    Today on The Real Life Show: Living with a Chronic Illness, we talk with Tessa who has a very rare condition where she is allergic to water; both internally and externally. Tessa has Aquagenic Urticaria. She explains that she was most likely born with it, but didn't start noticing symptoms until 14 years ago; at the age of 9. Tessa goes on to detail her journey to eventually finding out she's allergic to water through a lot of trial and error. She chronicles the struggles of having to re-test and prove to every new doctor that she does in fact have this extremely rare condition. And then Tessa explains how even the smallest day-to-day activities can be such painful triggers.
