who are in my vicinity and my surroundings who are in need of it. I am a Mindset Reset Coach, I help you to reset your mind and to just be live and just enjoy. It’s that' simple. Victoria: So gorgeous and I can attest, Gracieuse, like your energy is so warm and so full, it's so soulful. No, palpable. Oh my God. And so that makes me curious. What inspired you to get on this path to helping others with their mindset and their energy? Like, was there something that happened that gave you the epiphany of “Aha. I'm like, I'm here to love, I'm here to help more people. And just to give more abundantly.” Is there a story around that could you tell us? Gracieuse: Well, it kind of morphed into this individual that I have right now. It was a process since the beginning. I mean, I, I understood and realized that I was different, different in a sense that, you know, whatever I touch and I'm not boasting or anything like that, I'm just yeah. It's like anything I touch, it just blossoms, you know, and it just, like when I was... I have three boys and yes, now they're three young men, but I have had three of them, and it's like. I was very much into natural medicine and I was very much into organic stuff and omega 3s and like even my pediatrician for the kids, she kept asking me every once in a while, like, “am I seeing another pediatrician because I don't see your kids?” I said, “well, darling, my kids don't get sick. Thank you very much. Ok, they'll come to you for shots, but that's about it, you know.” So I prefer to heal from the inside because your body was created to heal itself. So when I became a coach, I was more like a life coach, helping people to set things straight, help them out with whatever situation they had going on. And then when my kids graduated college, everyone was asking me, like, “how did you do it?” Because, like, my oldest, that is, he got his doctorate at 24 as a physical therapist. Yes. My second one went to Carnegie Mellon on a full ride, went back to Carnegie for his masters, went to Oxford for a second Masters and is now in medical school at Pitt. Right. And the third one graduated from the University of New Hampshire on his graduation, he bought me a car. Yes. And he worked for Anderson Tax as soon as he graduated. So the kids were doing really well. So my friends wanted to know, “hey, what are you instilling in these children? What are you feeding them,” etc., etc.. So the coaching kind of evolved to helping college juniors to kind of, like, by the time they get to their senior year, they have a job lined up and this and that, and this and that. And then when they come out, they're like, “yes!” You know? Yeah. And from there, I'm like, wait. Everything is in the mind, your thoughts create your reality. So for me, my thought was always that. I'm going to give my kids all the love, all the nurturing, everything that they need to be that successful individual that they need to be in their future. So when you're talking in terms of becoming things, when you're saying it and it's becoming a reality, when what you think is aligned with what you say and what you feel it has no choice but to come through. -Let's talk about it! Asking for Help - Journeypreneur Podcast Ep. 150

Hey everyone, it’s Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business, welcoming you back to episode 150 of the Journeypreneur Podcast. This is your source for channeled holistic stress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur. So the title of this podcast episode is simple yet profound, it is this: Asking for Help. Asking for help. Let's do it. Okay, so this is a podcast episode that is dedicated to all of the people that I know and love, who are just like me, who don't ask. There's no way that we're gonna be asking for help. Nope! If it's gotta be done right I gotta do it by myself, right? If it is to be it's up to me! Come on now. Anything my mind can conceive and believe it can achieve - thanks, Napoleon Hill. Right? I'm a conscious creator. My thoughts are things and I control my reality. I'm not gonna ask for help! Oh my gosh. So this is also for those of you who are listening to our last Podcast Episode - Episode 149 on Stress Eating - where I shared my story about, gosh, how my weight climbed up to higher than it has ever been before in 2020, due to the positive and negative stresses that I was experiencing, and I left you with a cliffhanger. I left you with a cliffhanger of like “oh and then I got help” and then and podcast ends Haha! No. So I'm gonna pick up right where we left off. Because I know I'm obviously the only person on the planet, who has trouble asking for help. And I also know that I am a unique unicorn in the entire universe that when I do ask for help, I suck at receiving it. And so, this is, again - I hope you can smell the sarcasm filling the room - I hope it serves you to hear about, you know, my maladies and I hope you're laughing at me from far away wherever you're listening in the world - sending you so much love! No matter what I am here to open my heart, so that you can feel inspired and safe to do the same. So with that, asking for help. So in the first part, and I explained this in the last podcast episode, what got me to asking for help was hitting a rock bottom point in my experience so hard that I could admit, “I don't know what I'm doing.” Now, you have to understand, like, if you look at all of my, like, you know, IQ tests, Myers Briggs, Kolbe, StrengthsFinder, even my astrology, my human design, if you look at all of the reports on how Victoria is built, even if you look at my, my Rocket Fuel Visionary-Integrator tests, how Victoria Sensei Victoria Whitfield is wired is to be highly visionary, and highly integrative. It's, I remember, especially when I took that assessment from the Rocket Fuel book, the Visionary and the Integrator tests. I took them, and I was pissed because I got the same results 74 and 75 on both tests. I'm like “are you kidding me!?” So I'm wired to not only have like quickstart energy but also to get it done. What the heck, right? Also, gosh, I could be considered a bit of a personal growth and development junkie. And because I do, as we shared in the last podcast episode, I have a bit of an addictive personality, I know whenever they're like in the group coaching progress for entrepreneurs, they're like, “who here's high on the QuickStart” and then most of the room raises their hands, and then uh for me on quickstart I'm a six out of 10 so I'm not high, I'm like a 4664 if y'all know Kolbe, then there's, like, “Who here isn’t” it's like, you know, like, six and under or mid range stuff like that or low, and then me and like a couple, like maybe one or two, maybe five people out of the group will raise their hands out of like a couple hundred people. And so, it's, this is, this is a blessing and a curse, a blessing and a curse. Because, okay, if you go to VictoriaWhitfield.com and you're like “oh, Victoria, I like your website, who did it?” I'll say, “I did.” And this is something that I'm smiling, and so pissed off about, like, “oh, Victoria love your email template, who did that?” “I did.” “Oh, Victoria. I like how you do your social media on Instagram, who set that up for you? Who did you study with?” ...no I figured that out, like, no. So, I am the queen of do it yourself. I know HTML and I can read CSS and some JavaScript and stuff like that. So, and when I'm talking to my marketing team that I've paid tens of thousands of dollars now to do the thing I'm like - and they know me now - so I'm like, “Alright. Are y'all gonna do that, or do you want me to do it?” And they're like, “No, Victoria you paid us to do it” and I'm like “well I don't know, I could just --" and on my end I have to kind of smack myself. Stop. Stop! Take your hands off the keyboard. Victoria, get out of Canva. Stop it! Stop. You don’t need to do the graphic design. Sure, I have a designer, but I'm not supposed to be doing that, right, because mine versus the professional’s design? There's a whole ‘nother flavor to it. -Let's talk about it! Stress Eating - Journeypreneur Podcast Ep. 149

Hey everyone, it’s Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business, welcoming you back to episode 149 of the Journeypreneur Podcast. This is your source for channeled holistic stress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur. So the title of this podcast episode is Stress Eating. Stress eating. And this I especially want to talk, to share some stories of my own around stress eating not just because things are like difficult or bad but it's also because things are growing - it's like growing your business and your belly. And not because you're pregnant, unfortunately! Abundance is abundance is abundance. You know, when I woke up this morning my spirit guides really put it on my heart to share a little bit more around stress eating. And so, I don't know if this episode is for you but I'm gonna keep following guidance and make sure that I share exactly as I've been told to, right, because I believe in running a Spirit-led business. My spirit guides, my intuition, are the CEO, and basically the CVO, of my company and the more that I follow their guidance, the more effective I become. So with that being said right now it's winter after COVID, and well not after COVID -  it's the winter. You know, January-ish later into the winter, and  COVID has been all year, 2020 and what happened for me personally when COVID first hit, is that I was surrounded by a lot of people who had a lot of things changing, right? And maybe this was the case for you, like, you can't go where you were expecting to go, can't do what you plan to do, sales that you're expecting are not coming through in the way that they typically do - like, there's so much shift and change. And I'm also surrounded by a lot of people who want to live lives that are post-transformation, right? So post-transformational lives, what does that mean? That means they transform something about their themselves or their health. So, maybe they've embraced sobriety, or maybe they've embraced, you know, going vegan or gluten free or maybe they've embraced giving up alcohol or, you know, drugs, something like that or maybe they've embraced self-respect and personal boundaries, all those types of things. It's the post-personal-growth-and-development type of person - or not even not to say that “post” means it's over and you're never gonna change again - but you've been through some stuff. Right? My people have been through several programs before me. Before maybe they did Landmark or Tony Robbins or a did all different kinds of stuff to transform their businesses as well or their branding their self images. And so we live a lot more conscious life post transformational program. So I'm surrounded by people who have a higher level of stress due to change, but also who try to control their stress response, and all of life is a mirror. So, I'm included in this. Why am I surrounded by all these types of people? Well I happen to be one of them. I always joke with my clients that not only am I a client but I am also the president of the Hair Club for Men as well. Yeah. So, with that, okay, right there with you, trying to manage my personal energy in response to so much change trying to and live consciously and be mindful and make sure that I am continuing to show up in a way that displays and conveys the fact that I create my reality and I am in control, although I have had experiences of victimization in the past. I desire, right, as someone who is post personal development or post transformational experience, I desire to show up as someone who says, “Wait a minute, I can get myself back above the 50% line,” “I am in control” and what matters most is how I feel and I can control how I feel. I can think with intention and all these types of, you know, positive forms of self control enthusiasm, or, you know, we could say it's being a control freak but I appreciate my mentor Fabienne would talk about being a control enthusiast. So with that being said, Okay, COVID everything upside down, everything's changing. There are a lot more stressed people around me and well, what do? I provide holistic stress management. I provide, like, a safe place for entrepreneurs to process the emotional rollercoaster of abundant business ownership. Okay, so suddenly things in my business - I was actually just earlier today texting with my bookkeeper and she like gave me numbers to show this fact that suddenly, what I'm doing, has become way more relevant. I mean it's always been relevant: there's always stress with owning a business, especially a purpose-driven business, right? You have a special flavor of stress. -Let's talk about it! Conscious Branding - Interview with Alan Wallner - Journeypreneur Podcast Ep. 148

Victoria: Hey everyone, it’s Sensei Victoria Whitfield here, your journey partner in business, welcoming you back to episode 148 of the Journeypreneur Podcast. This is your source for channeled holistic stress management techniques, guidance, inspiration and motivation to stay on your path to rapid financial ascension and massive impact as a conscious entrepreneur. And in this podcast episode, I have the honor and pleasure.  Oh my goodness. The deep pleasure of introducing a beautiful soul that I've gotten the joy of journeying with, well, more intensely these last few months. I've known him for years. Welcome to the podcast, Allan Wallner. Hello. Hello, brother. Alan: Hey, thank you. That was a great, great introduction. Yeah. I had to wipe the sweat off my brow - I was worried! Victoria: Sweat? That's OK. I mean, I'm in a caftan. No one can see how sweaty I get it. Lol! I love it. This is so good everyone. You can find Allan at ConsciousBranding.com and Allan, you and I both know we're awesome. I know you're awesome, you know I am too, and that's easy. Alan: We’re remarkable. Victoria: Yes! We're remarkable. Absolutely. And I want to ground that, though, because this may be the very first time that someone is getting to hear about you or see you or get to know who you are and what you do in the world. So if you could, in your own words, please describe what it is that you do, but especially what are the three things that you're known for? Alan: Sure. Sure. Well, our company name is Conscious Branding, so we work with businesses that are experiencing an identity crisis and would like to have a clear understanding of who they are as a company, and kind of how to talk about it and have a strong presence that attracts more of their best clients. And I guess what kind of separates us from other branding consultants is our heart-centered approach, which leads us to kind of discover the life force of a company. We call it the brand life force. And by creating these brands from the inside out, I guess our clients have a more profound, energetic connection with their brand and their business. And that manifests itself then in every aspect of their business, because that's what branding is all about. It's how you make people feel. So, yeah, and kind of I guess our top three things that we're known for is that conscious branding process that I've developed. We take a look at brand characteristics, then we go into detail on that so that we can build the brand from the inside out, from your purpose and from your passion, and why you do what you do. And then kind of our next thing that we do is we, of course, you know, we deliver exceptional creative media, we do naming, logos, websites, and we actually implement the brand as well. And if a company has clients, or sorry, employees, then we have kind of a way to kind of build that internally as well. We have a bit of a culture program, if you will. And basically, that's kind of what we're known for, is our ability to do that brand strategy - helps set that brand foundation and then work with our clients to implement that. And helping our clients be remarkable and serve that greater purpose. Victoria: Oh, that's so fabulous... I'm. Oh, my gosh, I celebrate that not only do you do the external branding, but also the internal branding, like that cultural world that's so juicy. Alan: Yeah, that's real critical because oftentimes people think of their brand as their logo. So, the physicalities of their business. But in reality, it's it boils down to how you make people feel. It's the perception they have of you as a result of the experiences you create for them. So in order to have a really strong brand, you have to have clarity around how you want to make people feel and how emotions have energy around them. So we really get into defining what that is so that, you know, not only can I create that energy or raise myself to that level of energy in myself and my business when I'm working outwardly, but I can express and convey and communicate with my team kind of what that energy is and how to be and how to act and how we want to make other people feel so we can all do that together. And that's really the big difference and to just be conscious on a daily basis with what we're doing, and it just requires a whole different way of thinking. It's not a traditional way of going about branding. Yes, there's a lot of emotion and creating and things like that. But you have to really bring it from the heart. I mean, I don't even like doing copywriting for clients if I'm not energetically at a higher level because that copy retains that energy, or the work retains that energy. So I want to make sure I'm in a good place when I'm working on work as well, because I have energy things with it, so I want to you know, that's what people don't understand, is that that brand life force is really important. -...Let's talk about it!-Feel like you’ve got a Money Block stopping or slowing your business growth? Need help clearing that block, so that you can get your next-level abundance breakthrough?  Take the assessment at http://www.victoriawhitfield.com/quiz to find out, and apply for a Breakthrough Call with me!
