Anyone ever explain something to you & you finally feel seen? They have this beautiful way of uncrumbling the paper in your head & the dots connect? That is to me is this badass, Mori Taheripour, as she beautifully & in a human first approach talks about something that for the longest time made me uncomfortable & cringe worthy, conflict & negotiations. I heard her on the Brand Builders podcast (episode linked here). I had to pull the car over, multiple times, to take notes & I thought to myself, she is my human. Mori is a negogiation expert who creates transformational change in people who are seeking a great meaning in life & work. She teaches negogiations & dispute resolution at the Wharton School at the University of PA. Above all else, she's an authentic, purpose driven, badass human. In this conversation with Mori, which is my hope this feels like you've pulled up a seat next to us at the kitchen table (you know those conversations feel like soul food). We talk about this digital world & the sacrifice that we're making by being constantly connected & we don't even realizeHow this exhaustion & frantic pace we live in negatively impacts how we show up in any & all conversationsHow to look at our life scraps & bruises & the permission slip on how to ask for help & how we've both struggled with that Connect with Mori:Instagram: @mthaeripourHer book / Bring Yourself: How to Negotiate Fearlessly Sign up for her newsletter (I'm a huge fan of the content): moritaheripour.comCheck Out Our Voices of the 21st Century / Women Transforming The World Fireside Chats: Megan-Miller.comStay Connected With our Social Tribe:Instagram: @megan.b.millerLinkedIn: meganmillerintention
