You don't need more information.     You don't need a better strategy.     But there is something missing… and once you see it, you won't be able to unsee it.     Because the truth?     A lot of people say they want big results…but their life doesn't actually reflect it.     And it's not always obvious.     It can look like you're "doing the things"… posting, showing up, trying here and there…but still feeling stuck, inconsistent, or like momentum just won't catch.     In this episode, we're pulling back the curtain on the real difference between people who are casually building… and the ones who are actually creating something that grows.     Not in a hustle-harder, burn-yourself-out way…but in a way that brings clarity, direction, and results.     This one might hit a little…but if you're ready to get honest about what's been holding you back—and what it actually looks like to move forward—Press play.   ⸻   The Ambition Coalition Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/the.ambition.coalition/     Follow Rebekah on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/rebekahfowlkes/     Follow Melissa on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/melissaeickenhorst     Podcast Produced by clantoncreative.com

If you feel like you're doing everything "right" in your business… but no one is actually joining you — this episode is for you.   Because here's the truth most people aren't saying:   Recruiting hasn't gotten harder… you've just been taught to build in a way that doesn't work anymore.   For years, network marketers were told to focus on attraction. Post consistently, stay visible, and people will come to you.   And for a season, that worked.   But today? That approach might get you attention… but it's not building you a team.   In this episode, we break down what's actually happening underneath the surface and why so many women feel stuck when it comes to recruiting — even when they're working hard.   We talk about:   -the difference between customers and builders (and why it matters) -why posting alone won't grow your business -what it really takes to move someone from interest to decision -and how to start creating consistent, intentional conversations   If you want to stop guessing and start building with clarity, this is the episode you don't want to skip.   And if you're ready to take this further, join us inside Lead Flow Lab — where we walk you through exactly how to create conversations that convert and build real momentum in your business.   ⸻   The Ambition Coalition Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/the.ambition.coalition/     Follow Rebekah on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/rebekahfowlkes/     Follow Melissa on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/melissaeickenhorst     Podcast Produced by clantoncreative.com

Even when children receive treatment at top hospitals and participate in clinical trials, these social factors can still impact survival outcomes.Together, they unpack how social determinants of health influence treatment success, why traditional support systems may not be enough, and what researchers are doing to create health equity interventions that improve outcomes for children and families facing financial hardship. This conversation highlights the intersection of oncology and public health, offering hope for a future where every child fighting cancer has an equal chance to survive and thrive.Support the Ignite Consortium: https://igniteconsortium.org----------------------------------Connect with Dana: https://www.linkedin.com/in/danaknichols/Connect with Val: https://www.linkedin.com/in/valerie-solomon/Upcoming Ckc Events: https://cannonballkidscancer.org/category/make-an-impact/events/----------------------------------Podcast Produced by Hi Hello Labs: Website: https://www.hihellolabs.com/

We talk through white, pink, brown, and blue noise, and why some feel harsh while others put us to sleep. Then we dive into noise floors, dynamic range, gain staging, and why every piece of gear has its own signature. And why engineers sometimes add noise on purpose! At the edge, noise becomes something deeper: it limits how much information can exist in a system. One of the biggest mindset traps in network marketing isn't strategy.     It's the way success slowly gets redefined… until women who are making real progress start to feel like they're failing.     Most women start their business with a simple goal. Cover their products. Make a few hundred dollars a month. Maybe earn $1,000 to create a little breathing room.     But over time, success slowly becomes synonymous with rank.     And when that happens, women who are making real income and building something meaningful can start to feel like they're falling behind.     In this episode, Melissa and Rebekah unpack how success gets redefined in this industry, why comparison quietly steals momentum, and why understanding the long-game math of residual income changes everything.     Because success isn't just the next rank.     Success is building something month after month after month.     If you've been feeling discouraged or like you should be further along, this conversation will help you recalibrate how you measure progress and why staying in the game matters.     ⸻     Want help creating more momentum in your business?     Join Melissa for Lead Flow Lab on March 16 at 5 PM CST, where she will walk through the exact framework she uses to generate leads and create consistent conversations in your business. You already know what it takes to build.   Learn the skills. Work the system. Have the conversations. Stay consistent.   That's offense.   That's how you move the ball down the field in business.   And we will never stop teaching that — because skillset is what creates progress. There are skills for distraction. Skills for procrastination. Skills for sales. Skills for leadership. Skills for clarity.   But here's what we don't talk about enough:   You can have a strong offense… And still lose the game.   Because what quietly takes people out isn't usually lack of knowledge.   It's what's happening underneath it.   In this episode, we're talking about the defensive side of building — the internal patterns that, if left unchecked, can slowly sabotage everything your skillset is trying to create.   Fear. Discouragement.   Not dramatic quitting. Not explosive failure.   The subtle kind.   The kind that: • Sounds responsible. • Feels logical. • Looks like "pausing." • Masquerades as waiting for clarity.   We're unpacking how: • Fear freezes action even when you know what to do. • Discouragement erodes belief even when your system is solid. • High performers don't avoid these — they identify them faster. • And why you need both offense (skills) and defense (mindset awareness) to build something sustainable.   Because learning how to build is powerful.   But learning how to protect what you're building?   That's leadership.   If you've felt a shift lately… If momentum feels slower… If you know the skills but something internally feels off…   This conversation will help you name it.   And once you can name it — you can move through it.
