Sonreír es un gesto poderoso y universal que transmite emociones positivas, mejora el estado de ánimo y establece conexiones con otras personas. Esa "magia”, sucede en el estudio de Bom Radio Benidorm porque existe un hilo rojo qué nos une a invitados y colaboradores . Eso hace que se sientan como en casa, estén relajados y es indicador de que vamos por buen camino. ¡Sin miedo al éxito encendemos los motores y activamos el “buenrrollismo” para qué las cosas salgan bien pese al disgusto de media España por la retirada de Iniesta y Nadal!. Las cosas salen bien cuando un grupo de artistas, capitaneados por Rosa Mª Lobo, forman parte de “Benidorm Ayuda” y se preparan para celebrar un concierto benéfico el próximo jueves 17. Iván, siempre fiel a su cita con las energías del universo,como cada viernes, nos dirá qué nos deparan los astros para el fin de semana dentro del ya “archiconocido” ranking . La serotonina es la hormona de la felicidad y queremos qué vuele como polvo de estrellas brillantes, porque a parte de que nos gusta qué los planes salgan bien, nos gusta ser felices. We could have spoken for hours. In fact, after I turned off the recording system, he stayed for another 20 minutes wrapping up the previous hour. With a PhD in history, Cristian is able to add a level of depth to the conversation about wine and its history. WIne is everywhere throughout history and as a matter of academia, represents so much about history, it is hard to separate one from the other. When you consider the wine is to be a sense of time and place, a background in history would set you apart in the discussion about wine....and you will see...this idea is entirely real. How are you? So.. have you had a patient just sit there in the dental chair looking nervous and anxious and possibly in tears, and you didn't really know how to respond in a way that would ease their mind? This episode may interest you. Here, we talk about how breathwork is the foundation to good health. Cristians story of his personal journey and inner work led to discovering the beautiful magic of yoga. Through the practice of yoga, it then made an awareness of breathing that elevated his mindfulness practice to eventually beginning his own dental mission trip and breathwork accountability group with his fiance Danielle, and is positively impacting many other once stressed-out dentists. Cristian also talks about the key to happiness, which is having true presence. Having true presence on your yoga mat is one thing, but how about in the noisy and busy dental office setting? I How do you get that? By concentrating on your breath. Also in this episode, how we are basically just a bunch of emotional children just running around. How does this fit into dentistry? The strongest human desire is the desire to belong, people are confused now, fear lives in their heads, will Democracy survive if one side rejects truth, science and law? History will not be kind to Trump and the Republican party. Where are the good Cristians and the good Republicans to stand up and blow the whistle on their own team? Bernie Sanders is the most punk rock disrupter to ever enter modern politics. Tamer and I break down all of America's problems and we both pay our taxes so that we can run our mouths. Nazis are unhappy people and living a happy life while embracing knowledge, diversity and culture is the greatest revenge against them.
