Her work starts from a simple and radical premise: walking can itself be a feminist methodology. In this episode, we walked through a small section of the tour while discussing urban toponymy, representation in public space, critical fabulation, and what it means to write history with your body, your voice, and the city as archive.

Aos 16 anos e iniciou no atletismo correndo provas de velocidade, meio-fundo e fundo. Ingressou na faculdade de Direito em 1984, continuou correndo e teve o primeiro filho. Já trabalhava como advogada quando veio o segundo filho. Pouco tempo depois, ingressou na marcha atlética. Em poucos anos, alcançou destaque nacional e internacional. Foi sete vezes campeã brasileira no Troféu Brasil de Atletismo e conquistou também diversos títulos da Copa Brasil de Marcha Atlética, com vitórias nas provas de 10 e 20 km. Em 1996, foi campeã ibero-americana e estabeleceu o recorde sul-americano dos 10.000 metros na pista. Também somou pódios em campeonatos sul-americanos e representou o Brasil em Copas do Mundo. O seu envolvimento no projeto social de atletismo criado pelo treinador e depois marido foi gradual, e aos poucos ela iniciou uma transição para a função de treinadora. Com o tempo, passou a atuar diretamente na formação de atletas e integrou delegações brasileiras em campeonatos mundiais, Jogos Pan-Americanos e Jogos Olímpicos.
