Today, I share another interesting Story Form, using the metaphor of a carnival fun house, to help people heal from difficult, disorienting, and destabilizing experiences. Many of us have suffered in the past from experiences that made us question our reality and lose our sense of direction or orientation in life. We can become ungrounded, imbalanced, and anxious. We may lose self-awareness and forget self-care.Before you try this podcast, think of a situation where this Story Form might help you to heal from a chaotic and disorienting experience in your life. Then, apply this technique and see if you find it helpful. After this Story Form, the patient who experienced the energy healing session said that she was able to go so deeply into the experience that she was not able to remember the latter parts of the story, although she came back to a fully alert and conscious state when the session ended. She felt that it was powerfully helpful and allowed her to feel grounded and peaceful.Story Form integrates the use of visualization, symbolism, and metaphor to craft a story where the listener is the living protagonist in the unfolding plot.It starts with the metaphorical state of being that captures the essence of a traumatic experience or problem and transforms it through Life Energy to an alternative, healed, and positive outcome. This technique takes us into a deep, relaxed, trance-like state where we are able to communicate at all levels of being to transform and heal from energies and subconscious patterns, which keep us stuck in fear and uncertainty. One of my patients' favorite Infinite Intention Techniques is an advanced approach called “Story Form.” It is even more powerful than EET!However, for a clinician, it takes a lot of skill, creativity, intuition, and insight to use this technique to help a patient.Today's podcast uses Story Form to support and heal those who have experienced chronic and repetitive traumas, health problems, or challenges that have undermined their self-confidence in being self-sufficient.This podcast records a spontaneously created Story Form session, a meditative technique that uses imagery and story, for a patient, Emily, who had experienced chronic health problems that caused her to be dependent on her family despite her deep desire to be self-sufficient.Story Form brings the use of visualization, symbolism, and metaphor to craft a story where the listener is the living protagonist in the unfolding plot.It starts with the metaphorical state of being resulting from chronic challenges in life. As the story evolves, Life Energy is integrated to transform the imagery, symbolism, metaphors, and plot of the story to create an alternative, healed, and positive outcome. This technique takes us into a deep, relaxed, trance-like state where we are able to communicate at all levels of being to transform and heal from energies and subconscious patterns, which keep us stuck in fear and uncertainty.Today's story takes us to a new place where we can live a self-sufficient and independent life as we create what we deeply desire to accomplish and experience. After this session, Emily felt more comfortable with being self-sufficient and empowered to reduce the frequency of her sessions. That's the appropriate outcome from a powerful intervention! Enjoy!

Holistic practitioners believe in healing the mind, body, and soul. However, it's rare to find clear examples of an association between spirituality, religiosity, and physical well-being. Tina's (pseudonym) healing journey clearly illustrates these relationships.Despite decades of disappointment in her struggle to find the "right" medications, Tina, who had been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, didn't need a long list of supplements to restore her health quickly and effectively. What helped her instead? Her powerful transformative process largely depended on a safer and more compassionate relationship with God and her religious community.Come and learn more about the mysterious, invisible forces within us that often get ignored and dismissed as we rush to heal the physical body. This podcast will turn our assumptions and approaches to healing upside down and inside out!Enjoy! Have a joyful week!Support the showShow your appreciation by supporting the show! What is mindful masculinity? Scott Grace's new book, Mindful Masculinity, made me wonder. Does masculinity or femininity exist, or are they artificial social constructs?Through songs, Dr. Seuss-like poetry, and profound and practical insights, Scott explores typical stereotypes of masculinity, often embraced by men to their detriment, and how to shift false bravado to new ways of living authentic lives filled with healthy emotional connections and relationships. We discuss the nature of masculinity and his insightful chapters on ego, emotional repression, and feelings of inadequacy that fuel the need for a false masculine façade. Enjoy!Want a quick preview? Beyond the Carousel of Medications and Mainstream Narratives isn't just about one person's healing journey, it's about a new integrative approach to treating "mental illness" beyond the standard of care that uses psychopharmacological interventions.Jupiter Leone spent 23 years on a psychiatric carousel of medications fordepression, anxiety, and ADHD. In addition, she experienced countlesspsychotherapy sessions to heal her low self-esteem, fears, and emotional highsand lows. When she began her holistic healing journey working with Dr. Lee,she was taking a benzodiazepine, a mood stabilizer, a stimulant, ketamine, marijuana, and psilocybin. In a few months, she was able to come off her medications, feelingphysically and mentally stronger than she had ever felt, and more stable andcalm than she envisioned possible. Therapeutic issues that previously resistedpsychotherapeutic interventions quickly resolved through energy healingtechniques. In this podcast, Jupiter shares her wonderful healing progress overjust a few months of treatment.Jupiter belongs to that group of treatment-resistant patients who quickly and easily responds to nutritional support and energy healing techniques. She is very sensitive and intuitive, and she shares her ability to sense energy during our interesting discussion. Both of us are excited to share her healing journey, which was unexpectedly easier than we initially thought possible. How to Achieve Abundant Finances and Fulfilling RelationshipsCreating abundance may be easier than you think when we use energy healing techniques to help us bring abundance into our lives. This recording was created for my patients and now it's freely available to you as well. I think we all need a little more abundance in our lives, don't you?The root of scarcity comes from feeling that we are “not enough.” Healing this belief is at the root of transforming patterns in our lives that lead us back to not having enough. To enjoy abundance, our beliefs need to change; we need to feel deeply that we are more than enough. I hope that as you enjoy this podcast that you will be able to create and be aligned with the power of abundance within you.I hope you'll find this energy healing approach helpful!Click here to listen to all of The Holistic Psychiatrist Podcast episodes If you like this podcast, please give it a 5-star rating and share this with others! In this EET Healing Series, I share an EET template to help with hypersensitivity reactions to nutrients such as vitamins and minerals. I also include other innate, natural molecules that sometimes end up with hypersensitivity reactions. When the immune system becomes hypersensitized to nutrients, we can experience intense, chronic inflammation and oxidative stress that can be disabling and resistent to conventional treatment. What causes hypersensitivity to nutrients? What positive shifts can happen when we use energy medicine approaches toreinform the immune system?Join me to find out!Click here to listen to all of The Holistic Psychiatrist Podcast episodes If you like this podcast, please give it a 5-star rating and share this with others! Have you ever been triggered by an experience or even a bit of stimuli associated with some past trauma(s) such that your past traumatic suffering adds to your suffering in the present? Who hasn't, right?Everyone's mind is made to associate the current experience with past related experiences. But what if those past experiences are so debilitating and overwhelming that it crushes our ability to respond rationally in the present? In this session, I share the use of Infinite Intention Technique Story Form to help us heal from being triggered by past traumas. Story Form is the most difficult level of Infinite Intention Technique to do because it involves so much creativity and imagination. But it is also one of the most powerful energy techniques I know.Today's technique focuses on transforming past trauma(s) into a growth promoting, nurturing experience. Using story, symbolism, imagination, visualization, intention, and Life Energy, we try to connect the conscious and subconscious minds to transform through Life Energy. One patient shared this about her experience using IIT Story Form:"During the IIT Story Form visualizing the spinning, sucking holes that represented past traumas, I felt waves of energy flowing from the top of my head going down through my limbs. I also felt intense dizziness towards the end of the visualization. It lasted for a couple of hours afterwards, and progressively got better over that time. Afterward, I noticed a lot of purging that lasted for over a week. I was having normal bowel movements about 2-3 times per day without any changes to my diet, which was highly unusual for me. It was not painful or uncomfortable. I used this visualization to help me heal from intense anxiety about what others thought of me, past adolescent suffering, and feeling misunderstood. Over the next week, new ideas that continued to support my healing process presented themselves seemingly out of the blue. I also had a few experiences where I felt seen and understood by people important to me and was able to distance myself from worrying about what others thought of me.” Heidi (name changed for anonymity)Another patient reported:"At the beginning of the Infinite Intention Technique Story Form, Dr. Lee led me through a visualization that transformed sink holes into fruiting and flowering trees. This symbolized being sucked into sinkholes of past traumas transforming into experiences that I could draw upon to nurture myself and share with others. Deep into it, I cried because it was so beautiful to watch the sinkholes of my traumas transform into fruit trees. After the energy work I felt tired but in a good way. That night, I woke up around 3 am, felt thirsty, and drank two full glasses of water. I woke up the next morning feelinClick here to listen to all of The Holistic Psychiatrist Podcast episodes If you like this podcast, please give it a 5-star rating and share this with others! Today's recording walks you through the Empower Energy Technique (EET) to help you address the habit of bossing yourself around to get tasks done. It was an EET template used during one of my sessions with a patient that I think many people would benefit from healing within themselves. Many struggle with attention, focus, and organization long before being diagnosed with a mental health problem. That's because these functions are often the most sensitive to stress and show up long before depression, bipolar disorder, or psychosis appears.Performance suffers when underlying causes of mental illness cripples executive functions. In response to disappointing academic or work performance, people often develop a habit of whipping or berating themselves to accomplish tasks. This process often starts early in life during school and continues for the rest of one's life. Of course, this inner, negative dialogue makes life and work even more unpleasant and onerous. Self-esteem dwindles and self-hatred becomes the norm. If you find yourself caught in this habit, this EET technique walks you through a healing template to restore your ability to accomplish tasks with self-compassion, joy, and excitement rather than fear and self-doubt. I hope you'll find the session helpful!Click here to listen to all of The Holistic Psychiatrist Podcast episodes If you like this podcast, please give it a 5-star rating and share this with others! Today's podcast provides a meditation directed toward healing problems with dysfunctional biorhythms and periodicity. What is periodicity? It means the quality, state, or fact of being regularly recurrent or having periods. It is an innate aspect of energy which carries a rhythmic quality that we detect in all vibrations. We can find periodicity and rhythm in almost every aspect of biological function: respiration, heart rate, heart rate variability, circadian rhythm, menstrual cycle, blood sugar regulation, and mood regulation. One universal function that starts to deteriorate with the loss of health is biological periodicity. The importance of regulatory function is found in the amount of information devoted to it in our DNA: "Humans actually seem to have as few as 19,000 such genes— a mere 1–2% of the genome. The key to our complexity lies in how these genes are regulated by the remaining 99% of our DNA, known as the genome's 'dark matter.' " (1) The timing and regulation of genes and enzymatic functions have an informational aspect that may be supported through energy medicine techniques. I have used this approach in the past and have found the approach surprisingly effective. Enjoy!Reference: 1. (Chi, K. The dark side of the human genome. Episode 3 of The Empower Energy Technique (EET) Healing Series: Healing from Dependency on Psychiatric MedicationsI am excited to start The Empower Energy Technique (EET) Healing Series which share the EETs that I've done over the years with my patients that have been particularly useful for my patients and can be universally helpful for others. To start this series, I've created three different YouTube videos and podcasts. The first is a brief introduction to EET and will walk you through an EET session that addresses negative self-judgment and regret. This third episode of the EET Healing Series targets healing from dependency on psychiatric medications. Of course, I recommend working with a holistic and integrative psychiatrist on this issue, but not everyone can afford a holistic psychiatrist, so this EET is meant to provide some energy-healing support to those who want to get off their psychiatric medications but can't afford holistic medical treatment and follow-up. The EET focuses on improving the neurological system and minimizing damage and hypersensitivities that come from psychiatric medication exposure. Using universal principles of energy medicine: intention, visualization, Life Energy, words, ideas, and focus, we use the mind as a tool to facilitate healing at the energy level. There will be more EETs to come, so please subscribe to my YouTube and podcast channels for EET Healing Techniques that will be posted soon!Have a great week!Click here to listen to all of The Holistic Psychiatrist Podcast episodes If you like this podcast, please give it a 5-star rating and share this with others! If you've read the ground-breaking book by Lindsay C. Gibson called "Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents," then you know what this EET will be targeting. Emotionally immature parents are self-centered and lack empathy. They use their children for their own unfulfilled needs. The adult children of emotionally immature parents feel unseen and unlovable despite their efforts to be all that they can be to "earn" love from their parents. Session 2 of the EET series uses Life Energy to heal from the consequences of these early childhood traumas.I hope that you will benefit from this particular application of EET. Through my energy medicine training, I have learned to use energy testing techniques to assess patients' function. From my testing results, I have come to believe that many of my patients have difficulty with detoxification beyond the typical issues with methylation due to single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs).They also struggle with inadequate metabolic pathways involving glutathione and/or metallothionein. Glutathione helps with the detoxification of chemicals such as medications and metallothionein helps with the detoxification of heavy metals.Imagine how difficult it would be not to be able to detoxify these toxins at the necessary rates. Over time, these toxins accumulate and overwhelm the ability of the body to handle normal, daily amounts of toxins.Typically as toxins increase, anxiety symptoms increase as well. However, it's difficult to remove toxins using supplements without increasing negative side effects such as experiencing even more anxiety. Because of this, I turned to energy medicine for additional help. This podcast records a session where I am using energy medicine to try to strengthen the glutathione and metallothionein systems and to help the patient, Cindy, recover from being injected with Abilify, an antipsychotic medication.Almost all psychiatric medications are xenobiotics, foreign substances, that require detoxification to clear them properly from the body. Unfortunately, not all patients have what it takes to do so properly. This podcast records Cindy's energy healing process to benefit others. Cindy was happy to have the opportunity to share how the energy healing felt and also her experience after being injected with Abilify.I hope that you will be able to share this podcast with those who experience anxiety, because they may also have underlying problems with detoxification. I hope this recording will benefit those who might be open to a free source of healing energy.Click here to listen to all of The Holistic Psychiatrist Podcast episodes If you like this podcast, please give it a 5-star rating and share this with others! Building well-being from the thought up may be a novel idea, but as a holistic clinician, I've found the approach very versatile and helpful--not just in terms of psychotherapeutic benefits but as a way to support the physical healing process. This podcast provides a tool to help those whose endocannabinoid system (ECS) had been undermined by repeated exposure to marijuana or CBD/THC compounds. None of these products provide bioidentical cannabinoids and may undermine the body's production of innate endocannabinoids and initiate the immune system's hypersensitivity (inflammatory reaction) to exogenous cannabinoids and the ECS.If the ECS is damaged, people may experience paranoia, delusions, and insomnia. If the person then stops using marijuana or CBD/THC abruptly, withdrawals may also lead to paranoia, delusions, and insomnia as well. This situation often ends with a prescription for an antipsychotic medication to resolve marijuana-induced psychosis. To assist those who become psychotic from exposure to marijuana, I've had success using energy medicine techniques, which use thoughts to connect to an idealized source of energy and direct them through intentions and words to facilitate specific healing processes. As the ECS recovers, the antipsychotic medication can be gradually and safely lowered (with nutritional supplement support). This recording directs your thoughts and intentions for the specific purpose of healing the ECS. I am using it to help my patients in my practice to lower their antipsychotic medications that were a necessary treatment for marijuana-induced/withdrawal psychosis. I hope you'll find it helpful or share it with someone you hope might benefit from it.Register for FullScript online dispensary granting you access to professional supplements here. Energy medicine can be applied to a wide variety of problems. However, instead of using a pill or machine, energy medicine uses focus, thoughts, intentions, words, and imagery to resolve difficult problems. Its healing potential is supported by true beliefs, receptivity, and gratitude. In this podcast, I share a short recording of an energy-healing session aimed at resolving cigarette addiction. You may focus on other addictive substances you wish to resolve as the recording progresses. During the clinical session, the patient reported a lot of tearing, yawning, and some chest discomfort which may accompany the energy-healing process. I also yawned and teared up during energy work which are signs to me that shifts are happening during the energy work. To my patients and me, these subtle signs suggest that the intentions are shifting biology as well as energy. If you notice some physical reactions to the recording, don't worry, it may be a sign that your intentions and thoughts are helping you shift things at the energy level. Since everything is made of energy, these healing thoughts will have a ripple effect on your mental, emotional, physical, social, and spiritual life.Warning: be careful and attentive to evolving biochemical changes from your intentions/energy work. It may cause you to become more sensitive to the addictive substances and their negative side effects. These negative side effects can result in significant harm to you if they include decreased respiratory function, increased excitability, or blocking of essential biochemical functions. On the other hand, you may notice an easier process of coming off these addictive substances.Give it a try! I hope that you'll find this meditation tool helpful.Click here to listen to all of The Holistic Psychiatrist Podcast episodesIf you like this podcast, please give it a 5-star rating and share this with others! Interview with Author Russell Kramer on his podcast, Visitors at the Temple.Russell Kramer, the new author of Hocus Focus: Coming of Age With ADD and Its Medicines, interviews me on his podcast, Visitors at the Temple, about my experiences with using Zoloft and withdrawal from it. I had the honor of writing the forward for his insightful and courageous book. In this podcast, we share intimate details about how the use of psychiatric medication influenced and changed us. Also, we reflect on life's unexpected turns and discuss our creative aspirations.Generally, I don't like to open up and share intimate details about my experiences and perspectives. I was taught to be extremely private as part of my psychiatric training. But in this podcast, through Russell Kramer's questions and a cordial, relaxed setting, I reveal some of the toughest moments in my life. Times that I joke about as "my year-long near-death experience--without the light at the end of the tunnel." Times when my life disintegrated and needed reintegration for me to survive. Times that profoundly altered the trajectory and focus of my life--for my good.Click here to listen to all of The Holistic Psychiatrist Podcast episodesPlease empower and strengthen holistic psychiatric approaches by sharing these podcasts with others! Since my presentation of Empower Energy Technique (EET) on June 4, 2023 during the ACEP conference, I've been curious about how well EET has been working out for them.I've heard from several skilled energy medicine practitioners who began applying EET in their practices. One of them who emailed me about his use of EET is Mark Bottinick, LCSW, who has been using energy medicine techniques since the 1990s and was the first person who taught me Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).He's been using EET with great success and came on my podcast to talk about some of his positive experiences with EET. We also explore EET's limitations and how to use it most productively.Find out more when you listen to this podcast!Have a great week!Contact information for Mark Bottinick, LCSW-C:Location: Silver Spring, MarylandWebsite: Getbeyondtalk.comEmail: Mark@Getbeyondtalk.comPhone: 301-775-4503Click here to listen to all of The Holistic Psychiatrist Podcast episodesPlease empower and strengthen holistic psychiatric approaches by sharing these podcasts with others! Sometimes psychiatrists reach for psychiatric medications to treat people who are socially different and struggling with their place in the world. When in kindergarten, Kiki tested at the college level. However, she was pressured to socialize and not skip any grades. She also struggled with Autism spectrum disorder and identified as being queer. Growing up in a conservative Christian community made it even more difficult for her to fit in.Between 1996 to 2009, Kiki was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and prescribed 49 different medications, sometimes taking nine at a time. She was able to wean off these medications before her holistic treatment with Dr. Lee in 2020.Over the past three years, Kiki has worked with Dr. Lee on two separate occasions to continue her healing process. Kiki shares her challenges with belonging in the world and creating her way in life. How did she heal along the way and where is she headed? Why this is important: Isn't it about time to have an understanding of Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) beyond prescribing stimulants? The current psychiatric treatment for ADD is to go from a diagnosis to prescribing medication, often starting in elementary school. These stimulants work on the same neurotransmitters as cocaine and cause long-term dependency. Dr. Alice W. Lee shares her holistic perspective to ADD/ADHD that informs a practical treatment approach to successfully resolve underlying causes and debilitating symptoms.Click here to listen to all of The Holistic Psychiatrist Podcast episodesPlease empower and strengthen holistic psychiatric approaches by sharing these podcasts with others! Why this is important: Holistic psychiatrists think differently. Most holistic and integrative psychiatrists evolved from traditional training programs that taught clinicians how to approach mental illness medically. In order to become holistic practitioners, three key shifts in mindset must occur. These changes may take years to fully evolve in order to transform a traditional psychiatrist into a holistic and integrative psychiatrist. What are the three major differences between a traditional vs. a holistic psychiatrist's way of thinking? In holistic psychiatry, treatment for mental illness often leads to the resolution of symptoms, gradual tapering of medications, and eventual freedom from treatment.Integrating three fields of medicine: psychiatry, functional medicine, and energy medicine, a holistic psychiatrist begins by listening differently to patients' histories. The goal of a thorough psychiatric history is to detect underlying causes, not just to check off a list of symptoms for a diagnosis. Treatment aims to clear and resolve these underlying stressors with healing tools found in functional and energy medicine. Jack Rome and Dr. Lee discuss important ways that a holistic psychiatrist interprets, analyzes, and understands psychiatric history to provide comprehensive, whole-person healing. For more about Dr. Lee, please visit:Website: www.holisticpsychiatrist.com and click on the "Holistic Updates Sign up" for weekly stories and insights.YouTube: The Holistic PsychiatristTo schedule consultations or appointments, call her office at 240-437-7600To learn more about Jack and his work, visit his website: jackintheway.netThe content provided by this podcast is for informational purposes only and has not been approved by the U.S. FDA. I was totally surprised and delighted by a recent conversation I had with Jack Rome and wanted to share his comments with you on this podcast. As a music producer, rap musician, editor, and IT specialist, Jack wears many interesting hats. Our conversation centered around how much he had changed since he started working with me in 2018. I had no idea that just being myself can have such a profound influence on another, especially since he is not a patient but someone who helps me publish my writing. Recently, I read an article on the impact that small acts of kindness have on others.Jack and I explore the circular loop of healing and growth that comes through any positive relationship. Can someone heal from over 20 years of mental illness and successfully come off five psychiatric medications? Emily did! One year ago, Emily began working with Alice W. Lee, MD to help her in the middle of a poorly managed antipsychotic withdrawal. For much of Emily's life, she experienced problems with debilitating depression, anxiety, fatigue, brain fog, ADD, endometriosis/pain, and nicotine addiction. More than anything, she desperately wanted to be well and to get off her psychiatric medications. Today, she shares her wonderful healing journey. In addition to coming off her medications, she was able to greatly reduce her use of NSAIDS and completely stop her dependency on nicotine and coffee. This is a positive, uplifting discussion of how Emily healed along the way and where she is now. At the end of this episode, each shares the most important insights gained from her year-long recovery.Click here to listen to all of The Holistic Psychiatrist Podcast episodesIf you enjoyed what you heard, please share these podcasts with others! "Easier said than done," is a common saying that we can all relate to. When it comes to walking the holistic path for a holistic psychiatrist, the treatment/healing process is intimately connected to the developmental stage of the psychiatrist. Today's recording discusses how the evolution and healing of self for a holistic psychiatrist informs and directs treatment decisions. Jack Rome and Alice W. Jack Rome and I have a lively discussion about various possible life scenarios and the responses I would have to them. In particular, we talk about what if I had to practice as a conventional psychiatrist rather than a holistic psychiatrist. Given what I know now, would I do it? Life presents us with all sorts of choices that make us stop and think about our values and identity. Wholehearted living often means making difficult decisions with courage and faith. Why it's important: I've often referred patients to acupuncturists to support their healing process because I believe it compliments the functional and energy healing work I do at my holistic psychiatry practice. But, I think it's important for all of us to hear from an acupuncturist about why acupuncture can be such an important aspect of healing mental health. Also, how can we tell if the treatment is helping or working? In what ways can we ask for help from an acupuncturist in order to get the right kind of help?Since moving to Lehi, Utah, I have been practicing what I preach by using acupuncture and seeing if it helps. In this podcast, you'll learn from Heather Wisely, whom I met in my search for a great acupuncturist. She will take this opportunity to answer key questions that I'm sure many patients have about the use of acupuncture in the treatment of mental health conditions. Why It's Important: Jack Rome and I are back in this podcast to provide a spontaneous, free-flowing discussion on how intentions can be used to help support our lives in every way. We explore the differences between making intentional choices and the kind of intentional work that helps us manifest our dreams or get unstuck in difficult situations. We talk about the importance of using the Empower Energy Technique regularly and how to leverage this tool to overcome daily obstacles. Going forward, our conversations will be part of a series called "Under the Holistic Psychiatrist's Hat" that will introduce you to many interesting tales and topics included in my upcoming book. Why It's Important: If a patient fails to improve on traditional medications for hypertension or premenstrual symptoms, an integrative and holistic approach may provide a surprisingly effective alternative for resolving these issues. Shacara took Amlodipine for her hypertension, but she wanted me to apply a holistic approach to heal her "whole person." Together, we created a treatment approach tailored to her needs that helped her normalize her blood pressure, get off her medication, and powerfully lower her gynecological symptoms. In this podcast, we share the diet, supplements, herbals, glandulars, and energy medicine she used to create a vibrant, happy, peaceful, medication-free life. For those who want to have the template for the Empower Energy Technique (EET) for clearing daily stress responses, here it is:EET for clearing daily stressors that cause a fight or flight response:I now choose to be one with Life Energy as a wave is one with the ocean and be empowered to ___. 1. Heal, release, and clear any hyperactive, harmful fight or flight reactions (sympathetic nervous system) triggered by ____.2. Strengthen a state of safety, confidence, and peace despite my experience(s) with ____.I completely and gratefully accept healing energy at all levels of being and through space and time from Life Energy to create and achieve this healing process. I embrace the positive shifts that occur as I heal, and release the beliefs, emotions, habits, fears, pain, traumas, and other blockages that prevent me from receiving all the energy I need to heal and empower my life, at all levels of being, now and through space and time. For more about Dr. Lee, please visit:Website: www.holisticpsychiatrist.com and click on the "Holistic Updates Sign up" for more stories and insights.YouTube: The Holistic PsychiatristTo schedule consultations or appointments, call 240-437-7600The content provided by this podcast is for informational purposes only and has not been approved by the U.S. FDA. Based on my energy testing methods, many of my patients suffer from hypersensitivity to their own neurotransmitter systems and other substances that increase inflammation and oxidative stress. These problems interfere with their ability to reach a state of well-being and are hard to eliminate using functional/nutritional interventions. In addition, many individuals suffer from chronic, overactive sympathetic nervous systems (fight or flight response) that create high levels of anxiety, helplessness, and avoidance. Today's episode offers a powerful energy medicine tool, "The Infinite Intention Technique," to lessen the negative impact of these stressors and to help people heal beyond the limitations of functional/orthomolecular interventions. For more about Dr. Lee, please visit:Website: www.holisticpsychiatrist.comYouTube: The Holistic PsychiatristClick on the Holistic Updates Sign up for weekly stories and insights: Holistic UpdatesTo schedule consultations or appointments, call her office at 240-437-7600The content provided by this podcast is for informational purposes only and has not been approved by the U.S. FDA. Today's podcast explores a hidden cause behind many failed medication withdrawals. Usually, we will see signs of this secret underlying cause in patients who react badly to taking medications yet find it hard to lower them without experiencing intense "withdrawal" symptoms. When patients stop taking their medications, they may feel good for a few days, but then their mental health worsens. What is this mysterious underlying cause? Listen as Jack and I discuss the nature of the problem, how it was discovered, and how to treat it. By observing empirical outcomes, facing difficulties, and finding solutions, she came to understand critical information that helped her patients withdraw from their psychiatric medications with greater safety and ease.
