The majority of the whole discourse from Yahusha in Matthew 24 is literally straight from the Tanakh (Old Testament)!I constantly reiterate why it is so important that our foundation of truth and understanding should be built from the Old Testament. However, the MAIN reason is that the LORD wants to give you a message for healing, direction, protection, or enablement. And, sometimes―if not many times―the message will be for someone else. Some people may NOT be able to listen to―or discern―the voice of the Spirit. Or, they may NOT want to listen to the voice of the Spirit due to rebellion or living in sin. Therefore, the LORD may send you a message via His Spirit to relay to the other person. In my experience the message is usually given for specific knowledge in an area where help or advice is needed: in my life or in the lives of others. The principles of God are timeless and transfer … and if we are students of God's Word and have the knowledge of Proverbs we are able to navigate the problems and challenges of life. But when situations arise that are not clearly and specifically defined―as in ministry strategy or spiritual warfare or dream interpretation―then we need a “specific” word from the LORD. Many people read the Holy Bible, but they are NOT listening to the Holy Spirit. God wants us to apply His Word to our lives. This is where listening to the Spirit brings success, victory and accurate direction. ________________________________________   LISTENING TO THE HOLY SPIRITDIRECTION AND HEALING PROPHECY INTRODUCTION “Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, has come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will show you things to come.” – Jesus: John 16:13 One of the Holy Spirit's assignments is to glorify Christ. When you receive direction, help and enablement, Christ is glorified in your victorious life and testimony thereof: by your word and your lifestyle. The Holy Spirit guides you into ALL truth; spiritual, business, family, prophetic, physical, travel and relational truth. Many people read the Holy Bible, but they are NOT listening to the Holy Spirit. God wants us to apply His Word to our lives. This is where listening to the Spirit brings success, victory and accurate direction. As you become attuned―skilled―in listening to the Spirit, you will begin to notice that sometimes shortly after you receive a message you will experience a confirmation. For example, [I recently had this happen] if you receive a message about advice you would give a person, that person may contact you not long after and ask you for advice concerning the same (not knowing that you have already heard from God concerning them or their situation). EXAMPLES Sometimes listening to the Holy Spirit will be synonymous with the gift of prophecy. For example, one time after a large seminar I was conducting at McCormick Place in Chicago a lady came up to me and said, “I have two wombs …” I had already finished praying with people and I was really wanting to go to the place where I was to stay and go to bed. When the lady said, “I have two wombs …” my first thought was, “I must have preached past the anointing.” (I wanted to be anywhere but there.) What the lady said in full was this, “I have two wombs. If I conceive in the one womb the life will live, but if I conceive in the other (womb) the life will die. Do you have a word for me?” Instantly―without thinking about it―I said to her, “You will have a son. He will live, and his name will be Samuel.” When I was in Chicago about a year later I met little Samuel. In similar manner, listening to the Spirit may sometimes by synonymous with the Word of Knowledge. For sure―if you operate in the gifts of the Spirit like Prophecy and the Word of Knowledge―you definitely need to be listening to the Holy Spirit. Study my book, How to Receive God's Power with Gifts of the Spirit. But there are times that God wants to give you a message for yourself and it may be just for reflection, or to meditate thereon. He may want you to think about what you would do in a certain situation that may be coming up in the future and you do NOT know about it yet―or, the complete details have not dovetailed together yet―and may not for quite some time. PURPOSE OF LISTENING You have to realize that God is for you. As in the gifts of the Holy Spirit, the motive for listening to the Spirit should be to edify, improve, deliver, make whole or provide intelligence. Thank God, He did not leave us here without the tools and weapons we need to operate in power and victory … and especially as we progress into the End Times. Realize this: we are at the entrance to the End Times. If the Early Church―or Messianic Synagogue―needed the gifts of the Holy Spirit and the five fold ministries of Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor and Teacher as laid out in Ephesians 4:11, how much more do we need them today? And, how much more will the followers of Messiah Jesus need them as we progress further along into the End Times. PREREQUISITES TO LISTENING We need to start our day with the Word of God. We need to be students of the Word of God. “So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God.” (Romans 10:17) So the Word of God is the channel through which the activities of the Holy Spirit operate. When we have the Word of God in us―and operate based upon the Word of God―we hear (from God … from His Spirit). And when we hear from God, faith rises and MIRACLES happen. But remember also, this is all predicated upon love. “Faith works by love.” (Galatians 5:6) The Word of God is the channel though which faith flows, and love is the activator which triggers faith. HOW WILL YOU KNOW If you are living for God, then give God the benefit of the doubt. I have seen many MIRACLES since I learned to give God the benefit of the doubt. If you're NOT sure the message is from God, then check to make sure it does NOT conflict with Scripture. If it does NOT conflict with Scripture, then ask God for a confirmation that is clear and concise. NOTE: If you are “seasoned” in listening to the Holy Spirit then you probably won't require a confirmation. We should NOT be surprised that the LORD works this way in addition to His many other modes of communication. We read of Him doing this throughout Bible in both the Tanakh (Old Testament) and the Brit Chadashah (New Testament). God has NOT changed. “For I am the LORD; I do not change.” (Malachi 3:6) It's people who have not changed that corrupt His program. People who have never seen healing will tell you that God does not heal. People who have never seen miracles will tell you that MIRACLES do not happen anymore. People who do NOT believe in Apostles or Prophets operating today will tell you that those offices ceased after the Early Messianic Synagogue. However, to say that would be to prove ignorance―or, folly―as that would mean that the Scripture in Ephesian 4:11 has been rescinded: “And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers.” No more pastors, teachers and evangelists either! GOD WANTS TO COMMUNICATE Also, realize that the LORD wants to communicate with people more than we do. And, He does NOT want his messages of direction and help to be cryptic or hard to understand. It amazes me how many people have never read the Holy Bible completely. Here's the greatest communication to mankind and they treat it like a magazine. My friend, get the Word inside you and YOU will begin to hear God. Start your day with it and end your day with it. I made a rule for my life years ago: “No Bible … no breakfast.” The day is coming when the world government and the world religious system will destroy Bibles … including YOURS if you're still here. Then YOU will need to listen to the Spirit … and it may be too late. The Holy Spirit will guide you into ALL truth as you listen to Him. AI runs off of algorithms, but not all algorithms are AI—neither are they all the same. They're developed with different goals and methods. An algorithm is a step-by-step procedure for solving a problem or accomplishing some end. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is the capability of computer systems or algorithms to imitate intelligent human behavior. Most of us are familiar with China's Social Credit System and the CCP's ubiquitous use of surveillance. Online behaviour is monitored … and algortihms are KEY to everything. So HOW does this fit into Geopolitics, Prophecy and Your Health?   PLUS: Protect yourself and your electronic devices, cars, boats, solar and generators from EMP attacks! ____________________________________   PROTECT FROM ALGORITHMS, AI & EMP ATTACKSFREEDOM FROM CONTROL & SURVEILLANCE For years the Chinese government has been using technologies to control its citizens in frightening ways. The internet is highly censored, and each person's cell phone number and online activity is assigned a unique ID number tied to their real name. Facial-recognition technology is also increasingly widespread in China, with few restraints on how it can be used to track and surveil citizens. The {China] Supreme People's Court maintains a blacklist of people who the government alleges did not comply with court judgments, for example by not paying fines, but also things like failing to formally apologize to someone they are found to have wronged. Being on the blacklist now comes with harsh punishments. You might be unable to purchase high-speed train tickets, fly on an airplane, or send your kids to a private school. The government has prohibited more than 20 million plane tickets from being purchased. SO WHAT IS AN ALGORITHM … An algorithm is a a step-by-step procedure for solving a problem or accomplishing some end. The definition of an algorithm is “a set of instructions to be followed in calculations or other operations.” This applies to both mathematics and computer science. So, at the essential level, an AI algorithm is the programming that tells the computer how to learn to operate on its own. SO HOW DOES THIS APPLY TO YOU ... What China and the CCP does “leaks” over to the USA and other countries. Online behavior is already a BIG part of what is monitors, and algorithms are KEY to everything. The basic goal is to process the vast USA data—and data from other countries—to create individual ratings which will determine YOUR access to most things … from travel to jobs. A plan released just recently by the Beijing municipal government dictates that personal creditworthiness points will be used to reward and/or punish individuals―and companies―by granting or denying them access to public services like healthcare, travel, and employment. High scoring “Green Channel” people can more easily access social opportunities. Those who actions are disapproved of by the state will be restricted …even to having passports revoked. One high profile system, which has already been used in USA for years, is Sesame Credit—created by Ant Financial—an offshoot of the Chinese online retail giant Alibaba. Using a secret algorithm, Sesame Credit constantlys scores people from 350 to 950. WARNNG: It's ratings are based upon info such as “interpersonal relationships” and “consumer habits.” Being friends with “low rated” people is NOT good … and buying video games gets you marked down! Algorithms fuel—or dictate—HOW these surveillance tools operate … and AI facilitates the operation! SO WHAT ABOUT THE GOVERNMENT ALPHABETS … You can speak all you want to … but just not in a public forum: like a local School Board Meeting OR on Social Media. [Just look back to what has happened since January 2021.] Your actions are going to be monitored more and more. How many of the people arrested for alleged Jan 6th crimes never were in the area but some communication or relationship supposedly “tied” them to that event. Look at how the Government is atttacking Elon Musk who “healed” X (formerly Twitter) and exposed unfounded censorship by Government influence on the previous Twitter. Across the world, governments have invested heavily in setting up a surveillance infrastructure. There are millions of cameras, but no one to monitor them 24/7. However, artificial intelligence (AI) can process every frame and present real-time analysis. The reason AI is making a vast impact is because of its self-learning capabilities. AI is constantly learning and improving. Error is minimized with every iteration and moves closer to—or even better than—human error. Algorithms “attempt” to influence you now whether you realize it or not. Surveillance of travel, purchases, relationships, recreation and spending—and soon thoughts—will be the next encroachment into YOUR life. The Biden Adminiistration is already funding cognitive research to develop HOW to influence—and thereby change—your thinking. One way they will do this is by influencing what you SEE, HEAR and FEEL on News, Social Media and Entertainment … and by training people and shaping policy through NeuroScience. It is the programmer who inputs—influences—the algorithmic outcome (the answers) and many times with BIAS depending on the desired outcome: political, financial, spiritual or other ideological opinion or bias. Look at the recent example of Google AI Gemini which would NOT allow a “white person” image on certain searches for George Washington. Gemini responded to a prompt for “a portrait of a Founding Father of America” with images of a Native American man in a traditional headdress, a Black man, a darker-skinned non-White man and an Asian man, all in colonial-era garb. Elon Musk accused Google of pushing a pro-diversity bias into its product. Experts have long warned that AI tools therefore have the potential to replicate the racial and gender biases baked into that information. Evidence of racial bias in Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Meta AI and ChatGPT has been proven. Google's public apology after its Gemini artificial intelligence (AI) produced historically inaccurate images and refused to show pictures of White people has led to questions about potential racial bias in other big tech chatbots. Gemini was asked why showing a picture of a White person was bad: "racial generalizations" have been used historically to "justify oppression and violence against marginalized groups." Let me interject here. We are NOW at the entrance to the End Times. As we progress farther into the Last Days many demonic forces will be loosed—many are already here—look at what has happened since January, 2021. Lots of algorithms will be formulated (written) not only with ideological “bias” … BUT with demonic anointing: either by demonically inspired people OR by hybrid beings. ____________________________________ HYBRID One whose DNA has been changed by genetic manipulation (synthetic biology) OR A product of conception via sex between a fallen angel and a human woman. ____________________________________ There is a NEW form of eugenics—not only being espoused but heavily financed in research—to create super-humans via genetic modification of human genes in eggs, sperm and early-stage embryos. Heritable genome editing changes genes in eggs, sperm, or early embryos to try to control the traits of a future child. Is Jeremiah 31:31 talking about a “new” covenant or a “renewed” covenant? Why? When Torah was given at Mt. Sinai, what was that symbolic of? What does that make us as a group? AI runs off of algorithms, but not all algorithms are AI—neither are they all the same. They're developed with different goals and methods. An algorithm is a step-by-step procedure for solving a problem or accomplishing some end. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is the capability of computer systems or algorithms to imitate intelligent human behavior. Most of us are familiar with China's Social Credit System and the CCP's ubiquitous use of surveillance. Online behaviour is monitored … and algortihms are KEY to everything. So HOW does this fit into Geopolitics, Prophecy and Your Health? Hang on for the ride! ____________________________________ ALGORITHMS, AI AND YOUR HEALTHCREATING YOUR FUTURE INDEPENDENCE For years the Chinese government has been using technologies to control its citizens in frightening ways. The internet is highly censored, and each person's cell phone number and online activity is assigned a unique ID number tied to their real name. Facial-recognition technology is also increasingly widespread in China, with few restraints on how it can be used to track and surveil citizens. The {China] Supreme People's Court maintains a blacklist of people who the government alleges did not comply with court judgments, for example by not paying fines, but also things like failing to formally apologize to someone they are found to have wronged. Being on the blacklist now comes with harsh punishments. You might be unable to purchase high-speed train tickets, fly on an airplane, or send your kids to a private school. The government has prohibited more than 20 million plane tickets from being purchased. SO WHAT IS AN ALGORITHM … An algorithm is a a step-by-step procedure for solving a problem or accomplishing some end. The definition of an algorithm is “a set of instructions to be followed in calculations or other operations.” This applies to both mathematics and computer science. So, at the essential level, an AI algorithm is the programming that tells the computer how to learn to operate on its own. SO HOW DOES THIS APPLY TO YOU ... What China and the CCP does “leaks” over to the USA and other countries. Online behavior is already a BIG part of what is monitors, and algorithms are KEY to everything. The basic goal is to process the vast USA data—and data from other countries—to create individual ratings which will determine YOUR access to most things … from travel to jobs. A plan released just recently by the Beijing municipal government dictates that personal creditworthiness points will be used to reward and/or punish individuals―and companies―by granting or denying them access to public services like healthcare, travel, and employment. High scoring “Green Channel” people can more easily access social opportunities. Those who actions are disapproved of by the state will be restricted …even to having passports revoked. One high profile system, which has already been used in USA for years, is Sesame Credit—created by Ant Financial—an offshoot of the Chinese online retail giant Alibaba. Using a secret algorithm, Sesame Credit constantlys scores people from 350 to 950. WARNNG: It's ratings are based upon info such as “interpersonal relationships” and “consumer habits.” Being friends with “low rated” people is NOT good … and buying video games gets you marked down! Algorithms fuel—or dictate—HOW these surveillance tools operate … and AI facilitates the operation! SO WHAT ABOUT THE GOVERNMENT ALPHABETS … You can speak all you want to … but just not in a public forum: like a local School Board Meeting OR on Social Media. [Just look back to what has happened since January 2021.] Your actions are going to be monitored more and more. How many of the people arrested for alleged Jan 6th crimes never were in the area but some communication or relationship supposedly “tied” them to that event. Look at how the Government is atttacking Elon Musk who “healed” X (formerly Twitter) and exposed unfounded censorship by Government influence on the previous Twitter. Across the world, governments have invested heavily in setting up a surveillance infrastructure. There are millions of cameras, but no one to monitor them 24/7. However, artificial intelligence (AI) can process every frame and present real-time analysis. The reason AI is making a vast impact is because of its self-learning capabilities. AI is constantly learning and improving. Error is minimized with every iteration and moves closer to—or even better than—human error. Algorithms “attempt” to influence you now whether you realize it or not. Surveillance of travel, purchases, relationships, recreation and spending—and soon thoughts—will be the next encroachment into YOUR life. The Biden Adminiistration is already funding cognitive research to develop HOW to influence—and thereby change—your thinking. One way they will do this is by influencing what you SEE, HEAR and FEEL on News, Social Media and Entertainment … and by training people and shaping policy through NeuroScience. It is the programmer who inputs—influences—the algorithmic outcome (the answers) and many times with BIAS depending on the desired outcome: political, financial, spiritual or other ideological opinion or bias. Look at the recent example of Google AI Gemini which would NOT allow a “white person” image on certain searches for George Washington. Gemini responded to a prompt for “a portrait of a Founding Father of America” with images of a Native American man in a traditional headdress, a Black man, a darker-skinned non-White man and an Asian man, all in colonial-era garb. Elon Musk accused Google of pushing a pro-diversity bias into its product. Experts have long warned that AI tools therefore have the potential to replicate the racial and gender biases baked into that information. Evidence of racial bias in Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Meta AI and ChatGPT has been proven. Google's public apology after its Gemini artificial intelligence (AI) produced historically inaccurate images and refused to show pictures of White people has led to questions about potential racial bias in other big tech chatbots. Gemini was asked why showing a picture of a White person was bad: "racial generalizations" have been used historically to "justify oppression and violence against marginalized groups." Let me interject here. We are NOW at the entrance to the End Times. As we progress farther into the Last Days many demonic forces will be loosed—many are already here—look at what has happened since January, 2021. Lots of algorithms will be formulated (written) not only with ideological “bias” … BUT with demonic anointing: either by demonically inspired people OR by hybrid beings. ____________________________________ HYBRID One whose DNA has been changed by genetic manipulation (synthetic biology) OR A product of conception via sex between a fallen angel and a human woman. ____________________________________ There is a NEW form of eugenics—not only being espoused but heavily financed in research—to create super-humans via genetic modification of human genes in eggs, sperm and early-stage embryos. Heritable genome editing changes genes in eggs, sperm, or early embryos to try to control the traits of a future child. We are about to embark on a study of the prophecies concerning the Last Days, as contained in the Tanakh (Old Testament), the New Testament, and more. In this podcast I explain what we are going to be studying, and why.

The Mishnah is the first great product of the rabbis. Traditionally it was codified around 200 CE by Rabbi Yehuda naNasi. It appears from nowhere. The Mishnah bears no resemblance to anything in the Tanakh/Old Testament, nor in the vast Jewish apocalyptic literature of preceding centuries.

Knowing the Bible for Yourself (Pt. 10) The first recorded song sung in the Bible was the Song of Moses and the last recorded song that will one day be sung is also the song of Moses (Rev. 15:3).  Did you know that there are some 185 songs recorded in Holy Scripture, most of which are found in the Book of Psalms?  If you were God, would you choose to include in your collection of books, a book solely consisting of songs?  Would you choose to make this book the largest book in your collection of books and would you have it contain the longest chapter?  What does all of this tell us?  It clearly sends a message, telling us that songs are important to God!  It has been calculated that there are 283 direct quotations from the Tanakh (Old Testament) found in the New Testament.  Did you know that the greatest number of quotes coming from any one book is the Book of Psalms! One cannot overestimate the role that David played in bringing structured praise into the House of God.  In the days of the Tabernacle of Moses, there was no designated place for the worship of God via song and music in the instructions given to Moses on the Mount.  However, in the instructions given by David for the construction of the Temple praise and worship played a prominent part.  In this tenth teaching part, we take a look at this fascinating book and provide some practical helps that will enable us to better interpret it. That time when all men will stand before their maker to be rewarded for those things they did in this body. The Apostles who saw Jesus Ascend to heaven when warning the church referred to judgments of the Tanakh [Old Testament]. It would stand as a dire warning  of the neglect of Gods Mercy and Grace through Jesus Christ and the atonement. Yet, the early Apostles thought it very pertinate to illustrate the dangers by listing these examples in the New Testament. A dire warning if anyone chose to neglect Gods Grace, or leave it totally. Today as riots, pillaging, burning of cities, tearing down, sweep America the topic we will look at is most certainly not believed by many Americans. Nor is it believed by many who regularly shed blood using religious furvor over certain ancient laws as an excuse to murder and war. The aspect of judgment was experienced directly by Judah. The one whom made a covenant with Israel was found to be the enemy when Jeremiah brought his warning to Judah. Judah nor her Priests, Prophets, or those who ruled the political and social aspect of the small nation expected what would happen. WHO WILL BE SAVED? (PART 2) In this part 2, we look at the extreme opposite of that by looking at the question: can Edomites be saved? Of course, Edom refers to Esau, so Edomites are the descendants of Esau. In part 1, we looked at the question of whether it will be Israelites alone (the physical descendants of Jacob) who will be saved. CAN EDOMITES BE SAVED? Ask this question among Hebrew Israelites, almost all will say no: Esau is doomed, can find no forgiveness. This is because of the prophecies of Ovadyahu, more specifically, this verse: Obadiah 1:18 And the house of Jacob shall be a fire, and the house of Joseph a flame, and the house of Esau for stubble, and they shall kindle in them, and devour them; and there shall not be any remaining of the house of Esau; for YAHUAH hath spoken it. MERCY AND FAVOUR FOR A CONDEMNED NATION Unfortunately, we ignore other verses in the Bible that tell us even more than that verse in Ovadyahu. They tell us of his mercy and favour, even to the nation that has been condemned. Why do we never hear the Hebrew Israelites use these verses below? Jer 18:7 — Jer 18:10 At what instant I shall speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to pluck up, and to pull down, and to destroy it; If that nation, against whom I have pronounced, turn from their evil, I will repent of the evil that I thought to do unto them. And at what instant I shall speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to build and to plant it; If it do evil in my sight, that it obey not my voice, then I will repent of the good, wherewith I said I would benefit them. Those verses in Yirmeyahu 18 speak volumes. PROVISION FOR STRANGERS TO JOIN THEMSELVES TO ISRAEL In part 1, we looked in detail at the provisions made for strangers to join themselves to Israel and even receive inheritance among the tribe in which they sojourn. This was necessary that we continue to do, as it is all over the Tanakh (Old Testament), but largely forgotten. Isa 56:6 — Isa 56:8 Also the sons of the stranger, that join themselves to YAHUAH, to serve him, and to love the name of YAHUAH, to be his servants, every one that keepeth the sabbath from polluting it, and taketh hold of my covenant; Even them will I bring to my holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer: their burnt offerings and their sacrifices shall be accepted upon mine altar; for mine house shall be called an house of prayer for all people. YAHUAH ELOHIYM which gathereth the outcasts of Israel saith, Yet will I gather others to him, beside those that are gathered unto him. PRACTICAL EXAMPLES OF MERCY TO THE CONDEMNED Next, we go into practical examples found in the Bible. If God is against women in leadership then He has some "splainin'" to do! In this episode, we discuss the women that God raised up to lead in the Tanakh (Hebrew Bible aka the Old Testament). Miriam, Deborah, Jael, a mystery woman, Esther and the prophet Huldah.Even though the Bible is written within a patriarchal worldview, God was able to work within our less than perfect ideals and plant an idea for something better, and He is still doing that today! God raised up and installed some amazing women to lead His people, both men, and women, which leaves us with a decision to make, Either He is breaking His own rules about women in leadership, or those are the rules of a patriarchal system and He is trying to lead us out of that to something better!

Some claim the TANAKH (Old Testament) never gives instruction (Torah) to believe in the Messiah. We believe it does.

Is Yeshua (Jesus) identified in the Old Testament? Judaism teaches the death of the righteous brings atonement to the world. According to the Zohar: "As long as Israel dwelt in the Holy Land, the rituals and the sacrifices they performed [in the Temple] removed all those diseases from the world; now the Messiah removes them form the children of the world (2:212a). "Rabbi Hiyya Bar Abba said: "The sons Aaron [Nadab and Abihu] died the first day of Nisan.  Why then does the Torah mention their death in conjunction with the Day of Atonement? . . . it is to teach that just as the Day of Atonement atones, so also the death of the righteous atones." (Leviticus Rabbah 20:12) Scriptures from Tanakh (the Old Testament) that reveal the death of the righteous atones: 2 Samuel 21:1-14; Numbers 8:19; Deut 24:16 (AJOJ - MB p. 295); 25:1-13; Numbers 35:25-28; Isaiah 53:4-6, 12 ‘On this day (i.e., Yom Kippur, Leviticus 16:30) on the mountain of the Lord, Isaac’s ashes shall be seen, heaped up and standing for atonement (Rashi, on Genesis 22:14)The Rabbis said:  His name (Messiah’s name based on the context-emphasis mine) is the leper scholar as it is written, Surely he has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him a leper, smitten of God and afflicted (b. Sandhedrin 98b - refer to Isaiah 53:4 as talking about the Messiah) Scriptures from the Tanakh that prove the divinity of the Messiah: Genesis 3:15, 22; Genesis 11:6-7; Joshua 5:13-15; Exodus 3:2-6; Deuteronomy 6:4; Isaiah 7:14; 9:6; 11:1-3; 44:6; 48:16-17; Psalm 45:1-7; 110:1-4; Daniel 7:13-22; Proverbs 30:4; Zechariah 14:1-4 The Hebrew word used for "one" in Deuteronomy 6:4 is echad which means a composite unity. Rambam used yachid or yahid which means only one.  

In this episode, Tim and Jon give an overview of the entire Bible with a focus on the Hebrew Scriptures. They also spend some time going deep into the structure of the book from beginning to end. The Bible, like any other book, experienced human revision. The guys talk about what it means for the Bible to be a work of literary genius created by humans and also the divine word of God. In its earliest form, the Hebrew Bible is broken up into three sections called the Tanak. This is the structure that Jesus would’ve been familiar with, and understanding this helps us to better interpret the way Jesus talked about and referenced Scripture. In the last part of the episode (54:45-1:10:51), the guys talk about the New Testament. The New Testament is structured much differently than the Old Testament. Some of the books were meant to be taught in a church setting, and some were targeted at a specific group of people. However, the MAIN reason is that the LORD wants to give you a message for direction, protection or enablement. And, sometimes―if not many times―the message will be for someone else. Some people may NOT be able to listen to―or discern―the voice of the Spirit. Or, they may NOT want to listen to the voice of the Spirit due to rebellion or living in sin. Therefore, the LORD may send you a message via His Spirit to relay to the other person. In my experience the message is usually given for specific knowledge in an area where help or advice is needed: in my life or in the lives of others. The principles of God are timeless and transfer … and if we are students of God’s Word and have the knowledge of Proverbs we are able to navigate the problems and challenges of life. But when situations arise that are not clearly and specifically defined―as in ministry strategy or spiritual warfare or dream interpretation―then we need a “specific” word from the LORD. Many people read the Holy Bible, but they are NOT listening to the Holy Spirit. God wants us to apply His Word to our lives. This is where listening to the Spirit brings success, victory and accurate direction. ________________________________________ LISTENING TO THE SPIRITDIRECTION AND HELP~ A MIRACLE PODCAST PRODUCTION ~ INTRODUCTION “Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, has come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will show you things to come.” – Jesus: John 16:13 One of the Holy Spirit's assignments is to glorify Christ. When you receive direction, help and enablement, Christ is glorified in your victorious life and testimony thereof: by your word and your lifestyle. The Holy Spirit guides you into ALL truth; spiritual, business, family, prophetic, physical, travel and relational truth. Many people read the Holy Bible, but they are NOT listening to the Holy Spirit. God wants us to apply His Word to our lives. This is where listening to the Spirit brings success, victory and accurate direction. As you become attuned―skilled―in listening to the Spirit, you will begin to notice that sometimes shortly after you receive a message you will experience a confirmation. For example, [I recently had this happen] if you receive a message about advice you would give a person, that person may contact you not long after and ask you for advice concerning the same (not knowing that you have already heard from God concerning them or their situation). EXAMPLES Sometimes listening to the Holy Spirit will be synonymous with the gift of prophecy. For example, one time after a large seminar I was conducting in Chicago a lady came up to me and said, “I have two wombs …” I had already finished praying with people and I was really wanting to go to the place where I was to stay and go to bed. When the lady said, “I have two wombs …” my first thought was, “I must have preached past the anointing.” (I wanted to be anywhere but there.) What the lady said in full was this, “I have two wombs. If I conceive in the one womb the life will live, but if I conceive in the other (womb) the life will die. Do you have a word for me?” Instantly―without thinking about it―I said to her, “You will have a son. He will live, and his name will be Samuel.” When I was in Chicago about a year later I met little Samuel. In similar manner, listening to the Spirit may sometimes by synonymous with the Word of Knowledge. For sure―if you operate in the gifts of the Spirit like Prophecy and the Word of Knowledge―you definitely need to be listening to the Holy Spirit. Study my book, How to Receive God’s Power with Gifts of the Spirit. But there are times that God wants to give you a message for yourself and it may be just for reflection, or to meditate thereon. He may want you to think about what you would do in a certain situation that may be coming up in the future and you do NOT know about it yet―or, the complete details have not dovetailed together yet―and may not for quite some time. PURPOSE OF LISTENING You have to realize that God is for you. As in the gifts of the Holy Spirit, the motive for listening to the Spirit should be to edify, improve, deliver, make whole or provide intelligence. Thank God, He did not leave us here without the tools and weapons we need to operate in power and victory … and especially as we progress into the End Times. Realize this: we are at the entrance to the End Times. If the Early Church―or Messianic Synagogue―needed the gifts of the Holy Spirit and the five fold ministries of Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor and Teacher as laid out in Ephesians 4:11, how much more do we need them today? And, how much more will the followers of Messiah Jesus need them as we progress further along into the End Times. PREREQUISITES TO LISTENING We need to start our day with the Word of God. We need to be students of the Word of God. “So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God.” (Romans 10:17) So the Word of God is the channel through which the activities of the Holy Spirit operate. When we have the Word of God in us―and operate based upon the Word of God―we hear (from God … from His Spirit). And when we hear from God, faith rises and MIRACLES happen. But remember also, this is all predicated upon love. “Faith works by love.” (Galatians 5:6) The Word of God is the channel though which faith flows, and love is the activator which triggers faith. HOW WILL YOU KNOW If you are living for God, then give God the benefit of the doubt. I have seen many MIRACLES since I learned to give God the benefit of the doubt. If you're NOT sure the message is from God, then check to make sure it does NOT conflict with Scripture. If it does NOT conflict with Scripture, then ask God for a confirmation that is clear and concise. NOTE: If you are “seasoned” in listening to the Holy Spirit then you probably won't require a confirmation. We should NOT be surprised that the LORD works this way in addition to His many other modes of communication. We read of Him doing this throughout Bible in both the Tanakh (Old Testament) and the Brit Chadashah (New Testament). God has NOT changed. “For I am the LORD; I do not change.” (Malachi 3:6) It's people who have not changed that corrupt His program. People who have never seen healing will tell you that God does not heal. People who have never seen miracles will tell you that MIRACLES do not happen anymore. People who do NOT believe in Apostles or Prophets operating today will tell you that those offices ceased after the Early Messianic Synagogue. However, to say that would be to prove ignorance―or, folly―as that would mean that the Scripture in Ephesian 4:11 has been rescinded: “And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers.” No more pastors, teachers and evangelists either! GOD WANTS TO COMMUNICATE Also, realize that the LORD wants to communicate with people more than we do. And, He does NOT want his messages of direction and help to be cryptic or hard to understand. It amazes me how many people have never read the Holy Bible completely. Here's the greatest communication to mankind and they treat it like a magazine. My friend, get the Word inside you and YOU will begin to hear God. Start your day with it and end your day with it. I made a rule for my life years ago: “No Bible … no breakfast.” The day is coming when the world government and the world religious system will destroy Bibles … including YOURS if you're still here. Then YOU will need to listen to the Spirit … and it may be too late. The Holy Spirit will guide you into ALL truth as you listen to Him. In this podcast teaching we will examine some Biblical examples of “political incorrectness.” The true prophets of God―Prophets of Clout―spoke truth … they were NOT concerned with political correctness, even if it cost their lives. ________________________________________ PROPHETS OF CLOUTvs.POLITICAL CORRECTNESS~ A MIRACLE PODCAST PRODUCTION ~ EXAMINING THE PROPHETS OF CLOUT Time does NOT suffice here to cover all the great prophets of God in totality; however, for our purposes we will cover briefly three of them: Jeremiah, Ezekiel and Isaiah. “Declare ye among the nations, and publish, and set up a standard; publish, and conceal not: say, Babylon is taken, Bel is confounded, Merodach1 is broken in pieces; her idols are confounded, her images2 are broken in pieces.” (Jeremiah 50:2) 1Merodach or Marduk a Babylonian god. Merodach, or Marduk, was the chief god of Babylon and Bel was a title of Marduk. 2The Hebrew for her images is a word meaning “little dung balls.” Or, “little manure balls … “little s**t balls” … a derogatory reference frequently applied to foreign gods, and a special favorite of Ezekiel who uses it about 40 times. There is a time for speaking your mind and a time for holding your speech. “In the multitude of words there wants not sin: but he that refrains his lips is wise.” (Proverbs 10:19) “The preacher sought to find out acceptable words: and that which was written was upright, even words of truth.” (Ecclesiates 12:10) However, to refrain speech embodying truth―due to what one thinks might happen to him or her―is NOT the character of a true prophet. The more deeply a person envelops the character―or, office―of a prophet, the more the enemy will try to bring pressure―social pressure, political pressure, familial pressure―against them. The enemy's job is to shut YOUR mouth. Don't let the devil shut your mouth! AN EXAMPLE FROM MODERN ACADEMIA I remember in one of the graduate schools I attended that I wrote and op-ed article to the Editor of the school newspaper, accusing them of “back pedaling” scripturally about an important social issue on campus. I encouraged―rather, I suggested―that the Editor quit their position. One of my professors in the graduate seminary I attended told me that the Editor was offended (their feelings were hurt) and that I should be more concerned about what people think about me. I answered my professor, “I don't really care about what PEOPLE think about me … I just care about what GOD thinks about me.” HOW DOES THIS APPLY TO YOU TODAY Do you ever have NEW IDEAS from God? Let me put it this way … “Does God ever give YOU new ideas but you do NOT think people will accept them … or like them? They're crazy or too off the wall?” If so, don't think about being used as a prophet. Or more, don't expect any NEW IDEAS from God. “And the Lord said, Like as my servant Isaiah has walked naked and barefoot three years for a sign and wonder upon Egypt and upon Ethiopia.” (Isaiah 20:3) Realize that most of the prophetic actions and imagery in the Tanakh (Old Testament) were directed towards Israel and her enemy nations. However, as we are NOW in the entrance to the End Times we will begin to see more prophetic displays … and creative prophetic decrees. If you have read my book, Enhanced Humans: Mystery Matrix you will know that there are both human and “non-human” agents being orchestrated NOW to facilitate control … of YOU and your family … and of Israel. We are at the threshold of the most cataclysmic—the worst and most evil—change in society that Planet Earth has ever known. I’m talking about something that has its “core association” in age-old Biblical history, but—at this moment—is on the cutting edge of science and technology. But … here is something even more amazing! There is also at this time a hidden geopolitical “behind–the-scenes” amalgamation—a spiritual collusion—both human and other-worldly that is being orchestrated to facilitate control … of YOU and your family ... and of Israel. I’m NOT talking about the New World Order—New Global Governance—although that’s a small part of it. I’m talking about something so sinister—and at the same time—so appealing to every thinking person. That's also WHY people need to SEE REAL MIRACLES. I’m talking about something that has its “core association” in age-old Biblical history, but—at this moment—is on the cutting edge of science and technology. This is WHY the prophetic office will be more and more prevalent. God is preparing many to qualify in operation of this End Time ministry. Do YOU qualify? Are you preparing? Can YOU be depended upon? Or, will you fold to political correctness. The 144,000 won't! Some of them are alive NOW. Conclusions If you are still not sure you understand the true intent behind Torah observance (which includes the command to wear fringes), I suggest reading my introductory teachings in this series. As you seek to become more obedient to HaShem's Torah, by adding the mitzvah of the tzitzit, here is the traditional blessing by which Jews adorn themselves with the tallit: “Baruch atah YHVH, Eloheynu, Melech ha-‘Olam, asher kid-shanu b'mitzvotav, v'tzivanu l'hit-ateyf ba-tzitzit" (Blessed are you, O’ LORD, our God, King of the Universe, for you have sanctified us through thy commandments, and have commanded us to sew [wear] the fringes) It is also customary to recite Psalms 36:5-9. The reason for this choice of passages is that verse seven contains the Hebrew word "kanaf", usually translated "wing", or "extremity". A tallit contains four "wings" or "extremities", upon which the tzitzit are attached. To strengthen the connection between this use of the word kanaf, the prophet Malachi 4:2 predicted that when the Sun of Righteousness (another name for the expected Messiah) would arise, he would have "healing in his wings"! When the woman with the issue of blood reached out to touch Yeshua (Matt. 9:20-21), she was placing her trust in the miraculous healing contained within the extremity of his garment! She reached for the tassels of the long-awaited Savior! I encourage you to continue to study the Torah to discover the rich traditions that HaShem has lovingly placed there. To be sure, HaShem had us in mind when he created them. The portion ends with the promising phrase, “I am ADONAI your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt in order to be your God. I am ADONAI your God.” We’ve seen this phrase/title before. The Torah seems to want us not to forget it! Why was this title important? HaShem has revealed an aspect of his character that would later play a very important role in the identity of the Jewish People as a Nation. This title would also serve as a reminder to the surrounding nations that "with a great out-stretched arm, ADONAI Almighty delivered his beloved people!" (see Moshe’s argument to HaShem in 14:13-16) To be sure, the reference of HaShem as the "God who delivered [them] from the bondage of Egypt" would become a "household" name of sorts. Looking back in the book of Sh’mot to the "Ten Commandments" (Sh'mot 20:1, 2) you can also find this phrase used to identify HaShem. Thumb through the rest of your TaNaKH (Old Testament) and you will find that this phrase is also used numerous times. As believers in Messiah Yeshua, we know that this is one of the primary character traits of HaShem, which unifies the Messiah and the Godhead as an "echad", that is as "one". The name of the Messiah comes from the Hebrew name "Y'hoshua", which itself stems from the Hebrew name "Hoshea". Both of these names are composites of the two Hebrew words for "God" and "will save", respectively. When we combine this knowledge with the fact that it is "YHVH" who offers us salvation from sin THROUGH Yeshua the Messiah, then we can begin to understand the significance of the type and shadow that the Torah teaches using the Exodus from Egypt and how it personally impacts our lives as new creations. The closing blessing is as follows: “Baruch atah YHVH, Eloheynu, Melech ha-‘Olam, asher natan lanu Toraht-emet, v’chay-yeh o’lam nata-b’tochenu. Baruch atah YHVH, noteyn ha-Torah. Ameyn.” (Blessed are you O’ LORD, our God, King of the Universe, you have given us your Torah of truth, and have planted everlasting life within our midst. Blessed are you, LORD, giver of the Torah. Ameyn.) “Shabbat Shalom!”
