How to future proof your child? Most parents came to me thinking that academic learning or Grade Point Average (GPA) is all that it matters to future proof their kids. WRONG Research has shown GPA, for example, is actually inversely related to Innovation Orientation. In other words, the higher the GPA, the less likely that a kid is to innovate. Other research has shown that creativity actually decreases as kids become more educated.
