I talk about some misconceptions that could keep you from feeling confident and reaching your high-profile visibility. I share three primary reasons why some people want to make a quantum shift into high profile visibility. [06:20 - 12:09] The Reasons to Quantum Shift into High Profile Visibility  The first reason is that they are ready for more money and finally not afraid to acknowledge that. Freedom that comes with financial abundance. Have the capacity to get beautiful things whenever you desire I encourage you to bring Beauty into your life in whatever way you can  Bringing beauty into your life can instantly shift your frequency and put you into a position to shift easily. Have the freedom to travel and move around at any time you decide. Having more money allows you to shift in certain decisions. I talk about the idea and concept of wealth and worth. So many times, we have a wealth block that has to do with feelings of worthiness around having it. [12:10 - 19:30] Making More Impact and Getting Your Time Back The second reason is that they want to have more impact. If you want to raise your profile, you need to make a large, aligned shift in a very brief period of time. The questions to ask yourself if you want to transition into a different position. Do you want a different position in the same company? Do you want to stay in the same company? Do you want to be the boss there and land in the C suite?  Do you want to have the same position in a different company? I talk about transitioning as a COO Becoming a COO at someone else's company I talk about moving to a different company and transitioning to a different position.  The third reason is that they want their time back. Owning more of your time than anyone else does You have to come up with a solution that would allow you to build wealth and legacy in a way that lets you own more of your time. Whatever your reason is to become more high profile than you currently are, make the shift now. Have you ever felt off and combative about the same thing, over and over again in your life? In this mini-episode, I will be talking about turning the dissonance in our lives into success. Let's dive into this episode and learn more about how to turn frustration and combativeness into something that propels you forward. [00:01 - 02:14] Opening Segment I talk about the topic of this week's mini-episode. Being in Dissonance  Think about a recent example in your life where you were combative about something. You will find a really strong dissonance in it. Dissonance means there are two distinct things that are disharmonious with each other in your life. [02:15 - 07:56] Turning Dissonance to Success  I share one example of dissonance that has happened in my life lately. I am in a situation where I am feeling very combative with time. These areas of dissonance could create rage, make me go inward, or lash out. An area where you feel combative is probably a really strong area where you have dissonance.  It could be multiple things at the same time, and it could shift too. When you feel like you are combative, two things could happen; Use it to make money and success. Stifle your money and success I share a story of how I turned my anger and frustration into a success inducing time, where I ended up making sales. Dissonance can be a big asset for you as long as you can recognize what is happening. If you continuously feel off about the same thing, you need to make the most significant shift in your life. How to see the connection and handle the dissonance  Notice how the dissonance is creating combat, and note how you are showing up in that combativeness. You can transmute and turn your dissonance into something that propels you forward. Willing to move forward while you are still in it Anger, frustration, or combativeness is not the end of the world, but it could also create success for you. Isolation Feeling isolated is a barrier to visibility and success.  Get an intentional feel and circle of support. Gender inequality  Gender inequality and also harassment, are barriers.  [10:22 - 18:39] The Glass Ceiling, Cliff, and Escalator The glass ceiling. A barrier that is keeping women from reaching the highest position that they deserve. Visibility in entering a new year and a season  The new year does not merely mean the new calendar year, but it could be any date that has importance and significance to you.  A new year is a chance for you to be visible in a way that resonates with you. [05:00 - 13:49] What is Visibility and Why is it important What is visibility? Being seen, acknowledged, and recognized for who you are and what it is that you do. Visibility is the distance that one can see. How far in the distance, can you see the vision of who you want to be, your legacy, and your financial circumstances? Visibility, in essence, is who you are and who you desire to be seen as. Why is visibility important? Visibility allows you to see what value you are bringing to their life. When you are visible, you help people bring their vision for themselves to fruition. It is essential to have a purpose for your visibility and what that means for you. When you focus on your intentional visibility, you'll always be able to make sure you are honoring your gifts and your true message. Make sure that you are assessing what felt good and resonant to you. Give yourself some grace but do not bring the same issues into the next season. Being a visible leader A leader is an action of what you are leading people into. [13:50 - 32:39] The Visibility of 2021 for Women Leaders A ton of self-care. Helps yourself to recover, heal, and restore. Center your life around your faith and belief. It is important to have that inner home when the world just got too chaotic. Networking and partnership. Having intentional, influential, and profitable visibility requires you to have a good network and partnership. You not being in the shadows anymore. It is the time to step into the light. Use your voice in all areas of your life. Take a chance on your wildest dreams for your business. Not being afraid to demand high pay for the value you bring and for your time. Not being afraid to make higher-level connections. Seek out the highest level opportunity that you would otherwise pass up. Protect your space and your energy. Set and implement boundaries for your energy and time. Not being afraid to splurge. Invest in yourself and operate as the powerful being that you are. Rid yourself of others' expectations of yourself. Do not allow yourself to be owned by others' expectations. Step up and create rooms to share your expertise. Step all the way into your leadership. [32:40 - 36:56] Closing Segment I share my biggest take away from this topic. Have you ever been in a position where you have to segment and diminish some parts of your brilliance or value as a whole woman? In this mini-episode, I will be talking about one of my main focuses: being the whole woman, why, and how it is important for me.  Let's dive into this episode and learn more about finding your voice and confidence to speak up and go for that high visibility position. [00:01 - 05:29] Opening Segment Happy New Year 2021!  I am so glad that we made it to this point, and I wish you a year of absolute sexiness, abundance, divine prosperous, profitable leadership. I talk about the topic of this week's mini-episode. What I focus on and why is it important to me. If you have comments, questions, or would like to schedule a consultation with me to help you find your voice and develop your leadership expertise, you can send an email to support@keishashields.com. [05:30 - 08:39] Being A Whole Woman  The reason why I focus on the whole woman? I saw so many other women, and even myself, went through experiences when we could only be who we had to be in the role and not bring more of our whole selves. Many women have to push themselves aside to be heard in their workplace or in their roles.  I share my experience when I worked in the building industry and I had to push my femininity aside. It is important for me to help women feel comfortable finding their voice and confidence to speak up and go for the high visibility positions. You do not have to compromise your values and brilliance in ways that do not feel good to you. What you are experiencing in your personal life has a direct correlation and implication to how you feel and move forward in the marketplace. When we can dig into our emotions, we can deal with the actual subconscious that is sometimes is preventing us from moving into a more high-profile lane in our lives. I talk about some reasons that might cause some people to be silenced Fear, trauma, phobia, insecurities  Maybe you know when you finally speak up, you will shift the perspective of so many people, but somewhere along the way you lost the confidence to push the button and do it Your story and your experiences are your legacy, it will help other people whether you know it or not There are so many experiences in our lives that make up the story of who we are [08:30 - 12:20] Going Deeper Into your Story I talk about the difference with working with me. Don't be afraid to share who you are We recognize our trauma but also use them as stepping stones to get moving A lot of women are neglecting themselves because they are only focused on building legacy from their achievements.  You might be the best at what you do, but you are also the best at being who you are. It is time to make the shift and you do not have to do it by yourself. Reach out to me or other sisters that you trust.
