Elizabeth, Alex, and Chanse discuss the latest episode of Love Island USA Season 5 Episode 22. The Drama Unfolds and one of the most talked-about moments from Casa Amor was the arrival of Hannah, the ex of Marco. The tension was palpable as she confronted Marco about their past and expressed her feelings of rejection. Hannah revealed, "I had never been rejected before, but I was willing to put myself out there in Fiji." This revelation left viewers wondering if there were still unresolved feelings between the two. The Rob Effect: the charming and somewhat snakey Casa Amor boy, quickly became a topic of conversation among the islanders. Chanse, an ex-casa girl, admitted, "I find him attractive and am intrigued by his personality." Despite his questionable tactics, there was something intriguing about him that drew the attention of the girls. Speculation arose about whether Rob would make it back to the villa and potentially cause more drama. The Keenan and KayKay Saga: The relationship between Keenan and Kay Kay took a turn for the worse during Casa Amor. Keenan's head was turned by the arrival of Najah, and he finds himself torn between Kay Kay and Najah. Implications and Potential Impact: The drama and romance in Casa Amor have had a significant impact on the islanders and their relationships. The revelations and conflicts that have arisen during this time will undoubtedly shape the future dynamics of the villa. The unresolved feelings between Marco and Hannah, the tension between Leo and Kassy, and the impending fallout between Keenan and Kay Kay all have the potential to create lasting effects on the islanders' connections. As Casa Amor comes to an end, the islanders will face difficult decisions. Who will they choose to bring back to the villa, and will their relationships survive the challenges they have faced? The drama and romance of Casa Amor have set the stage for an exciting and unpredictable future in the Love Island villa. As viewers, we can't wait to see how the islanders navigate these obstacles and whether true love will prevail. In the next episodes, we can expect more twists, surprises, and heartwarming moments as the islanders continue their journey to find love. Happy first Friday in August! I'm so glad you're joining me today because I've said it before, I LOVE connecting with my listeners and community within Wife Teacher Mommy. I'm so excited because in today's episode, I'm doing just that. I have guest Najah Lambert on the podcast, who is a member of the Wife Teacher Mommy community and (virtually) raised her hand at being a guest on this podcast. She is a wealth of knowledge and we'll be discussing advice for new teachers and mentorship programs within a school. Najah has taught for 10 years as a Pre-K/Kinder private school teacher, but is a second-year 4th grade public school teacher. She loves teaching, but admits she could do without the stress! Najah has a vision and passion for helping new teachers and also explains how other teachers can mentor and support new teachers. Throughout our conversation, Najah is open about her experience as a new teacher. She explains that even though she's considered a veteran teacher, her experience in a new school as part of their mentorship program wasn't very positive. She attributes various factors into her conclusion, but has now created something meaningful and passionate about improving mentorship programs. As a result, Najah came up with 10 ideas that every teacher mentorship program should incorporate. Those 10 ideas are: Passionate mentors Compatible pairings Allocate time for mentor-mentee PLC Allocate time for mentor to observe mentee Allocate time for mentee to observe mentor Provide constructive and positive feedback Open communication with administration The duration of the mentorship program Celebrate successes Team building As first year teachers, or veteran teachers in a new building or district, shouldn't be left to their own accord, which is why it's important not to overlook the training aspect for them. Najah and I revolve our discussion around how to support new teachers that will leave them surviving and thriving. As the new school year begins, think about how you can be a friendly face to new teachers or ensure your new teacher mentorship program is a positive experience for your new teachers. Have you made a commitment and a personal goal to change your financial trajectory for your community that needs it the most? Najah Roberts has. As a business expert, she looks for financial vehicles that can work for her community. She sees Bitcoin as an avenue worth exploring to close the wealth gap. The evolution of money through scarcity of assets like gold has an uncanny likeness to Bitcoin as a cryptocurrency. She believes that Bitcoin is scarce, portable, instantaneous, permissionless, and borderless, leading to the most significant wealth transfer in history. Bitcoin is the new step in the evolution of money. Currently, the U.S. Dollar is not on the gold standard. Our dollars are not backed by gold but by Fiat currency which is money that is inconvertible paper money made legal tender by a government decree. Did you know that more money has been printed in the last two years than in the previous thirty years? Crypto currency's goal is to create a level playing. To do that, a mind shift change must occur in understanding cryptocurrencies exchanged on blockchain ledgers in a peer-to-peer network across the globe. Najah says it is essential now to have some Bitcoin in your portfolio. But you need to ask yourself if this investment is for Price or Purpose. Bitcoin investment will give you foundational wealth in your portfolio. It is for the long-term growth, not the short-term gain, that will see the most significant profit, Says Najah. . ”Najah Roberts is the Founder, CEO, and Chief Visionary Officer of the only African American-owned brick-and-mortar cryptocurrency exchange in the country -Crypto Blockchain Plug, located in Inglewood, CA. She has spent 10+ years counseling thousands of inner-city youth, business professionals, athletes, and families in cryptocurrency and financial education. Najah strives to live a life of relevancy and purpose through service to others and has quickly become a revered figure in online communities like Clubhouse and her daily radio show on Tavis Smiley's KBLA 1580 Talk Radio. She has now expanded her reach by Creating Crypto Kids Camp, Co-Founding The Black Wall Street Wallet alongside actor Hill Harper, and Founding The Bitcoin Banq. She also does the Annual Digital Financial Revolution Tour, where she travels from city to city, bringing Crypto Education to underserved communities across the country. A highly gifted motivational speaker, educator, philanthropist, author, and leader in her community, Najah has made it her personal goal through her social influence to change narratives, raise bars, and set standards.Let's welcome Najah Roberts to the Follow The Brand Podcast, Where we are building a 5 STAR Brand that you Can Follow!https://najahroberts.com/www.5starbdm.com

The power of mentorship is something that never fails to impress me. The relationship a mentor has with a mentee, and vice versa, rarely leaves either person less than inspired. Najah and I connected at a talk I presented in Austin a few weeks ago, and her story is remarkable. If you're in the front row of one of my talks and raising your hand with questions, I'm paying attention!
