The War of the Worlds was written by HG Wells and published in 1897 in Pearson's magazine. "I don't have time to be in the sauna.” You have time. [2:30] Jeffrey explains how he started his research on the sauna based on the recommendations of Dr. Lee Cowden & Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt, 2 of the 18 experts interviewed for Healing from GMOs.  [5:28] “So Robbie, I want to ask - I have read research on its influence on the mitochondria, on cancer, on heart disease, on weight loss, on stretching, on pain relief, and we're going to get into that.” [5:54] Robbie explains why infrared spectrums are the most beneficial of all of the light spectrums & how it affects all life on the planet as we know it!  [8:54] “Now, infrared is a whole different story because it's a wavelength. It's sunlight, it's natural, and because it's harmonizing with the water inside of our bodies, it harmonizes with the water inside the fat cell that's in that insulating layer. So for that reason, this light energy, this photon energy, can penetrate seamlessly through this insulating layer, and deposit itself in the densest parts of our bodies, which is our muscle tissue or organ tissue.” [10:27] Water is not water, is not water. Infrared saunas release about 10-15% more toxins than a conventional sauna!  [11:26] “So this is cool because you know, people say, "Oh, it'll detox you." But well, I could just detox, you know, when I'm exercising. I could detox in the sun. But it's actually a different quality of detox and that it preferentially - somehow the body uses the infrared frequencies as an opportunity to get rid of the stuff that I can't get rid of.” [14:37] “Part of the problem is that, as you said, some of these toxins are so small that we stir them up, but we can't get them out. I had been asked to work as something of an agent a few years ago, bringing projects in for a small publisher in Salt Lake, Gibb-Smith Publishing. Kevin pitched the idea of doing an anthology of short stories based around the idea that in 1895, when the "War of the Worlds" took place, we got the story from only one point of view--that of H.G. Wells. However, many other writers were living at the time in far-flung reaches of the world, and he wondered, what would their takes on the story have been? "I loved the idea, and immediately knew that I wanted to do Jack London. My father, Jack Wolverton, had been a huge fan of his work and used to read me stories when I was a child. He loved it so much, that he moved to Alaska just before I was born and wanted to relocate our family there. But my mother made him come back to a warmer climate. And as soon as I considered doing a Jack London story in the frozen north--well, I knew what the twist would be.
