If Practice Indie had a Sanskrit name, this would likely be it. Svarupa is the discovery, practice and deep cultivation/love/acceptance of your true Self. This is not your external self (although we use that as an analogy in this episode), but rather who you are deep within. Join us this week to practice svarupa.
Anandasvarupa: (Sanskrit: आनन्दस्वरूप ānandasvarūpa m.) derjenige, dessen wahre Natur Ananda ist. Svarupa heißt wahre Natur. Ananda heißt Freude. The Lord’s form as Viṣṇu is decorated in all opulence; therefore Lord Śiva is trying to see that most opulent form of Nārāyaṇa, or Viṣṇu. Generally the worship of the Lord begins with the worship of Nārāyaṇa, or Viṣṇu, whereas the worship of Lord Kṛṣṇa and Rādhā is most confidential.

Karma heißt hier: Die karmische Situation, in der du dich befindest. Svarupa ist deine eigene Natur, also Fähigkeiten, Temperament etc. Svabhava ist dein inneres Gefühl, also dein Herz. Was heißt das bzgl. meiner Lernaufgabe? Was sagt mir mein Herz?
