Send us a textAre you curious about the origins of the Equinox? Who and where are the earliest records of Equinox being spoken about and documented in history? What are the traditions, meanings and ceremonies being practiced around these times of year? What's the significance in the southern hemisphere versus the northern hemisphere? It's fascinating to see what practices we gravitate to naturally. It's innately inexplainable how freely we are drawn to certain activities according to the astrological actions taking place that we can't see.Dive in a little....or A LOT, with me on all things Equinox. And I hope you enjoy learning more about it's rich history as I did. With love, Ria Mestiza
There's a time to persist and a time to desist. So how do we know when it's time to quit for your own good or continue to make an effort on something that doesn't appear to be working out? Lets chat about quitting and what signs, symptoms and solutions we can divulge.Yours in all things Mind, Body, Soul,Ria Mestiza
When I think of a light hearted example of persistence, I think of kids. They get fixated on "a want" and they'll ask a parent - "NO"Ask the other parent (lol) - "NO"Rinse and repeat, beg and plead. Cry and try every angle, every avenue until one parent, maybe both, can see how badly the child wants the thing, it must really be important to them and the next moment....their persistence has paid off!Anyway, I'll save all the details for the episode, I've jam packed it with punch, so enjoy! Share your aha's or persistence examples with me after you've tuned in. With sincere gratitude and sending love your way, Ria
It used to control me, but now I am in control. It's funny, I hadn't ever looked up the meaning of what it entails to be deemed having an "addictive personality", I just inherently knew I fit the bill. Addiction is usually blacklisted as "bad", but is it? Can we flip the script and learn to not only understand addictions and addictive behavior, but leverage that behavior for our greater good? I've been able to. So that's at least one example of it being possible. Now it's your turn ;)Let me know what hits home and what next steps you're committing to make.In your corner Superhuman in the making, Coach Ria Mestiza
I've FAILED and PROCRASTINATED so much it hurts! Not delivering episodes regularly has killed me every single week that goes by. Why do we do this to ourselves? Procrastinate, then feel like a failure. These "blocks" don't benefit us, they hinder us, from doing the things we truly want to do. So here I am, months and months later again talking about time going by so quicky, but this time with some TIPS on how you can overcome failure and procrastination faster than I've certainly been able to. I will do better! Lets finish 2024 strong! What are you going to focus on? Let me know :) Enjoy Superhuman! With Love, Ria
Today is Day 75 of 2024, almost officially 12 weeks into this year. Are you happy with what you've accomplished so far? Are you ticking things off your list of goals and desires? Why not? What's it going to take? How about 13:36 minutes to find out? :) With love, Ria Mestiza
Three years of Summoning your Superhuman! 22.2.24I share my reflections and humble beginnings, my disappointments and achievements. And where to from here...Tune in and enjoy this short & sweet episode in tribute to S.Y.S 3 year birth-day special :)With love, Ria Mestiza
Inspired by a journal entry I wrote just after my birthday early this month, I've had this topic marinating and ready to roll out this heart to heart with you today. There's something about birthdays, the reflection that takes place weeks or days leading up to and the post-bday reflections. A kindred path of reflections and deep pondering occur in the lead up to and post a funeral, about the persons life being commemorated.Let me know if you've had similar thoughts. A short, casual chat about birth and death. With love, Ria Mestiza
This is a story about perspective and resilience. Anthony's story from a young lad of 21 years and what altered his life in an instant, to the now 21 year story that evolved since that day. His book "In the Blink of an Eye" is an entertaining and informative insight into the challenges he has had to overcome. He believes we are all strong in our own ways and maybe you'll resonate with how Anthony has dealt with the cards he has pulled.Anthony has an upcoming book launch with details TBA. But if you're impatient and eager to dive in, like I was, use the code "SUPERHUMAN" to order your copy today via the link below. We both hope you enjoy this discussion."Be the difference" and live with love in your hearts
You're not alone. If you or someone you know needs this heartfelt conversation, take this as the sign you've been looking for. From being told she had two months to live, to now being in a place where she truly feels like herself and living her best life in her "third act". Jaynie is a passionate advocate for change and unity in this world and has just released her latest book "This time next year..." which will help lead the way for others who are looking for the guidebook to their new chapters. I'll share some of the takes from our first take on the podcasts YouTube channel in the coming days, but clearly this was the message and discussion to take place. This conversation could have branched off into many directions, but the surprising truth is, it's not inherently "bad" to people please or fit in, until it IS. Everything has a time and place, but if you find yourself being an incessant doormat and wall flower in your life, your unique self is being stunted from blossoming. THIS we want to make sure does NOT happen. As always, follow your instincts. If you feel pulled to tune in, then this bite sized episode is for you! Enjoy Superhuman
It's been a crazy month, have you felt the shifts and energetic changes in your body? Sometimes we can ignore these feelings in our bodies, but something feels different this time. Lets talk about what's been going on this last month and what you could also be potentially experiencing. As much as these "live chats" are out of my comfort zone, they feel necessary. If you're enjoying them and have a topic or question in mind for a future episode, please feel free to comment and make a suggestion via any of the SYS social channels.I'll get better at being more succinct in time just chatting away by myself, I'm quite comfortable chatting to guests, but solo chats are a different ballgame I'm still getting used to. Thank you for your patience and support as always.Hope you find this helpful. Til nextime superhuman!Much love, Ria MestizaPS- You might also find amethyst stone crystals helpful to hold or keep on you when you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious or nervous. I've been wearing a crystal bracelet with some other stones on it also all month :)

I can't believe it's been almost three months! That was confronting for me to see, but I'm excited to bring this to you today and I hope my example and this episode will help nudge you to do something you perceive as scary, like going live and putting yourself in a position to fail AND succeed - all at the same time. Impossible? I AM possible. I just did it. Now it's your turn ;)Much love always fellow superhuman summoners, Coach Ria Mestiza

If the last few years have taught us anything, it's that life is too short and can change in an instant. We talk about so many great things in this podcast, from the power of words and thoughts, to how to rewire your subconscious being and much more. Dr. Marsha Evans is a high vibe Manifestation Coach. She has her doctorate in Clinical Psychology - with a concentration in forensics. She spent approximately 10 years training and working in various prison mental health departments across the country. She climbed her way up the corporate ladder after receiving her degrees by age 26 and truly thought she "made it." However, overtime, the prison system burned her out. After experiencing depression for the first time in early 2020, she decided to take a break from her job. This was where it all began. Shortly thereafter, she experienced three pretty traumatic events resulting in tremendous grief and a near-death situation. These events were the catalyst to her spiritual awakening and the moment she radically changed her life. She went on a deep healing journey and began learning the principles behind manifestation. In a short period of time, Dr. Marsha began to manifest all sorts of things like free first class flights, 10k to invest in her Airbnb business, a free house, free dentist appointments (the list goes on). But, what mattered the most to her was she manifested her peace and happiness. Dr. Marsha now teaches others how to manifest their deepest desires through a combination spirituality, psychology, and a touch of science. ENJOY Superhuman! You can find Dr Marsha on Instagram and tik tok @manifestwithmarshaShe currently has a few 1:1 spots left for the remaining of the year. Feel free to follow her on the socials and shoot her a dm. You can also email her hello@manifestwithmarsha.com

Some people would get excited at the thought of being able to go back in time and change their past...but is that really true? What we go through shapes our lives and experiences and therefore who we are today. What we can do, is look at what's happened from a different perspective - a bit like those epiphanies we have when we review and reflect with the realization that things happened as they should - a new reality. In December of 2020, Joey Kramer rewrote his DNA through the power of Compassion, Forgiveness, and Love, which in turn, changed the direction of his life forever. His mission and purpose is to now share his journey as he helps show people that they too can rewrite and heal from the traumas of their past in order to create the reality and life they truly desire, simply by using the power of our own wonderful imagination. Launching this April 2022, Joey is pioneering the way with his new Reality Practice Network, which I am proud to be one of the 12 leaders teaching through their own shows, so stay tuned as it's launching soon! The first interview I ever did for the podcast, even before the show had a name. I knew I wanted to share some words of wisdom from my dad. 85 years young and still as chatty today, he'll tell you stories until he runs out of gas - literally. From his humble beginnings, losing both parents by 10 years old and packing up for a new life in a new country by himself at 18 not knowing the language, he had a fire in his belly to create a better life for himself and he was willing to do and try anything to find what exactly his path was meant to be. His next level determination and work ethic is one I've adopted, but I also realized when he had his first heart attack almost 30 years ago, that it was important to know when to recharge and take time for self care. Let me introduce to you, my father, my hero, Gaetano Monteodorisio.Enjoy!
