In other words, a mantra is an instrument of the mind, a powerful sound or vibration that you can use to enter a deep state of meditation.Everyone can use mantras! It does not fall into one religious group or following a particular practice. It's universal and can be practiced by anyone, while people practicing Buddhism and Hinduism tend to use it more.Non-religious people should not feel pressured that mantra practicing is for religious reasons only.
