Rea and Joe are back this week on the Writeway Podcast to break down important, but largely under-discussed, components of the #WriterLife and the #PathToPublishing, that includes not only “author development,” but “author care” as well. Drawing on a combination of personal and professional experience, as well as the testimony of a growing community of beleaguered authors, the duo examines the often disregarded necessity for writers to listen to and trust themselves, cultivate their own sacred space, and reject the conceptual hustle of hurrying a manuscript to the marketplace. This conversation is meant to inspire writers everywhere to put more faith in themselves—separating good advice from bad, and suggested guidelines from industry demands. Let us know how you stay grounded as an author. Email us and join our movement at podcast@writewayco.com.
