For years, I thought nutrition had to be all or nothing… you either perfectly tracked your food, followed a strict diet, or you were "failing." I spent so much time overthinking every meal, trying to find the “perfect” way to eat, only to end up feeling stressed, guilty, and frustrated.I thought true health meant rigid rules, obsessive tracking, and pushing myself to stick to the latest diet trend. But the truth? Nutrition should be about fueling your body, building strength, and creating habits that support your life, not controlling every bite.In today's episode, I'm answering your top nutrition questions: from intermittent fasting, to how to actually hit your protein goals, to healing your relationship with food in a way that feels empowering, not exhausting. If you've ever struggled with overcomplicating nutrition, feeling lost with protein targets, or rebuilding trust with your body, this episode is for you!I Also Discuss:(00:00) Nutrition Myths You Still Believe (and What Actually Works)(07:41) How Much Protein You REALLY Need (Without Going Crazy)(16:17) Healing Your Relationship With Food (Without Strict Diets)(18:07) Navigating Sobriety When Your Partner Still Drinks(24:47) Why Broads Is Different: Strength Over ScalThank You to Our Sponsors:Broads App – Get structured, progressive training and a powerhouse community to keep you strong, consistent, and unstoppable. An interesting development earlier today.Prince WIlliam pulled out of attending the memorial service this morning for his godfather King Constantine of Greece. The ceremony took place at Windsor Castle, half a mile from William and Kate's residence at Adelaide Cottage.William had been scheduled to deliver a reading during the ceremony. However, Prince Pavlos, the son of King Constantine, stepped in to fulfill the role. It is reported that William personally contacted the Greek royal family to inform them of his inability to participate.Prince William's office did not say why the change of plans, other than it's a "personal matter". They did say Kate continues to be "doing well".It's hard to not let the mind race as to what could have led William to change plans.Prior to the Tuesday change of schedule. Royal Author Rachel Hawkins took to social media on Monday and noted she did “not want to speculate about a woman's health online,” Hawkins noted that “everything that is happening with Kate M is indeed very, very weird ... unprecedented, even.”"It's been two months since anyone has seen her," "We're missing even basic acknowledgments like 'I appreciate the well-wishes' from her."It's worth noting that we've received individual statements from William using his personal emblem. Communications regarding her have always been under the joint [Prince and Princess of Wales] standard."We will release additional bonus episodes if more news on William becomes available.(END)

The ICEJ is hosting two gala dinners to celebrate Israel's 75th Anniversary in May 2023, and today we want to discuss why. When commemorating this anniversary, we are celebrating a miracle of God. Israel's birth was against all odds in 1948. Her survival throughout 75 years of war and terrorism has been astounding. However, Israel has not just survived—she is thriving and emerging as a world leader. In addition to Israel's miraculous story, millions of Christians will celebrate because they visited Israel and had the life-changing experience of their Bible come alive, and their faith ignited. For these two reasons alone, there is great cause for Christians to join the Jewish community in marking this historic occasion.
