1. Ferrari 208 GTB Turbo. ¡Qué vergüenza! 2. HUMMER H2. ¿Se puede ser más “fantasma”? 3. Pontiac Aztek. ¿Más feo? Ni entrenando. 4. Renault Fuego TD. 88 CV y 1200 kg, ¿deportivo? 5. Alfa Romeo Spider JTD. ¿El sonido del viento? 6. BMW X6. SUV y Coupé. ¡Anda ya! 7. SsangYong Rodius. Cambio de opinión. 8. Jaguar X-Type. Ford, ¿por qué lo hiciste? 9. Trabant P50. Sencillamente, horrible. 10. Reliant Robin. Peligroso a cualquier velocidad.

This story has an unfortunate ending for those of you with as they say “a nervous disposition! “There was a violent hammering on the side door of our house and we opened it to behold an accident right on our doorstep.Parked on the road and just a few feet from our driveway entrance was a Reliant Robin three-wheel car. Some way in front and on the same side of the road was a small normal four-wheel saloon. Who actually hammered on our door I cannot rightly remember now, but it could have been one of the Picker children who lived just across from our garden on the south side of the house.
Ever wondered what the Coke Truck is in real life – a Freightliner, Scania or Kenworth? Or how about which car Chris Rea was in when he wrote ‘Driving Home For Christmas'. And what type of Dodge was it that the Beach Boys said Santa used to deliver gifts? Somehow, a Volvo 340, Chrysler Alipne, Skoda Estelle, Lotus Sunbeam, Reliant Robin and a Renault Alliance 11 also make appearances for a reason that becomes apparent later in this week's Car-Chum.

Day 3, Part 2: Frighted with False Fires - Fire in a crowded theatre - or even a sparsely-populated one for that matter - is hardly the sort of thing one likes to encourage. Especially when the theater in question is the Aldergate Playhouse, which is buried deep underground and has a distressingly mobile museum perched on top of it. At least this time it's not *my* life that's in danger. No, just my dignity. Such as it is. There's rather a lot of mustard on these pages; I'm afraid I had my lunch that day with rather more enthusiasm than technique. I plead mitigating circumstances - I was hungry to start with, and that was before an afternoon featuring ancient monoliths, deadly chandeliers, and Baz's awful yellow Reliant Robin. 4.

This special New Year's episode of the podcast features a robot too dangerous to compete, two very different definitions of 'industrial', a forklift that is somehow not 'industrial', and a Reliant Robin. The Roasting Robots Podcast is a humorous, sarcastic look at the different kinds of robots that have been entered into Battlebots competitions over the years. We love them, and we're glad they were made (or sometimes were never built), but that doesn't mean we won't crack some jokes at their expense. Each episode the robots we roast are chosen completely at random from 20 years of Battlebots history. Life often throws bad things our way but it’s how we react that matters. In this episode, Paul reads an extract from his book Speaking From OUR HEARTS , where Kevin Searcey details some of the most difficult parts of his life. Listen for how to stay loving in your life, and how to learn from someone who has thought deeply about who they are. Who Am I? is a question we all ask ourselves, listen ahead to hear Kevin's answer to that question. Key Takeaways Who Am I? This is a question that we all ask ourselves at some point in our lives. Kevin tries to answers that question in terms of his own life. Moving back with my parents it really hit home what his identity was. Changing from a husband and the bread-winner to moving home with his parents, as well as having a painful knee operation from a martial arts injury. Kevin missed his kids extremely badly. This was when he first started questioning 'Who am I? He sold his beloevd Reliant Robin. By now, he was feeling sorry for himself, with a crippling knee injury and a mind full of negative thoughts. He believed his kids deserved a better dad. Kevin's heart skipped a beat when he finally spoke to the blonde woman from the dance floor, who eventually turned out to be his soulmate. His world became challenged however, when she told me she was already married; although they did build a good friendship over the next few weeks. Kevin then got a one bedroom flat from the housing association and tried to save money, so he could go to the nightclub 'Turners'; as well as being able to have some money to spend on his children. Over time, the two of them fell in love. Prosperity is usually linked to financial rewards; but for Kevin, it couldn’t be further from the truth. Love and shared family are more important. He's now moving on and embracing his identity as a warrior. He definitely subscribes to being one of those mentioned – in the Steve Jobs quote: “Here's to the crazy ones, the misfits, the rebels, the troublemakers, the round pegs in the square holes... the ones who see things differently -- they're not fond of rules... You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them, but the only thing you can't do is ignore them because they change things... they push the human race forward, and while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius, because the ones who are crazy enough to think that they can change the world, are the ones who do.” Paul Lowe is the founder of PaulLoweHEARTS – which has a three-fold purpose. Michael didn't die in Hurricane Irma, so Crank Journal is back, and back to its normal format of blathering with a guest about bizarre cars! Dan Badger returns to talk about his recent purchase of a Reliant Robin, and Michael insists that they don't make the obvious joke about Reliant Robins, and smooth out the details of legally owning and driving a three-wheeled car in the USA. Also, Michael finds a way to interject with a criticism of the Subaru scene somewhere in there.
