"If it were not for the black church, there would be no church in America." - Dietrich Bonhoeffer (1931) In this eye-opening conversation, Dr. Walter Strickland II—professor, author, and teaching pastor—reveals why Dietrich Bonhoeffer said there would be no church in America without the African-American church, and what that means for leaders today.Dr. Walter Strickland II unpacks the biblical foundation for kingdom diversity, explains why lament is the missing spiritual muscle in American Christianity, and shares forgotten stories of African-American church leaders. Discover how bearing each other's burdens and learning from the past can transform your church into the multicultural witness God intended.Key Insights:04:46 - Bonhoeffer's Bold Statement About the Black Church08:35 - Spirit-Led Innovation Means Proclamation + Justice14:10 - Kingdom Diversity vs. DEI: What's the Difference?17:34 - Individualistic vs. Collectivistic: Why We Misunderstand Grief19:32 - Why We Debate Details Instead of Mourning Together21:24 - Daniel 9: Repenting on Behalf of Your Nation22:30 - Notable Leaders in Black Church HistoryResources Mentioned:Website: https://walterstrickland.wordpress.comSwing Low: A Life of Lifting Jesus Higher (Volumes 1 & 2) by Walter R. The Ark represents the place where God met with His people. In Christ, that access is fulfilled and we see what happens in the presence of God: intercession. Jesus stands in the gap for us, and when we draw near, we're invited to do the same. This message challenges us to expand our awareness and increase our intentionality as we pray for others.

France's administrative court has thrown out a lawsuit launched by Montreal's Lawee family, who allege the French embassy in Baghdad has been occupying their family's ancestral home, rent-free, for more than fifty years. The Paris-based body ruled against the Jewish family on Feb. 2. in a printed decision, after an in-person hearing last month, The court said it's denying the Canadian family's case because France has immunity for acts done on foreign soil–and because the old lease was signed in the 1960s in the city of Baghdad, so local Iraqi laws apply. The case has garnered international headlines because it involves a much wider story: the historic injustice done to nearly a million Jews from the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) who were forced to flee their regimes' growing anti-Israel sentiment after 1948. They were stripped of their citizenship and their assets were seized. The CJN's flagship podcast "North Star" has been following the story since last year, and on today's episode, host Ellin Bessner sits down with Philip Khazzam, the Montreal businessman on a mission to seek justice for what happened to his grandfather's beloved mansion. Abby Vlahos is the co-liaison for the On Behalf of All (OBOA) initiative's pilot parish, St John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church in Des Plaines, Illinois. Her youngest child, Cosmas, is 9 years old and was born with a rare genetic syndrome causing a range of disabilities including intellectual disabilities and autism. She supports disability advocacy and ministry efforts in her work, her parish, and her Metropolis. In this interview Abby shares highlights of their parish experience in the first year as one of twelve pilot parishes chosen to work toward an accessible divine liturgy for children with disabilities through the OBOA initiative. St John's has been doing the holy work of making a way of belonging for families with disabilities for decades, and a few years ago established a high support needs Sunday School class. If you are interested in improving accessibility in your church community, St John's is a forerunner worth following.
Jeffrey Epstein repeatedly leveraged his access to Bill Clinton during the late 1990s to act as an unofficial, shadow lobbyist for Les Wexner, pressing for changes to U.S. trade policy that would directly benefit Wexner's retail empire. Epstein used his proximity to Clinton—cultivated through donor circles, private meetings, and international trips—to raise concerns about tariffs, import restrictions, and manufacturing rules affecting apparel companies reliant on overseas production. According to reporting and later disclosures, Epstein framed these efforts as economic modernization and competitiveness, but in practice they aligned neatly with Wexner's business interests, particularly his dependence on low-cost foreign manufacturing and favorable customs treatment. Epstein had no formal government role, no lobbying registration, and no legitimate policy portfolio—yet he inserted himself into trade discussions by exploiting access most people never had. What makes this episode especially damning is how nakedly it illustrates Epstein's real utility to powerful people: he was a fixer who trafficked access, not ideas. Epstein wasn't lobbying out of ideological conviction; he was repaying Wexner, the man who financed his rise, by quietly pushing the levers of power on his behalf. Clinton did not publicly acknowledge Epstein as a lobbyist, and Epstein's role was never disclosed in the way legitimate influence efforts are supposed to be, allowing the entire maneuver to happen in the shadows. This wasn't Epstein freelancing—it was influence laundering, where wealth bought proximity, proximity bought access, and access was used to advance private corporate interests without accountability. Long before Epstein became a household name for his crimes, he was already operating in the murkiest overlap between money, politics, and untraceable influence.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.

We just hit 200 episodes, and I wanted to do something different. Instead of one conversation, I'm counting down the 10 moments that have shaped the BraveCo community the most. These are the clips that hit men in the chest, brought real change into marriages, and reminded us what it means to live with a whole heart. In this episode, you'll hear why vulnerability isn't weakness, and why hiding doesn't make us strong. We talk about relationships and dating without all the pressure, what courage really is, and how the presence of God becomes an anchor when you're wrecked on the inside. We also go straight at the stuff men don't want to talk about: anxiety, the lies playing on repeat in your head, and how addiction is often a symptom of pain that never got a voice. Here's the links to the TOP 10 from our 200 Episodes: Number 1 - John Eldredge: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tOg88tcR1ggNumber 2 - Carl Lentz: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5e3vtBK3eS4&authuser=0Number 3- Sathiya: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EY02c6mUukg&authuser=0Number 4 - Dr. John Delony: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_aAq04ebRFI&authuser=0Number 5 - Kris Vallotton: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G6_Yl7vW3t8&authuser=0Number 6 - Todd Pierce: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_GLIjbpN9gY&authuser=0Number 7 - Michael Koulianos: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VYpmAYFRYJY&authuser=0Number 8 - Danny Silk: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oMEUtdpTyl0Number 9 - Alley Vallotton: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aicz5scd03w&authuser=0Number 10 - Abi Stumvoll: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DBxCIvnFPGMChapter:00:00 - 200 Episodes: 10 Moments That Shaped BraveCo01:17 - #10 Brian Johnson: Vulnerability Isn't Weakness 04:03 - #9 AlleyVallotton: Dating Without Pressure (Boundaries & Clarity)06:23 - #8 Danny Silk: Courage, Story, and the Call to Rise 10:22 - #7 Michael Koulianos: Weakness, Pain, and the Nearness of God 12:24 - #6 Todd Pierce: Courage and the Fight Every Man Faces 15:16 - #5 Kris Vallotton: Weaponized Meditation & Spiritual Warfare 17:22 - #4 John Delony: Exposing the Lies Behind Anxiety 19:26 - #3 Sathiya: The Pain Beneath Porn and Addiction 22:14 - #2 Carl Lentz: Truth, Infidelity, and Rebuilding Trust 24:55 - #1 John Eldredge: Strength on Behalf of OthersCONNECT WITH BRAVECOJoin Our Free Community for Men (ladies, sign up your man): https://www.braveco.orgFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/braveco.menInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/braveco.men/Shop: https://shop.braveco.org/ ABOUT BRAVECO: We live in a time where men are hunting for the truth and looking for the codebook to manhood. A legal team representing conservative journalist Nicholas Sortor has filed a tort claim against the city of Portland, alleging his October 2, 2025 arrest outside the Portland ICE facility was unlawful and driven by political bias. The claim accuses Portland Police of standing by as Antifa activists attacked Sortor, then arresting him without probable cause, and is backed by a detailed historical memorandum sent to the U.S. Department of Justice outlining years of alleged selective non-enforcement toward Antifa and retaliatory enforcement against conservatives and journalists. https://www.clarkcountytoday.com/news/tort-claim-filed-against-city-of-portland-on-behalf-of-conservative-journalist/ #Portland #CivilRights #FirstAmendment #AngusLee

Agentic AI is an autonomous system that learns, adapts, and uses tools on the behalf of its users. This final episode of Season 9 of Utilizing Tech brings hosts Stephen Foskett, Frederic Van Haren, and Guy Currier together to reflect on the lessons we've learned over the last few months. AI keeps advancing incredibly rapidly, and we timed this season with the emergence of practical agentic AI platforms, AI Field Day 7, and a report on enterprise AI from The Futurum Group. During the conversation, the panel references Kamiwaza, Articul8, ApertureData, NetApp, Perplexity, OpenAI, and more. Agents have to be personal, focused yet flexible, and capable of integrating with each other, data, and tools. We also discussed the need for platforms, with companies like OpenAI and Microsoft positioning themselves to be the platform for AI applications even as enterprise software companies like ServiceNow and Salesforce are trying to do the same. We also have many companies developing platforms for orchestration and operation of AI, and data platforms designed to support agents. Ultimately, agentic AI will be a core capability of next-generation applications, with autonomous agents interacting with tools and helping us perform daily tasks.Hosts: Stephen Foskett, President of the Tech Field Day Business Unit and Organizer of the Tech Field Day Event SeriesFrederic Van Haren, Founder and CTO of HighFens, Inc. Guy Currier, Chief Analyst at Visible Impact, The Futurum Group. For more episodes of Utilizing Tech, head to the dedicated website and follow the show on X/Twitter, on Bluesky, and on Mastodon.

SEASON 4 EPISODE 28: COUNTDOWN WITH KEITH OLBERMANN A-Block (2:30) SPECIAL COMMENT: Donald Trump does not own the White House. Donald Trump does not own the United States of America. Donald Trump does not own the world. NOTHING Trump has done, in sending in thugs and military to attack people that did not vote for him in cities and states that do not support him, is LEGAL. NOTHING Trump has done in having his Nosferatu Stephen Miller threaten Governor Pritzker with “seditious conspiracy," is LEGAL. NOTHING Trump has done in sending so-called “election monitors” to interfere in the voting in California and Jersey on BEHALF of Republican Thugs, is LEGAL. NOTHING Trump has done to let himself say – supposedly jokingly, per the New York Times – “I’m the speaker AND the president," is LEGAL. NOTHING Trump has done in his demolition against, destruction of, attack ON the East Wing of the White House, is LEGAL. Almost NOTHING about Trump administration - his presidency - his forming unilateral DICTATORSHIP, is LEGAL. And it is TIME to CUT HIM OFF FINANCIALLY by taking the one measure that will force an end to this Trumpian madness: for the blue states to follow up on Gavin Newsom’s suggestion, on the suggestion of others including me in this forum, and stop transmitting federal taxes to the national treasury until Trump resigns. We must have a tax payment boycott and it must be led by Governors and other STATE OFFICIALS so that there can be no attempt by Trump or his enablers and flunkies to prosecute or further threaten democracy-loving civilians. De-fund Donald Trump. Now. ALSO: More on these "election observers." Also the targeting of Mike Johnson as the fall-guy. And a media update on Bret Baier, CBS, NBC and the Ballroom, Cheryl Hines and Olivia Nuzzi, and Bill Maher making a jackass of himself. AGAIN. B-Block (36:00) THE WORST PERSONS IN THE WORLD: Kayleigh McEnany trying to sell her audience Hamburger Helper and convince them it's steak. ICE arrests a guy for playing the Star Wars imperial march. Anna Paulina Luna has a debate with a California congressman who doesn't exist. And Andrew Cuomo achieves a new high in low: laughing at a 9/11 racial slur about the man who beat him in the primary. In early 2021, the Maxwell family launched a website called RealGhislaine.com, which they described as a factual information hub designed to counter what they called “media distortions” about their sister. The family positioned the site as a defense against “character assassination,” featuring photos, statements, and claims that Ghislaine Maxwell was being unfairly treated in U.S. custody. The website portrayed her as a wrongfully targeted woman enduring “cruel and unusual” prison conditions, denied fair bail, and vilified because of her association with Jeffrey Epstein. The site also included a section where her siblings—most vocally Ian and Kevin Maxwell—asserted that she was being used as a scapegoat for the failures of U.S. authorities to properly monitor Epstein before his death. It was a deliberate PR strategy meant to shift attention away from the charges of sex trafficking and conspiracy that had already led to her conviction, reframing her image from enabler to victim. The family's broader campaign extended far beyond the website. They conducted coordinated interviews, published op-eds, and gave statements to outlets like the BBC, The Independent, and The Telegraph, all echoing similar talking points: that Ghislaine's trial was “tainted by media bias,” that she was “denied due process,” and that she was “paying the price for Epstein's crimes.” Critics, including lawyers for Epstein's victims, slammed the PR campaign as tone-deaf and manipulative, accusing the family of whitewashing her crimes and retraumatizing survivors by trying to rewrite the narrative. Victim advocates said the site and interviews were an attempt to maintain Maxwell's social reputation and influence elite opinion, especially in Britain, where the family retained connections in media and politics. Even after her conviction, the family kept the site active and continued issuing statements insisting that her appeal would “expose systemic injustice” rather than re-examine her crimes.to contact me:bobbycapucci@Protonmail.com

The Maxwell family has been vocal in their condemnation of the conditions Ghislaine Maxwell has endured while incarcerated, painting a grim picture of treatment they argue is both punitive and prejudicial. They described her time at the Metropolitan Detention Center as “inhumane,” citing reports of sleep deprivation, lack of adequate nutrition, and harsh surveillance measures. Her siblings compared her confinement to conditions closer to torture than justice, emphasizing that she was being treated as if already guilty long before her trial concluded. These claims were part of a broader strategy to cast Maxwell as a victim of a system intent on breaking her down physically and mentally, a narrative the family pushed in interviews and public statements in an effort to sway public opinion. Whether out of genuine concern or calculated spin, the family's portrayal of Ghislaine's jail conditions framed her as a scapegoat, arguing she was being punished not just for her own alleged crimes but for the sins of Jeffrey Epstein.Their criticism extended to Judge Alison Nathan's denial of Maxwell's request for a new trial, which the family cast as further evidence of judicial bias. They argued that the judge ignored valid grounds raised by Maxwell's legal team, particularly surrounding questions of juror misconduct and fairness of the proceedings. In the family's telling, Judge Nathan's rulings demonstrated a determination to secure a conviction at all costs, reinforcing their view that Maxwell was being railroaded to provide the public with a substitute for Epstein. By attacking both the conditions of confinement and the court's rejection of post-trial motions, the Maxwell family sought to construct a narrative in which Ghislaine was the target of systemic overreach. To her critics, however, these complaints rang hollow, serving more as an attempt to rehabilitate the Maxwell name than as a credible indictment of the justice system.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.
