We heard from Sonny about getting pulled at 70 pitches. Jerry went around the MLB playoff games, including Bryce Harper misplaying a ball in right field that cost them a few runs. He made up for it with a game tying HR.

Real October baseball is officially here on October 1st as we question who will step up as the next Mr. October for the Yankees. Callers flooded the show with hot takes, calling out Boomer and demanding "loser" Aaron Judge stay off the roster. Jerry returned with updates from the Yankees' win over the Red Sox—featuring Cody Bellinger's three-run blast—plus postgame sounds from Suzyn Waldman, Ben Rice labeling Volpe a champagne-bottle menace, and reactions from the Red Sox locker room. Finally, Jerry rounded up the rest of the MLB playoff action, Jameis Winston shared his thoughts on bonding with JJ McCarthy, and Mike Tomlin revealed the Minecraft city he's been building for 12 years.
