If you want to create something new there is always a big uncertainty associated with it, but it is a good thing because it actually helps you keep an open mind for the possibilities you could not even think of. So today, just let the uncertainty be a good thing and just take a moment to be grateful for the journey that you are on to create whatever exciting thing you are about to create. Epispde 213 - Hello Health Heroes! Very excited to have Dr. Greg Hammer on the show to discuss red light therapy. Just recently a good friend of mine, Matt lended his red therapy device to a 90 year old man that was hit by a car and wasn't even eating anymore which is a sign he was dying.
