As a young firefighter myself, I have found this podcast to be essential for my personal growth and development in the field. Whenever I go into the leather shop to work on my projects, I always make sure to listen to this podcast because it helps me think and relax. The hosts of this podcast truly speak about great leadership and what it means to be a well-rounded firefighter.

    One of the best aspects of this podcast is that every episode hits home in one way or another. Each episode provides great takeaways that can be applied to both the job and life in general. The topics discussed are insightful and thought-provoking, giving listeners plenty to think about and discuss at work. Furthermore, the episodes offer motivation for fitness and discipline, which are crucial aspects of being a firefighter. The hosts do an excellent job of keeping each episode enjoyable, educational, and exciting to listen to.

    While this podcast has many strengths, one potential downside is that as a brand new show, there may be some wait time between episodes.
