Welcome back to Season Two of the Track Limits Podcast! Join Henny, Swish, Feven, and Mikey as they delve into the Saudi Arabia Grand Prix that just wrapped up.Following Red Bull's dominant performance last week, they aimed for another 1-2 finish, a goal that became evident as early as lap 10. Meanwhile, off the track, the Red Bull PR team faced heightened stress, exacerbated by the Christian Horner situation amidst internal politics and paddock rumours. Amidst this drama, the race provided moments of exciting mid-pack battles, notably the skirmish between positions 11 to 16.A standout moment in the race was when Ollie Bearman from F2 unexpectedly filled in the Ferrari seat due to Carlos Sainz's last-minute surgery. While such opportunities are rare for young drivers, Ollie capitalized on it, finishing in P7 and fending off the rapid Norris and Hamilton behind him. However, one peculiar aspect of this race was the FIA and stewards' atypical leniency in handing out penalties. Despite Lando's jumpstart, penalties that were typically immediate in the past were overlooked this time, raising questions about adherence to the rulebook. Similarly, the decision to impose TWO 10-second penalties on Kevin Magnussen seemed excessive, sparking discussions about the FIA's consistency in enforcing fair racing standards.Beyond the F1 race, the inaugural F1 academy race took place, coinciding with International Women's Day weekend in a country where women were previously prohibited from driving. Dorian Pin shone by securing double pole position and winning both races, showcasing exceptional talent. However, communication lapses and perhaps adrenaline led to a 20-second penalty for failing to stop after the chequered flag. Nevertheless, aligning the Academy series with the calendar is a positive step for F1, promising more thrilling racing in the future. We have also launched our MERCH STORE with some exclusive items. Round 2 of the 2023 Formula 1 Season is done. It's the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix. Let's talk about ittttttttt. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
Welcome to the latest episode of Track Limits Podcast, where Swish, Feven, Mikey, and Henny share their thoughts on the recently concluded Saudi Arabia Grand Prix held in Jeddah. Despite the track's reputation for significant crashes and numerous safety cars, this year's race was one of the cleanest to date. The Red Bull team clearly had a rocketship, with Max Verstappen's impressive performance going from P15 to P2, while Sergio Perez took a leisurely cruise to victory. Unfortunately, both Ferrari and McLaren seemed to disappoint this race weekend, but there's still a long season ahead, and we still have faith in their capabilities. We discussed the FIA debacle and whether they are taking a more rigid stance on the rules this year. We would love to hear your thoughts on this on our socials below, and we look forward to seeing you all at the next race in Australia. Hello and welcome to Zee F1 Amateur podcast. This channel is all about Formula 1. Today's episode is a review of the just concluded Formula 1 Saudi Arabia Grand Prix. Enjoy - Humura Ruth (mbabaziruth77@gmail.com)
F1 has arrived at the second race of the season and Dan Jimenez and Alex Kirry guide you through the ins and outs on what could happen on the wild street circuit of Jedda. We'll predict podium possibilities and try to guess who's hot and who's faking it so far only one race into the calendar. Mercedes has some soap opera level drama as their golden boy, Lewis Hamilton openly criticizes the team for not listening to his advice in the offseason on how to fix the 2023 car and Mercedes is now on the back foot more than they've ever been in the past decade. Is Ferrari team Principal Fred Vasseur already wearing out his welcome? Can the scuderia fix it haunting reliability concerns ahead of the race? Charles Leclerc will have to take a grid penalty as the team is now using a third power unit before the second race of the year. Plus, Red Bull's run at winning every race in 2023 might be a bit too far fetched. rate, subscribe and review the podcast and share it with your new F1 friends. 2022 Saudi Arabia Formula 1 Grand Prix: Red Bull driver Max Verstappen won the 2022 Saudi Arabia Grand Prix after a great fight with Ferrari driver Charles Leclerc. The Ferrari and Red Bulls have proven to be the class of the field with Sergio Perez taking the pole in qualifying and Carlos Sainz taking the podium next to Leclerc in both grands prix so far. But the question remains what is going on with Mercedes -- particularly Lewis Hamilton who began 15th on the grid on Sunday. Along with McLaren drivers Lando Norris and Daniel Ricciardo, as well as Aston Martin drivers Lance Stroll and Nico Hulkenberg, the Mercedes power unit has teams and Formula 1 fans asking a lot of questions.
The Wheel to Wheel Formula 1 crew recap the second race of the Formula 1 2022 season, the Saudi Arabia Grand Prix. They discuss fight for first between Verstappen and Leclerc, reliability issues across the grid, and McLaren's return to points. Finally, the crew hands out chequered flags, argue overreactions, and discuss if F1 should still be racing in Saudi Arabia? Sesongens andre løpshelg er over! Vi tar for oss alt fra Dennis Hauger til Max Verstappen. I studio: Stian Tonning, Emil Nordpoll, Sander Hauan
Alfa Romero, Chinese and rookie F1 driver Zhou Guanyu could be the most popular driver in Formula by the end of 2022. I was shocked to find out Lando Norris is the second-most popular driver in the sport. I also pondered whether Sebastian Vettel is as pissed with Ferrari as Niki Lauda was following the 1976 season. Las Vegas is getting an F1 race in 2023, which means there will be three F1 events in the U.S. for the first since 1982. Also, just what the hell is going on at the Jeddah for the 2022 Saudi Arabia Grand Prix practice sessions?!
We are back in Jeddah for the 2022 Saudi Arabia Grand Prix, how different will the second race of the year look? Teams are adjusting and we expect to see changes throughout the field. Will Ferrari continue to dominate and will Red Bull bounce back? Mercedes have made it known that they will need more time to get their car up to speed, will Lewis get back on the podium? This year's final race to decide the 2021 F1 World Championship didn't disappoint. And of course it had a healthy dose of controversy but not for the reasons you may have expected. First we take a step back to discuss Saudi Arabia Grand Prix then on to Abu Dhabi. Tim dislikes the red flag rule in Formula 1 - so do most others. Did Lewis gain an advantage by straight lining turn 6 when Max attempted a pass? Not sure it matters given the dominance of the Mercedes. Was Perez playing a good teammate or dirty? Should the race have been red flagged or was the use of the safety car the right call? Today's new word: RiskyAnd tributes to Kimi and Al Unser Sr.Follow us on Twitter at: @turnfourpodcas1 or our YouTube Channel at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC0KqoM_k5JAOjdJs1LMD9cg/

OMG! It's happening! Lewis Hamilton & Max Verstappen will arrive at Abu Dhabi on equal points. It's the 'perfect' setting for Formula 1 and we have to ask - did the FIA have a role to play in this? Whilst celebrating Max Verstappen's almost pole lap for the 2021 Saudi Arabia Grand Prix, one has to ask, did Verstappen-Red Bull Racing make it tougher for themselves in Saudi Arabia? Is this 'deal or no deal' role of the FIA a normal one? Would you rate Verstappen's driving as fair? All of this and more in this weeks' much-awaited episode of the Inside Line F1 Podcast.
