On this day, 12 May 1978, dayshift toolroom workers at the Saab-Scania auto plant in Sao Bernardo, Brazil, decided to stop work, in spite of the military regime. Gauteng Hawks coordinator of narcotics cases, Colonel Francois Steyn has told the Madlanga Commission that officers Mashaba and Manganye allegedly opened a container at Scania where about 20 bags of suspected narcotics fell out and were loaded into an unmarked Nissan bakkie. He admitted he did not directly witness the incident and relied on accounts from officers on scene. Photographic evidence was later retrieved from colleagues after his phone was damaged.

De nouvelles destinations au départ de l'aéroport de Strasbourg-Entzheim cet hiver. La compagnie low-cost britannique JET2 propose trois nouvelles liaisons vers le Royaume-Uni : Edimbourg, Manchester et Londres Stansted. Men livet ble snudd opp ned når han fikk tidsfrist av en uvøren lege! Nå måtte bucketlisten tas fort! Gracias a su duro esfuerzo, Elvira logró convertirse en operadora y hoy maneja un Scania de Autotransportes Pilot.

Scania has been in Malaysia manufacturing heavy commercial vehicles like lorries and buses from its sole assembly plant in Port Klang since the 1970s. Joyce Antar, recently appointed the managing director of Scania Southeast Asia three months ago, shares her vision of where she wants the company to go in terms of growing its sales volumes while ensuring the overall net zero ambition targets remain in sight.
