The Face of the Revolution Ladder Match will be held on AEW Dynamite for the first time ever. As announced during the February 24 episode of AEW Rampage, the March 3 episode of AEW Dynamite will feature the Casino Ladder Match, where the winner will earn a shot at the TNT Championship, which is currently held by Samoa Joe. Konosuke Takeshita, Ortiz, Komander, Action Andretti, Sammy Guevara, Powerhouse Hobbs, Eddie Kingston, and AR Fox will compete in the match. The match will mark the AEW debut of Komander, who has competed for GCW, AAA, and PWG, among other promotions, in recent months. Plus, Orange Cassidy will defend the AEW All-Atlantic Championship against Big Bill after the powerhouse and Lee Moriarty, alongside The Gunns (Colten & Austin Gunn) attacked the Best Friends (Trent Beretta & Chuck Taylor) on AEW Rampage. In another title match, HOOK will put the FTW Championship on the line against Matt Hardy. HOOK was set to face an opponent of Stokely Hathaway's choosing, and while it seemed like Hathaway was about to pick Ethan Page, "All Ego" revealed that Hardy was the opponent instead. Elsewhere on the show, Toni Storm will face the returning Riho on the show; the former AEW Women's World Champion will make her return, as she hasn't wrestled on AEW programming since the November 14 episode of AEW Dark: Elevation. His last match on AEW TV came on the October 26 episode of AEW Dynamite, where she lost to Jamie Hayter. Additionally, Chris Jericho will face "Pretty" Peter Avalon after he dropped the Wingmen member with a Judas Effect on the February 22 episode of AEW Dynamite, and fans will hear from AEW World Champion MJF and Bryan Danielson ahead of their match at AEW Revolution. The updated card for the March 1 episode of AEW Dynamite is below. AEW Dynamite (3/1) -AEW All-Atlantic Championship: Orange Cassidy (c) vs. Big Bill -FTW Championship: HOOK (c) vs. Matt Hardy -Toni Storm vs. Riho -Chris Jericho vs. Peter Avalon -Face of the Revolution Ladder Match: Konosuke Takeshita vs. Ortiz vs. Komander vs. Sammy Guevara vs. Powerhouse Hobbs vs. Eddie Kingston vs. AR Fox -Casino Tag Team Battle Royale: The winner gets added to AEW World Tag Team Championship Match at AEW Revolution -Bryan Danielson and MJF will speak ahead of their title match at AEW Revolution Source: https://www.fightful.com/wrestling/face-revolution-ladder-match-matt-hardy-vs-hook-more-added-31-aew-dynamite WE HAVE SOME GREAT MERCH ON TEE PUBLIC
The April 13 episode of AEW Dynamite will feature a buzzworthy title bout. As announced on the April 8 episode of AEW Rampage, ROH World TV Champion Minoru Suzuki will defend his title against Samoa Joe on Wednesday. This past week, “The Samoan Submission Machine” scored a victory in his AEW debut against Max Caster as he became the first man to qualify for the Owen Hart Foundation Tournament. Suzuki won the title at ROH Supercard of Honor, the first ROH event since Khan bought the company, by defeating Rhett Titus. Plus, on AEW Rampage, Ricky Starks challenged Swerve Strickland to a tag team bout match for Wednesday's show. The FTW Champion will team up with Team Taz stablemate Powerhouse Hobbs to face Swerve Strickland and Keith Lee. The two sides have been feuding in recent weeks, and Lee has been engaged in a rivalry with Hobbs since the road to AEW Revolution. There, the two powerhouses clashed in the Face of the Revolution Ladder Match. The updated card for the April 13 episode of AEW Dynamite is as follows: ROH World TV Championship: Minoru Suzuki (c) vs. Samoa Joe AEW Tag Team Championship: Luchasaurus & Jungle Boy vs. reDRagon Ricky Starks & Powerhouse Hobbs vs. Keith Lee & Swerve Strickland Eddie Kingston, Santana, and Ortiz vs. Chris Jericho, Jake Hager, & Daniel Garcia MJF vs. Capt. Tschakka!
EPISODE THREE - AEW's FTW Champion RICKY STARKSThanks for coming by and checking out the SUPERSTAR CROSSOVER!This new iHeartRadio podcast will bring the biggest names in wrestling together for exclusive conversations. You will not hear me babble on about today's wrestling scene. You don't care about my opinion. What you do care about is the guests I have on and hearing their stories in their own words. I recently kicked it with “Absolute” Ricky Starks before AEW Revolution this Sunday on PPV & FITE TV. Ricky will be in the “Face of the Revolution” Ladder Match against five other opponents. We talked about:•His hometown of New Orleans being similar to New York City. •His near career ending neck injury and how he feels somewhat traumatized by the event. •Paul Heyman asking Ricky about his personal affinity for Heyman. •Ricky asking Charlotte Flair two amusing questions. •His five favorite artists •KANYE being corny AF right now& many other topics.
Cedric Phillips dials up Joey Bags to review AEW Revolution 2022. Just how good of a match was Jon Moxley vs Bryan Danielson? Is Britt Baker the most overrated champion in pro wrestling today? Was the Face of the Revolution Ladder Match poorly booked? Does Jade Cargill have the highest ceiling in all of pro wrestling? And what's the deal with people complaining about CM Punk's entrance? All that and Joe's recap of his trip to WWE Raw in Cleveland what it's like to watch Veer wrestle live!

SiriusXM Canada Host and Senior Producer Bilal Vakani and Second City's Daniel Shehori preview AEW Revolution 2022. "Hangman" Page vs. Adam Cole (AEW World Championship). It seems Hangman is much better chasing a championship than holding one so this should be the end of his run. Britt Baker vs. Thunder Rosa (AEW Women's World Championship). Baker's run has lost almost all interest; the division desperately needs a new champion to shake things up. Jurassic Express vs. reDRagon vs. Young Bucks (AEW World Tag Team Championship). Jurassic Express seems doomed to have their title run go extinct here. With a more interesting Bucks/reDRagon feud to replace it. Jade Cargill vs. Tay Conti (TBS Championship). If Anna Jay could not defeat Jade it is hard to see Tay doing any better. MJF vs. CM Punk. A match seemingly too little too late and nowhere near as interesting. Bryan Danielson vs. Jon Moxley. Regardless of the outcome so long as Bryan and Jon teamup the results should be very interesting. Chris Jericho vs. Eddie Kingston. Hopefully Jericho is willing to put Kingston over but we have our doubts. Andrade El Idolo, Matt Hardy and Isiah Kassidy vs. Sting, Darby Allin and Sammy Guevara. It is very possible the Rampage title match will be better than the Pay Per View match and that is a problem. Keith Lee vs Wardlow vs Powerhouse Hobbs vs Ricky Starks vs Orange Cassidy vs Ethan Page/Christian Cage – Face of the Revolution Ladder Match for a shot at the TNT Championship. But you can just ask for a title shot anytime?! Hook vs QT Marshall (Pre-Show) Kris Statlander vs Leila Hersh (Pre-Show)

AEW Revolution is this Sunday, March 6th and one of AEW's newest signings, Keith Lee, is an entrant in the Face of The Revolution Ladder Match! It'll be the first-ever ladder match in his 18-year wrestling career, and he shares exactly how he feels about that! He discusses the circumstances surrounding his release from WWE, the three failed tryouts it took to get there in the first place, his matches with Randy Orton, Roman Reigns, and Brock Lesnar, and the catch phrase inspired directly by the late, great Dusty Rhodes! Keith remembers his time at Ring of Honor and the match with Dominik Dijakovic that changed his wrestling career in an instant, their final indie bout at PWG, and why they didn't have a bigger feud at NXT. He tells the story of “Bask In My Glory” and the Bearcat gimmick, and reveals what Vince McMahon said to him in the middle of a live Monday Night RAW.

Wednesday and Wrestling Brain, they're synonymous at this point. The Sword & Shield are here for another week to offer up a full rundown of the latest episode of AEW Dynamite, ripe with gracious helpings of both Josh Bait and Zubes Bait. In the ring, a tag team battle royal delivered a layered opening match as well as one of two contenders for the tag team titles at Revolution. MJF let loose some special words that subverted a the norms of what we're used to in a wrestling promo, Death Triangle and House of Black lumber their way into a new arrival segment, Eddie Kingston went mic-to-mic with Chris Jericho, Ricky Starks qualifies for the Face of the Revolution Ladder Match, and Jade retains against The Bunny. The main event was the hopeful first in a series of events connecting Bryan Danielson and Dan Garcia. We also had a match made between Danielson and Mox for the PPV, as well as promo time for Matt Lee. What a great world we live in sometimes. (STINGER: AEW) Shockwaves were sent through the pro wrestling world Tuesday when we learned Cody & Brandi Rhodes are LEAVING All Elite Wrestling. Cody Rhodes was one of the founding executive vice-presidents of the promotion, and a three-time TNT Champion. Brandi held the title of Chief Brand Officer and just recently returned to the ring from maternity leave. Cody made no secret of his contract running out and him becoming a free agent. But most assumed a new deal would be worked out. That obviously didn't happen. What's next? Cody Rhodes is reportedly free to show up anywhere he wants starting now. Most industry insiders feel like Cody is heading BACK to WWE. Let's turn to tonight's Dynamite…Sammy Guevara is defending the TNT Championship against Darby Allin. The rest of the Inner Circle will face each other! It'll be Chris Jericho & Jake Hager vs. Santana & Ortiz. Ziggler is set for a match against Tommaso Ciampa on next week's NXT. Also last night…Carmelo Hayes retained the North American Title with a win over Cameron Grimes. The Creed Brothers won the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic. They beat MSK in the final last night. Toxic Attraction's Gigi Dolin & Jayce Jane are still the NXT Women's Tag Team Champs. They turned away the challenge of Indi Hartwell & Persia Pirotta. The show opened with Pete Dunne beating Tony D'Angelo in a Weaponized Steel Cage Match. 205 Live is no more. It's being rebranded as NXT: Level Up starting with Friday's episode. Former Ring of Honor broadcaster and wrestler Quinn McKay was spotted during the taping for the new show last night. She was using the name Kelly Kincaid as part of the broadcast team. (STINGER: New Japan) Minoru Suzuki is returning to the U.S. for New Japan shows in April. He had to make a deal…but in the end, Punk recruited Jon Moxley to help him beat FTR. Hangman Page is STILL the AEW Champion. He beat Lance Archer in a Texas Death Match last night. Myself and Nozid recap this past weekend's first quarter pay-per-view from All Elite Wrestling. It was a good show that was a little more average than normal saved by a hell of an opener and terrific main event. Though most will admit the post-match angle ruined a lot of the good that the main event produced. Nonetheless, Moxley and Omega had the best match of the show in an Exploding Barbwire Deathmatch even if the end explosion was just sparkly pyro. The Young Bucks also had a great opening tag title defense against Chris Jericho and MJF. Scorpio Sky won the Face of the Revolution Ladder Match which was the debut performance of Ethan Page in AEW. Sting and Darby Allin defeated Brian Cage and Ricky Starks in terrific cinematic style Street Fight, and lastly Christian Cage has signed with AEW full time and was the identity of the mystery Hall of Fame caliber signing that was teased half a week prior. Many ups and downs, but has enough good to keep it above a poor grade.
Kieran and Nathan review the action from AEW Revolution! Time Stamps: The Young Bucks (Matt & Nick Jackson) vs The Inner Circle (Chris Jericho & MJF) (2:13) Casino Tag Team Battle Royale (10:32) Hikaru Shida vs Ryo Mizunami (27:07) Miro & Kip Sabian vs Best Friends (Orange Cassidy & Chuck Taylor) (33:18) Hangman Page vs Matt Hardy (39:09) Face of the Revolution Ladder Match (42:06) Christian Cage Debut (49:45) Sting & Darby Allin vs Team Taz (Brian Cage & Ricky Starks) (57:50) Kenny Omega vs Jon Moxley (Exploding Barbed Wire Death Match) (1:07:23) Awards (1:33:30)
¡Christian Cage is All Elite!... - Dr. Britt Baker, DMD y Maki Itoh vs. Riho y Thunder Rosa (01:50) - The Young Bucks vs. Chris Jericho y MJF (04:33) - Casino Tag Team Royale (10:48) - Hikaru Shida vs. Ryo Mizunami (16:49) - Miro y Kip Sabian vs. Best Friends (21:57) - "Hangman" Adam Page vs. "Big Money" Matt Hardy (25:24) - Face of the Revolution Ladder Match (27:17) - Darby Allin y Sting vs. Team Taz (32:46) - Kenny Omega vs. Jon Moxley (35:16)
The Braester runs down some predictions for the first pay-per-view card of All Elite Wrestling in 2021! It is an absolutely stacked show like most of these pay-per-views are. The main event will feature Kenny Omega defending his AEW World Championship against Jon Moxley in an Exploding Barbed-wire Deathmatch. Also Sting will have his debut match in AEW, and his first bout in over five years when he teams with Darby Allin against Team Taz's Brian Cage and Ricky Starks in a long awaited Street Fight! Other championship affairs include The Young Bucks defend the tag team titles the Inner Circle's Chris Jericho and MJF. And Hikaru Shida defends her women's title against fellow Joshi wrestler: Ryo Mizunami. Other news includes two major debuts that will happen for the company: a Hall of Fame caliber talent and a mystery competitor in the Face of the Revolution Ladder Match, where the winner will become the number one contender to Darby Allin's TNT Championship. Meanwhile on the undercard Miro and Kip Sabian look for revenge against Best Friends (Orange Cassidy and Chuck Taylor). A Casino Tag Team Royale will determine the next Number One Contenders to the AEW World Tag Team titles. And Hangman Adam Page takes on Matt Hardy in a Big Money Match.
SiriusXM Canada Host/Producer/Operator Bilal Vakani, Second City's Daniel Shehori and Never Sleep Network's Alex Ross preview AEW Revolution 2021. After a long gap between pay per views Bilal has largely lost interest in most of the programs and isn't expecting much. Daniel is still very invested and excited for Sunday's show. While Alex.... just wants more Shaq! While the Exploding Barbed Wire Death Match between AEW World Champion Kenny Omega and Jon Moxley looks interesting its hard for anyone to see a title change taking place right after Jon dropped the title to Kenny. When it comes to the AEW World Tag Team Champions The Young Bucks are taking on the Inner Circle's Chris Jericho and MJF you do have a solid chance of the titles at least changing hands with some intrigue around future programs. Who will face Hikaru Shida for the AEW Women's Championship? AEW didn't care enough to update their website after Dynamite so why should we? The Street Fight between Brian Cage and Ricky Starks of Team Tazz and Sting along with TNT Champion Darby Allin promises no TNT or FTW title changes and makes us wish it was a cinematic match. As for the Face of the Revolution Ladder Match this really feels like an after thought that hopefully overdelivers on the night with little to no build. The Big Money Match between Matt Hardy and Hangman Page should be fun but is silly as a concept. There is also the Casino Tag Team Match which could go any number of directions and that's a good thing!
