Gjest: Familieterapeut og coach Maren Kvalvaag-Toven Har du kjent på at livet byr på for mye? Med en økende følelsesmessig  press og slitasje? En følelse av å ikke strekke til? Der du blir utslitt av livet du lever? Dagens episode skal handle om utbrenthet. Som jeg syns er et viktig tema å snakke om. Fordi det rammer stadig flere. I en artikkel fra 2024 på psykologisk.no står det at et nytt verktøy som måler risikoen for utbrenthet, har blitt testet i Norge. Her kommer det frem at 13 prosent av norske arbeidstakere er i faresonen. Tall fra 2023 viser til at nesten 8 av 10 unge arbeidstakere sier de har opplevd å bli utbrent eller vært nære ved å oppleve utbrenthet.  Når man først blir utbrent kan det for mange ta lang tid for å komme seg igjen. Viktige spørsmål er hva er årsaken til utbrenthet, hva kan man gjøre for å unngå å bli utbrent, hva skal man gjøre om man først har blitt utbrent og hvordan kan man unngå å bli utbrent igjen? Dette er et tema som jeg brenner sterkt for. For vi må få ut kunnskap som kan bidra til at flere kan leve mer bærekraftige liv. Selv om utbrenthet ikke er betegnet som en sykdom, er det ikke tvil om at de som blir utbrent føler seg syke med sterkt redusert livskvalitet. Episodens gjest har selv vært utbrent og hennes erfaringer ga henne en livskraft i å ville hjelpe andre i samme situasjon. Because Trygge pursues multiple creative outlets while having a passion for business and app development, it's fair to say Trygge is a true "Renaissance Man." Trygge is probably best known as a music supervisor but he is also a singer, a music producer, an entrepreneur, a soon to be author and he also just released a new app called Anti Journal. Anti Journal is a modern day take on the diary giving users a private space to vent and release anxiety by digitally and privately "getting thoughts out." Trygge and I talk about his creative process, time management, the effect of social media on creativity, as well as music supervision and the evolution of the music industry. We discuss methods to gain confidence as a creator and how to turn off the noise. We also talk about what inspired Trygge to create his new Anti Journal app and what he envisions the app to become in the future. Tove Jansson Vaikka vuosittain tasa-arvoa juhlitaan, vain kahdelle naiselle liputetaan. Tänään muistetaan heistä toista, Tove Marika Janssonia. Tove Jansson, syntyi 9.8 1914 Helsingissä, kuoli 27.6 2001 myöskin Helsingissä. Taiteilijoita olivat hänen vanhempansa, Tove teki taiteellista yhteistyötä myös veljiensä kanssa. Toven äiti oli ruotsalainen, ja Ruotsista löytyy myös malli muumi-kirjojen, Tove tauluja maalasi, kirjoja ja novelleja kirjoitti, piirsi sarjakuvia, suunnitteli freskoja, Ainakin yhden kirkon alttaritaulun maalasi hän, Tovesta kerron kohta hieman enemmän. Vanhemmiten keskittyi enemmän kirjoihin ja kuvataiteeseen, tänään kiinnitetään huomiota myös suomalaiseen taiteeseen. Tove käsitteli kirjoissaan vaikeita asioita, kuten yksinäisyyttä, riittämättömyyttä ja kuolemaa, Muumi-kirjoista niistä enemmän lukea saa. Tove useammallakin kirjallisuuspalkinnolla palkittiin, mutta hän itseään taidemaalariksi luonnehtii. Muumi-kirjoja on käännetty lähes 50 kielelle, on siinä saavutusta yhdelle naiselle, eikä se vielä tähän jää, hän kirjoitti myös 12 kirjaa ja novellia, vietti elämää bohemia. Tove ja Tuulikki Pietilä asuivat yhdessä, 30-vuotta pienessä mökissä, Pellingin saaristossa, tahtoi paikan, jossa voi nauttia luonnosta ja vapaudesta, perheen tuesta ja rakkaudesta. Mökin rakensi luvatta, se oli Toven pakopaikka. Olihan hänellä myös ateljee, jossa hän yksityisyyttään varjelee. Nautti myös matkustelusta, Janssonin alkuperäisiä satukuvituksia ja erikielisiä Muumi-kirjoja on tallennettu Muumi-museoon Tampereelle, jonne Tove ja Tuulikki ne lahjoittivat, Vuonna 2000 Tove sai aivoverenvuodon, joka seuraavana vuonna aiheutti kuolon. Tove Jansson Tove Marika Jansson syntyi 9,8 1914 Helsingissä ja nautti pienestä pitäen taiteilijaelämästä. Hänen isänsä oli bohemi kuvanveistäjä ja äitinsä oli ruotsalainen piirtäjä. Myös Toven kahdesta veljestä tuli taiteiijoita, ei kai geeniperimää mikään voita? Tove itse aloitti taiteilemisen jo nuorena, 15-vuotiaana toimi Gammi-lehden avustajana. Suomen sisällissodan aikana Tove äiteineen vietti aikaansa Ruotsissa. Ruotsissa myös taiteita opiskeli hän, tahtoi maalaamisesta oppia enemmän. Kirjautui Ateneumiin, ja kyllästyi sen opetuksiin. Muutenkin aika kapinallinen, luonnollisesti, kun on taiteellinen. Teki suuria seinämaalauksia, kirjoitti novelleja, piirsi lehtiin sarjakuvia, kirjoitti kirjoja. Teki tilauksesta koristemaalauksia. ja suunnitteli kirjojen kansia. Tukholman saaristosta mallin sai muumilaaksoon, muumien luojana Tove parhaiten tunnettakoon. Lahjoitti Tuulikki Pietilän kanssa paljon erilaista tavaraa , joista Tampereen muumi-museo alkunsa saa. 1990-luvulla hän sairastui keuhko-sekä rinäsyopään, ja vetäytyi julkisuudesta yksityiselämään. 2000-luvulla sai vaikean aivoverenvuodon, ja koko seuraavan vuoden sairaalahoidossa on. Uusi elämäkertaelokuva Muumien luojasta Tove Janssonista keskittyy taiteilijan uran muotoutumisvaiheeseen, ammattilliseen kriisiin ja onnettomaan rakkausdraamaan. Tove-elokuva sijoittuu 1940-50-lukujen taitteen jazzahtavaan Helsinkiin. Taiteilija oli tällöin 30-40-vuotias. Tove-elokuvan on ohjannut Zaida Bergroth ja sen on käsikirjoittanut Eeva Putro. Alma Pöysti näyttelee Tove Janssonia. Minkälaista oli pukeutua Toven vaatteisiin, kun lapsena oli tavannut tämän suuren taiteilijan? Mistä johtuu että moni elokuvan nähnyt kokee Toven niin vapauttavana ihmisenä? Mikä hänen tehtävänsä on ollut maamme henkisen ilmapiirin luomisessa? Tove Jansson (1914–2001) oli monilahjakkuus – kuvataiteilija, kirjailija, kuvittaja, käsikirjoittaja ja laulujen sanoittaja. Tuula Karjalaisen kirjoittama elämäkerta asettaa Tove Janssonin pitkän, värikkään ja tuotteliaan elämän osaksi 1900-luvun historiaa ja osoittaa, miten Janssonin elämä ja taide nivoutuivat tiiviisti toisiinsa ja miten esimerkiksi Muumilaakso ja sen asukkaat syntyivät toisen maailmansodan aikoihin, jolloin kirjailijan itsensä oli paettava julmaa aikaa mielikuvitukseensa, jonnekin lempeämpään maailmaan. Vieraina ovat Alma Pöysti ja Tuula Karjalainen. Ohjelman juontaa Pia-Maria Lehtola.

Kirjailija, taiteilija Tove Janssonin ja taidegraafikko Tuulikki Pietilän ystävyys- ja rakkaussuhde kesti lähes puoli vuosisataa, aina Toven kuolemaan saakka. Monet pitivät kahden naisen välistä rakkautta tabuna, josta ei sopinut puhua ääneen.

Toven isoisä perusti skutnabbilaisuuden, isovanhemmilta tuli myös luomuajattelu sekä kiinnostus kieliin ja tutkimukseen. Ei siis ihme, että Tovesta tuli kansainvälisesti arvostettu kielitieteilijä. Olimme sisareni kanssa ainoat isossa tyttökoulussa, jotka eivät olleet kristittyjä." Tove Skutnabb-Kangas syntyi 1940 Helsingissä. Hän on kielitieteilijä ja pedagogi. Tove toimi opettajana Steiner-koulussa, erityisluokilla kansakoulussa, ja Espoon ammattikoulussa. Vuodesta 1967 vuoteen 1968 hän työskenteli Harvardin yliopistossa Yhdysvalloissa professori Einar Haugenin tutkimusassistenttina. Sen jälkeen hän palasi Helsinkiin ja toimi opettajana Helsingin yliopistossa. Hän muutti Tanskaan vuonna 1979, missä hän hoiti luomutilaa yhdessä miehensä Robert Philipssonin kanssa.  Tove on toiminut Roskilden ja Kööpenhaminan yliopistoissa. Hän on myös dosenttina Åbo Akademin kasvatustieteellisessä tiedekunnassa Vaasassa, alanaan kielelliset ihmisoikeudet. Tätä nykyä Tove Skutnabb-Kangas asuu miehensä kanssa Lundissa ja he kumpikin tekevät edelleen täyttä työpäivää tutkimuksen parissa. He myös kirjoittavat tieteellisiä julkaisuja yhdessä. Tove tutkii ensisijaisesti monikielisyyttä, monikielistä koulutusta ja kielellisiä ihmisoikeuksia. Joskus on ollut suoruudestani haittaa, tosin mieheni Robert on opettanut minulle diplomatiaa."
