Bei den Temperaturen kommt ein Sprung ins kühle Nass sehr gelegen. Wenn man anschließend die nasse Badehose auswringt, soll die bis zu 1,5 Liter Wasser aufgenommen haben. Kann das wirklich sein?

3154 Ab ins kühle Wasser und dann weiterarbeiten Anstatt schon wieder zu jammern, geh doch ins kühle Nass. Genau das, was ich jetzt mache. Nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Es ist schön. Es ist warm. Es sind 30 Grad. Den ganzen Tag schön Vollgas geben und jetzt abends schön schwimmen gehen. Eine ganze Stunde. Das tut so gut. Danach bist du so erholt und so frisch. Dann etwas Kleines essen und noch mal ein bis zwei Stunden in Ruhe arbeiten. Da bekommst du ganz viel bewegt. Ich bin gerade dabei, wunderschöne, coole neue Projekte zu erarbeiten. Da braucht es zwischendurch immer wieder eine Auszeit. Wer einfach der Meinung ist, man muss immer durchrödeln, ohne Auszeit, der liegt falsch. Das ist nicht gut. Wir brauchen immer wieder Unterbrechungen des Tages. Relaxing und dann mit alter Frische wieder loslegen. Dann höre ich immer wieder: „Das ist nicht so einfach." Ja, dann müsstest du es halt ändern. Im Schlusseffekt geht es immer nur um eines: Schau einfach, wie es dir gut geht. Schau einfach, was du machen kannst, dass du im Flow bist. Dass du sagen kannst: Boah, was habe ich für ein cooles, tolles Leben. Es geht mir gut. So wie man sich bettet, liegt man. Jetzt kannst du sagen: Mein Gott, das hast du schon tausendmal gesagt. Ja, ich weiß, dass ich es schon tausendmal gesagt habe. Aber ich werde immer wieder dasselbe sagen: Du bist für dich verantwortlich. Nicht deine Eltern. Nicht deine Kinder. Nicht Vater Staat. Niemand. Außer du ganz alleine. Hier höre ich immer wieder: „Ja, wenn das so einfach wäre." Ja, es ist einfach. Es ist sehr, sehr, sehr einfach. Aber wir machen es uns immer viel zu schwer. Wir suchen lieber Schuldige. Wir spielen lieber das arme Opfer. „Ich kann ja nichts dafür. Böse Ehe, böser Elf, böse Frau, böser Chef, böse Politik." Auf einmal ist alles böse. Da frage ich dich doch einfach: Warum machst du denn mit? Wenn alles böse ist, warum machst du dann mit? „Was soll ich denn machen?" Ja, mach dir halt einfach mal Gedanken. 98 % der Menschen jammern lieber, anstatt eine Lösung zu suchen. Ich war früher auch ein Jammeronkel. Warum? Ja, ich bin in einer Jammerfamilie aufgewachsen. Wer in einer Jammerfamilie aufgewachsen ist, jammert heute noch bis zum Anschlag. Jammer, jammer, jammer. Alle sind schuld. Man selbst ist nie schuld. Man wird immer gemobbt. Man hat ein furchtbares, schreckliches Leben. Komisch. Beide sind im gleichen Elternhaus aufgewachsen. Beide hatten die gleiche Startmöglichkeit. Der eine ist im Jammern geblieben. Klar, wenn du das täglich vorgelegt bekommst: Jammern, Jammern, Jammern, dann kann man das natürlich machen. Im Moment ist es angenehmer, wenn man jammert. Aber im Nachhinein ist es viel härter. Es ist viel, viel schlimmer. Weil du irgendwann so tief in deiner Jammerwelt drin bist und dir dann noch die Selbsthilfegruppen suchst: die Gruppe der Jammerer. Dann wird wieder gejammert, gejammert, gejammert. Auf Teufel komm raus. Anstatt die Dinge einfach zu ändern. Anstatt neue Wege zu suchen. Und es gibt für alles neue Wege. Da gibt es einen Rattenversuch, der vor vielen, vielen Jahren gemacht worden ist. Es gab zehn Röhren. In Röhre 2 haben die Ratten eine Woche lang immer Futter bekommen. Am achten Tag sind sie wieder dahin. Das Futter war nicht da. Das Futter war in Röhre 10. Was machen die Ratten? Die sind schlau. Die haben dann einfach in jedem Rohr geschaut. Und siehe da: Rohr 10. Es hat funktioniert. Und was macht der Mensch? Der bleibt in Röhre 2, jammert, streikt, protestiert: „Hier war immer Futter. Uns steht dieses Futter zu." Anstatt einfach noch mal eine andere Röhre anzuschauen. Anstatt einfach noch mal eine andere Perspektive einzunehmen. Anstatt einfach noch mal zu schauen: Was gibt es denn da noch für Möglichkeiten? Also sag nie mehr: „Was soll ich denn machen?" Such die andere Röhre. Mach dich auf den Weg. Immerhin waren die Studienräte kurz vor Beginn der Hitzewelle mit all ihren Klausurkorrekturen für dieses Jahr durch. Jetzt kann man sich endlich wieder wichtigen Themen widmen. Alex war zum Beispiel beim Zahnarzt *Triggerwarnung* und Martin freut sich auf die neue Edition Warhammer, die jetzt endlich erschienen sein wird. So, genug um den heißen Scheiß herumgeredet, sagt man doch so, oder? Die AfD ist verfassungswidrig! Zu dem Ergebnis kommt ein Gutachten der Gesellschaft für Freiheitsrechte. Die Studienräte sehen das ähnlich und gehen da mal rein, um zu schauen, welche Argumente dieses Gutachten anführt. Außerdem wird erörtert, ob die Partei denn nun verboten wird. Laut Grundgesetz wäre es möglich...Warum Martin trotzdem nur noch Zynismus übrig hat, erfahrt ihr hier. Während Martins Schüler nichtmal wissen, was sie gestern gegessen haben, muss Martin in der mündlichen Prüfung sogar überlegen, was gerade in diesem Moment bestimmte Promis machen. Liebe genannte Stars, meldet euch gerne mal, wie nah er rangekommen ist. So, das war's, bleibt gesund und wählt nicht die verfassungswidrige AfD!

Wenn eins an heißen Tagen nicht wegzudenken ist, dann ist es Wasser. Es dient als Getränk, als Abkühlung, als Grundlage für so vieles.
