Many were feeling whiplash from the headlines about Tylenol, pregnancy, and health, so Episode 64 was born. Then, questions flooded in, prompting this follow-up episode of the Nutritional Therapy and Wellness Podcast, which covers the most common questions listeners asked. What is the folate receptor autoantibody test (FRAT) and what does it screen for?” Prenatal picks: “Why do some parents look for prenatals with folate instead of folic acid?” Food-first options to support wellness: Plus sneaky ways to add organ meats to meals! Pregnancy comfort without Tylenol: “What are gentle ways to handle headaches, nausea, and body aches? Fever guidance for moms & kids: “When is comfort care enough, and what are simple hydration/electrolyte strategies that actually help?” Dyes & behavior: “Why do some families try an artificial-dye-free week (think Red 40, Yellow 5/6) and what swaps make it easy?” Building your support team: “How do I find practitioners aligned with a foundations-first approach and navigate conflicting advice with confidence?” Why you'll love it Empowering, not scary: Zero doom. Just clear next steps you can try tonight. Bio-individuality first: We honor that every mom, every baby, every child is different. The government just announced a warning label will be added to Tylenol that use during pregnancy may be associated with an increased risk of Autism and ADHD in children.. In this episode, we talk about:—How the makers of Tylenol admitted in their own internal documents that there is a strong correlation between Tylenol and Autism. —Why Tylenol's interference with the Liver's capability of making Glutathione is the mechanism behind Tylenol contributing to neurological issues. And how a rash on babies after giving them Tylenol after vaccination can be a signal that something has gone wrong with the Liver.—The reason Dr. Prather says that Tylenol causes damage to the Kidneys, Liver, and Gut every time you take it. And the long list of potential harm that Tylenol can cause, including: Liver damage, Kidney damage, G.I. bleeding, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Heart failure, Heart attacks, Hypertension, Undescended testicles, Asthma, and an increased chance of Cancers like Leukemia. —The benefits of Fever to the body and why Dr. Prather says there is "a tremendous amount of really good things that happen with a Fever." And why the approach to just suppress a Fever leads to more problems and worse results.—How Fever is an indication of a Neurology issue and can actually reveal a lot of helpful diagnostic information. And how Chiropractic is the way to deal with Neurological situations, including Fevers.—The chances of seizures from a Fever are not decreased by Tylenol, but Structure-Function Care can help the body avoid seizures by keeping the body in Homeostasis. And how Tylenol is not only dangerous, but research shows it also has very little effectiveness for pain. —The Spleen-21 Acupuncture point that Dr. Prather's staff immediately request treatment on when they start to feel sick. And the "really excellent" Elderberry and Vitamin C syrup that is very easy for children to take when they are ill.—Why Dr. Prather says that Homeopathy is "extremely effective for children" and is always safe. And how it is "the best and safest way to help a child's immune system work better".—The Diathermy treatment Dr. Prather uses in his office to bring immediate relief to crying children with ear infections and "usually clears up the ear discomfort in one session". And the gentle Galbreath maneuver Dr. Prather teaches Moms to do on their babies to promote ear drainage. —How Dr. Prather says that Autism can be reversed and how he has seen "really strong changes in Autism and ADHD". And the methods that Holistic Integration uses, such as Craniosacral Therapy, to reverse the damage from the toxicities that cause Autism.http://www.TheVoiceOfHealthRadio.com

Why I'm Changing My Fitness Routine After Hernia SurgeryClick On My Website Below To Schedule A Free 15 Min Zoom Call:www.Over40FitnessHacks.comOver 40 Fitness Hacks SKOOL Group!Get Your Whoop4.0 Here!Glutathione Patch:Episode Summary – Post-Hernia Recovery & New Fitness PlanRecovery ContextBrad Williams (Over 40 Fitness Hacks) shares his post-hernia surgery update and how the recovery process is forcing him to pause and re-evaluate his approach. While the downtime is frustrating, it's giving him space to reset his training and nutrition strategy.Protein-focused intermittent fasting: 180–200g of protein across 2 meals daily.Routine:3 full-body gym sessions (30 minutes, time under tension, circuit style).PT/rebounding on Tues & Thurs.Daily 1–2 mile walks.Planned HIIT trampoline sessions (not always done).Supplements: Glutathione patches boosted caloric expenditure and energy when used, but results declined after stopping.Routine stagnation: Same workouts/walks no longer elevate heart rate beyond Zone 2.Calorie balance: Needs ~1800–2000 calories daily to feel good, but weight loss requires dipping to ~1500, which tanks energy, hormones, and libido.Reluctant to adopt other cardio forms (boxing, yoga, pilates) despite potential benefits. Not interested in “outworking” calories with marathon-style activity like his brother's volleyball sessions.Red light therapy (Trifecta Light): Tried 12 sessions ($200 unlimited). Minimal personal results (slight arm nerve relief), but his 80-year-old mom noticed some weight loss. Brad is skeptical it's worth it for him long-term.Glutathione patches (Lifewave): Previously the best measurable boost on Whoop data, may revisit later.Testing over supplement overload: Pausing new supplement trials to focus on his own experiment with diet/training changes.Nutrition Shift:Move from 2 meals → 3 meals daily.Increase protein to 225–250g/day (all from real meat, no whey or pea protein).Lunch carries most carbs/fats, dinner focuses on salad + lean proteins (Mediterranean style: fish, chicken, crab, scallops).Maintain monthly 36–48 hour fasts for autophagy, while loosening daily fasting windows.Training Adjustments:Recommit to HIIT once per week (30s on/off on rebounder with vest, dumbbells, band, oxygen mask).Keep gym/rehab/walking structure, but recognize the need for stimulus change if progress stalls.Biohacker's Edge:Lean on protein-driven thermogenesis and added lean mass to naturally raise BMR.Hold off on glutathione patches until he proves the new plan works. If you're interested in online personal training or being a guest on my podcast, "Over 40 Fitness Hacks," you can reach me at brad@over40fitnesshacks.com or visit my website at:www.Over40FitnessHacks.comAdditionally, check out my Yelp reviews for my local business, Evolve Gym in Huntington Beach, at https://bit.ly/3GCKRzV

On Monday, Pres. Trump & RFK revealed the FDA will notify doctors that using Tylenol (acetaminophen) during pregnancy is connected to a “very increased risk of autism.” Epidemiologist Nicolas Hulscher says it's one of “the most explosive developments yet in the autism debate.” However, Hulscher also warns that in studies linking Tylenol to autism “none account for vaccination — even though vaccine-induced fevers are a primary reason Tylenol is taken. However, because Tylenol depletes glutathione — the body's primary detoxification system — it may serve as an amplifier in the pathway to developmental regression.” Experts recommend limiting Tylenol use during pregnancy unless medically necessary, as a fever can be dangerous to both the mother and the child, and the risk/reward of any treatment should be discussed with a physician. Send us a textIn this impromptu episode of The Longevity Formula, Dr. Brandon Crawford and his wife, Sarah Crawford, discuss the recent FDA warning linking acetaminophen (Tylenol) to autism and ADHD. They explain that this correlation is not new in holistic health and highlight Tylenol's mechanism of action and its well-documented side effect of glutathione depletion, a master antioxidant crucial for detoxification and protecting the brain and body from oxidative stress. The conversation expands to other controversial topics, including how Tylenol use can compound vaccine-related risks by blunting immune and inflammatory responses, and the importance of circadian biology in boosting glutathione and supporting cellular health. The episode concludes with a data-driven analysis of a large birth cohort study, examining the prevalence of chronic diseases in vaccinated versus unvaccinated populations. This episode serves as a call to action for parents and providers to question the status quo, conduct due diligence, and prioritize a holistic, root-cause approach to health.Key TakeawaysThe Tylenol-Glutathione Connection is Not New: The link between Tylenol and neurodevelopmental issues isn't new; studies from the 90s show Tylenol depletes glutathione, a vital antioxidant for detoxification and protecting the brain.Medicine Should Not Be Dogmatic: Physicians should stay updated with current research and always weigh the risks and benefits of treatments, even for common over-the-counter medications like Tylenol.Glutathione and Vaccine Safety: Using Tylenol after a vaccine can be counterproductive, as the resulting glutathione depletion may hinder the body's intended immune response.Holistic Health Starts with Foundational Habits: The best way to support your body's health and natural glutathione production is through foundational habits like good sleep and proper sun exposure, not just with supplements.A Broader Look at Chronic Disease: A study comparing vaccinated and unvaccinated children showed significant health outcome differences, highlighting the need for a more comprehensive and open analysis of public health data.Products 528 Innovations Lasers NeuroSolution Full Spectrum CBD NeuroSolution Broad Spectrum CBD NeuroSolution StimPod STEMREGEN® Learn MoreFor more information, resources, and podcast episodes, visit https://tinyurl.com/3ppwdfpm

Josh Sigurdson reports on the news of President Donald Trump announcing that Tylenol or acetaminophen causes autism in children. While this can be proven to an extent, it leaves out the most obvious elephant in the room which countless studies have already concluded. First, yes. Tylenol can cause autism. If taken during pregnancy, it can lead to NAPQI buildup which passes the placenta easily and leads to a Glutathione deficiency. This causes brain inflammation and liver injury in a fetus as well as oxidative stress. This most certainly leads to developmental disorders. Brain inflammation during development would cause issues just like inflammation of the lungs can lead to chronic pneumonia and other infections that destroy the body. When we are dealing with the brain's development, there is no doubt there is a correlation. But is it the main cause? Absolutely not. Many of the very same adverse effects of acetaminophen are found in vaccines and when a child's vaccine schedule contains 76 doses of injections that all have this adverse effect, what conclusion does that lead you to if just Tylenol can lead to such brain inflammation? Tylenol can lead to myocardial infarction, autoimmune diseases like asthma are common as well. These are caused by inflammation largely. These issues are also incredibly well documented following vaccination. In fact, the rate is far higher. Are we just going to pat ourselves on the back and say "mystery over?" This is a blatant psyop to keep us sitting on our hands as per usual. 850 studies conclude that vaccines in the childhood schedule definitely lead to high autism risk. In 1970 to 2025 the autism rate went from 1 in 10,000 to 1 in 31. In 1986, the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act gave vaccine manufacturers liability protection. As vaccine rates went up, autism rose 1:1 with it. There were 22 studies claiming vaccines don't cause autism and this was done without any placebo testing. They were invalid. 5 large gene studies were done and nothing came out of it because there is no such thing as a genetic epidemic. Ozonoff et al. in 2018 showed an 88% increase in autism directly related to acute toxic exposure. Claiming this is just caused by Tylenol which has been out since 1955 and didn't show signs of increase autism between its release and 1970 yet the continuously increased vaccine schedule has tells us this is a cop out. Meanwhile, the controlled opposing narratives are being manufactured as Obama claims there is no evidence of autism from Tylenol while Trump claims it's the main cause. Both are wrong and both distract us from the reality. Vaccines are not a political thing. Nor is Tylenol, yet it's been manufactured to appear as though it is as pregnant women in huge numbers go out and take large amounts of Tylenol go "prove Trump wrong." One pregnant woman has caused herself fatal liver failure in her attempt to oppose Trump. She's now dealing with an emergency early delivery because she's about to die from her Tylenol overdose. And just like that, just in time, the FDA is putting out Leucoverin as a so-called "autism treatment" which leads to even more adverse effects. The House that confirmed RFK Jr is pharma funded. This is a psyop. How do people not see this? They're creating a new technocratic system of control and they need to collapse one system in order to bring in the next while everyone is busy arguing over Tylenol, distracted all the way off the cliff. When it comes to protecting your body from aging and stress, glutathione deserves the spotlight; in today's Five Minute Friday- we breakdown exactly why we love glutathione! This antioxidant is produced naturally from amino acids and acts as your internal shield against free radicals and toxins. It doesn't just fight oxidative stress—it also helps recycle other antioxidants, keeping your defense system running smoothly. Levels of glutathione drop with age, stress, and illness, which is why it's smart to support production every day. You can do this with simple changes: load up on cruciferous vegetables, add garlic and onions to your meals, get enough vitamin C and selenium, and try whey protein for its cysteine content. Even herbs like milk thistle play a role in keeping glutathione levels steady. Think of it as strengthening your body's reset button. When glutathione is optimized, your energy improves, your skin looks healthier, and your cells are better protected against damage. Making these small, consistent choices helps your body stay resilient, youthful, and strong.
Discover the transformative power of glutathione with Dr. Nayan Patel, founder of Auro Wellness, CEO of Central Drugs Compounding Pharmacy, and author of The Glutathione Revolution: Fight Disease, Slow Aging & Increase Energy. With over two decades of experience designing patient-specific medications and wellness regimens, Dr. Patel explains why this “master antioxidant” could be a game-changer for your health and longevity. In this episode, you'll learn: · The underlying connection between most chronic diseases. · How glutathione supports natural detoxification and cellular health. · Practical ways to reduce oxidative stress and enhance energy. · Where glutathione is most abundantly found in the body. Dr. Patel shares actionable tips for naturally boosting glutathione levels and maintaining a healthy, resilient body in today's fast-paced world. Tune in to learn how to harness this vital antioxidant for lasting health and vitality. Learn more about Dr. Patel and his work here! This Gene's a Real MTHFR—Here's What It's Doing to Your Body This episode unpacks the powerful effects of the MTHFR gene mutation—on your heart, liver, brain, and mood. Learn how this tiny genetic hiccup can impact energy, detox pathways, mental health, and longevity—and what to do if you've got it. 5 KEY TAKEAWAYS Heart Disease Connection – MTHFR mutations elevate homocysteine, increasing risk for arterial inflammation, stroke, and dementia. Liver Strain – MTHFR dysfunction contributes to fatty liver and reduces the body's ability to detox. Glutathione Production – The gene impacts your ability to make antioxidants like glutathione and NAC, which protect against oxidative stress. Mood & Mental Health – MTHFR affects neurotransmitter production, especially serotonin and dopamine, increasing risk of depression and ADHD. You Need Methyl Donors – Supplements like methylfolate, P-5-P, SAMe, and betaine are crucial to bypass genetic bottlenecks and restore methylation function. FEATURED PRODUCT Bliss, featuring SAMe and betaine (trimethylglycine), supports healthy methylation by donating methyl groups—essential for mood, energy, and detox. With sublingual delivery for rapid absorption, Bliss is ideal for those with MTHFR mutations needing extra support for neurotransmitter production, glutathione synthesis, and liver detox. What if one spray could upgrade your brain, protect your mitochondria, and outperform IV therapy and liposomal supplements? In this episode, you'll discover the breakthrough science behind topical glutathione delivery that uses your skin's water channels to raise intracellular glutathione levels in just 60 seconds. Learn how this powerful antioxidant works at the cellular level to reduce oxidative stress, support mitochondrial function, and drive real improvements in brain health, emotional resilience, and human performance. Watch this episode on YouTube for the full video experience: https://www.youtube.com/@DaveAspreyBPR Host Dave Asprey sits down with Nayan Patel, a world-leading pharmacist and formulator who pioneered this next-gen delivery method. With over two decades of clinical work in functional medicine, Nayan has helped reshape how we think about glutathione benefits, systemic detox, and performance optimization. His research shows that topical delivery bypasses traditional fat-based absorption, achieving higher brain uptake and faster results than IVs or capsules. You'll learn: • Why glutathione for longevity is foundational to biohacking • How it protects against cellular inflammation and improves TBI recovery issues • Why pairing glutathione with NAD+, vitamin C, or pharmaceutical nicotine creates a powerful synergy • How it preserves NAD+, supports sirtuins, and enhances ATP production • When to use glutathione as an immune booster for resilience and recovery This conversation also reveals the truth behind liposomal supplements, how your age affects glutathione absorption, and why this molecule is critical for anyone using nootropics, in ketosis, or pushing metabolic limits. This episode is essential listening for anyone into biohacking, cold therapy, functional medicine, or RFK-style medical freedom. You'll walk away with practical tools to boost nitric oxide naturally, prevent dysfunction, and optimize your biology whether you're on a carnivore diet or just looking for an edge. Dave Asprey is a four-time New York Times bestselling author, founder of Bulletproof Coffee, and the father of biohacking.
