We continue our celebration of Pride Month with Rach McBride (and guest co-host Cory Freedman!), who is a five-time Ironman 70.3 winner and the first open non-binary professional triathlete. They are crushing it in the worlds of triathlon and gravel racing, but it has not been easy as a non-binary athlete. The world of athletics encounters similar barriers to sport described in this conversation - it is great and powerful learning for anyone trying to lace up their running shoes.
