On Friday (June 21), a post believed to have been written by Fif promoting a cryptocurrency token dubbed “$GUNIT” appeared on his X account, which simply read “$GUNIT for winners only…” In response, a number of users purchased the coin, causing the price of the token to rise exponentially within an hour of the post. The following day, the rapper and entertainment mogul took to Instagram to announce that his X account and ThisIs50 website were both compromised and that he was not responsible for the post promoting the “$GUNIT” token

Bronx-born, Brooklyn-based conscious rapper Rich Vysion's story is one of triumph: How a braggadocious rapper overcame mental health struggles, and, along the way, created a platform that bridges the gap between music and mental health. His tracks are cinematically musical—often crafted from orchestral pieces, haunting piano motifs, and ominously entrancing basslines. His thought-provoking artistry has garnered favorable comparisons to Mos Def, Talib Kweli, and Common. Vysion's work has been featured in such esteemed outlets as XXL Magazine, VideoCity TV, Zevo TV, Soul Science Radio Station, Skilly Magazine, American Pride Magazine, Flyah Magazine Site, TrendCity Radio, LUTG Radio, “Next Up Mixtape Volume 295,” “We Workin Mixtape Volume 197,”and Thisis50.com. Here we will get to hear his interesting music industry story and who are his biggest mentors of all time.
Caleya Black is an R&B/soul singer/songwriter from New Jersey, whose style is inspired by her gospel roots and love of the Motown-era of music. Her first release, "Our Song", quickly became a favorite for those who appreciated a more nostalgic R&B. "One listen to Caleya Black's single, Our Song, will take you back to time when music that ruled airwaves was so soulful, it became a genre," declared Urban Magazine (Oct. 2016). Caleya later released her debut EP, “Still Loves”, in August 2017. For this release, she received notable press coverage from Thisis50. Since then, other popular single releases include "Go There", "Thing About Love", and "Love Come Down". As a songwriter, Caleya secured a publishing deal in 2019 and received her first series placement with "Go There" on UMC's 5th Ward, starring Mya and Carl Anthony Payne. When she isn't writing, Caleya spends her time performing throughout the NJ tri- state area in venues such as Ashford & Simpson's Sugar Bar and New Jersey Performing Arts Center. In March 2019, she was also one of the feature performers for Urban Magazine's issue launch honoring Dorothy Toran (Real Housewives of NJ). Caleya has been featured on several mixtapes including Mario's Talent (Mario), Just Vybes (Tank), and Hot 97's Take it to the Streets (vol.3). --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app

Frankie Biggz Remix Ft. Chris Brown & Ana Baby, Dalia Chih With her talent, beauty, and charisma, Ana Baby is undisputedly one of the most promising and highly sought after artists in 2018. Being in a male-dominated industry is a non-factor, and will not impede on Ana Baby’s ability to distinguish herself from the rest in an era where female rappers are spreading their word and making a substantial impact on the music industry. The Bronx native’s gritty street edge and sex appeal coupled with her thought- provoking punchlines have led her single “Ride” to stand at #127 on the DRT Global Top 200 Airplay Chart for online radio during its 3rd week in rotation. Ana teamed up with platinum producer Trilogy (who is known for the work he has done with artists like Chris Brown and Troy Ave) to produce the catchy and probing tune we know as “Ride”. Ana Baby has performed in front of over 10,000 roaring fans, opening for prominent artists such as Lil Durk, Vado, and French Montana. She’s also been featured in GlobalGrind, Vibe, Thisis50, and many more blogs following her first critically acclaimed mixtape, “The Evil Queen,” which featured the likes of Hip- Hop heavyweights Jadakiss, and the late Chinx Drugz. Additionally, she has also worked with Emanny and Fred The Godson on her single “Find Another.” Her “TALKIN BOUT” music video has over 6 million views, while “TURNTUP FT. JADAKISS” has over 3 million views on Worldstarhiphop.com. This eventually created tremendous buzz, hence, establishing her heavy social media following on Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube (@therealanababy). . She has also been streamed on stations across the nation from New York’s #1 radio station Hot 97FM, to satellite Sirius radio.

#YaoBlac The ‘Boogie Down’ Bronx is home to many household names in the music industry. New York City alone has such a plethora of talent with a vibe that is unmatched. As the saying goes, “if you make it here, you can make it anywhere”, and that is the case for upcoming artist/producer Yao Black. Although he spent quite some time on the west coast throughout the years, the Bronx is where his heart it – and much hustle to go with it. Patrick Coleman, aka "JacklyfePat", continueously hammers the underground scene with his (J's Up) Campaign. Featured on SayCheeseTv, ThisIs50, Nominated 4 times for top 10 of the year in his hometown, this guy can turn a church into a Champaign Room. From producing to writing he is truly the "Jack of all Trades". Born & raised in Jackson Mississippi, Pat experienced the streets as an only child with no friends.. forcing him to fight his battles alone. He was ridiculed about his clothes and personality but when he found music, that all changed.

Mastery of recording is what fuels Here We Izzz Entertainment's Craig Blackwell and Shelvon Turner AKA Craig and Shev. The duo is continuing on their torrid pace of releases following their EP “Power Moves”, with their new single, “Steady Hating” Ft. Cassidy and T-Rell. Hailing from Stubenville, Ohio, Craig and Shev employed Cassidy and T-Rell to create this smooth anthem but did not omit the crafty word-play to stay true to their love of classic hip hop. Their grind and work ethic is what separates them from other rappers in the game. They traveled to New York City to provide the backdrop for the video. Craig and Shev released Power Moves which, gained attention from reputable websites and blogs after the release of their video “I Don't Know About That”. Appearing on Worldstar, Thisis50 and more, led them to doing a Southern College Tour with Yo-Gotti. Craig and Shev brings that Midwest swing with true to form lyrics to creating a much needed refreshing sound for music lovers.
