Over the years, I've learned how to “do” Christmas. There were times when I was a busy mom and tried to do too much. I had to learn the hard way how to not lose my mind. I've also been in more relaxed seasons where Christmas looked different and I had to learn how to navigate that. Now, it feels like I'm back in the season I was in 30 years ago, raising two of my grandkids and having to learn this stuff all over again. Through all of these different seasons, though, I've learned how to combat holiday stress. I've learned that that is the key to truly captivating Christmas. Today, I want to share with you all how to do that. Some of the holiday stress is money-based. Some of it is time-based. Some of it is even family-based. Whatever your biggest pain point is this Christmas, tune in to learn how to overcome it and experience the beauty of this season as fully as possible. In this episode, you will hear: How to know if the holidays are bringing you stress. Creative ways to minimize the stress around gift-giving. Why you should write a detailed list with everything Christmas-related. How to maintain your healthy habits during the Christmas season. Why you should build whitespace into your calendar.
