(Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Jonathan Clark Christians faced 2,211 hate crimes in Europe last year Christians and churches are facing increased attacks in Europe. The Observatory on Intolerance and Discrimination Against Christians in Europe released their latest report on Monday. Christians faced 2,211 hate crimes across the continent last year. The number is slightly down from 2023, but last year saw a rise in violent crimes like physical attacks and arson. The countries with highest number of anti-Christian incidents were France, the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, and Austria. 189 university evangelists gathered in Spain The Fellowship of Evangelists in the Universities of Europe held their 17th annual meeting in Spain recently. Evangelical Focus reports 189 university evangelists from 39 countries attended the conference. Evangelists are committed to the public proclamation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ in the universities of Europe. The article noted, “A strong theme of the conference was the renewed spiritual openness emerging across the continent, particularly among young people.” Romans 10:15 says, “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the Gospel of peace, who bring glad tidings of good things!” Trump lifted tariffs on 200 food products In the United States, President Donald Trump lifted tariffs on over 200 food products last Friday. The products include coffee, beef, bananas, and orange juice. The move comes as Americans face rising grocery prices. Listen to comments from President Trump aboard Air Force One. TRUMP: “For the most part, the foods, when we cut back a little bit on those tariffs, will get the price down. But they're not competitive in this country, like tomatoes and bananas and things we don't make in this country. So, there's no protection of our industries or our food products.” President Trump also suggested sending $2,000 tariff rebate checks to most Americans next year. House to release Epstein Files without redacting perpetrators' names The House of Representatives, in a near-unanimous vote, passed a bill on November 18 that would require the Department of Justice to release more files surrounding the deceased sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, reports The Epoch Times. The final tally was 427–1. Republican Congressman Clay Higgins of Louisiana was the sole lawmaker who voted against the measure. Republican Senate Majority Leader John Thune of South Dakota said he will take up the bill. The Epstein Files Transparency Act, introduced by Democratic Congressman Ro Khanna of California and co-sponsored by Republican Congressman Thomas Massie of Kentucky, would order the Department of Justice to release “in a searchable and downloadable format all unclassified records, documents, communications, and investigative materials” tied to Epstein no later than 30 days following the enactment of the bill. The legislation would prohibit the Justice Department from withholding, delaying, or redacting records for reputational and political reasons. Oregon to pay 2 teachers $650,000 over their objection to biological boys entering female bathrooms A school district in Oregon recently agreed to a $650,000 settlement for wrongfully terminating two teachers who opposed transgender ideology. Back in 2021, Grants Pass School District terminated two teachers named Rachel Sager and Katie Medart. The two had voiced objections to allowing biological boys to enter female bathrooms and locker rooms. Alliance Defending Freedom represented the teachers in the case. Attorney Mathew Hoffmann said, “Teachers don't give up their First Amendment rights when they set foot on school property. Public schools can't retaliate against speech simply because they disagree with what's said.” Deaths by in vitro fertilization surpass abortion deaths Live Action reports the number of lives lost to in vitro fertilization now surpasses those lost to abortion. In 2023, 3.8 million embryos were created through in vitro fertilization. Of those, 1.9 million embryos died or were deliberately killed. Another 1.7 million embryos were either miscarried, destroyed, donated to researchers, released for embryo adoption, or frozen indefinitely. Only 95,860 babies were born through the process. In comparison, there were one million abortions in the U.S. in 2023. Live Action noted, “In vitro fertilization is not about creating life but about controlling it, determining which lives are accepted as valuable and worthy and which are automatically destroyed for being deemed ‘subpar'.” Only 49% of Americans say religion important to daily lives A new report from Gallup found that the U.S. is experiencing one of the largest drops in religiosity in the world. Forty-nine percent of U.S. adults say religion is an important part of their daily lives today, down from 66% in 2015. The only countries with greater drops in religiosity, over a 10-year period, are Greece, Italy, Poland, Chile, and Turkey. However, Americans still have medium-high levels of Christian identification. The report noted, “The U.S. increasingly stands as an outlier: less religious than much of the world, but still more devout than most of its economic peers.” Revelation 3:15-16 warns, “I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I could wish you were cold or hot. So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth.” Last penny was just minted last week And finally, the United States Mint struck its final penny last Wednesday. The penny was authorized under the Coinage Act of 1792. At the time, a penny could purchase items like a biscuit, a candle, or a piece of candy. Not anymore. In fact, it costs nearly four cents to make a penny now. The U.S. Mint has struck the penny in its current form since 1909, featuring the motto, “In God We Trust.” U.S. Treasurer Brandon Beach struck the final penny last week. He said, “God bless America, and we're going to save the taxpayers $56 million.” Close And that's The Worldview on this Wednesday, November 19th, in the year of our Lord 2025. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Jonathan Clark Turkey has expelled 350 foreign Christians Alliance Defending Freedom International reports that officials in Turkey are labeling Christians as national security threats. Since 2020, the country has expelled about 350 foreign Christians under the guise of “national security.” Many of these believers lived and ministered in the country for decades. Officials are not only keeping foreign Christians out, they are also suppressing churches inside the country. For example, Turkey restricts Bible education and continues to deny legal status to Protestant seminaries. Madagascar Parliament impeaches President after Gen Z protests Youth-led protests have contributed to the unseating of another government—this time in Madagascar, an island country located 250 miles off the coast of Southeast Africa in the Indian Ocean Since September 25, Gen Z groups have led antigovernment protests. They were protesting over water and power outages as well as poverty and government corruption. The country's parliament voted Tuesday to impeach President Andry Rajoelina. He has been in power since 2009. The Madagascar Army immediately seized control of the African island nation, promising to create a transitional government. The Gen Z-Madagascar movement was inspired by youth-led protesters in Kenya last year and in Nepal this year. America boosts Argentinian economy The United States finalized a $20 billion currency swap with Argentina last Thursday. The U.S. move aims at providing economic stability to Argentina as well as keeping China's influence out of the South American country. Argentinian President Javier Milei thanked the United States. In a post on X. he wrote, “Together, as the closest of allies, we will make a hemisphere of economic freedom and prosperity.” Nobel Peace Prize recipient dedicates prize to President Trump The Norwegian Nobel Committee awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for 2025 to Maria Corina Machado last Friday. The 58-year-old activist is known for leading the Venezuelan opposition to the governments of Hugo Chávez and Nicolás Maduro. Machado responded to the award on X, saying the recognition was a boost to her work. She also wrote, “I dedicate this prize to the suffering people of Venezuela and to President Trump for his decisive support of our cause!” U.S. President Donald Trump has been nominated for the peace prize multiple times for his peace deals, especially in the Middle East. To be clear, the deadline for the Nobel Peace Prize handed out in October was January 31, just 11 days after Trump took office. Jesus reminds us of ultimate peace in John 14:27. He said, “Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” Trump lays off 4,000 federal employees The Trump administration is laying off over 4,000 federal employees as the government shutdown continues. LifeSiteNews reports the layoffs include people working on Democrat programs like “family planning” and “LGBTQ health” issues. President Trump told a cabinet meeting that he would use the shutdown to cut Democrat programs. Listen. TRUMP: “Despite all of the damage that it's caused, the shutdown has been pretty damaging, not yet, because it's early, but it gets a little bit worse as it goes along. And we'll be making cuts that will be permanent. And we're only going to cut Democrat programs.” 58% of Americans say Bible transformed their lives The American Bible Society released the latest chapter of its State of the Bible USA 2025 report. The study found that 36% of U.S. adults believe the Bible is totally accurate in all the principles it presents. And 58% say the Bible has transformed their lives. Meanwhile, 24% of Americans say the Bible is just another book of teachings written by people that contains stories and advice. A majority of those also say the Bible was written to control or manipulate people. But Psalm 18:30 says, “As for God, His way is perfect; the word of the LORD is proven; He is a shield to all who trust in Him.” Monster pumpkin weighs 2,346 pounds And finally, a California engineer won a pumpkin-growing contest held on Monday in Half Moon Bay, south of San Francisco. Brandon Dawson's monster pumpkin weighed in at a whopping 2,346 pounds, over 300 pounds ahead of the next contestant. He is now the champion of the 2025 Safeway World Championship Pumpkin Weigh-Off. Dawson told the Associated Press his kids loved the process. DAWSON: “Oh, it's very much a family affair, especially as the kids -- my kids are four and two, and especially my four-year-old, especially now can really pay attention to the growing process. I think both of them might have interest in doing it in their future. “We like to spend time out in the patch and watch the thing grow when it's picking up 50 to 70 pounds a day. You can really see it growing day over day.” Close And that's The Worldview on this Wednesday, October 15th, in the year of our Lord 2025. (AURN News) — Financial stress is surging under President Donald Trump's second term, and it's taking a serious toll on Americans' mental health, according to a recent poll. A national survey conducted by Talker Research for Doctor On Demand found that 70% of Americans say their financial anxiety is at an all-time high. It comes amid ongoing inflation, rising health care costs and global tariff tensions that have defined the Trump administration's economic agenda. The poll, conducted March 31 through April 3 among 2,000 U.S. adults, revealed that one in five respondents reported a decline in their mental health over the past year. Roughly 40% said they had taken a mental health day off from work or school due to stress or burnout. Health care expenses are weighing heavily, particularly on younger generations. The survey found that 40% of millennials and 37% of Gen Z respondents said the cost of care has negatively impacted their mental well-being. Learn more about your ad choices. (AURN News) — A new poll shows Americans' views on President Donald Trump's economic policies and immigration stance as he navigates his second term in office. The CBS News/YouGov poll indicates that a majority of Americans feel the administration is not doing enough to address high prices. According to the survey, 64% of respondents said the Trump administration is not focusing enough on lowering prices, while 55% felt that the administration was concentrating too much on tariffs. When asked about their personal financial situations under Trump's policies, only 23% said they felt better off financially, while 42% said they felt worse off. Meanwhile, 35% of those surveyed said their financial standing remained unchanged. The poll also sheds light on public perceptions of inflation. Among respondents, 38% said they believed policies from former President Joe Biden were responsible for the current inflation rate, while 34% attributed it to Trump's policies. Another 19% said both were equally responsible. On key policy issues, Trump's handling of immigration received a slight majority approval, with 53% expressing support. However, his approach to economic matters and inflation fared less favorably. The poll also found that 52% of respondents disapprove of his handling of the economy, while 56% disapprove of his response to inflation. Learn more about your ad choices. Meanwhile, at the University of Washington, there are reports that Jewish students have been spat upon and are being told to “go back to the gas chamber.” Why won't the Biden Administration more vociferously condemn these actions?

The Rich Zeoli Show- Hour 4: Philip Klein from National Review writes: “President Biden couldn't even remember when he was vice president or when his son Beau had died, leading special counsel Robert Hur to conclude that he could not bring charges for mishandling of classified documents, because a jury would see the president ‘as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.' In a report, Robert Hur concluded that Biden ‘willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen.' But he declined to issue any charges, in part because Biden's poor recollection would make him hard to convict.” At one point in the report, Hur explains: “In his interview with our office, Mr. Biden's memory was worse. He did not remember when he was vice president, forgetting on the first day of the interview when his term ended (‘if it was 2013 – when did I stop being Vice President?'), and forgetting on the second day of the interview when his term began (‘in 2009, am I still Vice President?'). He did not remember, even within several years, when his son Beau died. And his memory appeared hazy when describing the Afghanistan debate that was once so important to him.” You can read the full article here: https://www.nationalreview.com/corner/special-counsel-account-of-bidens-mental-decline-is-frightening/ Since the release of Special Counsel Robert Hur's recommendation that the Department of Justice not prosecute President Joe Biden for mishandling classified documents, citing the president's poor recollection and fading memory, many have wondered whether the Democrat Party will ultimately replace Biden as their 2024 presidential nominee. The Biden Campaign has joined TikTok as part of an effort to reach young voters. The decision is somewhat controversial, as the China-based social media application is banned from U.S. government devices over security concerns. Democrat political strategist James Carville told CNN's Michael Smerconish that he does not expect President Joe Biden to debate Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump during the 2024 election cycle. Hank Berrien of The Daily Wire writes: “A woman carrying an AR-15 that had ‘Free Palestine' written on it started shooting at the megachurch of celebrity pastor Joel Osteen in Houston on Sunday, injuring one man before she was shot and killed by two off-duty officers working as security, police said… A federal law enforcement source said that the shooter used an AR-15 that had ‘Free Palestine' written on it, CNN reports. Questions have emerged regarding the gender-identity of the shooter, who according to arrest records had also identified as a man named ‘Jeffrey' in recent years.” You can read more about the story here: https://www.dailywire.com/news/woman-carrying-ar-15-emblazoned-with-free-palestine-shoots-up-joel-osteens-megachurch
