The mission of the US Army is to fight and win our nation's wars. That, however, is not the only task we ask the Army to perform in potentially hostile environments. Missions such as military support to civil authority, humanitarian assistance missions, and disaster relief are not governed by the law of war, but by human rights law. In this context, military use of force is regulated by Rules for the Use of Force (RUF), rather than the combat-oriented Rules of Engagement (ROE). This episode describes the difference between ROE and RUF, the challenges in drafting RUF that can accomplish peacetime missions and protect our troops, while complying with applicable civilian law regarding use of force and firearms. Karmic relationships can be tough, living hell, extremely overcomplicated & unbearabley painful. Here are affirmations for peaceful, loving & respectful ending on a spiritual level. We liberate each other from illusions. We learn our respectively lessons and embody new growth fully. We are healed, under the grace of god, pure hearts and calm. We are calm and happier in our own lives. I take back any power and innocence that was given by me & lost from me. I give back all the power and innocence that I might have taken from this person back to him/her. I release myself completely from this bondage that feels like a trap. NewStore, nach Intershop und Demandware die dritte Gründung von Stephan Schambach, die sich auf mobile Lösungen für den klassischen Einzelhandel konzentrieren, bekommt 20 Millionen Dollar von Salesforce Ventures. Außerdem: der kanadische Cloud-Commerce-Anbieter Elasticpath kauft das britische Headless-Unternehmen Moltin. Interessant daran scheint vor allem, das Elasticpath sich selbst damit ein Technologie-Update verpassen kann – das Modell, den On-Premise-API-Layer Cortex als echte SaaS-Lösung auf dem Markt zu platzieren, scheint mittel- und langfristig dann doch nicht so tragfähig zu sein.
