goGlow St. George Takeover: Becky on Spray Tans, Confidence, and Self-CareHost Samantha Parker interviews Becky, owner of goGlow in St. George, Utah, as part of the show's takeover series. Becky shares goGlow's origins as a Minnesota-based franchise, why she and her husband chose the simple, high-impact model, and how the salon focuses on an elevated, comfortable, educational experience for clients, including men. They discuss memberships (once or twice monthly), prep and aftercare, touch-up products, and how goGlow's organic, vegan solutions use DHA (from sugar beets) to brown the top layer of skin; Becky also describes the salon's filtration system and mineral sunscreen options. The conversation emphasizes confidence boosts, reduced makeup, “winter blues” relief, and reframing self-care spending as wellness, plus local details like River Crossing location, late hours, and a $40 first-glow offer.00:00 Welcome and Guest Intro00:56 goGlow Origin Story01:54 Tan in a Can Demo02:46 Why Becky Franchised03:36 Elevated Salon Experience04:06 First Time Nerves05:52 Guys and Spray Tans08:21 Memberships and Longevity09:50 How Dark to Go11:06 Confidence After a Glow12:54 Sun Sensitivity and SPF15:07 How Spray Tan Works15:27 How DHA Works15:46 Safety and Filtration16:33 Quick Prep Mitt Hack18:07 Spray and Go Lifestyle19:10 Self Care Without Guilt20:01 Routines and Rebooking21:17 Winter Blues Glow Up23:18 Opening in St George26:53 Aftercare Fixes and Products27:37 Booking Deals and Wrap UpgoGlow:Website: https://goglow.co/st-georgeInstagram:https://www.instagram.com/goglow_stgeorge?igsh=dDVxM2s5Zmhxd2U1Want to Work with The Samantha Parker for Content Management CLICK HERE Follow me on TikTok https://www.tiktok.com/@samanthaparkershow YouTube https://www.youtube.com/@thesamanthaparker Instagram https://www.instagram.com/thesamanthaparker/
This week, I went to St. Louis for a day to visit Evelyn and cooked up another job for me to do with Straight Dave. I made it back to NY in time to take Ben to a Chess tournament, which he loved. Then maybe hated? John got a spray tan that I had strong opinions on, which is saying a lot coming from a tanning lover. We spent a lot of time on Barbra's most recent Instagram post. Then, I had a mini meltdown over having to plan a Spring Break trip AND a birthday party for Lucy (note to Daryn: get a Cat Cafe on the phone, immediately). Plus, SO MUCH Bravo to talk about: The Traitors finale and reunion, Potomac reunion, the new seasons of RHONY and ATL...an embarrassment of riches! In this episode, I'm sharing my real-life “vacation ready body” routine and the things that help me feel confident heading into a trip, especially when swimsuits are involved.I'm talking about what I'm finally doing differently for myself: my GLP-1 journey (specifically tirzepatide), how it's supported my insulin sensitivity, and the mindset shift that's come with choosing a new kind of care for my body. Plus, I'm breaking down my go-to glow up staples before I travel: my favorite Sun Tan City spray tan (yes, I always do double legs), the workouts I actually stick with: HOTWORX, walking with my weighted vest, and my Peloton Tread routine.Buy Me A Coffee: https://buymeacoffee.com/kelseygravesFollow me on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/kelsey_gravesFollow me on TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@mskelseygravesJoin us in the Trip Tales Podcast Community Facebook Group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1323687329158879Mentioned in this episode:- Tiffany Balin, NP (https://www.instagram.com/tiffanybalin_np) with Salus Integrative (https://www.salusintegrative.health/)- Insulin Sensitivity and Hypoglycemia- GLP-1s: Tirzepatide and Semaglutide- Sun Tan City Spray Tan: Catalina tint, dark, double legs- HOTWORX- Weighted vest walks- Peloton Tread- Laser Hair Removal- Mel Robbins quote
Stassi and C-O-Lo kick things off with birthday shoutouts for the December Saggies and immediately get into zodiac talk—Stassi swears she's a Capricorn, Lo insists she's 100 percent Cancer. Then it's Stassi's first spray tan since Sports Illustrated: she asked zero questions, slept in it anyway, and now her hands are a few shades darker than her face. Lo's cruise-ship documentary binge somehow leads them into James Cameron manipulating Leo DiCaprio into Titanic, Stassi's disaster-movie era, their favorite easy holiday watches, and a full-blown debate about what Kris Jenner's daily routine actually looks like. Thanks for supporting our sponsors:Progressive: Well with the Name Your Price ® tool from Progressive you can be a better budgeter and potentially lower your insurance bill too! It's part 2 of our wild, unfiltered, and unexpectedly emotional episode when Carolyn Wiger returns to break down her time on The Traitors, share behind-the-scenes drama, and reflect on life, loyalty, and lips. Carolyn explains why she refused to eliminate Dorinda Medley early in the game—despite strategy and pressure—calling her a “badass bitch” and recognizing how much fans adore her. She also unleashes her honest take on Boston Rob Mariano, criticizing his overexposure and dominance, saying it made others feel like “pawns.” She calls out Bob the Drag Queen and Danielle Reyes for backstabbing her mid-game, which left her feeling betrayed and emotional. There's still no real resolution, and Carolyn opens up about how much it hurt—especially from people she expected more compassion from.

Try as they might to pretend everything we're living is normal, and everything you've seen and heard with your own eyes and ears didn't happen - Stigall unpacks the show business we watched as the Husk gave his resignation speech and the city in which he delivered it roiled with burning American flags, graffitied monuments, and vile hate toward Jews. FBI Director Christopher Ray continued to tap dance around the new and increasingly damning facts surrounding the attempted assassination of Donald Trump. Pennsylvania continues to be front and center in the political world and Dave McCormick who's running to replace Bob Casey in the US Senate has the entire country talking about his new campaign ad. Meanwhile, there's plenty of economic news to discuss that's taken a back seat to the drama and the Heritage Foundation's E.J. Antoni unpacks it for us. -For more info visit the official website: https://chrisstigall.comInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/chrisstigallshow/Twitter: https://twitter.com/ChrisStigallFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/chris.stigall/Listen on Spotify: https://tinyurl.com/StigallPodListen on Apple Podcasts: https://bit.ly/StigallShowSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Silja Paulus spent a year pounding weights in the gym, tailoring what she ate (and often massively restricting calories), and sculpting her body--all for a few short minutes posing in a bikini and high heels in front of a panel of judges. This is the life of a bikini fitness athlete, a form of bodybuilding that requires a particular form of dedication. Silja had to train her body in a variety of ways--from lifting weights and learning to walk "naturally" in 3-4 inch heels, to dealing with "brain fog," a result of extreme calorie restriction. Silja shares humorous behind-the-scenes stories too: getting spray tanned with other muscular (sometimes unclothed) bodies; 4:00am makeup calls; and why her best friend needed to shave her back. Silja also opens up about the dark side of this endeavor--women often temporarily lose their menstrual periods, and bodies can rebound and put on excess weight in the aftermath of a competition. Silja is now a health coach, and strives to compete in bikini fitness in a "healthier, more positive" way in the future. This week we embark on an insightful journey that blurs the lines between popular culture and mysticism. The conversation kicks off with a game of “This or That,” leading to debates about TV hosts, notably Jesse Palmer's recent foray into "The Bachelor." As the discussion moves deeper into the treacherous waters of cancel culture, Brittany passionately speaks out against its stifling nature, pinpointing how figures like Chris Harrison and Roseanne Barr became its high-profile casualties. The foursome further exchanges playful jabs as they share preferences for various TV shows and personalities, especially Pol and Patrik's friends from the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and Kyle Richards recent White Party! Who would the group like to see come back to the RHOC… Kelly Dodd or Vicki Gunvalson? What about Kim Zolciak? However, the real pivot of the episode is when Meghan Markle's royal saga takes center stage. With Patrik and Pol' casting doubt on her genuineness, Brittany and Isaiah underscore the challenges of racism Markle faced within the regal confines of Buckingham Palace. Just when you feel you've caught the episode's drift, Pol' unveils his unique and spellbinding gift: the ability to predict futures through the intricate patterns of Armenian coffee grounds. He showcases this talent with Brittany's cup as the canvas. As Pol' peers into the patterns, he delivers profound insights about Brittany and Isaiah's neighbors, personal relations, and even a surprising pregnancy revelation within their inner circle. Every word of Pol' strikes a chord with them and with their reactions ranging from sheer astonishment to deep emotional resonance, underscoring the depth and accuracy of Pol's mystical abilities. As the readings conclude and the atmosphere lightens, Patrik, with his signature flair, humorously declares that Brittany and Isaiah have officially been “Undressed.” This week promises you a rollercoaster of emotions, from pop culture critiques to uncanny divinations, making it a memorable rendezvous with Pol', Patrik, Snowhite90210 and their guests, mom and son duo, Brittany Perry-Russell and Isaiah Bailey-Russell.
