Saskaņā ar sākotnējo Izraēlas un „Hamas” ugunspārtraukšanas vienošanos 1. martā bija jāsākas procesa otrajai fāzei, kurā Izraēla atvilktu savus militāros spēkus no Gazas joslas. Tomēr, februārim tuvojoties beigām, kļuva skaidrs, ka sarunas nonākušas strupceļā. Izraēla lika priekšā pirmās fāzes pagarināšanu par piecdesmit dienām, turpinot sagūstīto izraēliešu atbrīvošanu apmaiņā pret Izraēlas ieslodzījuma vietās turētajiem palestīniešiem, kam „Hamas” nepiekrita. Tiek lēsts, ka šobrīd palestīniešu  teroristu rokās vēl varētu būt 24 dzīvi izraēlieši un 35 gūstekņu mirstīgās atliekas. 4. martā arābu valstu vadītāji nāca klajā ar plānu izveidot Gazā pagaidu pārvaldes komiteju Palestīniešu pašpārvaldes virsvadībā, kam pēc dažām dienām pauda atbalstu arī Lielbritānija, Francija, Vācija un Itālija. Izraēlas valdībā risinājums neguva piekrišanu. 2. martā tika bloķēta humānās palīdzības piegāde Gazas joslai, 9. martā pārtraukta elektroenerģijas padeve, bet 18. martā Izraēla atsāka karadarbību, vēršot pret Gazas joslu aviācijas un artilērijas triecienus. Gazas pārvaldes institūcijas jau pirmajā uguns atsākšanas dienā ziņoja par simtiem bojāgājušo, kam, kā līdz šim, nav iespējams gūt neatkarīgu apstiprinājumu. Ir droši zināms, ka līdz šim Izraēlas triecienos nogalināti vairāki „Hamas” komandieri, tai skaitā faktiskais Gazas valdības galva Isams al Dāliss. Plašu starptautisku rezonansi izraisījusi uguns atklāšana pa automašīnu kolonu, kurā bija attiecīgi apzīmēti medicīniskās palīdzības, ugunsdzēsības un Apvienoto Nāciju transportlīdzekļi, nogalinot piecpadsmit palestīniešu mediķus. Tikām 25. martā Gazas joslā aizsākās iedzīvotāju protesti pret „Hamas” varu, pieprasot tās aiziešanu un kara izbeigšanu, tomēr nav šaubu, ka atbalsts joslu pārvaldošajai teroristiskajai organizācijai iedzīvotāju vidū joprojām ir augsts. Tiek atzīmēts fakts, ka 18. martā – dienā, kad Izraēla atsāka uguni, – premjerministram Netanjahu bija paredzēts liecināt tiesā viņa korupcijas lietā, bet sakarā ar drošības situāciju tiesas sēde tika atlikta. Izraēlas premjerministrs ir nepārprotams taktisks ieguvējs no karadarbības atsākšanās, un tūlītējs tās rezultāts bija radikāli cionistiskās partijas „Ebreju spēks” atjaunotais atbalsts viņa valdībai, kuru šī partija atsauca pēc ugunspārtraukšanas vienošanās noslēgšanas 19. janvārī. Taču nav skaidrs, kāds ir premjerministra Netanjahu un viņa valdības stratēģiskais redzējums par Gazas joslas nākotni. Katrā ziņā šķiet, ka tas saistās ar pilnīgu joslas okupāciju un militārās pārvaldes ieviešanu uz ilgāku laiku. Tāpat nav šaubu, ka gan Netanjahu, gan viņa radikāli nacionālistiskajiem partneriem iedvesmojoša šķiet ASV prezidenta Donalda Trampa ideja par visu palestīniešu aizvākšanu no Gazas joslas. „Brīvības dienas” apmācies rīts   Šodiena, 2. aprīlis, ir prezidenta Donalda Trampa nodēvēta par „Amerikas atbrīvošanas dienu”. Šodien jātiek izsludinātiem ievedmuitas tarifiem, kuri, kā pērnās nedēļas nogalē izteicās Baltā nama saimnieks, tikšot attiecināti uz importu no pilnīgi visām pasaules valstīm. Līdz brīdim trešdienas rītā, kad top šis teksts un Vašingtonā vēl ir pusnakts, nav skaidrs, kādas varētu būt jaunieviešamo tarifu likmes un kā tās korelēs ar jau līdz šim ieviestajām tērauda, alumīnija, automobiļu un dažu citu preču importam. Tiek gan piesaukta to valstu grupa, kuras eksportē uz Savienotajām Valstīm visvairāk, pie tam piemērojot savus ievedmuitas tarifus amerikāņu precēm, un, tātad, visdrīzāk dabūs just Trampa „atbrīvošanu” uz savas ekonomiskās ādas. Tās ir praktiski visas pasaules valstis ar nozīmīgāko ekonomikas apjomu, tai skaitā arī Eiropas Savienība kā veselums. Eiropas Komisijas prezidente Urzula fon der Leiena, vakar uzstājoties Eiroparlamentā, paziņoja, ka savienība ir jau sagatavojusi spēcīgu atbildes plānu. Konkrēti tarifi jau ir ieplānoti, atbildot uz līdz šim Vašingtonas ieviestajiem, taču to iedarbināšanu Brisele atlikusi līdz aprīļa vidum. Ja starp Savienotajām Valstīm un to tirdzniecības partneriem sāksies tarifu karš, tas draud globālajai ekonomikai ar recesiju, lai gan, kā norāda ekonomisti, pagaidām tās pazīmes vēl nav nepārprotamas. Savienoto Valstu sakarā piesauc vēl vienu, vēl potenciāli negatīvāku scenāriju – stagflāciju, respektīvi, izaugsmes apsīkumu savienojumā ar joprojām augstu dzīves dārdzību. Uz šādām perspektīvām pēdējās dienās nervozi reaģē vērtspapīru tirgi. Pirmdien akciju indeksi Japānā uzrādīja četru procentu kritumu, Dienvidkorejā – trīs procentu, apmēram procenta līdz pusotram procentam – Eiropas valstīs. Var piebilst, ka arī iepriekšējais mēnesis, pateicoties Donalda Trampa jau līdz šim ieviestajiem tarifiem, pasaules akciju tirgū bija ar 4,5% kritumu un negatīvākais kopš 2022. gada septembra. Toties eiro kurss piedzīvojis straujāko kāpumu pret ASV dolāru kopš 2022. gada novembra, ko iespaidojusi pieteiktā Eiropas Savienības aizsardzības izdevumu programma un Vācijas valsts aizņēmuma reforma. Tāpat rekordaugsta ir zelta cena, investoriem steidzoties apmainīt vērtību zaudējošos vērtspapīrus pret pārbaudīti drošu kapitāla glabāšanas līdzekli. Lepēnu diskvalificē 31. martā pirmās instances tiesa Parīzē atzina franču galēji labējās politiķes Marinas Lepēnas un divdesmit četru viņas partijas biedru vainu Eiropas Savienības līdzekļu nelikumīgā izlietošanā. Kā konstatēja izmeklēšana, no Eiroparlamenta piešķirtā finansējuma apmaksāti „Nacionālās apvienības” biedri, kuri teju nekad nav parādījušies Briselē vai Strasbūrā. Šādi divpadsmit gadu laikā „neceļos” aizgājuši apmēram četri miljoni eiro, un „Nacionālās apvienības” līdere personīgi ir atbildīga par 474 000 no šīs naudas. Spriedums ir bargs: Lepēnai piespriests četru gadu cietumsods, no kuriem divi gan piespriesti nosacīti, savukārt vēl divi – mājas arestā, un vēl aizliegums nākamos piecus gadus kandidēt uz politiskiem amatiem. Spriedums, protams, tiks pārsūdzēts, taču ir liela iespēja, ka daļā par politiskās darbības aizliegumu tas paliks spēkā un, tātad, politiķei būs liegta iespēja startēt 2027. gada Francijas prezidenta vēlēšanās. Līdz šim viņai bija visaugstākie reitingi, un kā visnotaļ reāla tika uzlūkota iespēja, ka pēc pāris gadiem Elizejas pilī saimniekos galēji labēja prezidente. Tiesa, izskan viedokļi, ka partijas popularitāti šis lēmums varot pat palielināt, un līdz ar to cerības uz uzvaru saglabājot Lepēnas protežē un domājamais funkciju pārņēmējs Žordans Bardella. Merry Christmas Gift-Away is in full effect and wow the Fishheads are amazing. We have collected over 60 rods n reels and tons of great tackle. As well, we have been blessed to have received many donations of fishing trips from area captains and from SALTT(FCA Fishing). We are joined this week by a special guest that has been instrumental in this whole idea. Darman Weaver founded Saras Shield in honor of his daughter Sara who was tragically killed while performing her job as a paramedic at a terrible crash scene. She was hit by a driver who disregarded all the emergency lights and vehicles and drove around and throught the scene. We are so excited that Darman and his family chose to partner with us to give back this Christmas and we discuss how you can get involved and help us make a difference with some kids and with first responders this Christmas Season. Another kick ass mid week reboot with The Darmon Brothers! Third generation skydivers, brothers Marcos and Franco were literally born for aviation. Through luck, both good and bad, their grandfather and father built the family airfield and operation literally from the ground up, and these two brothers took to it like ducks to water, although not as quickly as one might think. With Business and Medicine the original goals, it was conscious decision to change course and follow in their fathers foot steps, walking away from the "real" world to instead remain in the one handed down through the generations. Working hard every step of the way doing everything from manifest to packing, driving to jumping, it was not a straight line to the sky, but one that taught them almost every aspect of the sport, leading them towards the instructors, coaches and competitors that they are today, deep inside the Lunatic Fringe.

Krievijas prezidents Vladimirs Putins paziņojis, ka Krievija grasās kaimiņvalsts Baltkrievijas teritorijā izvietot taktiskos kodolieročus. Francijas galvaspilsētā Parīzē un citās pilsētās aizvadītas kārtējās protesta akcijas pret valdības apstiprināto plānu, kas paredz paaugstināt pensionēšanās vecumu no 62 uz 64 gadiem. Izraēlas premjerministrs Benjamins Netanjahu pirmdien, 27. martā, paziņoja par viņa valdības virzītās tiesu sistēmas reformas atlikšanu. Iepriekš reforma raisīja plašus protestus. Aktualitātes komentē ārpolitikas eksperts Arnis Latišenko, Latvijas Ārpolitikas institūta pētniece Sintija Broka. Sazināmies ar Birutu Zujāni Parīzē. Pagājušajā sestdienā kā pirmais no valdošās koalīcijas pārstāvjiem pret iecerēto reformas plānu izteicās aizsardzības ministrs un premjera partijas biedrs Joavs Gallants, pēc kam premjerministrs nekavējoties atlaida viņu no amata. Tobrīd Netanjahu apņēmība šķita nesatricināma, taču turpmākie notikumi piespieda viņu kaut nedaudz piekāpties. Vispirms Izraēlas lielākā arodbiedrību apvienība „Histadrut” izsludināja vispārēju streiku, kas paralizēja daudzu uzņēmumu, t.sk. lielas daļas medicīnas iestāžu un starptautiskās Ben Guriona lidostas darbību. Tajā pat laikā Izraēlas prezidents Isāks Hercogs vērsās pie premjerministra ar aicinājumu apturēt reformas virzīšanu. Šis ir visai neierasts solis Izraēlas valsts galvam, kura varas funkcijas pamatā nav saistītas ar iekšpolitiku. Premjerministra Netanjahu lēmums atlikt procesa virzību lielākoties tiek vērtēts pozitīvi, vairumam analītiķu gan norādot, ka tā ir tikai relatīva piekāpšanās nolūkā iegūt laiku. Pie tam tā likusi premjerministram slēgt nozīmīgu darījumu arī ar vienu no dzelžainākajiem reformas atbalstītājiem – nacionālās drošības ministru, radikāli labējās partijas „Ebreju spēks” līderi Itamaru Ben Gviru, pilnvarojot viņu pārraudzīt jaunas spēka struktūras – Nacionālās gvardes – izveidi. Konceptuāli par šādas struktūras nepieciešamību tiek spriests jau kopš pagājušā gada maijā notikušajām sadursmēm starp ebreju un palestīniešu izcelsmes iedzīvotājiem. Tomēr tagad izskan viedoklis, ka šis jaunais veidojums kļūšot par ministra Ben Gvira „privāto miliciju”, kuru šis radikālais nacionālists laidīšot darbā pirmām kārtām pret palestīniešiem. Krievijas kodolieroči Baltkrievijā 25. martā Krievijas vadonis Putins paziņoja, ka viņa valsts plānojusi izvietot taktiskos kodolieročus savas kaimiņvalsts un sabiedrotās Baltkrievijas teritorijā. Tas ir zīmīgs solis, jo līdz šim Krievijas kodolieroči ārpus tās teritorijas izvietoti netika. Pie tam Kremļa saimnieks steidzās uzsvērt, ka kodolieroču kontrole netiks nodota baltkrievu pusei, kas būtu klajš kodolieroču neizplatīšanas vienošanos pārkāpums. Taktiskie kodolieroči, kas paredzēti lietošanai kaujas laukā, ir salīdzinoši mazjaudīgi. To ražošana un izvietošana līdz šim nav tikusi kontrolēta starptautisko līgumu ietvaros, tāpēc nav droši zināms, cik un kādi šie ieroči ir Krievijas rīcībā, un kur tie ir izvietoti. Daudzas Krievijas ieroču sistēmas ir iespējams izmantot gan ar konvencionālo, gan ar kodolmunīciju. Cita starpā Krievijas taktiskie kodolieroči varētu būt izvietoti Kaļiņingradas apgabalā, par ko jau pagājušā gada februārī izteica aizdomas Lietuvas aizsardzības ministrs Arvīds Anašausks. Attiecīgi, šādu ieroču izvietošana Baltkrievijā maz ko mainītu kopējā militāri stratēģiskajā situācijā reģionā. Savienoto Valstu reakcija uz Putina paziņojumu bijusi visai mērena, paziņojot, ka šobrīd neesot pazīmju, ka Krievija gatavotos izmantot kodolieročus. Vakar, 28. martā, ar oficiālu paziņojumu Krievijas taktisko kodolieroču sakarā nāca klajā Baltkrievijas ārlietu ministrija. Tajā teikts, ka šis solis ir atbilde uz bezprecedenta spiedienu, kuru pret Baltkrieviju pēdējos gados vērsušas Savienotās Valstis un to sabiedrotie. Francija atkal protestē Kopš janvāra otrās puses Francijā, jo sevišķi Parīzē, nerimt protesti pret premjerministres Elizabetes Bornas valdības rosinātajiem grozījumiem valsts pensiju likumā, paaugstinot pensionēšanās vecumu no 62 līdz 64 gadiem. Arī pēc šiem grozījumiem pensionēšanās vecums Francijā būs zemāks nekā jebkurā no tās kaimiņvalstīm, kur tas ir 65 vai 67 gadi. Jaunu protestu uzbangojumu izraisīja valdības lēmums pieņemt likuma grozījumus Francijas Konstitūcijas 49. panta 3. daļas paredzētajā kārtībā, proti, bez parlamenta balsojuma. Šādu likumdošanas aktu apturēšana iespējama vienīgi, parlamentam izsakot neuzticību valdībai, bet divi neuzticības balsojumi pēdējās nedēļās nav guvuši parlamenta atbalstu. Pēdējās desmit dienās Francijas pilsētu ielās devušies simti tūkstošu protestētāju un arī rekordliels skaits policistu, jo valdība bažījas par nopietniem apdraudējumiem sabiedriskajai kārtībai. Naktīs Parīzē un citās pilsētās veidojas vardarbības perēkļi, kur ielās tiek kurti sārti, tiek aizdedzinātas automašīnas, notiek demolēšana. Streiki aptvēruši naftas pārstrādes, atkritumu izvešanas, dzelzceļa, aviotransporta un izglītības nozares. Izskan pārmetumi policijai par krīzes saasināšanu, veicot nepamatotus arestus un lietojot pārmērīgu spēku pret protestētājiem. Tas apgalvots vairāk nekā 30 juristu parakstītā vēstulē, ka s nosūtīta izdevumam „Le Monde”. Savukārt izdevuma „Le Parisien” rīcībā nonākusi Francijas izlūkdienestu sagatavos ziņojums, kurā teikts, ka policijas brutalitāte var tikai uzkurināt niknumu un pretošanās vēlmi jauniešos, kuru intereses plānotā pensiju reforma šobrīd praktiski neskar. Tikām iekšlietu ministrs Žeralds Darmanēns norādījis, ka sadursmēs ar protestētājiem traumas guvuši daudzi policisti. Buddister firar också gärna fullmånen, vilket det är inatt. Det sägs att det var fullmåne när Buddha föddes, när han blev upplyst och när han dog. I programmet följer vi en ceremoniell måltid som den dagligen ser ut. Att laga mat och att äta den är meditationsövningar på Zengården. Vi ska ta ned vår mystiska upplevelse på jorden, handskas med den konkreta verkligheten. Diska, ta hand om barn, leva i en god samklang med andra. Så säger den buddistiske läraren eller roshi Sante Poromaa . För nästan 30 år sen var han med om att anlägga detta tempel ute på landsbygden utanför det lilla samhället Finnåker. Här lever några munkar hela tiden medan ett stort antal besökare kommer för kortare och längre meditationsperioder, retreats. Hela tillvaron, vardagslivet, är en meditiationsövning när man bor här. Dagen är indelad i frukosttider, städningstider, matlagningstider, måltider och allt annat som behövs utöver den klassiska stillasittande meditationen. Det betyder att arbete görs under tystnad om man inte behöver fråga eller instruera.
