Matthew 5 says, “Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be satisfied.” This message examines what righteousness means, why none of us can produce it on our own, and how Jesus calls us beyond the appearance of righteousness into a real pursuit of him. From spiritual poverty to repentance, the sermon points back to the cross as the place where self righteousness ends and true satisfaction begins. In a few seconds, the Holy Spirit revealed the truth of what the Lord does through His word. He wants to bring revelation, Fresh Bread, by His Spirit to His people. It is up to pastors and ministers to make certain they are hungry for the Lord and to know Him better! Knowing the Lord Jesus through the revelation He promised would come by His Holy Spirit is paramount to the Body of Christ growing in maturity. In Ephesians chapter 1, Paul prayed that the Lord would grant the Ephesian Church a spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of Christ. We must be hungry and thirsty for revelatory knowledge that is foundational in the New Covenant (Jer 31:31-34).Download the blog post here: https://joshuarevivalproject.org/2026/05/a-vision-of-jesus-feeding-his-flock-through-his-word/More prophecies and training resources are available for FREE on our website at joshuarevivalproject.org, and we won't even ask you for your email. Closing chapter 10: A new mishnah! On the ways that semichah (laying on of hands) is more stringent than the requirement of waving the animal parts, and the ways that the waving is more stringent than semichah. And a potential contradiction as to whether the laying on of hands was as limited as the mishnah makes it sound (with a very nice resolution, too). Opening chapter 11! With a new mishnah - back to the 2 loaves of Shavuot and the lechem ha-panim, and the process by which they are kneaded and baked. Including safeguards to prevent mold. Plus, a puzzling apparent mismatch between the shape of the pans and that of the loaves.

This Sunday, Dr. Heidi Baker shared a powerful word centered on John 6 and Jesus as the Bread of Life. Drawing from her life among the poor in Mozambique, Heidi reminded us that the gospel is not just something we preach—it's something we become. As she recounted encounters with extreme hunger, both physical and spiritual, she brought us back to Jesus' call to receive fresh bread daily through communion and intimacy with Him. We can't give what we haven't first received. In a world full of need, Jesus invites us not to burn out trying harder, but to abide deeper, be filled with Him, and be broken and given for others. This was more than a message—it was a commissioning to carry the heart of God to the hungry, the hurting, and the overlooked.
